1 Hallelujah! Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in the firmament of his power.

Hallelujah! Lobet Gott in Seinem Heiligtum! Lobet Ihn in der Ausbreitung Seiner Stärke.

2 Praise him in his mighty acts; praise him according to the abundance of his greatness.

Lobet Ihn in Seiner Macht! Lobet Ihn nach Seiner vielen Größe!

3 Praise him with the sound of the trumpet; praise him with lute and harp;

Lobet Ihn mit dem Schall der Posaune! Lobet Ihn mit Psalter und Harfe!

4 Praise him with the tambour and dance; praise him with stringed instruments and the pipe;

Lobet Ihn mit Pauke und Reigen! Lobet Ihn mit Saitenspiel und der Orgel.

5 Praise him with loud cymbals; praise him with high sounding cymbals.

Lobet Ihn mit helltönenden Zimbeln! Lobet mit schmetternden Zimbeln!

6 Let everything that hath breath praise Jah. Hallelujah!
