Micah 2
1 Woe to them that devise iniquity and work evil upon their beds! When the morning is light they practise it, because it is in the power of their hand.
Wehe denen, die auf Unrecht denken, die Böses auf ihren Lagern wirken, am Licht des Morgens es tun, weil ihre Hand ihnen zum Gotte ist.
2 And they covet fields, and take them by violence; and houses, and take them away; and they oppress a man and his house, even a man and his heritage.
Und sie begehren Felder und entreißen sie, und Häuser, und nehmen sie weg; und sie bedrücken den Mann und sein Haus, und den Mann und sein Erbe.
3 Therefore thus saith Jehovah: Behold, against this family do I devise an evil, from which ye shall not remove your necks; neither shall ye walk haughtily: for it is an evil time.
Darum, so spricht Jehovah: Siehe, Ich denke auf Böses wider diese Familie, aus der ihr eure Hälse nicht herausziehen sollet, daß ihr aufrecht ginget; denn es ist eine Zeit des Bösen.
4 In that day shall they take up a proverb concerning you, and lament with a doleful lamentation, [and] say, We are utterly spoiled: he hath changed the portion of my people: how hath he removed it from me! He hath distributed our fields to the rebellious.
An jenem Tage erhebt man einen Spruch über euch und stimmt ein Trauerlied an: Es ist vorbei! spricht man. Mit Verheerung sind wir verheert. Das Teil meines Volkes wird vertauscht. Wie entzieht er es mir, und teilt unsere Felder an die Abtrünnigen aus!
5 Therefore thou shalt have none that shall cast the measuring line upon a lot, in the congregation of Jehovah.
Darum wird keiner sein, der in der Versammlung Jehovahs dir die Meßschnur zum Lose werfe.
6 Prophesy ye not, they prophesy. If they do not prophesy to these, the ignominy will not depart.
Sie faseln: Ihr sollt nicht weissagen! Sie sollen nicht von solchem weissagen! Die Schande wird nicht zurückweichen!
7 O thou [that art] named the house of Jacob, Is Jehovah impatient? are these his doings? Do not my words do good to him that walketh uprightly?
Darf man so sprechen, Jakobs Haus? Ist der Geist Jehovahs verkürzt? Sind das Seine Taten? Sind Meine Worte nicht gut mit dem, der da gerade wandelt?
8 But of late my people is risen up as an enemy: ye strip off the mantle with the garment from them that pass by securely, that are averse from war.
Aber zum Feinde hat sich Mein Volk Mir entgegen aufgestellt wegen des Gewandes, den Mantel zieht ihr denen aus, die sicher vorüberziehen, die vom Streite zurückkehren.
9 The women of my people do ye cast out from their pleasant houses; from their young children do ye take away my magnificence for ever.
Die Weiber Meines Volkes vertreibt ihr jede aus dem Hause ihrer Wonne, nehmt ihren Kindlein Meine Ehre ewiglich.
10 Arise ye, and depart; for this is not the resting-place, because of defilement that bringeth destruction, even a grievous destruction.
Steht auf und geht hin! Dies ist kein Ruheort. Wegen der Unreinheit wird sie euch heillos verstören.
11 If a man walking in wind and falsehood do lie, [saying, ] I will prophesy unto thee of wine and of strong drink, he shall be the prophet of this people.
Ja, ein Mann, der im Geiste wandelt, und mit Lüge täuscht: Ich will dir mit Wein und starkem Getränk wahrsagen! das wäre ein Wahrsagen für dieses Volk!
12 I will surely assemble, O Jacob, the whole of thee; I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together as sheep of Bozrah, as a flock in the midst of their pasture: they shall make great noise by reason of [the multitude of] men.
Versammeln werde Ich dich, Jakob, allzumal, zusammenbringen den Überrest von Israel, sie zusammenstellen wie Bozrahs Herde, wie einen Trieb inmitten seines Weideplatzes: sie dröhnen mit Menschen.
13 One that breaketh through is gone up before them: they have broken forth, and have passed on to the gate, and are gone out by it; and their king passeth on before them, and Jehovah at the head of them.
Vor ihnen geht der Durchbrecher herauf. Sie brechen durch und ziehen durch das Tor und ziehen dadurch aus, und vor ihnen her zieht ihr König vorüber, und Jehovah ihnen zum Haupt.
