Revelation 21
1 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth. The first heaven and the first earth had disappeared, and the sea no longer existed.
અનન્તરં નવીનમ્ આકાશમણ્ડલં નવીના પૃથિવી ચ મયા દૃષ્ટે યતઃ પ્રથમમ્ આકાશમણ્ડલં પ્રથમા પૃથિવી ચ લોપં ગતે સમુદ્રો ઽપિ તતઃ પરં ન વિદ્યતે|
2 I saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, descending from God out of heaven, prepared like a bride made beautiful for her husband.
અપરં સ્વર્ગાદ્ અવરોહન્તી પવિત્રા નગરી, અર્થતો નવીના યિરૂશાલમપુરી મયા દૃષ્ટા, સા વરાય વિભૂષિતા કન્યેવ સુસજ્જિતાસીત્|
3 I heard a loud voice from the throne say, “Now God's home is with human beings and he will live with them. They will be his people. God himself will be with them as their God.
અનન્તરં સ્વર્ગાદ્ એષ મહારવો મયા શ્રુતઃ પશ્યાયં માનવૈઃ સાર્દ્ધમ્ ઈશ્વરસ્યાવાસઃ, સ તૈઃ સાર્દ્ધં વત્સ્યતિ તે ચ તસ્ય પ્રજા ભવિષ્યન્તિ, ઈશ્વરશ્ચ સ્વયં તેષામ્ ઈશ્વરો ભૂત્વા તૈઃ સાર્દ્ધં સ્થાસ્યતિ|
4 He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death will never happen again. There will be no mourning or crying or pain ever again for the former world no longer exists.”
તેષાં નેત્રેભ્યશ્ચાશ્રૂણિ સર્વ્વાણીશ્વરેણ પ્રમાર્ક્ષ્યન્તે મૃત્યુરપિ પુન ર્ન ભવિષ્યતિ શોકવિલાપક્લેશા અપિ પુન ર્ન ભવિષ્યન્તિ, યતઃ પ્રથમાનિ સર્વ્વાણિ વ્યતીતિનિ|
5 The one who sits on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” He told me, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.”
અપરં સિંહાસનોપવિષ્ટો જનોઽવદત્ પશ્યાહં સર્વ્વાણિ નૂતનીકરોમિ| પુનરવદત્ લિખ યત ઇમાનિ વાક્યાનિ સત્યાનિ વિશ્વાસ્યાનિ ચ સન્તિ|
6 Then he said to me, “Everything's done! I am the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. To anyone who is thirsty I will give the free gift of water from the spring of the water of life.
પન ર્મામ્ અવદત્ સમાપ્તં, અહં કઃ ક્ષશ્ચ, અહમ્ આદિરન્તશ્ચ યઃ પિપાસતિ તસ્મા અહં જીવનદાયિપ્રસ્રવણસ્ય તોયં વિનામૂલ્યં દાસ્યામિ|
7 Those who are victorious will inherit all these things, and I will be their God and they shall be my children.
યો જયતિ સ સર્વ્વેષામ્ અધિકારી ભવિષ્યતિ, અહઞ્ચ તસ્યેશ્વરો ભવિષ્યામિ સ ચ મમ પુત્રો ભવિષ્યતિ|
8 But anyone who is a coward, who doesn't trust me, who does disgusting things, who is a murderer, who is sexually immoral, who practices witchcraft, who worships idols, who tells lies—their chosen place is in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur. This is the second death.” (Limnē Pyr g3041 g4442)
9 One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls containing the seven last plagues came and spoke to me. He told me, “Come with me. I will show you the bride, the Lamb's wife.”
અનન્તરં શેષસપ્તદણ્ડૈઃ પરિપૂર્ણાઃ સપ્ત કંસા યેષાં સપ્તદૂતાનાં કરેષ્વાસન્ તેષામેક આગત્ય માં સમ્ભાષ્યાવદત્, આગચ્છાહં તાં કન્યામ્ અર્થતો મેષશાવકસ્ય ભાવિભાર્ય્યાં ત્વાં દર્શયામિ|
10 He took me in the Spirit to the top of a very high mountain. There he showed me the holy city Jerusalem descending from God out of heaven,
તતઃ સ આત્માવિષ્ટં મામ્ અત્યુચ્ચં મહાપર્વ્વતમેંક નીત્વેશ્વરસ્ય સન્નિધિતઃ સ્વર્ગાદ્ અવરોહન્તીં યિરૂશાલમાખ્યાં પવિત્રાં નગરીં દર્શિતવાન્|
11 shining with the glory of God's presence. The light sparkled like that from a gemstone, a jasper, clear and bright.
સા ઈશ્વરીયપ્રતાપવિશિષ્ટા તસ્યાસ્તેજો મહાર્ઘરત્નવદ્ અર્થતઃ સૂર્ય્યકાન્તમણિતેજસ્તુલ્યં|
12 The city wall was high and thick, with twelve gates guarded by twelve angels. On the gates were inscribed the names of the twelve tribes of Israel.
તસ્યાઃ પ્રાચીરં બૃહદ્ ઉચ્ચઞ્ચ તત્ર દ્વાદશ ગોપુરાણિ સન્તિ તદ્ગોપુરોપરિ દ્વાદશ સ્વર્ગદૂતા વિદ્યન્તે તત્ર ચ દ્વાદશ નામાન્યર્થત ઇસ્રાયેલીયાનાં દ્વાદશવંશાનાં નામાનિ લિખિતાનિ|
13 There were three gates on the east, three on the north, three on the south, and three on the west.
પૂર્વ્વદિશિ ત્રીણિ ગોપુરાણિ ઉત્તરદિશિ ત્રીણિ ગોપુરાણિ દક્ષિણદિષિ ત્રીણિ ગોપુરાણિ પશ્ચીમદિશિ ચ ત્રીણિ ગોપુરાણિ સન્તિ|
14 The city wall had twelve foundations, and inscribed on them were the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
નગર્ય્યાઃ પ્રાચીરસ્ય દ્વાદશ મૂલાનિ સન્તિ તત્ર મેષાશાવાકસ્ય દ્વાદશપ્રેરિતાનાં દ્વાદશ નામાનિ લિખિતાનિ|
15 The angel who spoke to me had a golden measuring rod to measure the city, its gates, and its wall.
અનરં નગર્ય્યાસ્તદીયગોપુરાણાં તત્પ્રાચીરસ્ય ચ માપનાર્થં મયા સમ્ભાષમાણસ્ય દૂતસ્ય કરે સ્વર્ણમય એકઃ પરિમાણદણ્ડ આસીત્|
16 The city was square. The length was the same as the width. He measured the city with the rod, it was 12,000 furlongs. The length, width, and height were all the same.
નગર્ય્યા આકૃતિશ્ચતુરસ્રા તસ્યા દૈર્ઘ્યપ્રસ્થે સમે| તતઃ પરં સ તેગ પરિમાણદણ્ડેન તાં નગરીં પરિમિતવાન્ તસ્યાઃ પરિમાણં દ્વાદશસહસ્રનલ્વાઃ| તસ્યા દૈર્ઘ્યં પ્રસ્થમ્ ઉચ્ચત્વઞ્ચ સમાનાનિ|
17 He measured the wall and it was 144 cubits thick in human measurements that the angel was using.
અપરં સ તસ્યાઃ પ્રાચીરં પરિમિતવાન્ તસ્ય માનવાસ્યાર્થતો દૂતસ્ય પરિમાણાનુસારતસ્તત્ ચતુશ્ચત્વારિંશદધિકાશતહસ્તપરિમિતં |
18 The wall was built out of jasper. The city was made of pure gold that looked like glass.
તસ્ય પ્રાચીરસ્ય નિર્મ્મિતિઃ સૂર્ય્યકાન્તમણિભિ ર્નગરી ચ નિર્મ્મલકાચતુલ્યેન શુદ્ધસુવર્ણેન નિર્મ્મિતા|
19 The foundations of the city wall were decorated with all kinds of gemstones. The first foundation was jasper, the second sapphire, the third chalcedony, the fourth emerald,
નગર્ય્યાઃ પ્રાચીરસ્ય મૂલાનિ ચ સર્વ્વવિધમહાર્ઘમણિભિ ર્ભૂષિતાનિ| તેષાં પ્રથમં ભિત્તિમૂલં સૂર્ય્યકાન્તસ્ય, દ્વિતીયં નીલસ્ય, તૃતીયં તામ્રમણેઃ, ચતુર્થં મરકતસ્ય,
20 the fifth sardonyx, the sixth carnelian, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth, chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, the twelfth amethyst.
પઞ્ચમં વૈદૂર્ય્યસ્ય, ષષ્ઠં શોણરત્નસ્ય, સપ્તમં ચન્દ્રકાન્તસ્ય, અષ્ટમં ગોમેદસ્ય, નવમં પદ્મરાગસ્ય, દશમં લશૂનીયસ્ય, એકાદશં ષેરોજસ્ય, દ્વાદશં મર્ટીષ્મણેશ્ચાસ્તિ|
21 The twelve gates were made of pearl, each one made from a single pearl. The main street was made of pure gold, clear like glass.
દ્વાદશગોપુરાણિ દ્વાદશમુક્તાભિ ર્નિર્મ્મિતાનિ, એકૈકં ગોપુરમ્ એકૈકયા મુક્તયા કૃતં નગર્ય્યા મહામાર્ગશ્ચાચ્છકાચવત્ નિર્મ્મલસુવર્ણેન નિર્મ્મિતં|
22 I did not see a temple there, because the Lord God the All-powerful One, and the Lamb, they are its temple.
તસ્યા અન્તર એકમપિ મન્દિરં મયા ન દૃષ્ટં સતઃ સર્વ્વશક્તિમાન્ પ્રભુઃ પરમેશ્વરો મેષશાવકશ્ચ સ્વયં તસ્ય મન્દિરં|
23 The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it because the glory of God provides its light—the Lamb is its lamp.
તસ્યૈ નગર્ય્યૈ દીપ્તિદાનાર્થં સૂર્ય્યાચન્દ્રમસોઃ પ્રયોજનં નાસ્તિ યત ઈશ્વરસ્ય પ્રતાપસ્તાં દીપયતિ મેષશાવકશ્ચ તસ્યા જ્યોતિરસ્તિ|
24 The nations will walk by its light, and the kings of the earth bring their glory into the city.
પરિત્રાણપ્રાપ્તલોકનિવહાશ્ચ તસ્યા આલોકે ગમનાગમને કુર્વ્વન્તિ પૃથિવ્યા રાજાનશ્ચ સ્વકીયં પ્રતાપં ગૌરવઞ્ચ તન્મધ્યમ્ આનયન્તિ|
25 The gates of the city will never be shut during the day (and there will be no night there).
તસ્યા દ્વારાણિ દિવા કદાપિ ન રોત્સ્યન્તે નિશાપિ તત્ર ન ભવિષ્યતિ|
26 The nations' honor and glory will be brought into the city.
સર્વ્વજાતીનાં ગૌરવપ્રતાપૌ તન્મધ્યમ્ આનેષ્યેતે|
27 Nothing unclean will ever enter into it, or anyone who worships idols, or who is a liar—only those who are written in the Lamb's book of life.
પરન્ત્વપવિત્રં ઘૃણ્યકૃદ્ અનૃતકૃદ્ વા કિમપિ તન્મધ્યં ન પ્રવેક્ષ્યતિ મેષશાવકસ્ય જીવનપુસ્તકે યેષાં નામાનિ લિખિતાનિ કેવલં ત એવ પ્રવેક્ષ્યન્તિ|
