Psalms 136

1 Give ye thanks unto Jehovah, for he is good; for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever:

١ ارْفَعُوا الشُّكْرَ لِلرَّبِّ لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

2 Give thanks unto the God of gods, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever;

٢ ارْفَعُوا الشُّكْرَ لإِلَهِ الآلِهَةِ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

3 Give thanks unto the Lord of lords, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever.

٣ ارْفَعُوا الشُّكْرَ لِرَبِّ الأَرْبَابِ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

4 To him who alone doeth great wonders, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever:

٤ الصَّانِعِ الْعَجَائِبَ الْعِظَامَ وَحْدَهُ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

5 To him that by understanding made the heavens, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever;

٥ الصَّانِعِ السَّمَاوَاتِ بِحِكْمَةٍ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

6 To him that stretched out the earth above the waters, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever;

٦ الْبَاسِطِ الأَرْضَ فَوْقَ الْمِيَاهِ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

7 To him that made great lights, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever;

٧ الصَّانِعِ الأَنْوَارَ الْعَظِيمَةَ لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

8 The sun for rule over the day, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever,

٨ الشَّمْسَ لِتُضِيءَ نَهَاراً، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

9 The moon and stars for rule over the night, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever:

٩ وَالْقَمَرَ وَالْكَوَاكِبَ لِتُنِيرَ لَيْلاً، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

10 To him that smote Egypt in their firstborn, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever,

١٠ الَّذِي ضَرَبَ مِصْرَ مَعَ أَبْكَارِهَا، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

11 And brought out Israel from among them, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever,

١١ وَأَخْرَجَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ مِنْ وَسَطِهِمْ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

12 With a powerful hand and with a stretched-out arm, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever;

١٢ بِيَدٍ شَدِيدَةٍ وَذِرَاعٍ قَدِيرَةٍ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

13 To him that divided the Red sea into parts, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever,

١٣ الَّذِي فَلَقَ الْبَحْرَ الأَحْمَرَ إِلَى شَطْرَيْنِ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

14 And made Israel to pass through the midst of it, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever,

١٤ وَأَجَازَ الإِسْرَائِيلِيِّينَ فِي وَسَطِهِ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

15 And overturned Pharaoh and his host in the Red sea, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever;

١٥ وَدَفَعَ فِرْعَوْنَ وَجَيْشَهُ إِلَى الْبَحْرِ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

16 To him that led his people through the wilderness, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever;

١٦ الَّذِي قَادَ شَعْبَهُ فِي الْبَرِّيَّةِ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

17 To him that smote great kings, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever,

١٧ الَّذِي أَطَاحَ بِمُلُوكٍ عُظَمَاءَ. لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

18 And slew famous kings, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever;

١٨ وَقَتَلَ مُلُوكاً ذَوِي شُهْرَةٍ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

19 Sihon king of the Amorites, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever,

١٩ كَسِيحُونَ مَلِكِ الأَمُورِيِّينَ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

20 And Og king of Bashan, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever;

٢٠ وَعُوجَ مَلِكِ بَاشَانَ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

21 And gave their land for an inheritance, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever,

٢١ وَأَعْطَى أَرْضَهُمْ مِيرَاثاً، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

22 An inheritance unto Israel his servant, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever:

٢٢ مِيرَاثاً لإِسْرَائِيلَ عَبْدِهِ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

23 Who hath remembered us in our low estate, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever;

٢٣ الَّذِي ذَكَرَنَا فِي مَذَلَّتِنَا، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

24 And hath delivered us from our oppressors, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever:

٢٤ وَخَلَّصَنَا مِنْ أَعْدَائِنَا، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

25 Who giveth food to all flesh, for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever.

٢٥ الَّذِي يَرْزُقُ خُبْزاً كُلَّ بَشَرٍ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.

26 Give ye thanks unto the God of the heavens; for his loving-kindness [endureth] for ever.

٢٦ ارْفَعُوا الشُّكْرَ لإِلَهِ السَّمَاوَاتِ، لأَنَّ رَحْمَتَهُ إِلَى الأَبَدِ تَدُومُ.
