1 Thessalonians 5
1 But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that ye should be written to,
১হে ভ্রাতরঃ, কালান্ সমযাংশ্চাধি যুষ্মান্ প্রতি মম লিখনং নিষ্প্রযোজনং,
2 for ye know perfectly well yourselves, that the day of [the] Lord so comes as a thief by night.
২যতো রাত্রৌ যাদৃক্ তস্করস্তাদৃক্ প্রভো র্দিনম্ উপস্থাস্যতীতি যূযং স্ৱযমেৱ সম্যগ্ জানীথ|
3 When they may say, Peace and safety, then sudden destruction comes upon them, as travail upon her that is with child; and they shall in no wise escape.
৩শান্তি র্নির্ৱ্ৱিন্ঘৎৱঞ্চ ৱিদ্যত ইতি যদা মানৱা ৱদিষ্যন্তি তদা প্রসৱৱেদনা যদ্ৱদ্ গর্ব্ভিনীম্ উপতিষ্ঠতি তদ্ৱদ্ অকস্মাদ্ ৱিনাশস্তান্ উপস্থাস্যতি তৈরুদ্ধারো ন লপ্স্যতে|
4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that the day should overtake you as a thief:
৪কিন্তু হে ভ্রাতরঃ, যূযম্ অন্ধকারেণাৱৃতা ন ভৱথ তস্মাৎ তদ্দিনং তস্কর ইৱ যুষ্মান্ ন প্রাপ্স্যতি|
5 for all ye are sons of light and sons of day; we are not of night nor of darkness.
৫সর্ৱ্ৱে যূযং দীপ্তেঃ সন্তানা দিৱাযাশ্চ সন্তানা ভৱথ ৱযং নিশাৱংশাস্তিমিরৱংশা ৱা ন ভৱামঃ|
6 So then do not let us sleep as the rest do, but let us watch and be sober;
৬অতো ঽপরে যথা নিদ্রাগতাঃ সন্তি তদ্ৱদ্ অস্মাভি র্ন ভৱিতৱ্যং কিন্তু জাগরিতৱ্যং সচেতনৈশ্চ ভৱিতৱ্যং|
7 for they that sleep sleep by night, and they that drink drink by night;
৭যে নিদ্রান্তি তে নিশাযামেৱ নিদ্রান্তি তে চ মত্তা ভৱন্তি তে রজন্যামেৱ মত্তা ভৱন্তি|
8 but we being of [the] day, let us be sober, putting on [the] breastplate of faith and love, and as helmet [the] hope of salvation;
৮কিন্তু ৱযং দিৱসস্য ৱংশা ভৱামঃ; অতো ঽস্মাভি র্ৱক্ষসি প্রত্যযপ্রেমরূপং কৱচং শিরসি চ পরিত্রাণাশারূপং শিরস্ত্রং পরিধায সচেতনৈ র্ভৱিতৱ্যং|
9 because God has not set us for wrath, but for obtaining salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ,
৯যত ঈশ্ৱরোঽস্মান্ ক্রোধে ন নিযুজ্যাস্মাকং প্রভুনা যীশুখ্রীষ্টেন পরিত্রাণস্যাধিকারে নিযুক্তৱান্,
10 who has died for us, that whether we may be watching or sleep, we may live together with him.
১০জাগ্রতো নিদ্রাগতা ৱা ৱযং যৎ তেন প্রভুনা সহ জীৱামস্তদর্থং সোঽস্মাকং কৃতে প্রাণান্ ত্যক্তৱান্|
11 Wherefore encourage one another, and build up each one the other, even as also ye do.
১১অতএৱ যূযং যদ্ৱৎ কুরুথ তদ্ৱৎ পরস্পরং সান্ত্ৱযত সুস্থিরীকুরুধ্ৱঞ্চ|
12 But we beg you, brethren, to know those who labour among you, and take the lead among you in [the] Lord, and admonish you,
১২হে ভ্রাতরঃ, যুষ্মাকং মধ্যে যে জনাঃ পরিশ্রমং কুর্ৱ্ৱন্তি প্রভো র্নাম্না যুষ্মান্ অধিতিষ্ঠন্ত্যুপদিশন্তি চ তান্ যূযং সম্মন্যধ্ৱং|
13 and to regard them exceedingly in love on account of their work. Be in peace among yourselves.
১৩স্ৱকর্ম্মহেতুনা চ প্রেম্না তান্ অতীৱাদৃযধ্ৱমিতি মম প্রার্থনা, যূযং পরস্পরং নির্ৱ্ৱিরোধা ভৱত|
14 But we exhort you, brethren, admonish the disorderly, comfort the faint-hearted, sustain the weak, be patient towards all.
১৪হে ভ্রাতরঃ, যুষ্মান্ ৱিনযামহে যূযম্ অৱিহিতাচারিণো লোকান্ ভর্ত্সযধ্ৱং, ক্ষুদ্রমনসঃ সান্ত্ৱযত, দুর্ব্বলান্ উপকুরুত, সর্ৱ্ৱান্ প্রতি সহিষ্ণৱো ভৱত চ|
15 See that no one render to any evil for evil, but pursue always what is good towards one another and towards all;
১৫অপরং কমপি প্রত্যনিষ্টস্য ফলম্ অনিষ্টং কেনাপি যন্ন ক্রিযেত তদর্থং সাৱধানা ভৱত, কিন্তু পরস্পরং সর্ৱ্ৱান্ মানৱাংশ্চ প্রতি নিত্যং হিতাচারিণো ভৱত|
16 rejoice always;
১৬সর্ৱ্ৱদানন্দত|
17 pray unceasingly;
১৭নিরন্তরং প্রার্থনাং কুরুধ্ৱং|
18 in everything give thanks, for this is [the] will of God in Christ Jesus towards you;
১৮সর্ৱ্ৱৱিষযে কৃতজ্ঞতাং স্ৱীকুরুধ্ৱং যত এতদেৱ খ্রীষ্টযীশুনা যুষ্মান্ প্রতি প্রকাশিতম্ ঈশ্ৱরাভিমতং|
19 quench not the Spirit;
১৯পৱিত্রম্ আত্মানং ন নির্ৱ্ৱাপযত|
20 do not lightly esteem prophecies;
২০ঈশ্ৱরীযাদেশং নাৱজানীত|
21 but prove all things, hold fast the right;
২১সর্ৱ্ৱাণি পরীক্ষ্য যদ্ ভদ্রং তদেৱ ধারযত|
22 hold aloof from every form of wickedness.
২২যৎ কিমপি পাপরূপং ভৱতি তস্মাদ্ দূরং তিষ্ঠত|
23 Now the God of peace himself sanctify you wholly: and your whole spirit, and soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
২৩শান্তিদাযক ঈশ্ৱরঃ স্ৱযং যুষ্মান্ সম্পূর্ণৎৱেন পৱিত্রান্ করোতু, অপরম্ অস্মৎপ্রভো র্যীশুখ্রীষ্টস্যাগমনং যাৱদ্ যুষ্মাকম্ আত্মানঃ প্রাণাঃ শরীরাণি চ নিখিলানি নির্দ্দোষৎৱেন রক্ষ্যন্তাং|
24 He [is] faithful who calls you, who will also perform [it].
২৪যো যুষ্মান্ আহ্ৱযতি স ৱিশ্ৱসনীযোঽতঃ স তৎ সাধযিষ্যতি|
25 Brethren, pray for us.
২৫হে ভ্রাতরঃ, অস্মাকং কৃতে প্রার্থনাং কুরুধ্ৱং|
26 Greet all the brethren with a holy kiss.
২৬পৱিত্রচুম্বনেন সর্ৱ্ৱান্ ভ্রাতৃন্ প্রতি সৎকুরুধ্ৱং|
27 I adjure you by the Lord that the letter be read to all the [holy] brethren.
২৭পত্রমিদং সর্ৱ্ৱেষাং পৱিত্রাণাং ভ্রাতৃণাং শ্রুতিগোচরে যুষ্মাভিঃ পঠ্যতামিতি প্রভো র্নাম্না যুষ্মান্ শপযামি|
28 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with you.
২৮অস্মাকং প্রভো র্যীশুখ্রীষ্টস্যানুগ্রতে যুষ্মাসু ভূযাৎ| আমেন্|
