2 Kings 14

1 The second yeere of Ioash sonne of Iehoahaz King of Israel reigned Amaziah the sonne of Ioash King of Iudah.

لە ساڵی دووەمی پاشایەتی یەهۆئاشی کوڕی یەهۆئاحازی پاشای ئیسرائیل، ئەمەسیای کوڕی یۆئاش بوو بە پاشای یەهودا.

2 He was fiue and twentie yeere olde when he began to reigne, and reigned nine and twentie yeere in Ierusalem, and his mothers name was Iehoadan of Ierusalem.

کاتێک بوو بە پاشا تەمەنی بیست و پێنج ساڵ بوو، بیست و نۆ ساڵ لە ئۆرشەلیم پاشایەتی کرد. دایکیشی ناوی یەهۆعەدین بوو، خەڵکی ئۆرشەلیم بوو.

3 And he did vprightly in the sight of the Lord, yet not like Dauid his father, but did according to all that Ioash his father had done.

ئەوەی لەبەرچاوی یەزدان ڕاست بوو کردی، بەڵام نەک وەکو داودی باپیرە گەورەی، بەڵکو وەک هەموو ئەوەی یۆئاشی باوکی کردی ئەویش کردی.

4 Notwithstanding the hie places were not taken away: for as yet the people did sacrifice and burnt incense in the hie places.

لەگەڵ ئەوەش نزرگەکانی سەر بەرزایی تێکنەدران، هێشتا گەل لەسەر بەرزاییەکان قوربانییان سەردەبڕی و بخووریان دەسووتاند.

5 And when the kingdome was confirmed in his hand, he slewe his seruants which had killed the King his father.

کاتێک جڵەوی پاشایەتییەکە لە دەستی جێگیر بوو، سزای مردنی بەسەر ئەو کاربەدەستانەدا سەپاند کە پاشای باوکیان کوشتبوو.

6 But the children of those that did slay him, he slewe not, according vnto that that is written in the booke of the Lawe of Moses, wherein the Lord commanded, saying, The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, nor the children put to death for the fathers: but euery man shall be put to death for his owne sinne.

بەڵام کوڕی بکوژەکانی نەکوشت، بەگوێرەی ئەوەی لە پەڕتووکی تەوراتی موسادا نووسراوە، کە یەزدان فەرمانی داوە و فەرموویەتی: «باوک لە جیاتی کوڕ ناکوژرێت و کوڕ لە جیاتی باوک ناکوژرێت، هەر یەکێک لەسەر گوناهی خۆی دەکوژرێت.»

7 He slew also of Edom in the valley of salt ten thousand, and tooke the citie of Sela by warre, and called the name thereof Ioktheel vnto this day.

ئەوە بوو لە دۆڵی خوێ دە هەزار کەسی لە ئەدۆم کوشت و بە جەنگ سەلەعی گرت و ناوی لێنا یۆقتئێل، هەتا ئەمڕۆش ئەوە ناویەتی.

8 Then Amaziah sent messengers to Iehoash the sonne of Iehoahaz, sonne of Iehu King of Israel, saying, Come, let vs see one another in the face.

پاشان ئەمەسیا نێردراوی ناردە لای یەهۆئاشی کوڕی یەهۆئاحازی کوڕی یێهوی پاشای ئیسرائیل و پێی گوت: «وەرە، با ڕووبەڕوو شەڕ بکەین.»

9 Then Iehoash the King of Israel sent to Amaziah King of Iudah, saying, The thistle that is in Lebanon, sent to the cedar that is in Lebanon, saying, Giue thy daughter to my sonne to wife: and the wilde beast that was in Lebanon, went and trode downe the thistle.

یەهۆئاشی پاشای ئیسرائیلیش وەڵامی ئەمەسیای پاشای یەهودای دایەوە و گوتی: «کەرتەشیی لوبنانی ناردی بۆ لای دار ئورزی لوبنانی و گوتی:”کچەکەت بدە بە کوڕەکەم تاکو ببێتە ژنی.“ئینجا ئاژەڵێکی کێوی لە لوبنان بەسەر کەرتەشییەکەدا ڕۆیشت و پانی کردەوە.

10 Because thou hast smitten Edom, thine heart hath made thee proud: bragge of glory, and tary at home. why doest thou prouoke to thine hurt, that thou shouldest fall, and Iudah with thee?

تۆ ئەدۆمت شکاند، ئێستا لەخۆبایی بوویت. بەڕێزبە و لە ماڵی خۆت بمێنەوە! بۆچی بەڵا بەسەر خۆتدا دەهێنیت؟ ئینجا دەکەویت، خۆت و یەهوداش لەگەڵت.»

11 But Amaziah would not heare: therefore Iehoash King of Israel went vp: and he and Amaziah King of Iudah sawe one another in the face at Beth-shemesh which is in Iudah.

بەڵام ئەمەسیا گوێی نەگرت، لەبەر ئەوە یەهۆئاشی پاشای ئیسرائیل هێرشی برد، لەگەڵ ئەمەسیای پاشای یەهودا لە بێت‌شەمەشی یەهودا ڕووبەڕووی یەکتر بوونەوە.

12 And Iudah was put to the worse before Israel, and they fledde euery man to their tents.

لە ئەنجامدا یەهودا بەرامبەر بە ئیسرائیل تێکشکان، هەرکەسە و بەرەو ماڵەکەی خۆی هەڵات.

13 But Iehoash King of Israel tooke Amaziah King of Iudah, the sonne of Iehoash the sonne of Ahaziah, at Beth-shemesh, and came to Ierusalem, and brake downe the wall of Ierusalem from the gate of Ephraim to the corner gate, foure hundreth cubites.

ئەمەسیای پاشای یەهودا، کوڕی یۆئاشی کوڕی ئەحەزیا، لەلایەن یەهۆئاشی پاشای ئیسرائیلەوە لە بێت‌شەمەش بە دیل گیرا. پاشان یەهۆئاش چوو بۆ ئۆرشەلیم و شوورای ئۆرشەلیمی لە دەروازەی ئەفرایمەوە هەتا دەروازەی گۆشەکە وێران کرد، کە چوار سەد باڵ بوو.

14 And he tooke all the gold and siluer, and all the vessels that were found in the house of the Lord, and in the treasures of the Kings house, and the children that were in hostage, and returned to Samaria.

هەموو زێڕ و زیو و قاپوقاچاغەکانی ناو پەرستگای یەزدان و ناو گەنجینەکانی کۆشکی پاشای برد، هەروەها چەندین بارمتەی گرت و گەڕایەوە سامیرە.

15 Concerning the rest of the acts of Iehoash which he did and his valiant deedes, and how he fought with Amaziah King of Iudah, are they not written in the booke of the Chronicles of the Kings of Israel?

ڕووداوەکانی دیکەی پاشایەتی یەهۆئاش، ئەوەی کردی و پاڵەوانییەکەی کە نواندی، چۆن لە دژی ئەمەسیای پاشای یەهودا جەنگا، لە پەڕتووکی کاروباری ڕۆژانەی پاشاکانی ئیسرائیل تۆمار کراون.

16 And Iehoash slept with his fathers, and was buried at Samaria among the Kings of Israel: and Ieroboam his sonne reigned in his stead.

یەهۆئاش لەگەڵ باوباپیرانی سەری نایەوە و لە سامیرە لەگەڵ پاشاکانی ئیسرائیلدا نێژرا. ئیتر یارۆڤعامی کوڕی لەدوای خۆی بوو بە پاشا.

17 And Amaziah the sonne of Ioash King of Iudah, liued after the death of Iehoash sonne of Iehoahaz King of Israel fifteene yeere.

ئەمەسیای کوڕی یۆئاشی پاشای یەهوداش لەدوای مردنی یەهۆئاشی کوڕی یەهۆئاحازی پاشای ئیسرائیل، پازدە ساڵ ژیا.

18 Concerning the rest of the actes of Amaziah, are they not written in the booke of the Chronicles of the Kings of Iudah?

ڕووداوەکانی دیکەی پاشایەتی ئەمەسیا لە پەڕتووکی کاروباری ڕۆژانەی پاشاکانی یەهودا تۆمار کراون.

19 But they wrought treason against him in Ierusalem, and he fled to Lachish, but they sent after him to Lachish, and slewe him there.

لە ئۆرشەلیم پیلانیان لە دژی گێڕا و هەڵات بۆ لاخیش، ئینجا چەند پیاوێکیان بەدوایدا ناردە شاری لاخیش و لەوێ کوشتیان.

20 And they brought him on horses, and he was buried at Ierusalem with his fathers in the citie of Dauid.

بە ئەسپ هێنرایەوە ئۆرشەلیم و لەوێ لە شاری داود لەگەڵ باوباپیرانی نێژرا.

21 Then all the people of Iudah tooke Azariah which was sixteene yeere olde, and made him King for his father Amaziah.

پاشان هەموو گەلی یەهودا عەزەریای گەنجی شازدە ساڵانیان برد و لە جێی ئەمەسیای باوکی کردیانە پاشا.

22 He built Elath, and restored it to Iudah, after that the King slept with his fathers.

ئەو بەندەری ئێلەتی بنیاد ناوە و گەڕاندییەوە سەر یەهودا، پاش ئەوەی ئەمەسیا لەگەڵ باوباپیرانی سەری نایەوە.

23 In the fifteenth yeere of Amaziah the sonne of Ioash King of Iudah, was Ieroboam the sonne of Ioash made King ouer Israel in Samaria, and reigned one and fourtie yeere.

لە ساڵی پازدەیەمینی پاشایەتی ئەمەسیای کوڕی یۆئاشی پاشای یەهودا، یارۆڤعامی کوڕی یەهۆئاشی پاشای ئیسرائیل ماوەی چل و یەک ساڵ لە سامیرە پاشایەتی کرد.

24 And he did euill in the sight of the Lord: for he departed not from all the sinnes of Ieroboam the sonne of Nebat, which made Israel to sinne.

لەبەرچاوی یەزدان خراپەکاری کرد، لە هیچ یەکێک لە گوناهەکانی یارۆڤعامی کوڕی نەڤات لای نەدا، کە بەهۆیەوە وای کردبوو ئیسرائیل گوناه بکات.

25 He restored the coast of Israel, from the entring of Hamath, vnto the Sea of the wildernesse, according to the worde of the Lord God of Israel, which he spake by his seruant Ionah the sonne of Amittai the Prophet, which was of Gath Hepher.

ئەو بوو کە سنوورەکانی ئیسرائیلی گەڕاندەوە، لە دەروازەی حەماتەوە هەتا دەریای مردوو، بەپێی فەرمایشتی یەزدان کە لە ڕێگەی بەندەکەیەوە، لە ڕێگەی یونسی کوڕی ئەمیتەیەوە فەرمووبووی، ئەو پێغەمبەرەی خەڵکی گەت حێفەر بوو.

26 For the Lord saw the exceeding bitter affliction of Israel, so that there was none shutte vp, nor any left, neyther yet any that could helpe Israel.

یەزدان زەلیلیی تاڵی کۆیلە و ئازادی ئیسرائیلی بینی، کەس نییە یارمەتی ئیسرائیل بدات.

27 Yet the Lord had not decreed to put out the name of Israel from vnder the heauen: therefore he preserued them by the hand of Ieroboam the sonne of Ioash.

یەزدانیش نەیفەرمووبوو کە ناوی ئیسرائیل لەژێر ئاسماندا دەسڕێتەوە، جا بە دەستی یارۆڤعامی کوڕی یەهۆئاش ڕزگاری کردن.

28 Concerning the rest of the actes of Ieroboam, and all that he did, and his valiant deedes, and how he fought, and how he restored Damascus, and Hamath to Iudah in Israel, are they not written in the booke of the Chronicles of the Kings of Israel?

ڕووداوەکانی دیکەی پاشایەتی یارۆڤعام و هەموو ئەوەی کردی و پاڵەوانییەکەی، چۆن جەنگا و چۆن دیمەشق و حەماتی گەڕاندەوە سەر ئیسرائیل، کە پێشتر سەر بە یەهودا بوون، لە پەڕتووکی کاروباری ڕۆژانەی پاشاکانی ئیسرائیل تۆمار کراون.

29 So Ieroboam slept with his fathers, euen with the Kings of Israel, and Zachariah his sonne reigned in his steade.

یارۆڤعام لەگەڵ باوباپیرانی، لەگەڵ پاشاکانی ئیسرائیل سەری نایەوە. ئیتر زەکەریای کوڕی لەدوای خۆی بوو بە پاشا.
