2 Corinthians 11
1 Would that ye would bear with me [in] a little folly; but indeed bear with me.
யூயம்’ மமாஜ்ஞாநதாம்’ க்ஷணம்’ யாவத் ஸோடு⁴ம் அர்ஹத², அத: ஸா யுஷ்மாபி⁴: ஸஹ்யதாம்’|
2 For I am jealous as to you with a jealousy [which is] of God; for I have espoused you unto one man, to present [you] a chaste virgin to Christ.
ஈஸ்²வரே மமாஸக்தத்வாத்³ அஹம்’ யுஷ்மாநதி⁴ தபே யஸ்மாத் ஸதீம்’ கந்யாமிவ யுஷ்மாந் ஏகஸ்மிந் வரே(அ)ர்த²த: க்²ரீஷ்டே ஸமர்பயிதும் அஹம்’ வாக்³தா³நம் அகார்ஷம்’|
3 But I fear lest by any means, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craft, [so] your thoughts should be corrupted from simplicity as to the Christ.
கிந்து ஸர்பேண ஸ்வக²லதயா யத்³வத்³ ஹவா வஞ்சயாஞ்சகே தத்³வத் க்²ரீஷ்டம்’ ப்ரதி ஸதீத்வாத்³ யுஷ்மாகம்’ ப்⁴ரம்’ஸ²: ஸம்ப⁴விஷ்யதீதி பி³பே⁴மி|
4 For if indeed he that comes preaches another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or ye get a different Spirit, which ye have not got, or a different glad tidings, which ye have not received, ye might well bear with [it].
அஸ்மாபி⁴ரநாக்²யாபிதோ(அ)பர: கஸ்²சித்³ யீஸு² ர்யதி³ கேநசித்³ ஆக³ந்துகேநாக்²யாப்யதே யுஷ்மாபி⁴: ப்ராக³லப்³த⁴ ஆத்மா வா யதி³ லப்⁴யதே ப்ராக³க்³ரு’ஹீத: ஸுஸம்’வாதோ³ வா யதி³ க்³ரு’ஹ்யதே தர்ஹி மந்யே யூயம்’ ஸம்யக் ஸஹிஷ்யத்⁴வே|
5 For I reckon that in nothing I am behind those who are in surpassing degree apostles.
கிந்து முக்²யேப்⁴ய: ப்ரேரிதேப்⁴யோ(அ)ஹம்’ கேநசித் ப்ரகாரேண ந்யூநோ நாஸ்மீதி பு³த்⁴யே|
6 But if [I am] a simple person in speech, yet not in knowledge, but in everything making [the truth] manifest in all things to you.
மம வாக்படுதாயா ந்யூநத்வே ஸத்யபி ஜ்ஞாநஸ்ய ந்யூநத்வம்’ நாஸ்தி கிந்து ஸர்வ்வவிஷயே வயம்’ யுஷ்மத்³கோ³சரே ப்ரகாஸா²மஹே|
7 Have I committed sin, abasing myself in order that ye might be exalted, because I gratuitously announced to you the glad tidings of God?
யுஷ்மாகம் உந்நத்யை மயா நம்ரதாம்’ ஸ்வீக்ரு’த்யேஸ்²வரஸ்ய ஸுஸம்’வாதோ³ விநா வேதநம்’ யுஷ்மாகம்’ மத்⁴யே யத்³ அகோ⁴ஷ்யத தேந மயா கிம்’ பாபம் அகாரி?
8 I spoiled other assemblies, receiving hire for ministry towards you.
யுஷ்மாகம்’ ஸேவநாயாஹம் அந்யஸமிதிப்⁴யோ ப்⁴ரு’தி க்³ரு’ஹ்லந் த⁴நமபஹ்ரு’தவாந்,
9 And being present with you and lacking, I did not lazily burden any one, (for the brethren who came from Macedonia supplied what I lacked, ) and in everything I kept myself from being a burden to you, and will keep myself.
யதா³ ச யுஷ்மந்மத்⁴யே(அ)வ(அ)ர்த்தே ததா³ மமார்தா²பா⁴வே ஜாதே யுஷ்மாகம்’ கோ(அ)பி மயா ந பீடி³த: ; யதோ மம ஸோ(அ)ர்தா²பா⁴வோ மாகித³நியாதே³ஸா²த்³ ஆக³தை ப்⁴ராத்ரு’பி⁴ ந்யவார்ய்யத, இத்த²மஹம்’ க்காபி விஷயே யதா² யுஷ்மாஸு பா⁴ரோ ந ப⁴வாமி ததா² மயாத்மரக்ஷா க்ரு’தா கர்த்தவ்யா ச|
10 [The] truth of Christ is in me that this boasting shall not be stopped as to me in the regions of Achaia.
க்²ரீஷ்டஸ்ய ஸத்யதா யதி³ மயி திஷ்ட²தி தர்ஹி மமைஷா ஸ்²லாகா⁴ நிகி²லாகா²யாதே³ஸே² கேநாபி ந ரோத்ஸ்யதே|
11 Why? because I do not love you? God knows.
ஏதஸ்ய காரணம்’ கிம்’? யுஷ்மாஸு மம ப்ரேம நாஸ்த்யேதத் கிம்’ தத்காரணம்’? தத்³ ஈஸ்²வரோ வேத்தி|
12 But what I do, I will also do, that I may cut off the opportunity of those wishing [for] an opportunity, that wherein they boast they may be found even as we.
யே சி²த்³ரமந்விஷ்யந்தி தே யத் கிமபி சி²த்³ரம்’ ந லப⁴ந்தே தத³ர்த²மேவ தத் கர்ம்ம மயா க்ரியதே காரிஷ்யதே ச தஸ்மாத் தே யேந ஸ்²லாக⁴ந்தே தேநாஸ்மாகம்’ ஸமாநா ப⁴விஷ்யந்தி|
13 For such [are] false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ.
தாத்³ரு’ஸா² பா⁴க்தப்ரேரிதா: ப்ரவஞ்சகா: காரவோ பூ⁴த்வா க்²ரீஷ்டஸ்ய ப்ரேரிதாநாம்’ வேஸ²ம்’ தா⁴ரயந்தி|
14 And [it is] not wonderful, for Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light.
தச்சாஸ்²சர்ய்யம்’ நஹி; யத: ஸ்வயம்’ ஸ²யதாநபி தேஜஸ்விதூ³தஸ்ய வேஸ²ம்’ தா⁴ரயதி,
15 It is no great thing therefore if his ministers also transform themselves as ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
ததஸ்தஸ்ய பரிசாரகா அபி த⁴ர்ம்மபரிசாரகாணாம்’ வேஸ²ம்’ தா⁴ரயந்தீத்யத்³பு⁴தம்’ நஹி; கிந்து தேஷாம்’ கர்ம்மாணி யாத்³ரு’ஸா²நி ப²லாந்யபி தாத்³ரு’ஸா²நி ப⁴விஷ்யந்தி|
16 Again I say, Let not any one think me to be a fool; but if otherwise, receive me then even as a fool, that I also may boast myself some little.
அஹம்’ புந ர்வதா³மி கோ(அ)பி மாம்’ நிர்ப்³போ³த⁴ம்’ ந மந்யதாம்’ கிஞ்ச யத்³யபி நிர்ப்³போ³தோ⁴ ப⁴வேயம்’ ததா²பி யூயம்’ நிர்ப்³போ³த⁴மிவ மாமநுக்³ரு’ஹ்ய க்ஷணைகம்’ யாவத் மமாத்மஸ்²லாகா⁴ம் அநுஜாநீத|
17 What I speak I do not speak according to [the] Lord, but as in folly, in this confidence of boasting.
ஏதஸ்யா: ஸ்²லாகா⁴யா நிமித்தம்’ மயா யத் கதி²தவ்யம்’ தத் ப்ரபு⁴நாதி³ஷ்டேநேவ கத்²யதே தந்நஹி கிந்து நிர்ப்³போ³தே⁴நேவ|
18 Since many boast according to flesh, I also will boast.
அபரே ப³ஹவ: ஸா²ரீரிகஸ்²லாகா⁴ம்’ குர்வ்வதே தஸ்மாத்³ அஹமபி ஸ்²லாகி⁴ஷ்யே|
19 For ye bear fools readily, being wise.
பு³த்³தி⁴மந்தோ யூயம்’ ஸுகே²ந நிர்ப்³போ³தா⁴நாம் ஆசாரம்’ ஸஹத்⁴வே|
20 For ye bear if any one bring you into bondage, if any one devour [you], if any one get [your money], if any one exalt himself, if any one beat you on the face.
கோ(அ)பி யதி³ யுஷ்மாந் தா³ஸாந் கரோதி யதி³ வா யுஷ்மாகம்’ ஸர்வ்வஸ்வம்’ க்³ரஸதி யதி³ வா யுஷ்மாந் ஹரதி யதி³ வாத்மாபி⁴மாநீ ப⁴வதி யதி³ வா யுஷ்மாகம்’ கபோலம் ஆஹந்தி தர்ஹி தத³பி யூயம்’ ஸஹத்⁴வே|
21 I speak as to dishonour, as though we had been weak; but wherein any one is daring, (I speak in folly, ) I also am daring.
தௌ³ர்ப்³ப³ல்யாத்³ யுஷ்மாபி⁴ரவமாநிதா இவ வயம்’ பா⁴ஷாமஹே, கிந்த்வபரஸ்ய கஸ்யசித்³ யேந ப்ரக³ல்ப⁴தா ஜாயதே தேந மமாபி ப்ரக³ல்ப⁴தா ஜாயத இதி நிர்ப்³போ³தே⁴நேவ மயா வக்தவ்யம்’|
22 Are they Hebrews? I also. Are they Israelites? I also. Are they seed of Abraham? I also.
தே கிம் இப்³ரிலோகா: ? அஹமபீப்³ரீ| தே கிம் இஸ்ராயேலீயா: ? அஹமபீஸ்ராயேலீய: | தே கிம் இப்³ராஹீமோ வம்’ஸா²: ? அஹமபீப்³ராஹீமோ வம்’ஸ²: |
23 Are they ministers of Christ? (I speak as being beside myself) I above measure [so]; in labours exceedingly abundant, in stripes to excess, in prisons exceedingly abundant, in deaths oft.
தே கிம்’ க்²ரீஷ்டஸ்ய பரிசாரகா: ? அஹம்’ தேப்⁴யோ(அ)பி தஸ்ய மஹாபரிசாரக: ; கிந்து நிர்ப்³போ³த⁴ இவ பா⁴ஷே, தேப்⁴யோ(அ)ப்யஹம்’ ப³ஹுபரிஸ்²ரமே ப³ஹுப்ரஹாரே ப³ஹுவாரம்’ காராயாம்’ ப³ஹுவாரம்’ ப்ராணநாஸ²ஸம்’ஸ²யே ச பதிதவாந்|
24 From the Jews five times have I received forty [stripes], save one.
யிஹூதீ³யைரஹம்’ பஞ்சக்ரு’த்வ ஊநசத்வாரிம்’ஸ²த்ப்ரஹாரைராஹதஸ்த்ரிர்வேத்ராகா⁴தம் ஏகக்ரு’த்வ: ப்ரஸ்தராகா⁴தஞ்ச ப்ரப்தவாந்|
25 Thrice have I been scourged, once I have been stoned, three times I have suffered shipwreck, a night and day I passed in the deep:
வாரத்ரயம்’ போதப⁴ஞ்ஜநேந க்லிஷ்டோ(அ)ஹம் அகா³த⁴ஸலிலே தி³நமேகம்’ ராத்ரிமேகாஞ்ச யாபிதவாந்|
26 in journeyings often, in perils of rivers, in perils of robbers, in perils from [my own] race, in perils from [the] nations, in perils in [the] city, in perils in [the] desert, in perils on [the] sea, in perils among false brethren;
ப³ஹுவாரம்’ யாத்ராபி⁴ ர்நதீ³நாம்’ ஸங்கடை ர்த³ஸ்யூநாம்’ ஸங்கடை: ஸ்வஜாதீயாநாம்’ ஸங்கடை ர்பி⁴ந்நஜாதீயாநாம்’ ஸங்கடை ர்நக³ரஸ்ய ஸங்கடை ர்மருபூ⁴மே: ஸங்கடை ஸாக³ரஸ்ய ஸங்கடை ர்பா⁴க்தப்⁴ராத்ரு’ணாம்’ ஸங்கடைஸ்²ச
27 in labour and toil, in watchings often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness.
பரிஸ்²ரமக்லேஸா²ப்⁴யாம்’ வாரம்’ வாரம்’ ஜாக³ரணேந க்ஷுதா⁴த்ரு’ஷ்ணாப்⁴யாம்’ ப³ஹுவாரம்’ நிராஹாரேண ஸீ²தநக்³நதாப்⁴யாஞ்சாஹம்’ காலம்’ யாபிதவாந்|
28 Besides those things that are without, the crowd [of cares] pressing on me daily, the burden of all the assemblies.
தாத்³ரு’ஸ²ம்’ நைமித்திகம்’ து³: க²ம்’ விநாஹம்’ ப்ரதிதி³நம் ஆகுலோ ப⁴வாமி ஸர்வ்வாஸாம்’ ஸமிதீநாம்’ சிந்தா ச மயி வர்த்ததே|
29 Who is weak, and I am not weak? Who is stumbled, and I burn not?
யேநாஹம்’ ந து³ர்ப்³ப³லீப⁴வாமி தாத்³ரு’ஸ²ம்’ தௌ³ர்ப்³ப³ல்யம்’ க: பாப்நோதி?
30 If it is needful to boast, I will boast in the things which concern my infirmity.
யதி³ மயா ஸ்²லாகி⁴தவ்யம்’ தர்ஹி ஸ்வது³ர்ப்³ப³லதாமதி⁴ ஸ்²லாகி⁴ஷ்யே|
31 The God and Father of the Lord Jesus knows — he who is blessed for ever — that I do not lie. (aiōn g165)
மயா ம்ரு’ஷாவாக்யம்’ ந கத்²யத இதி நித்யம்’ ப்ரஸ²ம்’ஸநீயோ(அ)ஸ்மாகம்’ ப்ரபோ⁴ ர்யீஸு²க்²ரீஷ்டஸ்ய தாத ஈஸ்²வரோ ஜாநாதி| (aiōn g165)
32 In Damascus the ethnarch of Aretas the king kept the city of the Damascenes shut up, wishing to take me;
த³ம்மேஷகநக³ரே(அ)ரிதாராஜஸ்ய கார்ய்யாத்⁴யக்ஷோ மாம்’ த⁴ர்த்தும் இச்ச²ந் யதா³ ஸைந்யைஸ்தத்³ த³ம்மேஷகநக³ரம் அரக்ஷயத்
33 and through a window in a basket I was let down by the wall, and escaped his hands.
ததா³ஹம்’ லோகை: பிடகமத்⁴யே ப்ராசீரக³வாக்ஷேணாவரோஹிதஸ்தஸ்ய கராத் த்ராணம்’ ப்ராபம்’|
