1 Thessalonians 2
1 For ye your selues knowe, brethren, that our entrance in vnto you was not in vaine,
Kwa ndabha mwayhomo mmanyili, ndhongo, kwa bhujio wa tete kwa muenga wayelepi wa mebhwa.
2 But euen after that we had suffered before, and were shamefully entreated at Philippi, (as ye knowe) we were bolde in our God, to speake vnto you the Gospell of God with much striuing.
Mmanyili kuwa muandi twatesiki ni kutubhona kisoni khola kufilipi, kama kammnyili. Twayele bhakifu kup'etela K'yara kubhomba injili ya muene kup'etela tabu syoa.
3 For our exhortation was not by deceite, nor by vncleannes, nor by guile.
Kwa ndabha mahusiano ghitu ghihomela lepi kwa ubaya, wala kwa uchafu, wala kup'etela hila.
4 But as we were allowed of God, that the Gospel should be committed vnto vs, so we speake, not as they that please men, but God, which approoueth our hearts.
Badala yake, kama kayakubaliki ni K'yara ni kuaminibhwa kiinjili, ndo katinena. Tinena si kwa kubhafurahisha bhanu, ila kwa kumfurahisha K'yara. Muene ndo yachungusya miteema ya tete.
5 Neither yet did we euer vse flattering wordes, as ye knowe, nor coloured couetousnes, God is recorde.
Kwa ndabha twatumili lepi malobhi gha kujipendekesa magono ghoa ghoa, kama kammnyili, walakutumila malobhi kujo kisingizio kya tamaa, K'yara ndo shaidi wayhoto.
6 Neither sought we prayse of men, neither of you, nor of others, when we might haue bene chargeable, as the Apostles of Christ.
Wala twalondili lepi utukufu kwa bhanu, wala kuh'omela kwa yhomo au bhangi. Ngata bbhwesili kudai au kupendebhulibhwa kitya bhatume bha Yesu Kristu.
7 But we were gentle among you, euen as a nource cherisheth her children.
Badala yake taye tabhapole kati ya yhoto kujo mabhu kabhafaliji bhana bha muene.
8 Thus being affectioned toward you, our good will was to haue dealt vnto you, not the Gospel of God onely, but also our owne soules, because ye were deare vnto vs.
Kwa njela eye taye ni upendo kwa yhomo. Twayele radhi kabh'ele kubhashilikisya muinjili ya K'yara bali kabhele ni maisha gha yhoto tabhene. Kwa ndabha muyele bhapendwa bhitu.
9 For ye remember, brethren, our labour and trauaile: for we laboured day and night, because we would not be chargeable vnto any of you, and preached vnto you the Gospel of God.
Kwa ndabha ndhongo mwikhomboka mbhombho ni tabu sya yhoto. Pakilu ni pamusi twayela kubhomba mbhombho ili tukotokulewabhwa kwa yuoayola, magono ghala, twabhahubilili ayi injili ya K'yara.
10 Ye are witnesses, and God also, how holily, and iustly, and vnblameably we behaued our selues among you that beleeue.
Muenga mashaidi, ni K'yara kabhele, ndo kwa N'takatifu wa namna yeleku, ya haki, ni bila lawama tuayalotili twayhoto palongolo pa yhomo pabha mwiamini.
11 As ye knowe how that we exhorted you, and comforted, and besought euery one of you (as a father his children)
Eye kabh'ele, mmanyili kwa namna yeleku kwa Kila mmonga bhinu, kujo Dadi kaayele kwabhanabhabhi katika bhahimisi ni kubhapela mioyo. Twashuhudili.
12 That ye would walke worthy of God, who hath called you vnto his kingdome and glorie.
Ndabha yapasibhu kulota kawayele bhuito bhuinu kwa K'yara yaabhakutilimu ufalme ni utukufu bhuake.
13 For this cause also thanke we God without ceasing, that when ye receiued the worde of God, which ye heard of vs, ye receiued it not as the worde of men, but as it is in deede the worde of God, which also worketh in you that beleeue.
Kwa ndabha ya ele tikamshukuru K'yara muda bhuowa. Kwa ndabha magono gha mwapokolai mjumbe kuhomela kwa tete was K'yara wamwapeleliki, mwayopolili, si kama lilobhi la binadamu. Badala yake, mwayopolili kama kaliyele lilobhila K'yara. Ndo lilobhi la lifuanya mbhombho mbhombho kwa bhabhiamini.
14 For brethren, ye are become folowers of the Churches of God, which in Iudea are in Christ Iesus, because ye haue also suffred the same things of your owne countrey men, euen as they haue of the Iewes,
Ko henu muenga, ndongo, muyele bhanu bha kuyegha makanisa ghaghayele muuyaahudi kup'etela Kristu Yesu. Kwa ndabha muenga kabh'ele mwatesiki kwa mambo ghala ghala kuh'omela kwa bhanubhayhomo, kama kakayele kuhomela kwa mayaudi.
15 Who both killed the Lord Iesus and their owne Prophets, and haue persecuted vs away, and God they please not, and are contrary to all men,
Bhayele bhayaudi ndo ya bharikomili Bwana Yesu pamonga ni bhamanabii. Ndo bhayaudi bhabhatubhengili tupitai kwibhala. Bhakampendesya lepi K'yara ndo maadui kwa bhanu bhoa.
16 And forbid vs to preach vnto the Gentiles, that they might be saued, to fulfill their sinnes alwayes: for the wrath of God is come on them, to the vtmost.
Bhatuzuili tusijobhi kwa mataifa ili bhabhwesyai kuokolibhwa. Matokeo ghaki ndo bhiyendelila ni dhambi sabhene. Kumuishu ghadhabu ihidili panani pabhene.
17 For asmuch, brethren, as we were kept from you for a season, concerning sight, but not in the heart, we enforced the more to see your face with great desire.
Tete, ndongo, twatengene ni muenga kwa magono madebe, kimbhele, si kup'etela roho. Twaketili kwa uwezo was yhoto na kwa shauku iyene kubhona nyuso sinu.
18 Therefore we would haue come vnto you (I Paul, at least once or twise) but Satan hindered vs.
Kwa ndabha twalondai kuhida kwa yhomo, nene Paulo, kwa mala ya kuanza ni muda yhene, jobha lisyetani latuzuili.
19 For what is our hope or ioye, or crowne of reioycing? are not euen you it in the presence of our Lord Iesus Christ at his comming?
Kwa ndabha ya kujiamini kwa yhoto ndo kiki kapalongolo, au furaha, au litaji la kujifunila palongolo pa Bwana Yesu, magono gha kuhida kuaki? Na simuenga zaidi kama kabhayele bhamana?
20 Yea, ye are our glory and ioy.
Kwa ndabha muenga ndo utukufu ni furaha yhitu.
