Psalms 6

1 For the music director. To be accompanied by stringed instruments, according to the sheminith. A psalm of David. Lord, please don't condemn me because you're angry with me; please don't punish me because you're angry with me!

大衛的詩，交與伶長。用絲弦的樂器，調用第八。 耶和華啊，求你不要在怒中責備我， 也不要在烈怒中懲罰我！

2 Have mercy on me, Lord, for I am weak; heal me, Lord, for I am sick to the bone.

耶和華啊，求你可憐我，因為我軟弱。 耶和華啊，求你醫治我，因為我的骨頭發戰。

3 I'm shaking all over in fear. How long will it be, Lord, before you do something?

我心也大大地驚惶。 耶和華啊，你要到幾時才救我呢？

4 Turn, Lord, and rescue me! Save me because of your trustworthy love!

耶和華啊，求你轉回搭救我！ 因你的慈愛拯救我。

5 For no one remembers you when they're dead. Who is able to praise you from the grave? (Sheol h7585)

因為，在死地無人記念你， 在陰間有誰稱謝你？ (Sheol h7585)

6 My groaning has exhausted me. Every night I soak my bed with my crying; I drench my couch with my tears.

我因唉哼而困乏； 我每夜流淚，把床榻漂起， 把褥子濕透。

7 With all my crying I can hardly see; my eyes grow weak because of the trouble my enemies cause me.

我因憂愁眼睛乾癟， 又因我一切的敵人眼睛昏花。

8 Leave me alone, all you people who do evil, for the Lord has heard me crying!

你們一切作孽的人，離開我吧！ 因為耶和華聽了我哀哭的聲音。

9 The Lord has heard me calling out for help; the Lord answers my prayer.

耶和華聽了我的懇求； 耶和華必收納我的禱告。

10 All who hate me will be shamefully defeated and terrified; they will run away in disgrace.

我的一切仇敵都必羞愧，大大驚惶； 他們必要退後，忽然羞愧。
