< Revelation 13 >

1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea; and I saw a beast rising out of the sea, having ten horns and seven heads, and upon its horns ten diadems, and upon its heads names of blasphemy.
Na ɔwɔ no kogyinaa mpoano hɔ. Afei mihuu sɛ aboa bi apue fi po no mu reba. Na ɔwɔ mmɛn du ne ti ason a na ahenkyɛw hyehyɛ mmɛn no biara so na din a egu Onyankopɔn ho fi bobɔ ti no ho.
2 And the beast which I saw was like to a leopardess, and its feet as of a bear, and its mouth as a lion's mouth; and the dragon gave to it his power, and his throne, and great authority;
Aboa a mihuu no no, na ɔte sɛ ɔsebɔ a ne nan te sɛ sisi, na nʼano nso te sɛ gyata. Ɔwɔ no de ɔno ankasa ahoɔden ne nʼahengua ne ne tumi nyinaa maa aboa no.
3 and one of his heads [was] as slain to death, and his wound of death had been healed: and the whole earth wondered after the beast.
Mihuu sɛ na opirakuru kɛse bi aba ne ti baako ho a kuru no ayɛ sɛ nea awu. Aboa no ho yɛɛ wiasefo nyinaa nwonwa, enti wotu dii nʼakyi.
4 And they did homage to the dragon, because he gave the authority to the beast; and they did homage to the beast, saying, Who [is] like to the beast? and who can make war with it?
Nnipa nyinaa som ɔwɔ no efisɛ ɔde ne tumi nyinaa ama aboa no. Wɔsom aboa no nso kae se, “Hena na ɔte sɛ aboa no? Na hena na obetumi ne no ako?”
5 And there was given to it a mouth, speaking great things and blasphemies; and there was given to it authority to pursue its career forty-two months.
Wɔmaa aboa no kwan ma ɔkaa abususɛm akɛseakɛse tiaa Onyankopɔn, na wɔmaa no tumi sɛ ɔnyɛ nea ɔpɛ biara asram aduanan abien.
6 And it opened its mouth for blasphemies against God, to blaspheme his name and his tabernacle, and those who have their tabernacle in the heaven.
Ofii ase domee Onyankopɔn, ne din, baabi a ɔte ne wɔn a wɔte ɔsoro nyinaa.
7 And there was given to it to make war with the saints, and to overcome them; and there was given to it authority over every tribe, and people, and tongue, and nation;
Wɔmaa no kwan ma ɔne Onyankopɔn nkurɔfo koe sɛ obedi wɔn so. Na wɔmaa no aman ne mmusuakuw ne nkurɔfo ne ɔkasa nyinaa so tumi.
8 and all that dwell on the earth shall do it homage, [every one] whose name had not been written from [the] founding of [the] world in the book of life of the slain Lamb.
Nnipa a wɔte asase so nyinaa bɛsom no: obiara a wɔankyerɛw ne din anhyɛ ateasefo nhoma a ɛwɔ Oguamma a wokum no ansa na wɔrebɔ wiase no mu.
9 If any one has an ear, let him hear.
“Tie, wo a wowɔ aso, betie no.
10 If any one [leads] into captivity, he goes into captivity. If any one shall kill with [the] sword, he must with [the] sword be killed. Here is the endurance and the faith of the saints.
“Obiara a ɛsɛ sɛ wɔkyere no no, wɔbɛkyere no. Obiara a ɛsɛ sɛ wokum no afoa ano no, wobekum no.” Eyi mu boasetɔ ne gyidi ho hia Onyankopɔn nkurɔfo.
11 And I saw another beast rising out of the earth; and it had two horns like to a lamb, and spake as a dragon;
Afei mihuu aboa foforo a ɔrepue afi asase mu. Na ɔwɔ mmɛn abien te sɛ nguantenmma, nanso na ɔkasa te sɛ ɔwɔ no.
12 and it exercises all the authority of the first beast before it, and causes the earth and those that dwell in it to do homage to the first beast, whose wound of death was healed.
Osii aboa a odi kan no anan mu de ne tumi kɛse no dii dwuma, na ɔhyɛɛ asase ne so nnipa sɛ wɔnsom nea nʼapirakuru no awu no.
13 And it works great signs, that it should cause even fire to come down from heaven to the earth before men.
Aboa a ɔto so abien yi yɛɛ anwonwade akɛse bebree. Ɔmaa ogya fii soro baa asase so wɔ nnipa nyinaa anim.
14 And it deceives those that dwell upon the earth by reason of the signs which it was given to it to work before the beast, saying to those that dwell upon the earth to make an image to the beast, which has the wound of the sword, and lived.
Na ɔnam anwonwade a wɔmaa no ho kwan yɛe wɔ aboa a odi kan no anim no so daadaa nnipa a wɔte asase so nyinaa. Aboa no ka kyerɛɛ wiase nnipa nyinaa se, wonsi ohoni mfa nhyɛ aboa a wɔde afoa piraa no nanso nʼapirakuru no awu na ɔte ase no anuonyam.
15 And it was given to it to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should also speak, and should cause that as many as should not do homage to the image of the beast should be killed.
Wɔmaa aboa a ɔto so abien no kwan ma ɔhomee nkwa guu aboa a odi kan honi no mu, sɛnea ɛbɛyɛ a ohoni no betumi akasa, na wakum obiara a ɔnsom no no.
16 And it causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free and the bondmen, that they should give them a mark upon their right hand or upon their forehead;
Aboa no hyɛɛ nnipa nyinaa, nketewa ne akɛse; adefo ne ahiafo, nkoa ne wɔn a wɔde wɔn ho sɛ wɔnhyɛ wɔn nsa nifa ho ne wɔn moma so agyirae.
17 and that no one should be able to buy or sell save he that had the mark, the name of the beast, or the number of its name.
Obiara nni ho kwan sɛ ɔtɔ anaa ɔtɔn, gye sɛ wɔde aboa no din anaa nsɛnkyerɛnne a egyina hɔ ma din no hyɛ ne ho agyirae.
18 Here is wisdom. He that has understanding let him count the number of the beast: for it is a man's number; and its number [is] six hundred [and] sixty-six.
Eyi hia ma nyansa. Obiara a onim nyansa no betumi ahu nsɛnkyerɛnne a egyina hɔ ma aboa no ase, efisɛ nsɛnkyerɛnne no gyina hɔ ma onipa din. Ne nsɛnkyerɛnne yɛ ahansia aduosia asia.
