< Romans 12 >

1 So I encourage you, my brothers and sisters, because of God's compassion for you, to dedicate your bodies as a living offering that is holy and pleasing to God. This is the logical way to worship.
Maram aduna ichil-inaosa, nakhoina nakhoigi hakchangbu ahingba, asengba amasung Tengban Mapubu pelhanba iratpot oina katthoknaba, Tengban mapuna chanbibagi maramna eina nakhoida insilli; masi nakhoigi achumba amadi matik chaba khurumjabani.
2 Don't follow the ways of this world; instead be transformed by the spiritual renewal of your mind so you can demonstrate what God's will really is—good, pleasing, and perfect. (aiōn g165)
Aduga taibangpan asigi sakwong louganu, adubu nakhoigi pukning nouhanduna sakwong onthok-u. Maduna Tengban Mapugi aphaba, Ibungo mahakpu pelhanba amadi mapung phaba aningba adu nakhoina khangba ngamgani. (aiōn g165)
3 Let me explain to all of you, through the grace given to me, that no one should think of themselves better than they ought to. You should think about yourselves realistically, according to the degree of trust God has shared with you.
Maramdi Tengban Mapuna eingonda pibiba thoujalgi mapanna nakhoi pumnamakta eina hairi: nasagi maramda khanpham thokpa adudagi henna wangna khan-ganu, adubu Tengban Mapuna nakhoi amamamda pikhraba thajaba adugi chang matung inna nakhoi nasagi maramda wakhal toujou.
4 Just as there are many parts to the body, but they don't all do the same thing,
Maramdi eikhoigi hakchangda kayat kaya lei, aduga kayat pumnamakna tongan tonganba mathou tou-i.
5 so we are one body in Christ, even though we are many—and we all belong to one another.
Matou adugumna eikhoi mayam ama oirabasu eikhoi Christtada hakchang ama oiri, aduga hakchang amagi khennaba kayatsinggumna eikhoi amaga amaga pulli.
6 We each have different gifts that vary according to the grace given to us. So if it's speaking for God, then you should do so depending on how much you trust in God.
Maram aduna eikhoida pibiba thoujal adugi matung inna eikhoigi tongan tonganba khudolsing adu sijinnagadabani. Eikhoigi khudol adu Tengban Mapugi wa phongdokpa oirabadi, eikhoigi leijaba thajaba adugi chang matung inna tougadabani;
7 If it's the ministry of service then you should serve; if teaching then you should teach;
thougal toubagi oirabadi, thougal toubiyu; takpi tambiba oirabadi, takpi tambiyu;
8 if encouragement then you should encourage; if giving then you should give generously; if leadership then you should lead with commitment; if being merciful then you should do so gladly.
thougatpibagi oirabadi, thougatpibagi thabak tougadabani; pibagi oirabadi, pammudana pisanu; luchingbagi oirabadi mahakna pukning changna chingbisanu; chanbiba utpa oirabadi mahakna madu haraona tousanu.
9 Love must be genuine. Hate what is evil; hold on tightly to what is good.
Minamba yaodana nungsiyu. Phattaba adubu tukkachou; aphaba adu chetna paiyu.
10 Be completely dedicated to each other in your love as family; value others more than yourselves.
Amaga amaga nungsinabada thawai yao, amana amabu athoibani ningduna ikai khumnou.
11 Don't be unwilling to work hard; serve the Lord with an enthusiastic spirit.
Tandaduna maram okpa oiyu, mapung phaba katthokpa thammoiga loinana Tengban Mapubu thougal tou.
12 Remain cheerful in the hope you have, put up with the troubles that come, keep on praying.
Asada haraojou, awa anada khaangheiyu, haijabada tattaba oiyu.
13 Share in providing for the needs of God's people, and welcome strangers with hospitality.
Mapu Ibungogi misinggi awatpada saruk yaminnou amadi lamlanbasingbu taram-taram touduna pija-pithak toubiyu.
14 Bless those who persecute you—bless them, and don't curse them.
Nakhoibu ot-neiba misingda yaipha thoujal pibinaba Tengban Mapuda haijabiyu--hoi, sirap pinaba natte, yaipha thoujal pibinaba Ibungoda haijabiyu.
15 Be happy with those who are happy; cry with those who are crying.
Haraoribasingga haraominnou, tengtharibasingga tengthaminnou.
16 Think about one another. Don't consider yourself more important than others; live humbly. Don't be conceited.
Amaga amaga khoijel lingjel mannana leiminnou. Napan touganu, adubu sothahouraba misingga totnabada yaningba pukning leiyu. Nasagi maramda chaothokpa touganu.
17 Don't pay back anyone evil for evil. Make sure you show everybody that what you're doing is good,
Kanadasu phattabagidamak phattaba han-ganu. Mi pumnamakki mamangda achumba adu toubada cheksillu.
18 and as far as it's up to you, live at peace with everyone.
Yarabadi, nahakna ngamba makhei mi khudingmakka ingthana leiminnou.
19 My dear friends, don't seek revenge, but leave it to God to execute judgment—as Scripture points out, “‘It's for me to dispense justice, I will repay,’ says the Lord.”
Achanbasa, nakhoina laman khumluganu, madugi mahutta Tengban Mapugi mei houna saobada mapham piyu, maramdi masi Mapugi puyada asumna iri, “Laman khumba eigini; eina laman singgani, MAPU IBUNGO-na hai.”
20 If those who hate you are hungry, give them food; if they're thirsty, give them a drink; for by doing so you pile fiery coals on their heads.
Madugi onna teinabada: “Nahakki yeknabana lamlabadi, mahakpu pijou; mahakna khouranglabadi, mangonda thaknaba piyu. Asumna toubana nahakna mahakki kokthakta araba meitalsing peisin-gani.”
21 Don't be defeated by evil—conquer evil with good.
Phattabana nahakpu ngamhan-ganu, adubu aphabagi mapanna phattababu ngammu.
