2 Corinthians 6

1 So we therefore as workers together beseech you, that ye receiue not the grace of God in vaine.

තස්‍ය සහායා වයං යුෂ්මාන් ප්‍රාර්ථයාමහේ, ඊශ්වරස්‍යානුග්‍රහෝ යුෂ්මාභි ර්වෘථා න ගෘහ්‍යතාං|

2 For he sayth, I haue heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of saluation haue I succoured thee: beholde nowe the accepted time, beholde nowe the day of saluation.

තේනෝක්තමේතත්, සංශ්‍රෝෂ්‍යාමි ශුභේ කාලේ ත්වදීයාං ප්‍රාර්ථනාම් අහං| උපකාරං කරිෂ්‍යාමි පරිත්‍රාණදිනේ තව| පශ්‍යතායං ශුභකාලඃ පශ්‍යතේදං ත්‍රාණදිනං|

3 We giue no occasion of offence in any thing, that our ministerie shoulde not be reprehended.

අස්මාකං පරිචර‍්‍ය්‍යා යන්නිෂ්කලඞ්කා භවේත් තදර්ථං වයං කුත්‍රාපි විඝ්නං න ජනයාමඃ,

4 But in all things we approue our selues as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses,

කින්තු ප්‍රචුරසහිෂ්ණුතා ක්ලේශෝ දෛන්‍යං විපත් තාඩනා කාරාබන්ධනං නිවාසහීනත්වං පරිශ්‍රමෝ ජාගරණම් උපවසනං

5 In stripes, in prisons, in tumults, in labours,

නිර්ම්මලත්වං ඥානං මෘදුශීලතා හිතෛෂිතා

6 By watchings, by fastings, by puritie, by knowledge, by long suffering, by kindnesse, by the holy Ghost, by loue vnfained,

පවිත්‍ර ආත්මා නිෂ්කපටං ප්‍රේම සත්‍යාලාප ඊශ්වරීයශක්ති

7 By the worde of trueth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousnesse on the right hand, and on the left,

ර්දක්‍ෂිණවාමාභ්‍යාං කරාභ්‍යාං ධර්ම්මාස්ත්‍රධාරණං

8 By honour, and dishonour, by euill report, and good report, as deceiuers, and yet true:

මානාපමානයෝරඛ්‍යාතිසුඛ්‍යාත්‍යෝ ර්භාගිත්වම් ඒතෛඃ සර්ව්වෛරීශ්වරස්‍ය ප්‍රශංස්‍යාන් පරිචාරකාන් ස්වාන් ප්‍රකාශයාමඃ|

9 As vnknowen, and yet knowen: as dying, and beholde, we liue: as chastened, and yet not killed:

භ්‍රමකසමා වයං සත්‍යවාදිනෝ භවාමඃ, අපරිචිතසමා වයං සුපරිචිතා භවාමඃ, මෘතකල්පා වයං ජීවාමඃ, දණ්ඩ්‍යමානා වයං න හන්‍යාමහේ,

10 As sorowing, and yet alway reioycing: as poore, and yet make many riche: as hauing nothing, and yet possessing all things.

ශෝකයුක්තාශ්ච වයං සදානන්දාමඃ, දරිද්‍රා වයං බහූන් ධනිනඃ කුර්ම්මඃ, අකිඤ්චනාශ්ච වයං සර්ව්වං ධාරයාමඃ|

11 O Corinthians, our mouth is open vnto you: our heart is made large.

හේ කරින්ථිනඃ, යුෂ්මාකං ප්‍රති මමාස්‍යං මුක්තං මමාන්තඃකරණාඤ්ච විකසිතං|

12 Ye are not kept strait in vs, but ye are kept strait in your owne bowels.

යූයං මමාන්තරේ න සඞ්කෝචිතාඃ කිඤ්ච යූයමේව සඞ්කෝචිතචිත්තාඃ|

13 Nowe for the same recompence, I speake as to my children, Be you also inlarged.

කින්තු මහ්‍යං න්‍යාය්‍යඵලදානාර්ථං යුෂ්මාභිරපි විකසිතෛ ර්භවිතව්‍යම් ඉත්‍යහං නිජබාලකානිව යුෂ්මාන් වදාමි|

14 Be not vnequally yoked with the infidels: for what fellowship hath righteousnesse with vnrighteousnesse? and what communion hath light with darkenesse?

අපරම් අප්‍රත්‍යයිභිඃ සාර්ද්ධං යූයම් ඒකයුගේ බද්ධා මා භූත, යස්මාද් ධර්ම්මාධර්ම්මයෝඃ කඃ සම්බන්ධෝ(අ)ස්ති? තිමිරේණ සර්ද්ධං ප්‍රභායා වා කා තුලනාස්ති?

15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath the beleeuer with the infidell?

බිලීයාලදේවේන සාකං ඛ්‍රීෂ්ටස්‍ය වා කා සන්ධිඃ? අවිශ්වාසිනා සාර්ද්ධං වා විශ්වාසිලෝකස්‍යාංශඃ කඃ?

16 And what agreement hath the Temple of God with idols? for ye are the Temple of the liuing God: as God hath said, I will dwell among them, and walke there: and I will be their God, and they shalbe my people.

ඊශ්වරස්‍ය මන්දිරේණ සහ වා දේවප්‍රතිමානාං කා තුලනා? අමරස්‍යේශ්වරස්‍ය මන්දිරං යූයමේව| ඊශ්වරේණ තදුක්තං යථා, තේෂාං මධ්‍යේ(අ)හං ස්වාවාසං නිධාස්‍යාමි තේෂාං මධ්‍යේ ච යාතායාතං කුර්ව්වන් තේෂාම් ඊශ්වරෝ භවිෂ්‍යාමි තේ ච මල්ලෝකා භවිෂ්‍යන්ති|

17 Wherefore come out from among them, and separate your selues, saith the Lord, and touch none vncleane thing, and I wil receiue you.

අතෝ හේතෝඃ පරමේශ්වරඃ කථයති යූයං තේෂාං මධ්‍යාද් බහිර්භූය පෘථග් භවත, කිමප්‍යමේධ්‍යං න ස්පෘශත; තේනාහං යුෂ්මාන් ග්‍රහීෂ්‍යාමි,

18 And I will be a Father vnto you, and ye shalbe my sonnes and daughters, saith the Lord almightie.

යුෂ්මාකං පිතා භවිෂ්‍යාමි ච, යූයඤ්ච මම කන්‍යාපුත්‍රා භවිෂ්‍යථේති සර්ව්වශක්තිමතා පරමේශ්වරේණෝක්තං|
