1 Chronicles 24
1 These are also the diuisions of the sonnes of Aaron: The sonnes of Aaron were Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.
OR quant'è a' figliuoli d'Aaronne, i loro spartimenti [furono questi]: I figliuoli d'Aaronne [furono] Nadab, ed Abihu, Eleazaro, ed Itamar.
2 But Nadab and Abihu died before their father, and had no children: therefore Eleazar and Ithamar executed the Priestes office.
Ed essendo Nadab ed Abihu morti senza figliuoli davanti al padre loro, Eleazaro ed Itamar esercitaroro il sacerdozio.
3 And Dauid distributed them, euen Zadok of the sonnes of Eleazar, and Ahimelech of the sonnes of Ithamar according to their offices in their ministration.
Or Davide li distribuì secondo gli ordini loro nel lor ministerio, [essendo] Sadoc de' figliuoli di Eleazaro, ed Ahimelec de' figliuoli d'Itamar.
4 And there were found more of the sonnes of Eleazar by the number of men, then of the sonnes of Ithamar. and they deuided them, to wit, among the sonnes of Eleazar, sixteene heads, according to the houshould of their fathers, and among ye sonnes of Ithamar, according to the housholde of their fathers, eight.
Ed i figliuoli di Eleazaro si trovarono in più gran numero di capi d'uomini, che i figliuoli di Itamar, quando gli spartimenti furono fatti. De' figliuoli di Eleazaro [vi erano] sedici capi di famiglie paterne, e de' figliuoli d'Itamar otto.
5 Thus they distributed them by lot the one from the other, and so the rulers of the Sanctuarie and the rulers of the house of God were of the sonnes of Eleazar and of the sonnes of Ithamar.
E gli spartimenti furono fatti a sorte, gli uni per mezzo gli altri; perciocchè anche i capi del santuario, e [della Casa] di Dio, erano de' figliuoli di Eleazaro, e de' figliuoli d'Itamar.
6 And Shemaiah the sonne of Nethaneel the scribe of the Leuites, wrote them before ye King and the princes, and Zadok the Priest, and Ahimelech the sonne of Abiathar, and before ye chiefe fathers of the Priests and of the Leuites, one familie being reserued for Eleazar, and another reserued for Ithamar.
E Semaia, figliuolo di Natanael, Scriba, [della tribù] di Levi, li descrisse davanti al re, e davanti a' capi [del popolo], ed al sacerdote Sadoc, e ad Ahimelec, figliuolo di Ebiatar, ed a' capi delle [famiglie] paterne de' sacerdoti, e de' Leviti; una casa paterna si prendeva [de' discendenti] di Eleazaro, ed un'[altra congiuntamente di que]'d'Itamar.
7 And the first lot fell to Iehoiarib, and the second to Iedaiah,
La prima sorte adunque scadde a Ioiarib, la seconda a Iedaia,
8 The third to Harim, the fourth to Seorim,
la terza ad Harim, la quarta a Seorim,
9 The fifth to Malchiiah, the sixt to Miiamin,
la quinta a Malchia,
10 The seuenth to Hakkoz, the eight to Abiiah,
la sesta a Miamin, la settima a Cos, l'ottava ad Abia,
11 The ninth to Ieshua, the tenth to Shecaniah,
la nona a Iesua, la decima a Secania,
12 The eleuenth to Eliashib, the twelft to Iakim,
l'undecima ad Eliasib, la duodecima a Iachim,
13 The thirteenth to Huppa, the fouretenth to Ieshebeab,
la tredicesima ad Huppa, la quartadecima a Iesebeab,
14 The fiftenth to Bilgah, the sixtenth to Immer,
la quintadecima a Bilga, la sestadecima ad Immer,
15 The seuententh to Hezir, the eightenth to Happizzer,
la diciassettesima ad Hezir, la diciottesima a Pisses,
16 The ninetenth to Pethahiah, the twentieth to Iehezekel,
la diciannovesima a Petahia, la ventesima ad Ezechiele,
17 The one and twentie to Iachin, the two and twentie to Gamul,
la ventunesima a Iachin, la ventiduesima a Gamul,
18 The three and twentie to Deliah, the foure and twentie to Maaziah.
la ventesimaterza a Delaia, la ventiquattresima a Maazia.
19 These were their orders according to their offices, when they entred into the house of the Lord according to their custome vnder the hande of Aaron their father, as the Lord God of Israel had commanded him.
Questi [furono] i loro ordini nel lor ministerio, [secondo i quali aveano] da venir nella Casa del Signore, secondo che era loro ordinato, sotto la condotta di Aaronne, lor padre; come il Signore Iddio d'Israele gli avea comandato.
20 And of the sonnes of Leui that remained of the sonnes of Amram, was Shubael, of the sonnes of Shubael, Iedeiah,
E QUANT'è al rimanente de' figliuoli di Levi, de' figliuoli di Amram, [vi fu] Subael; e de' figliuoli di Subael, Iedeia.
21 Of Rehabiah. euen of the sonnes of Rehabiah, the first Isshiiah,
Quant'è a' figliuoli di Rehabia, Isia [fu] il capo.
22 Of Izhari, Shelomoth, of the sonnes of Shelomoth, Iahath,
Degl'Ishariti, Selomot; de' figliuoli di Selomot, Iahat.
23 And his sonnes Ieriah the first, Amariah the second, Iahaziel the thirde, and Iekameam the fourth,
[De' figliuoli di Hebron, Ieria era il primo], Amaria il secondo, Iahaziel il terzo, Iecamam il quarto.
24 The sonne of Vzziel was Michah, ye sonne of Michah was Shamir,
De' figliuoli di Uzziel [fu capo] Mica; de' figliuoli di Mica, Samir.
25 The brother of Michah was Isshiiah, the sonne of Isshiiah, Zechariah,
Il fratello di Mica [fu] Isia; de' figliuoli d'Isia, Zaccaria [fu il capo].
26 The sonnes of Merari, were Mahli and Mushi, the sonne of Iaaziiah was Beno,
I figliuoli di Merari[furono] Mehali, e Musi; e de' figliuoli di Iaazia, Beno [fu il capo].
27 The sonnes of Merari of Iahaziah were Beno, and Shoham, and Zaccur and Ibri.
I figliuoli di Merari, per Iaazia, [furono] Beno, e Soham, e Zaccur, ed Ibri.
28 Of Mahli came Eleazar, which had no sonnes.
Di Mahali [il capo fu] Eleazaro, il quale non ebbe figliuoli.
29 Of Kish. the sonne of Kish was Ierahmeel,
Quant'è a Chis, [il capo de]'suoi figliuoli [fu] Ierameel.
30 And the sonnes of Mushi were Mahli, and Eder, and Ierimoth: these were sonnes of the Leuites after the houshold of their fathers.
E de' figliuoli di Musi [furono i capi] Mahali, ed Eder, e Ierimot. Questi [furono] i figliuoli de' Leviti, secondo le lor case paterne.
31 And these also cast lots with their brethren the sonnes of Aaron before King Dauid, and Zadok and Ahimelech and the chiefe fathers of the Priests, and of the Leuites, euen the chiefe of the families against their yonger brethren.
E tirarono anch'essi le sorti, al pari de' figliuoli d'Aaronne, lor fratelli, in presenza del re Davide, e di Sadoc, e d'Ahimelec, e de' capi delle [famiglie] paterne de' sacerdoti, e de' Leviti; le principali delle [case] paterne [essendo] pareggiate ad [altre più] piccole de' lor fratelli.
