1 Timothy 2
1 I desire therefore, first of all, that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all men:
১মম প্ৰথম আদেশোঽযং, প্ৰাৰ্থনাৱিনযনিৱেদনধন্যৱাদাঃ কৰ্ত্তৱ্যাঃ,
2 For kings, and for all that are in high station: that we may lead a quiet and a peaceable life in all piety and chastity.
২সৰ্ৱ্ৱেষাং মানৱানাং কৃতে ৱিশেষতো ৱযং যৎ শান্তৎৱেন নিৰ্ৱ্ৱিৰোধৎৱেন চেশ্চৰভক্তিং ৱিনীতৎৱঞ্চাচৰন্তঃ কালং যাপযামস্তদৰ্থং নৃপতীনাম্ উচ্চপদস্থানাঞ্চ কৃতে তে কৰ্ত্তৱ্যাঃ|
3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour,
৩যতোঽস্মাকং তাৰকস্যেশ্ৱৰস্য সাক্ষাৎ তদেৱোত্তমং গ্ৰাহ্যঞ্চ ভৱতি,
4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
৪স সৰ্ৱ্ৱেষাং মানৱানাং পৰিত্ৰাণং সত্যজ্ঞানপ্ৰাপ্তিঞ্চেচ্ছতি|
5 For there is one God, and one mediator of God and men, the man Christ Jesus:
৫যত একোঽদ্ৱিতীয ঈশ্ৱৰো ৱিদ্যতে কিঞ্চেশ্ৱৰে মানৱেষু চৈকো ঽদ্ৱিতীযো মধ্যস্থঃ
6 Who gave himself a redemption for all, a testimony in due times.
৬স নৰাৱতাৰঃ খ্ৰীষ্টো যীশু ৰ্ৱিদ্যতে যঃ সৰ্ৱ্ৱেষাং মুক্তে ৰ্মূল্যম্ আত্মদানং কৃতৱান্| এতেন যেন প্ৰমাণেনোপযুক্তে সমযে প্ৰকাশিতৱ্যং,
7 Whereunto I am appointed a preacher and an apostle, (I say the truth, I lie not, ) a doctor of the Gentiles in faith and truth.
৭তদ্ঘোষযিতা দূতো ৱিশ্ৱাসে সত্যধৰ্ম্মে চ ভিন্নজাতীযানাম্ উপদেশকশ্চাহং ন্যযূজ্যে, এতদহং খ্ৰীষ্টস্য নাম্না যথাতথ্যং ৱদামি নানৃতং কথযামি|
8 I will therefore that men pray in every place, lifting up pure hands, without anger and contention.
৮অতো মমাভিমতমিদং পুৰুষৈঃ ক্ৰোধসন্দেহৌ ৱিনা পৱিত্ৰকৰান্ উত্তোল্য সৰ্ৱ্ৱস্মিন্ স্থানে প্ৰাৰ্থনা ক্ৰিযতাং|
9 In like manner women also in decent apparel: adorning themselves with modesty and sobriety, not with plaited hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly attire,
৯তদ্ৱৎ নাৰ্য্যোঽপি সলজ্জাঃ সংযতমনসশ্চ সত্যো যোগ্যমাচ্ছাদনং পৰিদধতু কিঞ্চ কেশসংস্কাৰৈঃ কণকমুক্তাভি ৰ্মহাৰ্ঘ্যপৰিচ্ছদৈশ্চাত্মভূষণং ন কুৰ্ৱ্ৱত্যঃ
10 But as it becometh women professing godliness, with good works.
১০স্ৱীকৃতেশ্ৱৰভক্তীনাং যোষিতাং যোগ্যৈঃ সত্যৰ্ম্মভিঃ স্ৱভূষণং কুৰ্ৱ্ৱতাং|
11 Let the woman learn in silence, with all subjection.
১১নাৰী সম্পূৰ্ণৱিনীতৎৱেন নিৰ্ৱিৰোধং শিক্ষতাং|
12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to use authority over the man: but to be in silence.
১২নাৰ্য্যাঃ শিক্ষাদানং পুৰুষাযাজ্ঞাদানং ৱাহং নানুজানামি তযা নিৰ্ৱ্ৱিৰোধৎৱম্ আচৰিতৱ্যং|
13 For Adam was first formed; then Eve.
১৩যতঃ প্ৰথমম্ আদমস্ততঃ পৰং হৱাযাঃ সৃষ্টি ৰ্বভূৱ|
14 And Adam was not seduced; but the woman being seduced, was in the transgression.
১৪কিঞ্চাদম্ ভ্ৰান্তিযুক্তো নাভৱৎ যোষিদেৱ ভ্ৰান্তিযুক্তা ভূৎৱাত্যাচাৰিণী বভূৱ|
15 Yet she shall be saved through childbearing; if she continue in faith, and love, and sanctification, with sobriety.
১৫তথাপি নাৰীগণো যদি ৱিশ্ৱাসে প্ৰেম্নি পৱিত্ৰতাযাং সংযতমনসি চ তিষ্ঠতি তৰ্হ্যপত্যপ্ৰসৱৱৰ্ত্মনা পৰিত্ৰাণং প্ৰাপ্স্যতি|
