2 Corinthians 4
1 Therefore, having this ministry, as we have had mercy shewn us, we faint not.
அபரஞ்ச வயம்’ கருணாபா⁴ஜோ பூ⁴த்வா யத்³ ஏதத் பரிசாரகபத³ம் அலபா⁴மஹி நாத்ர க்லாம்யாம: ,
2 But we have rejected the hidden things of shame, not walking in deceit, nor falsifying the word of God, but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every conscience of men before God.
கிந்து த்ரபாயுக்தாநி ப்ரச்ச²ந்நகர்ம்மாணி விஹாய குடிலதாசரணமகுர்வ்வந்த ஈஸ்²வரீயவாக்யம்’ மித்²யாவாக்யைரமிஸ்²ரயந்த: ஸத்யத⁴ர்ம்மஸ்ய ப்ரகாஸ²நேநேஸ்²வரஸ்ய ஸாக்ஷாத் ஸர்வ்வமாநவாநாம்’ ஸம்’வேத³கோ³சரே ஸ்வாந் ப்ரஸ²ம்’ஸநீயாந் த³ர்ஸ²யாம: |
3 But if also our gospel is veiled, it is veiled in those that are lost;
அஸ்மாபி⁴ ர்கோ⁴ஷித: ஸுஸம்’வாதோ³ யதி³ ப்ரச்ச²ந்ந: ; ஸ்யாத் தர்ஹி யே விநம்’க்ஷ்யந்தி தேஷாமேவ த்³ரு’ஷ்டித: ஸ ப்ரச்ச²ந்ந: ;
4 in whom the god of this world has blinded the thoughts of the unbelieving, so that the radiancy of the glad tidings of the glory of the Christ, who is [the] image of God, should not shine forth [for them]. (aiōn g165)
யத ஈஸ்²வரஸ்ய ப்ரதிமூர்த்தி ர்ய: க்²ரீஷ்டஸ்தஸ்ய தேஜஸ: ஸுஸம்’வாத³ஸ்ய ப்ரபா⁴ யத் தாந் ந தீ³பயேத் தத³ர்த²ம் இஹ லோகஸ்ய தே³வோ(அ)விஸ்²வாஸிநாம்’ ஜ்ஞாநநயநம் அந்தீ⁴க்ரு’தவாந் ஏதஸ்யோதா³ஹரணம்’ தே ப⁴வந்தி| (aiōn g165)
5 For we do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus Lord, and ourselves your bondmen for Jesus' sake.
வயம்’ ஸ்வாந் கோ⁴ஷயாம இதி நஹி கிந்து க்²ரீஷ்டம்’ யீஸு²ம்’ ப்ரபு⁴மேவாஸ்மாம்’ஸ்²ச யீஸோ²: க்ரு’தே யுஷ்மாகம்’ பரிசாரகாந் கோ⁴ஷயாம: |
6 Because [it is] the God who spoke that out of darkness light should shine who has shone in our hearts for the shining forth of the knowledge of the glory of God in [the] face of [Jesus] Christ.
ய ஈஸ்²வரோ மத்⁴யேதிமிரம்’ ப்ரபா⁴ம்’ தீ³பநாயாதி³ஸ²த் ஸ யீஸு²க்²ரீஷ்டஸ்யாஸ்ய ஈஸ்²வரீயதேஜஸோ ஜ்ஞாநப்ரபா⁴யா உத³யார்த²ம் அஸ்மாகம் அந்த: கரணேஷு தீ³பிதவாந்|
7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the surpassingness of the power may be of God, and not from us:
அபரம்’ தத்³ த⁴நம் அஸ்மாபி⁴ ர்ம்ரு’ண்மயேஷு பா⁴ஜநேஷு தா⁴ர்ய்யதே யத: ஸாத்³பு⁴தா ஸ²க்தி ர்நாஸ்மாகம்’ கிந்த்வீஸ்²வரஸ்யைவேதி ஜ்ஞாதவ்யம்’|
8 every way afflicted, but not straitened; seeing no apparent issue, but our way not entirely shut up;
வயம்’ பதே³ பதே³ பீட்³யாமஹே கிந்து நாவஸீதா³ம: , வயம்’ வ்யாகுலா: ஸந்தோ(அ)பி நிருபாயா ந ப⁴வாம: ;
9 persecuted, but not abandoned; cast down, but not destroyed;
வயம்’ ப்ரத்³ராவ்யமாநா அபி ந க்லாம்யாம: , நிபாதிதா அபி ந விநஸ்²யாம: |
10 always bearing about in the body the dying of Jesus, that the life also of Jesus may be manifested in our body;
அஸ்மாகம்’ ஸ²ரீரே க்²ரீஷ்டஸ்ய ஜீவநம்’ யத் ப்ரகாஸே²த தத³ர்த²ம்’ தஸ்மிந் ஸ²ரீரே யீஸோ² ர்மரணமபி தா⁴ரயாம: |
11 for we who live are always delivered unto death on account of Jesus, that the life also of Jesus may be manifested in our mortal flesh;
யீஸோ² ர்ஜீவநம்’ யத்³ அஸ்மாகம்’ மர்த்த்யதே³ஹே ப்ரகாஸே²த தத³ர்த²ம்’ ஜீவந்தோ வயம்’ யீஸோ²: க்ரு’தே நித்யம்’ ம்ரு’த்யௌ ஸமர்ப்யாமஹே|
12 so that death works in us, but life in you.
இத்த²ம்’ வயம்’ ம்ரு’த்யாக்ராந்தா யூயஞ்ச ஜீவநாக்ராந்தா: |
13 And having the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, I have believed, therefore have I spoken; we also believe, therefore also we speak;
விஸ்²வாஸகாரணாதே³வ ஸமபா⁴ஷி மயா வச: | இதி யதா² ஸா²ஸ்த்ரே லிகி²தம்’ ததை²வாஸ்மாபி⁴ரபி விஸ்²வாஸஜநகம் ஆத்மாநம்’ ப்ராப்ய விஸ்²வாஸ: க்ரியதே தஸ்மாச்ச வசாம்’ஸி பா⁴ஷ்யந்தே|
14 knowing that he who has raised the Lord Jesus shall raise us also with Jesus, and shall present [us] with you.
ப்ரபு⁴ ர்யீஸு² ர்யேநோத்தா²பித: ஸ யீஸு²நாஸ்மாநப்யுத்தா²பயிஷ்யதி யுஷ்மாபி⁴: ஸார்த்³த⁴ம்’ ஸ்வஸமீப உபஸ்தா²பயிஷ்யதி ச, வயம் ஏதத் ஜாநீம: |
15 For all things [are] for your sakes, that the grace abounding through the many may cause thanksgiving to abound to the glory of God.
அதஏவ யுஷ்மாகம்’ ஹிதாய ஸர்வ்வமேவ ப⁴வதி தஸ்மாத்³ ப³ஹூநாம்’ ப்ரசுராநுக்³ரஹப்ராப்தே ர்ப³ஹுலோகாநாம்’ த⁴ந்யவாதே³நேஸ்²வரஸ்ய மஹிமா ஸம்யக் ப்ரகாஸி²ஷ்யதே|
16 Wherefore we faint not; but if indeed our outward man is consumed, yet the inward is renewed day by day.
ததோ ஹேதோ ர்வயம்’ ந க்லாம்யாம: கிந்து பா³ஹ்யபுருஷோ யத்³யபி க்ஷீயதே ததா²ப்யாந்தரிக: புருஷோ தி³நே தி³நே நூதநாயதே|
17 For our momentary [and] light affliction works for us in surpassing measure an eternal weight of glory; (aiōnios g166)
க்ஷணமாத்ரஸ்தா²யி யதே³தத் லகி⁴ஷ்ட²ம்’ து³: க²ம்’ தத்³ அதிபா³ஹுல்யேநாஸ்மாகம் அநந்தகாலஸ்தா²யி க³ரிஷ்ட²ஸுக²ம்’ ஸாத⁴யதி, (aiōnios g166)
18 while we look not at the things that are seen, but at the things that are not seen; for the things that are seen [are] for a time, but those that are not seen eternal. (aiōnios g166)
யதோ வயம்’ ப்ரத்யக்ஷாந் விஷயாந் அநுத்³தி³ஸ்²யாப்ரத்யக்ஷாந் உத்³தி³ஸா²ம: | யதோ ஹேதோ: ப்ரத்யக்ஷவிஷயா: க்ஷணமாத்ரஸ்தா²யிந: கிந்த்வப்ரத்யக்ஷா அநந்தகாலஸ்தா²யிந: | (aiōnios g166)
