1 Chronicles 23
1 So when Dauid was olde and full of dayes, he made Salomon his sonne King ouer Israel.
David maljuniĝis kaj atingis sufiĉan aĝon; kaj li faris Salomonon, sian filon, reĝo super Izrael.
2 And hee gathered together all the princes of Israel with the Priestes and the Leuites.
Kaj li kunvenigis ĉiujn estrojn de Izrael kaj la pastrojn kaj la Levidojn.
3 And the Leuites were numbred from ye age of thirtie yeere and aboue, and their nomber according to their summe was eight and thirtie thousand men.
Kaj estis kalkulitaj la Levidoj de la aĝo de tridek jaroj kaj pli; kaj montriĝis, ke ilia nombro, kalkulante ĉiujn kapojn de viroj, estis tridek ok mil.
4 Of these foure and twentie thousande were set to aduance the worke of the house of the Lord, and sixe thousand were ouerseers and iudges.
El ili por administri la servadon de la domo de la Eternulo estis dudek kvar mil; da oficistoj kaj juĝistoj estis ses mil;
5 And foure thousand were porters, and foure thousande praised the Lord with instruments which he made to praise the Lord.
kvar mil pordegistoj, kaj kvar mil glorantoj de la Eternulo per instrumentoj, kiujn mi faris por glorado.
6 So Dauid deuided offices vnto them, to wit, to the sonnes of Leui, to Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.
Kaj David dividis ilin en klasojn laŭ la filoj de Levi: Gerŝon, Kehat, kaj Merari.
7 Of the Gershonites were Laadan and Shimei.
La Gerŝonidoj: Ladan kaj Ŝimei.
8 The sonnes of Laadan, the chiefe was Iehiel, and Zetham and Ioel, three.
La filoj de Ladan: la ĉefo Jeĥiel, Zetam, kaj Joel — tri.
9 The Sonnes of Shimei, Shelomith, and Haziel, and Haram, three: these were the chiefe fathers of Laadan.
La filoj de Ŝimei: Ŝelomit, Ĥaziel, kaj Haran — tri. Tio estas la ĉefoj de patrodomoj de Ladan.
10 Also the sonnes of Shimei were Iahath, Zina, Ieush, and Beriah: these foure were ye sonnes of Shimei.
Kaj la filoj de Ŝimei: Jaĥat, Zina, Jeuŝ, kaj Beria. Tio estas la filoj de Ŝimei — kvar.
11 And Iahath was the chiefe, and Zizah the seconde, but Ieush and Beriah had not many sonnes: therfore they were in the families of their father, counted but as one.
Jaĥat estis la ĉefo, Zina estis la dua; Jeuŝ kaj Beria havis nemulte da infanoj, tial ili ĉe la kalkulado prezentis unu patrodomon.
12 The sonnes of Kohath were Amram, Izhar, Hebron aud Vzziel, foure.
La filoj de Kehat: Amram, Jichar, Ĥebron, kaj Uziel — kvar.
13 The sonnes of Amram, Aaron and Moses: and Aaron was separated to sanctifie the most holy place, hee and his sonnes for euer to burne incense before the Lord, to minister to him, and to blesse in his Name for euer.
La filoj de Amram: Aaron kaj Moseo. Aaron estis apartigita kaj sanktigita por la plejsanktejo, li kaj liaj idoj por ĉiam, por incensadi antaŭ la Eternulo, por servadi al Li kaj por benadi en Lia nomo eterne.
14 Moses also the man of God, and his children were named with the tribe of Leui.
Moseo estis homo de Dio, kaj liaj idoj estis alkalkulitaj al la tribo de Levi.
15 The sonnes of Moses were Gershom, and Eliezer,
La filoj de Moseo: Gerŝom kaj Eliezer.
16 Of the sonnes of Gershom was Shebuel the chiefe.
La filoj de Gerŝom: Ŝebuel estis la ĉefo.
17 And the sonne of Eliezer was Rehabiah the chiefe: for Eliezer had none other sonnes: but the sonnes of Rehabiah were very many.
La filoj de Eliezer estis: Reĥabja, la unua; aliajn filojn Eliezer ne havis; sed Reĥabja havis tre multe da filoj.
18 The sone of Izhar was Shelomith ye chiefe.
La filoj de Jichar: Ŝelomit, la unua.
19 The sonnes of Hebron were Ieriah the first, Amariah the second, Iahaziel the third, and Iekamiam the fourth.
La filoj de Ĥebron: la unua estis Jerija, la dua estis Amarja, la tria estis Jaĥaziel, la kvara estis Jekameam.
20 The sones of Vzziel were Michah the first, and Isshiah the second.
La filoj de Uziel: Miĥa, la unua, kaj Jiŝija, la dua.
21 The sonnes of Merari were Mahli and Mushi. The sonnes of Mahli, Eleazar and Kish.
La filoj de Merari: Maĥli kaj Muŝi. La filoj de Maĥli: Eleazar kaj Kiŝ.
22 And Eleazar dyed, and had no sonnes, but daughters, and their brethren the sonnes of Kish tooke them.
Eleazar mortis, kaj li ne havis filojn, sed nur filinojn; kaj ilin prenis al si la filoj de Kiŝ, iliaj kuzoj.
23 The sonnes of Mushi were Mahli, and Eder, and Ierimoth, three.
La filoj de Muŝi: Maĥli, Eder, kaj Jeremot — tri.
24 These were the sonnes of Leui according to the house of their fathers, euen the chiefe fathers according to their offices, according to the nomber of names and their summe that did the worke for the seruice of the house of the Lord from the age of twentie yeeres and aboue.
Tio estas la idoj de Levi laŭ iliaj patrodomoj, la ĉefoj de patrodomoj laŭ ilia kalkulo, laŭ ilia laŭnoma kaj laŭkapa nombro, kiuj faradis la laboron de servado en la domo de la Eternulo, komencante de la aĝo de dudek jaroj kaj plue.
25 For Dauid sayde, The Lord God of Israel hath giuen rest vnto his people, that they may dwell in Ierusalem for euer.
Ĉar David diris: La Eternulo, Dio de Izrael, donis ripozon al Sia popolo; kaj Li enloĝiĝis en Jerusalem por ĉiam.
26 And also the Leuites shall no more beare the Tabernacle and al the vessels for the seruice thereof.
Kaj la Levidoj ne bezonis portadi la tabernaklon kaj ĉiujn ĝiajn vazojn por la servado en ĝi.
27 Therefore according to the last wordes of Dauid, the Leuites were nombred from twentie yeere and aboue,
Laŭ la lastaj ordonoj de David estis kalkulitaj la Levidoj, havantaj la aĝon de dudek jaroj kaj pli.
28 And their office was vnder the hand of the sonnes of Aaron, for the seruice of the house of the Lord in the courtes, and chambers, and in the purifiyng of all holy thinges, and in the worke of the seruice of the house of God,
Ilia ofico estis helpi al la Aaronidoj ĉe la servado en la domo de la Eternulo, zorgi pri la kortoj, pri la ĉambroj, pri la pureco de ĉio sankta, kaj plenumi la laboron en la domo de Dio;
29 Both for the shewbread, and for the fine floure, for the meate offring, and for the vnleauened cakes, and for the fryed things, and for that which was rosted, and for all measures and cise,
zorgi pri la pano de propono, pri la faruno por farunoferoj, pri la macoj, pri la patoj, pri la rostado, kaj pri ĉia mezurado kaj pesado;
30 And for to stand euery morning, to giue thanks and praise to the Lord, and likewise at euen,
stari ĉiumatene, por kanti laŭdon kaj gloron al la Eternulo, tiel same ankaŭ vespere;
31 And to offer all burnt offrings vnto the Lord, in the Sabbaths, in the moneths, and at the appointed times, according to the nomber and according to their custome continually before the Lord,
fari ĉiujn bruloferojn al la Eternulo en la sabatoj, monatkomencoj, kaj festoj, laŭ ilia nombro, laŭ la preskribo pri ili, ĉiam antaŭ la Eternulo;
32 And that they should keepe the charge of the Tabernacle of the Congregation, and the charge of ye holy place, and the charge of ye sonnes of Aaron their brethren in the seruice of ye house of the Lord.
servi por deĵorado ĉe la tabernaklo de kunveno, ĉe la sanktaĵoj, kaj apud siaj fratoj la Aaronidoj ĉe la servado en la domo de la Eternulo.
