Psalms 109

1 Unto the end, a psalm for David.

ಸಂಗೀತ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕನಿಗಾಗಿರುವ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ದಾವೀದನ ಕೀರ್ತನೆ. ನಾನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸುವ ದೇವರೇ, ನೀವು ಮೌನವಾಗಿರಬೇಡಿರಿ.

2 O God, be not thou silent in thy praise: for the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful man is opened against me.

ದುಷ್ಟರೂ, ವಂಚಕರೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಬಾಯಿಯನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ತೆರೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಸುಳ್ಳಿನ ನಾಲಿಗೆಯಿಂದ ನನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಮಾತಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

3 They have spoken against with deceitful tongues; and they have compassed me about with words of hatred; and have fought against me without cause.

ದ್ವೇಷ ಮಾತುಗಳಿಂದ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಸುತ್ತಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ನನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಕಾರಣವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಯುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

4 Instead of making me a return of love, they detracted me: but I gave myself to prayer.

ನನ್ನ ಸ್ನೇಹಕ್ಕೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ದೂರು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು.

5 And they repaid me evil for good: and hatred for my love.

ನನಗೆ ಉಪಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಕೇಡನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ನನ್ನ ಸ್ನೇಹಕ್ಕೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ದೂರು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.

6 Set thou the sinner over him: and may the devil stand at his right hand.

ದುಷ್ಟನು ನನ್ನ ವೈರಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ನೇಮಕವಾಗಲಿ; ಸೈತಾನನು ಅವನ ಬಲಗಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿ.

7 When he is judged, may he go out condemned; and may his prayer be turned to sin.

ಅವನಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರಿಸುವಾಗ ಅಪರಾಧಿಯೆಂದು ತೀರ್ಪು ಹೊಂದಲಿ; ಅವನ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯೇ ಅವನನ್ನು ಖಂಡಿಸಲಿ.

8 May his days be few: and his bishopric let another take.

ಅವನ ದಿವಸಗಳು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪವಾಗಿರಲಿ; ಅವನ ಹುದ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿ.

9 May his children be fatherless, and his wife a widow.

ಅವನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ದಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲದವರಾಗಲಿ, ಅವನ ಹೆಂಡತಿ ವಿಧವೆಯೂ ಆಗಲಿ.

10 Let his children be carried about vagabonds, and beg; and let them be cast out of their dwellings.

ಅವನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಅಲೆದು ಅಲೆದು ಭಿಕ್ಷೆಬೇಡಲಿ, ತಮ್ಮ ಹಾಳು ಮನೆಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಟು ಹೋಗಲಿ.

11 May the userer search all his substance: and let strangers plunder his labours.

ಸಾಲಗಾರರು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಇರುವುದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ದೋಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿ; ಪರರು ಅವನ ಕಷ್ಟಾರ್ಜಿತವನ್ನು ಸುಲಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿ.

12 May there be none to help him: nor none to pity his fatherless offspring.

ಅವನಿಗೆ ದಯೆ ತೋರಿಸುವವನು ಯಾವನೂ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಇರಲಿ; ದಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲದ ಅವನ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಯಾವನೂ ಕನಿಕರಿಸದಿರಲಿ.

13 May his posterity be cut off; in one generation may his name be blotted out.

ಅವನ ಸಂತಾನವು ಮುಗಿದು ಹೋಗಲಿ; ಎರಡನೆಯ ತಲಾಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರು ಅಳಿದು ಹೋಗಲಿ.

14 May the iniquity of his fathers be remembered in the sight of the Lord: and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out.

ಅವನ ಪಿತೃಗಳ ಅಕ್ರಮವು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಮುಂದೆ ಜ್ಞಾಪಕವಾಗಲಿ; ಅವನ ತಾಯಿಯ ಪಾಪವು ಅಳಿದು ಹೋಗದಿರಲಿ.

15 May they be before the lord continually, and let the memory of them perish from the earth:

ಅವು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರ ಮುಂದೆ ಇರಲಿ; ದೇವರು ಅವರ ನೆನಪನ್ನು ಭೂಮಿಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಬಿಡಲಿ.

16 Because he remembered not to show mercy,

ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅವನು ಯಾರಿಗೂ ದಯೆ ತೋರಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಬಡವನನ್ನೂ, ದೀನನನ್ನೂ, ಮನಗುಂದಿದವನನ್ನೂ ಹಿಂಸಿಸಿ ಸಾಯಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಯತ್ನಿಸಿದನು.

17 But persecuted the poor man and the beggar; and the broken in heart, to put him to death.

ಅವನು ಶಾಪಕೊಡಲು ಇಷ್ಟಪಟ್ಟನು; ಅದೇ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಬರಲಿ; ಅವನು ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದವನ್ನು ಮೆಚ್ಚಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಅದು ಅವನಿಗೆ ದೂರವಾಗಿರಲಿ.

18 And he loved cursing, and it shall come unto him: and he would not have blessing, and it shall be far from him. And he put on cursing, like a garment: and it went in like water into his entrails, and like oil in his bones.

ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ವಸ್ತ್ರದಂತೆ ಶಾಪವನ್ನು ಹೊದ್ದುಕೊಂಡನು; ಅದು ನೀರಿನಂತೆ ಅವನ ಅಂತರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ಎಣ್ಣೆಯಂತೆ ಅವನ ಎಲುಬುಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸೇರಿತು.

19 May it be unto him like a garment which covereth him; and like a girdle with which he is girded continually.

ಶಾಪವು ಅವನಿಗೆ ತೊಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡ ಅಂಗಿಯ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ, ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಸೊಂಟಕ್ಕೆ ಕಟ್ಟುವ ನಡುಕಟ್ಟಿನ ಹಾಗೆಯೂ ಇರಲಿ.

20 This is the work of them who detract me before the Lord; and who speak evils against my soul.

ಇದು ನನಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಕೇಡು ಮಾತಾಡುವ ನನ್ನ ಎದುರಾಳಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರಿಂದ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲವಾಗಿರಲಿ.

21 But thou, O Lord, do with for thy names sake: because thy mercy is sweet. Do thou deliver me.

ಆದರೆ ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ನನಗೆ ಸಹಾಯಮಾಡಿರಿ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯತನದಿಂದ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸಿರಿ.

22 For I am poor and needy, and my heart is troubled within me.

ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನಾನು ಬಡವನೂ ಅಗತ್ಯತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವವನೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯವು ನನ್ನ ಅಂತರಂಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಾಯಗೊಂಡಿದೆ.

23 I am taken away like the shadow when it declineth: and I am shaken off as locusts.

ನಾನು ಇಳಿಯುವ ನೆರಳಿನ ಹಾಗೆ ಆಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಮಿಡತೆಯ ಹಾಗೆ ಹಾರಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

24 My knees are weakened through fasting: and my flesh is changed for oil.

ನನ್ನ ಮೊಣಕಾಲುಗಳು ಉಪವಾಸದಿಂದ ಬಲಹೀನವಾಗಿವೆ; ನನ್ನ ದೇಹಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾರವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಹೋಯಿತು.

25 And I am become a reproach to them: they saw me and they shaked their heads,

ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ದೂರುಗಾರರಿಗೆ ನಿಂದೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಅವರು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ತಮ್ಮ ತಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅಲ್ಲಾಡಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.

26 Help me, O Lord my God; save me according to thy mercy.

ನನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರೇ, ನನಗೆ ಸಹಾಯಮಾಡಿರಿ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿರಿ.

27 And let them know that this is thy hand: and that thou, O Lord, hast done it.

ಇದು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕೈ ಕೆಲಸ ಎಂದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಲಿ, ಇದು ನಿನ್ನಿಂದಲೇ ಆಯಿತೆಂದು ಅವರು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿ.

28 They will curse and thou will bless: let them that rise up against me be confounded: but thy servant shall rejoice.

ಅವರು ಶಪಿಸಲಿ, ಆದರೆ ನೀವು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಿರಿ. ನನಗೆ ಹಾನಿಮಾಡುವವರು ನಾಚಿಕೆಪಡಲಿ; ಆದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸೇವಕನಾದ ನಾನು ಸಂತೋಷಿಸಲಿ.

29 Let them that detract me be clothed with shame: and let them be covered with the their confusion as with a double cloak.

ನನ್ನ ಎದುರಾಳಿಗಳು ಅವಮಾನವನ್ನು ಹೊದ್ದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿ, ತಮ್ಮ ನಾಚಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊದಿಕೆಯಂತೆ ತೊಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿ.

30 I will give great thanks to the Lord with my mouth: and in the midst of many I will praise him.

ನಾನು ಯೆಹೋವ ದೇವರನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿಯಿಂದ ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಕೊಂಡಾಡುವೆನು; ಅನೇಕರ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸುವೆನು.

31 Because he hath stood at the right hand of the poor, to save my soul from persecutors.

ದೇವರು ಬಡವನ ಬಲಗಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತು, ಅವನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಖಂಡಿಸುವವರಿಂದ ಅವನನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವರು.
