1 Samuel 12
1 Samuel then said vnto all Israel, Behold, I haue hearkened vnto your voyce in all that yee sayde vnto mee, and haue appoynted a King ouer you.
Samuu'eel wuxuu reer binu Israa'iil oo dhan ku yidhi, Bal eega, anigu waan maqlay codkiinnii iyo wixii aad igu tidhaahdeen oo dhan, oo waxaan idiin yeelay boqor idiin taliya.
2 Now therefore behold, your King walketh before you, and I am old and graie headed, and beholde, my sonnes are with you: and I haue walked before you from my childehood vnto this day.
Oo haatan, bal eega, boqorkii wuu idin hor socdaaye, oo anigu waan gaboobay, waanan cirroobay; oo bal eega, wiilashaydiina way idinla joogaan, oo aniguna waxaan idin hor socday tan iyo yaraantaydii.
3 Beholde, here I am: beare recorde of me before the Lord and before his Anointed. Whose oxe haue I taken? or whose asse haue I taken? or whome haue I done wrong to? or whome haue I hurt? or of whose hande haue I receiued any bribe, to blinde mine eyes therewith, and I will restore it you?
Bal waa i kan. Rabbiga hortiisa igu markhaati fura, iyo kan uu subkaday hortiisaba. Bal yaan dibigiisii ka qaatay? Amase bal yaan dameerkiisii ka qaatay? Amase yaan dulmay? Amase yaan cadaadiyey? Kumaanse gacantiisa laaluush ka qaatay si aan isu indhatiro daraaddeed? Hadday saas tahay waan idiin celin.
4 Then they sayde, Thou hast done vs no wrong, nor hast hurt vs, neither hast thou taken ought of any mans hand.
Oo iyana waxay yidhaahdeen, Nama aad dulmin, namana aad cadaadin, oo ninnaba gacantiisa waxba kama aad qaadan.
5 And he saide vnto them, The Lord is witnesse against you, and his Anointed is witnesse this day, that yee haue founde nought in mine handes. And they answered, He is witnesse.
Markaasuu isna wuxuu ku yidhi iyaga, Maanta Rabbigaa idinku marag ah, iyo kan uu subkaday, inaydnaan waxba gacantayda ku helin. Oo iyana waxay yidhaahdeen, Haah, isagu waa ka marag.
6 Then Samuel sayde vnto the people, It is the Lord that made Moses and Aaron, and that brought your fathers out of the land of Egypt.
Markaasaa Samuu'eel wuxuu dadkii ku yidhi, Muuse iyo Haaruun waxaa doortay Rabbiga, oo isagaa awowayaashiin ka soo saaray dalkii Masar.
7 Nowe therefore stand still, that I may reason with you before the Lord according to all the righteousnesse of the Lord, which he shewed to you and to your fathers.
Haddaba bal joogsada inaan Rabbiga hortiisa idinkula hadlo wax ku saabsan falimihii Rabbiga oo xaqa ahaa oo dhan, oo uu idiin sameeyey idinka iyo awowayaashiinba.
8 After that Iaakob was come into Egypt, and your fathers cried vnto the Lord, then the Lord sent Moses and Aaron which brought your fathers out of Egypt, and made them dwell in this place.
Markii Yacquub Masar yimid, oo awowayaashiin Rabbiga u qayshadeen, kolkaasaa Rabbigu soo diray Muuse iyo Haaruun, kuwaasoo awowayaashiin ka soo bixiyey Masar oo halkan soo dejiyey.
9 And when they forgate the Lord their God, he solde them into the hand of Sisera captaine of the hoste of Hazor, and into the hand of the Philistims, and into the hande of the king of Moab, and they fought against them.
Laakiinse way illoobeen Rabbigii Ilaahooda ahaa, markaasuu wuxuu ka iibsaday oo gacanta u geliyey Siiseraa, oo ahaa sirkaalkii ciidanka Xaasoor, oo wuxuu geliyey gacantii reer Falastiin, iyo gacantii boqorkii reer Moo'aab, wayna la dirireen iyaga.
10 And they cried vnto the Lord, and saide, We haue sinned, because we haue forsaken the Lord, and haue serued Baalim and Ashtaroth. Nowe therefore deliuer vs out of the handes of our enemies, and we will serue thee.
Markaasay Rabbiga u qayshadeen, oo yidhaahdeen, Waannu dembaabnay, maxaa yeelay, waannu kaa tagnay, Rabbiyow, oo u adeegnay Bacaliim iyo Cashtarod, laakiinse haatan naga samatabbixi gacanta cadaawayaashayada, oo waannu kuu adeegi doonnaa.
11 Therefore the Lord sent Ierubbaal and Bedan and Iphtaph, and Samuel, and deliuered you out of the handes of your enemies on euery side, and yee dwelled safe.
Dabadeedna Rabbigu wuxuu soo diray Yerubbacal, iyo Bedaan, iyo Yeftaah, iyo Samuu'eel, oo idinka samatabbixiyey gacantii cadaawayaashiinnii dhan walba idinka jiray, oo ammaan baad ku degganaateen.
12 Notwithstanding when you sawe, that Nahash the King of the children of Ammon came against you, ye sayde vnto me, No, but a King shall reigne ouer vs: when yet the Lord your God was your King.
Oo markii aad aragteen boqorkii Naaxaash ahaa oo reer Cammoon inuu idinku soo duulay, waxaad igu tidhaahdeen, Maya, laakiinse waa inuu boqor noo taliyaa; markaasna waxaa boqor idiin ahaa Rabbiga Ilaahiinna ah.
13 Nowe therefore beholde the King whome yee haue chosen, and whome yee haue desired: loe therefore, the Lord hath set a King ouer you.
Haddaba bal eega boqorkii aad doorateen oo aad i weyddiisateen, oo hadda bal eega, Rabbigu wuxuu idiin yeelay boqor idiin taliya.
14 If ye wil feare the Lord and serue him, and heare his voyce, and not disobey the worde of the Lord, both yee, and the King that reigneth ouer you, shall follow the Lord your God.
Waa hagaag, haddii aad Rabbiga ka cabsataan oo aad u adeegtaan, oo aad codkiisa maqashaan, oo aydnaan ku caasiyoobin amarka Rabbiga, oo aad idinka iyo boqorka idiin taliyaaba ahaataan kuwo raacaya Rabbiga Ilaahiinna ah.
15 But if yee will not obey the voyce of the Lord, but disobey the Lordes mouth, then shall the hand of the Lord be vpon you, and on your fathers.
Laakiinse haddii aydnaan dhegaysan codka Rabbiga, illowse aad ku caasiyowdaan amarka Rabbiga, de markaas gacanta Rabbigu gees bay idinka ahaanaysaa, siday awowayaashiinba uga ahayd.
16 Nowe also stande and see this great thing which the Lord will doe before your eyes.
Haddaba bal joogsada oo eega waxan weyn oo uu Rabbigu ku samayn doono hortiinna.
17 Is it not nowe wheat haruest? I wil call vnto the Lord, and he shall send thunder and raine, that yee may perceiue and see, howe that your wickednesse is great, which ye haue done in the sight of the Lord in asking you a King.
Sow maanta ma aha maalintii sarreenka la gooynayay? Anigu Rabbigaan baryayaa inuu soo diro onkod iyo roob; oo idinna markaasaad ogaan doontaan oo arki doontaan inuu weyn yahay sharkiinna aad Rabbiga hortiisa ku samayseen markaad boqor weyddiisateen.
18 Then Samuel called vnto the Lord, and the Lord sent thunder and raine the same day: and all the people feared the Lord and Samuel exceedingly.
Saas aawadeed Samuu'eel Rabbiguu baryay, oo Rabbiguna maalintaasuu onkod iyo roob soo diray, oo dadkii oo dhammuna aad iyo aad bay uga cabsadeen Rabbiga iyo Samuu'eelba.
19 And all the people said vnto Samuel, Pray for thy seruaunts vnto the Lord thy God, that we die not: for we haue sinned in asking vs a King, beside all our other sinnes.
Markaasaa dadkii oo dhammu waxay Samuu'eel ku yidhaahdeen, Addoommadaada u bari Rabbiga Ilaahaaga ah, yaannan dhimanne, waayo, dembiyadayadii oo dhan waxaan ku darsannay sharkan markaannu boqor weyddiisannay.
20 And Samuel said vnto the people, Feare not. (ye haue indeede done all this wickednesse, yet depart not from following the Lord, but serue the Lord with all your heart,
Oo Samuu'eelna wuxuu dadkii ku yidhi, Ha cabsanina; xaqiiqa, waxaad samayseen sharkan oo dhan, laakiinse gees ha uga leexanina Rabbiga lasocodkiisa, waxaadse ugu adeegtaan qalbigiinna oo dhan;
21 Neither turne yee backe: for that shoulde be after vaine things which cannot profite you, nor deliuer you, for they are but vanitie)
oo gees ha uga leexanina, waayo, markaas waxaad raaci lahaydeen waxyaalo aan micne lahayn ee aan waxba tari karin, waxna badbaadin karin, waayo, iyagu micne ma leh.
22 For the Lord will not forsake his people for his great Names sake: because it hath pleased the Lord to make you his people.
Maxaa yeelay, Rabbigu ka tegi maayo dadkiisa, magiciisa weyn aawadiis; maxaa yeelay, Rabbiga way ka farxisay inuu dad idinka dhigto.
23 Moreouer God forbid, that I should sinne against the Lord, and cease praying for you, but I will shewe you the good and right way.
Oo haddana aniga xaggayga, Ilaah ha iga fogeeyo inaan Rabbiga ku dembaabo, taasoo ah anoo joojinaya inaan idiin duceeyo; laakiinse waxaan idin barayaa jidka wanaagsan oo qumman.
24 Therefore feare you the Lord, and serue him in the trueth with all your hearts, and consider howe great things he hath done for you.
Laakiinse idinku Rabbiga ka cabsada, oo si run ah qalbigiinna oo dhan ugu adeega; waayo, bal ka fiirsada waxyaalaha waaweyn oo uu idiin sameeyey.
25 But if ye doe wickedly, ye shall perish, both yee, and your King.
Laakiinse haddaad shar sii samaysaan waa laydin baabbi'in doonaa idinka iyo boqorkiinnaba.
