< Matthew 10 >

1 So summoning His twelve disciples He gave them authority over unclean spirits so as to cast them out, and to heal every disease and every illness.
ᏫᏚᏯᏅᎲᏃ ᏔᎳᏚ ᎢᏯᏂᏛ ᎬᏩᏍᏓᏩᏗᏙᎯ, ᏚᏁᎸ ᎠᏂᏍᎩᎾ ᏧᏂᏄᎪᏫᏍᏗᏱ, ᎠᎴ ᏧᎾᏓᏅᏬᏗᏱ ᏂᎦᎥ ᏚᏂᏢᎬ, ᎠᎴ ᏂᎦᎥ ᎥᏳᎩ.
2 Now the names of the twelve apostles are these: first Simon (the one called Peter) and Andrew his brother, James (the son of Zebedee) and John his brother,
ᎯᎠᏃ ᎾᏍᎩ ᏄᏍᏗ ᏚᎾᏙᎥ ᏔᎳᏚ ᎢᏯᏂᏛ ᎨᏥᏅᏏᏛ. ᎢᎬᏱᏱ ᏌᏩᏂ ᏈᏓ ᏣᏃᏎᎰᎢ, ᎡᏂᏗᏃ ᎾᏍᎩᏉ ᎤᏅᏟ, ᏥᎻᏃ ᏤᏈᏗ ᎤᏪᏥ, ᏣᏂᏃ ᎾᏍᎩᏉ ᎤᏅᏟ.
3 Philip and Bartholomew, Thomas and Matthew (the tax collector), James (the son of Alphaeus) and Lebbaeus (who was surnamed Thaddeus),
ᏈᎵᎩᏃ, ᏩᏓᎳᎻᏃ, ᏓᎻᏃ, ᎹᏚᏃ ᎠᏕᎸ ᎠᎩᏏᏙᎯ, ᏥᎻᏃ ᎡᎵᏈ ᎤᏪᏥ, ᎴᏈᏯᏃ ᏓᏗᏯ ᏣᏃᏎᎰᎢ,
4 Simon (the Canaanite) and Judas Iscariot (who also betrayed Him).
ᏌᏩᏂᏃ ᎠᎨᎾᏂᏗ, ᏧᏓᏏᏃ ᎢᏍᎦᎳᏗ ᎾᏍᎩ ᏥᏌ ᏧᎶᏄᎮᎸᎩ.
5 These twelve Jesus sent out, and commanded them saying: “Do not go off into the road of the Gentiles, and do not enter a city of the Samaritans.
ᎾᏍᎩ ᎯᎠ ᏔᎳᏚ ᎢᏯᏂᏛ ᏥᏌ ᏚᏅᏒᎩ ᏚᏁᏤᎸᏃ ᎯᎠ ᏂᏚᏪᏎᎸᎩ; ᏧᎾᏓᎴᏅᏛ ᏴᏫ ᏗᏁᎲ ᎢᏗᏢ ᏞᏍᏗ ᏫᏥᎶᏒᎩ, ᎠᎴ ᏌᎺᎵ ᎠᏁᎯ ᏚᏂᏚᎲ ᏞᏍᏗ ᎢᏥᏴᎸᎩ
6 But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
ᎠᏫᏍᎩᏂ ᎤᎾᎴᎾᎯᏛ ᎢᏏᎵ ᏏᏓᏁᎸ ᎨᏒ ᏗᏥᏩᏛᎱᎦ.
7 And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of the heavens has come near.’
ᎢᏣᎢᏒᏃ ᎢᏣᎵᏥᏙᎲᏍᎨᏍᏗ, ᎯᎠ ᏂᏥᏪᏍᎨᏍᏗ; ᎦᎸᎳᏗ ᎡᎯ ᎤᎬᏫᏳᎯ ᎨᏒ ᎡᏍᎦᏂᏳ ᏓᏯᎢ.
8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, cast out demons. You have received free of charge, give free of charge.
ᏧᏂᏢᎩ ᏕᏥᏅᏫᏍᎨᏍᏗ, ᎠᏓᏰᏍᎩ ᏧᏂᏢᎩ ᏕᏥᏅᎦᎵᏍᎨᏍᏗ, ᏧᏂᏲᎱᏒᎯ ᏕᏣᎴᏗᏍᎨᏍᏗ, ᎠᏂᏍᎩᎾ ᏕᏥᏄᎪᏫᏍᎨᏍᏗ. ᎠᏎᏉ ᎡᏥᏁᎸᎯ, ᎠᏎᏉ ᎢᏣᏓᏁᎮᏍᏗ.
9 Do not provide gold nor silver nor copper in your money belts,
ᏞᏍᏗ ᏕᏣᏓᏠᎲ ᏱᏣᏓᏁᎴᏍᏗ ᏓᎶᏂᎨ ᎠᏕᎸ ᎠᎴ ᎤᏁᎬ ᎠᏕᎸ ᎠᎴ ᎥᏣᏱ,
10 nor a knapsack for the road, nor two tunics, nor sandals, nor staffs; because the worker is worthy of his food.
ᎠᎴ ᏕᎦᎶᏗ, ᎠᎴ ᏔᎵ ᏗᏣᏄᏬ, ᎠᎴ ᏗᎳᏑᎶ, ᎠᎴ ᏗᏙᎳᏅᏍᏗ; ᏧᎸᏫᏍᏓᏁᎯᏰᏃ ᎤᏩᏛᏗ ᎨᏐ ᎤᎵᏍᏓᏴᏗ.
11 “In whatever city or village you may enter, inquire who in it is worthy, and stay there until you go out.
ᎢᎸᎯᏢᏃ ᎤᏛᎾ ᎦᏚᎲ ᎠᎴ ᎤᏍᏗ ᎦᏚᎲ ᎢᏥᎷᎨᏍᏗ, ᎢᏣᏓᏛᏛᎲᏍᎨᏍᏗ ᎩᎶ ᎡᎲ ᎤᏓᏅᏘ, ᎾᎿᎭᏃ ᎢᏥᏁᏍᏗ ᎬᏂ ᎥᏣᏂᎩ.
12 Upon entering the house, greet it;
ᎠᏓᏁᎸᏃ ᎢᏥᏴᎭ ᎢᏥᏲᎵᎮᏍᏗ.
13 and should the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it; but should it not be worthy, let your peace return to you.
ᎢᏳᏃ ᎾᎿᎭᎠᏂᏁᎳ ᎤᏩᏙᎯᏯᏛ ᏗᎬᏩᎾᏓᏂᎸᎢᏍᏗ ᎢᎨᏎᏍᏗ, ᎾᏍᎩ ᎤᏩᏙᎯᏯᏛ ᎢᏣᏤᎵ ᎤᏂᎷᏤᏗ ᎨᏎᏍᏗ; ᎢᏳᏃ ᏗᎬᏩᎾᏓᏂᎸᎢᏍᏗ ᏂᎨᏒᎾ ᎢᎨᏎᏍᏗ, ᎾᏍᎩ ᏅᏩᏙᎯᏯᏛ ᎢᏨᏒᏉ ᎢᏥᎷᏤᏗ ᎢᎨᏎᏍᏗ.
14 And whoever will not receive you nor hear your words, as you go out from that house or city shake off the dust from your feet.
ᎢᏳᏃ ᎩᎶ ᏂᏗᏣᏓᏂᎸᎬᎾ ᎢᎨᏎᏍᏗ, ᎠᎴ ᎢᏥᏁᎬ ᎾᏛᎩᏍᎬᎾ ᎢᎨᏎᏍᏗ, ᎾᎿᎭᎦᎵᏦᏕ ᎠᎴ ᎦᏚᎲ ᎢᏥᏄᎪᎩ, ᏕᏥᏅᎪᎥᏗᏍᎨᏍᏗ ᎦᏓ ᏗᏣᎳᏏᏕᏂ.
15 Assuredly I say to you, it will be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah in the Day of judgment than for that city!
ᎤᏙᎯᏳᎯᏯ ᎯᎠ ᏂᏨᏳᏪᏎᎭ, ᎡᏍᎦᏉ ᎢᎦᎢ ᎤᏂᎩᎵᏲᎢᏍᏗ ᎨᏎᏍᏗ ᏐᏓᎻ ᎠᎴ ᎪᎹᎵ, ᏗᎫᎪᏙᏗᏱ ᎢᎦ ᎨᏎᏍᏗ, ᎤᏟᎯᏳ ᎾᏍᎩ Ꮎ ᎦᏚᎲᎢ.
16 “Now then, I am sending you out like sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be prudent like snakes and innocent like doves.
ᎬᏂᏳᏉ ᎢᏨᏅᎵ ᎠᏫ ᎤᏂᏃᏕᎾ ᏣᏁᎳᏗᏙᎰ ᏩᏲᎯ ᎾᏍᎩᏯᎢ; ᎾᏍᎩ ᎢᏳᏍᏗ ᎢᎾᏛ ᎢᎨᏥᏏᎾᏌᏂ ᎨᏌᏍᏗ, ᎠᎴ ᎫᎴ-ᏗᏂᏍᎪᏂᎯ ᎢᎨᏣᏓᏅᏘ ᎨᏎᏍᏗ.
17 But beware of the people, for they will hand you over to councils and flog you in their synagogues.
ᏕᏤᏯᏙᏤᎮᏍᏗ ᎠᏗᎾ ᏴᏫ, ᏕᎦᎳᏫᎥᏰᏃ ᏙᏓᎨᏣᏘᏃᎵ, ᏧᏂᎳᏫᎢᏍᏗᏱᏃ ᏙᏓᎨᏥᎵᎥᏂᎵ.
18 And you will be brought before governors and even kings for my sake, as a testimony to them and to the nations.
ᎠᎴ ᎠᏴ ᎨᏒ ᏅᏗᎦᎵᏍᏙᏗᏍᎨᏍᏗ ᏄᏂᎬᏫᏳᏌᏕᎩ ᎠᎴ ᎤᏂᎬᏫᏳᎯ ᏚᏃᎸ ᎢᎬᏱᏗᏢ ᏕᏣᏘᏃᎯᎮᏍᏗ, ᎾᏍᎩ ᎤᏅᏒ ᎠᎴ ᏧᎾᏓᎴᏅᏛ ᏴᏫ ᎤᎾᏙᎴᎰᎯᏍᏙᏗ.
19 But whenever they hand you over, do not worry about how or what you will speak, for it will be given to you in that hour what you should speak;
ᎠᏎᏃ ᎿᎭᏉ ᏕᎨᏣᏘᏃᎯᎮᏍᏗ ᏞᏍᏗ ᏱᏤᎵᎯᏍᎨᏍᏗ ᎢᏳᏍᏗ ᎢᏥᏁᎢᏍᏗᏱ ᎠᎴ ᎢᏥᏪᏍᏗᏱ; ᎾᎯᏳᏉᏰᏃ ᎡᏥᏁᏗ ᎨᏎᏍᏗ ᎢᏥᏪᏍᏗᏱ.
20 for it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father who speaks in you.
ᎥᏝᏰᏃ ᏂᎯ ᏱᏥᏁᎪᎢ, ᎢᏥᏙᏓᏍᎩᏂ ᎤᏓᏅᏙ ᎧᏁᎪᎢ ᏂᎯ ᎢᏨᏗᏍᎪᎢ.
21 “Furthermore, brother will hand over brother to death, and a father a child, and children will rise up against parents and put them to death.
ᎠᏍᎦᏯᏃ ᏙᏓᏳᏲᏏ ᎤᏲᎱᎯᏍᏗᏱ ᏗᎾᏓᏅᏟ, ᎠᎦᏴᎵᎨᏃ ᎤᏪᏥ ᏙᏓᏳᏲᏏ, ᎠᎴ ᎣᏂ ᏧᎾᏛᏒᎯ ᏙᏛᎾᏡᏔᏂ ᏧᏂᎦᏴᎵᎨᎢ, ᎠᎴ ᎾᏍᎩ ᏅᏛᏅᏂᏌᏂ ᏗᎨᏥᎢᏍᏗ ᎨᏎᏍᏗ.
22 And you will be hated by all for my name's sake; but the one enduring to the end, he will be delivered.
ᎠᎴ ᎾᏂᎥᏉ ᏴᏫ ᎨᏥᏍᎦᎩ ᎨᏎᏍᏗ ᎠᏴ ᏓᏆᏙᎥ ᏅᏗᎦᎵᏍᏙᏗᏍᎨᏍᏗ; ᎠᏎᏃ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎬᎵᏍᏆᏗᏍᎩ ᎠᏟᏂᎬᏁᎯ ᎠᏥᏍᏕᎸᏗ ᎨᏎᏍᏗ.
23 But whenever they persecute you in this city, flee to another. For assuredly I say to you, you will certainly not go through all the cities of Israel before the Son of the Man comes.
ᎠᎴ ᎿᎭᏉ ᎤᏲ ᏂᎨᏨᎿᎭᏕᎨᏍᏗ ᎢᎸᎯᏢ ᎦᏚᎲᎢ, ᎢᎶᎵᏍᎨᏍᏗ ᏅᏩᎵᎴ ᏗᎦᏚᎲ ᏫᏥᎶᏍᎨᏍᏗ. ᎤᏙᎯᏳᎯᏯᏰᏃ ᎯᎠ ᏂᏨᏪᏎᎭ, ᎥᏝ ᎢᏏᎵᏱ ᏕᎦᏚᎲᎢ ᏱᎨᏤᏙᏁᏍᏗ ᎿᎭᏉ ᏴᏫ ᎤᏪᏥ ᏓᎦᎷᏥ.
24 A disciple is not above his teacher, nor a slave above his master.
ᏗᏕᎶᏆᏍᎩ ᎥᏝ ᎤᏟ ᏱᎾᏥᎸᏉᏙᎢ ᎡᏍᎦᏉ ᏧᏪᏲᎲᏍᎩ, ᎠᎴ ᎠᏥᏅᏏᏓᏍᏗ ᎥᏝ ᎤᏟ ᏱᎾᏥᎸᏉᏙᎢ ᏒᏍᎦᏉ ᎤᏅᏏᏙᎯ.
25 It is enough for a disciple that he become like his teacher, and a slave like his master. Since they have stigmatized the master of the house as Beelzebul, how much more those of his household!
ᏰᎵᏉᏰᏃ ᏗᏕᎶᏆᏍᎩ ᏧᏪᏲᎲᏍᎩ ᎢᏧᎳᎭᏉ ᏱᎩ, ᎠᎴ ᎠᏥᏅᏏᏓᏍᏗ ᎤᏅᏏᏙᎯ ᎢᏧᎳᎭᏉ ᏱᎩ. ᎢᏳᏰᏃ ᏧᏓᏘᎿᎭᎢ ᎠᏓᏁᎸ ᏇᎵᏥᏆ ᏳᏃᏎᎸ, ᎤᏟ ᎠᎯᏗᏳ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎢᏧᏂᏪᏎᏗᏱ ᏚᏓᏘᎿᎭᎥᎢ.
26 So do not fear them; because there is nothing concealed that will not be revealed, and secret that will not be known.
ᎾᏍᎩ ᎢᏳᏍᏗ ᏞᏍᏗ ᏱᏗᏥᏍᎦᎢᎮᏍᏗ. ᎥᏝᏰᏃ ᎪᎱᏍᏗ ᏱᎬᏍᎦᎳ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎬᏂᎨᏒ ᎢᏳᎵᏍᏙᏗ ᏂᎨᏒᎾ ᎨᏒᎢ, ᎥᏝ ᎠᎴ ᎪᎱᏍᏗ ᎤᏕᎵᏛ ᏱᎩ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎠᏙᎴᎰᎯᏍᏗ ᏂᎨᏒᎾ ᎨᏒᎢ.
27 “What I tell you in the dark, say in the light; and what you hear in the ear, proclaim on the housetops.
ᎤᎵᏏᎬ ᎢᏨᏁᏤᎸᎢ ᎢᎦᎦᏛ ᎢᏥ ᏁᎨᏍᏗ; ᎡᏣᏙᏅᎡᎸᏃ ᎨᏒ ᎦᏌᎾᎵ ᎢᏣᎵᏥᏙᎲᏍᎨᏍᏗ.
28 And do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear the One who is able to destroy both soul and body in Hell. (Geenna g1067)
ᎠᎴ ᏞᏍᏗ ᏱᏗᏥᏍᎦᎢᎮᏍᏗ ᎠᏰᎸᎢ ᎠᏂᎯᎯ, ᎠᏎᏃ ᎠᏓᏅᏙ ᎬᏩᏂᎯᏍᏗ ᏂᎨᏒᎾ ᏥᎩ. ᎤᎬᏫᏳᏎᏍᏗᏍᎩᏂ ᎡᏥᏍᎦᎢᎮᏍᏗ ᎾᏍᎩ ᏗᎬᏩᎯᏍᏗ ᏥᎩ ᎠᏰᎸᎢ ᎠᎴ ᎠᏓᏅᏙ ᎢᏧᎳ ᏨᏍᎩᏃᎢ. (Geenna g1067)
29 Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father's will.
ᏝᏍᎪ ᎠᏂᏔᎵ ᏥᏍᏆᏯ ᏌᏉ ᎢᏯᏓᏅᏖᏗ ᏧᎾᎬᏩᎶᏗ ᏱᎩ, ᎠᏎᏃ ᎥᏝ ᏌᏉ ᎡᎳᏗ ᎤᏅᎢᏍᏗ ᏱᎩ ᎢᏥᏙᏓ ᎤᏓᏅᏖᎸᎯ ᏂᎨᏒᎾ.
30 Why even the hairs of your head are all numbered!
ᎾᏍᏉᏍᎩᏂ ᎢᏥᏍᏘᏰᎬ ᎢᏥᏍᎪᎵ ᏂᎦᏗᏳ ᏗᏎᎸᎯ.
31 Therefore do not be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.
ᎾᏍᎩ ᎢᏳᏍᏗ ᏞᏍᏗ ᏱᏥᏍᎦᎢᎮᏍᏗ; ᎤᏟᏰᏃ ᏂᎦᎥ ᏗᏣᎬᏩᎶᏗ ᏂᎯ ᎡᏍᎦᏉ ᎤᏂᏣᏘ ᏥᏍᏆᏯ.
32 “Now then, everyone who will confess me before the people, I will also confess him before my Father who is in the heavens.
ᎩᎶᏰᏃ ᎬᏂᎨᏒ ᎾᏋᏁᎮᏍᏗ ᏴᏫ ᎠᏂᎦᏔᎲᎢ, ᎾᏍᏉ ᎠᏴ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎬᏂᎨᏒ ᎤᏓᏥᏴᏁᎵ ᎡᏙᏓ ᎦᎸᎳᏗ ᎡᎯ ᎠᎦᏔᎲᎢ.
33 But whoever should deny me before the people, I will also deny him before my Father who is in the heavens.
ᎩᎶᏍᎩᏂ ᎢᎠᏆᏓᏱᎮᏍᏗ ᏴᏫ ᎠᏂᎦᏔᎲᎢ, ᎾᏍᏉ ᎠᏴ ᎾᏍᎩ ᏓᏥᏯᏓᏱᎵ ᎡᏙᏓ ᎦᎸᎳᏗ ᎡᎯ ᎠᎦᏔᎲᎢ.
34 “Do not suppose that I came to bring peace on the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword.
ᏞᏍᏗ ᏙᎯᏱ ᎤᎾᏄᎪᏫᏏᎸ ᎡᎶᎯ, ᏱᏍᎩᏰᎵᏎᎮᏍᏗ; ᎥᏝᏍᎩᏂ ᏙᎯᏱ ᏯᎩᎾᏄᎪᏫᏏᎸ, ᎠᏰᎳᏍᏗᏍᎩᏂ ᎦᏅᎯᏛ.
35 For I came to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law;
ᎠᏴᏰᏃ ᎠᎩᎷᏥᎸ, ᏗᎾᏓᏍᎦᎩ ᎢᏳᎵᏍᏙᏗᏱ ᎠᏍᎦᏯ ᎤᏙᏓᏃ, ᎠᎴ ᎠᎦᏅᎩ ᎠᎨᏴ ᎤᏥᏃ, ᎠᎴ ᎤᏓᏦᎯᏯ ᎤᏦᎯᏃ;
36 and a man's enemies will be those of his own household.
ᎩᎶᏃ ᎤᏩᏒᏉ ᏚᏓᏘᎿᎭᎥ ᎬᏩᏍᎦᎩ ᎨᏎᏍᏗ.
37 “The one who is more devoted to father or mother than to me is not worthy of me, and the one who is more devoted to son or daughter than to me is not worthy of me;
ᎩᎶᏃ ᎤᏟ ᏄᎨᏳᏎᏍᏗ ᎤᏙᏓ ᎠᎴ ᎤᏥ ᎡᏍᎦᏉ ᎠᏴ ᎾᎩᎨᏳᏎᏍᏗ, ᎥᏝ ᏰᎵ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎠᏴ ᎠᏆᏤᎵ ᎢᎬᏩᎵᏍᏙᏗ ᏱᎨᏎᏍᏗ. ᎩᎶᏃ ᎤᏟ ᏄᎨᏳᏎᏍᏗ ᎤᏪᏥ ᎠᏍᎦᏯ ᎠᎴ ᎤᏪᏥ ᎠᎨᏴ ᎡᏍᎦᏉ ᎠᏴ ᎾᎩᎨᏳᏎᏍᏗ, ᎥᏝ ᏰᎵ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎠᏴ ᎠᏆᏤᎵ ᎢᎬᏩᎵᏍᏙᏗ ᏱᎨᏎᏍᏗ.
38 and he who does not take up his cross and follow after me is not worthy of me.
ᎩᎶ ᎾᏱᏍᎬᎾ ᎢᎨᏎᏍᏗ ᎤᏤᎵ ᏧᏓᎿᎭᏩᏛ ᎠᎴ ᎾᎩᏍᏓᏩᏕᎬᎾ ᎢᎨᏎᏍᏗ, ᎥᏝ ᏰᎵ ᎠᏴ ᎠᏆᏤᎵ ᎢᎬᏩᎵᏍᏙᏗ ᏱᎨᏎᏍᏗ.
39 The one ‘finding’ his life will lose it, and the one ‘losing’ his life for my sake will find it.
ᎩᎶᏃ ᎬᏅ ᎢᎠᏩᏘᏍᎨᏍᏗ, ᎾᏍᎩ ᎤᏲᎱᏎᏗ ᎨᏎᏍᏗ; ᎩᎶᏃ ᎢᎤᏲᎱᏎᎮᏍᏗ ᎬᏅ ᎠᏴ ᏅᏗᎦᎵᏍᏙᏗᏍᎨᏍᏗ, ᎾᏍᎩ ᎤᏩᏛᏗ ᎨᏎᏍᏗ.
40 “The one receiving you receives me, and the one receiving me receives the One who sent me.
ᎩᎶᏃ ᏕᏣᏓᏂᎸᎨᏍᏗ, ᎾᏍᎩ ᎠᏴ ᏓᏆᏓᏂᎸᎨᏍᏗ; ᎩᎶᏃ ᎠᏴ ᏓᏆᏓᏂᎸᎨᏍᏗ, ᎾᏍᎩ ᏓᏓᏂᎸᎨᏍᏗ ᏅᏛᎩᏅᏒᎯ
41 The one receiving a prophet in the name of a prophet will receive a prophet's reward, and the one receiving a righteous man in the name of a righteous man will receive a righteous man's reward.
ᎩᎶᏃ ᏓᏓᏂᎸᎨᏍᏗ ᎠᏙᎴᎰᏍᎩ ᎠᏙᎴᎰᏍᎩ ᎨᏒ ᎤᏗᎦᎵᏍᏙᏗᎨᏍᏗ, ᎠᏙᎴᎰᏍᎩ ᎠᎦᎫᏴᏓᏁᏗ ᎨᏒ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎠᎦᎫᏴᏓᏁᎮᏍᏗ; ᎩᎶᏃ ᏓᏓᏂᎸᎨᏍᏗ ᎤᏓᏅᏘ ᎠᏍᎦᏯ ᎤᏓᏅᏘ ᎨᏒ ᎤᏗᎦᎵᏍᏙ ᏗᏍᎨᏍᏗ, ᎤᏓᏅᏘ ᎠᏍᎦᏯ ᎠᎦᎫᏴᏓᏁᏗ ᎨᏒ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎠᎦᎫᏴᏓᏁᎮᏍᏗ.
42 And whoever should give so much as a cup of cold water to one of these little ones, in the name of a disciple, assuredly I say to you, he will certainly not lose his reward.”
ᎩᎶᏃ ᏌᏉ ᎯᎠ ᏧᎾᏍᏗ ᎨᏒᎢ ᎤᎵᏍᏈᏗᏉ ᎠᎧᎵᎢ ᎤᏴᏜᏓᎠᎹ ᎠᎱᎥᏍᎨᏍᏗ ᎠᎩᏍᏓᏩᏗᏙᎯ ᎨᏒ ᏅᏗᎦᎵᏍᏙᏗᏍᎨᏍᏗ, ᎤᏙᎯᏳᎯᏯ ᏂᏨᏪᏎᎭ, ᎥᏝ ᎾᏍᎩ ᎤᏲᎱᏎᏗ ᏱᎨᏎᏍᏗ ᎠᎦᎫᏴᎡᏗ ᎨᏒᎢ.
