Revelation 21
1 I saw the new heaven and the new earth. For the first heaven and the first earth passed away, and the sea is no more.
அநந்தரம்’ நவீநம் ஆகாஸ²மண்ட³லம்’ நவீநா ப்ரு’தி²வீ ச மயா த்³ரு’ஷ்டே யத: ப்ரத²மம் ஆகாஸ²மண்ட³லம்’ ப்ரத²மா ப்ரு’தி²வீ ச லோபம்’ க³தே ஸமுத்³ரோ (அ)பி தத: பரம்’ ந வித்³யதே|
2 And I, John, saw the Holy City, the New Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, prepared like a bride adorned for her husband.
அபரம்’ ஸ்வர்கா³த்³ அவரோஹந்தீ பவித்ரா நக³ரீ, அர்த²தோ நவீநா யிரூஸா²லமபுரீ மயா த்³ரு’ஷ்டா, ஸா வராய விபூ⁴ஷிதா கந்யேவ ஸுஸஜ்ஜிதாஸீத்|
3 And I heard a great voice from the throne, saying: “Behold the tabernacle of God with men. And he will dwell with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be their God with them.
அநந்தரம்’ ஸ்வர்கா³த்³ ஏஷ மஹாரவோ மயா ஸ்²ருத: பஸ்²யாயம்’ மாநவை: ஸார்த்³த⁴ம் ஈஸ்²வரஸ்யாவாஸ: , ஸ தை: ஸார்த்³த⁴ம்’ வத்ஸ்யதி தே ச தஸ்ய ப்ரஜா ப⁴விஷ்யந்தி, ஈஸ்²வரஸ்²ச ஸ்வயம்’ தேஷாம் ஈஸ்²வரோ பூ⁴த்வா தை: ஸார்த்³த⁴ம்’ ஸ்தா²ஸ்யதி|
4 And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes. And death shall be no more. And neither mourning, nor crying out, nor grief shall be anymore. For the first things have passed away.”
தேஷாம்’ நேத்ரேப்⁴யஸ்²சாஸ்²ரூணி ஸர்வ்வாணீஸ்²வரேண ப்ரமார்க்ஷ்யந்தே ம்ரு’த்யுரபி புந ர்ந ப⁴விஷ்யதி ஸோ²கவிலாபக்லேஸா² அபி புந ர்ந ப⁴விஷ்யந்தி, யத: ப்ரத²மாநி ஸர்வ்வாணி வ்யதீதிநி|
5 And the One who was sitting upon the throne, said, “Behold, I make all things new.” And he said to me, “Write, for these words are entirely faithful and true.”
அபரம்’ ஸிம்’ஹாஸநோபவிஷ்டோ ஜநோ(அ)வத³த் பஸ்²யாஹம்’ ஸர்வ்வாணி நூதநீகரோமி| புநரவத³த் லிக² யத இமாநி வாக்யாநி ஸத்யாநி விஸ்²வாஸ்யாநி ச ஸந்தி|
6 And he said to me: “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To those who thirst, I will give freely from the fountain of the water of life.
பந ர்மாம் அவத³த் ஸமாப்தம்’, அஹம்’ க: க்ஷஸ்²ச, அஹம் ஆதி³ரந்தஸ்²ச ய: பிபாஸதி தஸ்மா அஹம்’ ஜீவநதா³யிப்ரஸ்ரவணஸ்ய தோயம்’ விநாமூல்யம்’ தா³ஸ்யாமி|
7 Whoever prevails shall possess these things. And I will be his God, and he shall be my son.
யோ ஜயதி ஸ ஸர்வ்வேஷாம் அதி⁴காரீ ப⁴விஷ்யதி, அஹஞ்ச தஸ்யேஸ்²வரோ ப⁴விஷ்யாமி ஸ ச மம புத்ரோ ப⁴விஷ்யதி|
9 And one of the seven Angels, those holding the bowls filled with the seven last afflictions, approached and spoke with me, saying: “Come, and I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb.”
அநந்தரம்’ ஸே²ஷஸப்தத³ண்டை³: பரிபூர்ணா: ஸப்த கம்’ஸா யேஷாம்’ ஸப்ததூ³தாநாம்’ கரேஷ்வாஸந் தேஷாமேக ஆக³த்ய மாம்’ ஸம்பா⁴ஷ்யாவத³த், ஆக³ச்சா²ஹம்’ தாம்’ கந்யாம் அர்த²தோ மேஷஸா²வகஸ்ய பா⁴விபா⁴ர்ய்யாம்’ த்வாம்’ த³ர்ஸ²யாமி|
10 And he took me up in spirit to a great and high mountain. And he showed me the Holy City Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,
தத: ஸ ஆத்மாவிஷ்டம்’ மாம் அத்யுச்சம்’ மஹாபர்வ்வதமேம்’க நீத்வேஸ்²வரஸ்ய ஸந்நிதி⁴த: ஸ்வர்கா³த்³ அவரோஹந்தீம்’ யிரூஸா²லமாக்²யாம்’ பவித்ராம்’ நக³ரீம்’ த³ர்ஸி²தவாந்|
11 having the glory of God. And its light was like that of a precious stone, even like that of the jasper stone or like crystal.
ஸா ஈஸ்²வரீயப்ரதாபவிஸி²ஷ்டா தஸ்யாஸ்தேஜோ மஹார்க⁴ரத்நவத்³ அர்த²த: ஸூர்ய்யகாந்தமணிதேஜஸ்துல்யம்’|
12 And it had a wall, great and high, having twelve gates. And at the gates were twelve Angels. And names were written upon them, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the sons of Israel.
தஸ்யா: ப்ராசீரம்’ ப்³ரு’ஹத்³ உச்சஞ்ச தத்ர த்³வாத³ஸ² கோ³புராணி ஸந்தி தத்³கோ³புரோபரி த்³வாத³ஸ² ஸ்வர்க³தூ³தா வித்³யந்தே தத்ர ச த்³வாத³ஸ² நாமாந்யர்த²த இஸ்ராயேலீயாநாம்’ த்³வாத³ஸ²வம்’ஸா²நாம்’ நாமாநி லிகி²தாநி|
13 On the East were three gates, and on the North were three gates, and on the South were three gates, and on the West were three gates.
பூர்வ்வதி³ஸி² த்ரீணி கோ³புராணி உத்தரதி³ஸி² த்ரீணி கோ³புராணி த³க்ஷிணதி³ஷி த்ரீணி கோ³புராணி பஸ்²சீமதி³ஸி² ச த்ரீணி கோ³புராணி ஸந்தி|
14 And the wall of the City had twelve foundations. And upon them were the twelve names of the twelve Apostles of the Lamb.
நக³ர்ய்யா: ப்ராசீரஸ்ய த்³வாத³ஸ² மூலாநி ஸந்தி தத்ர மேஷாஸா²வாகஸ்ய த்³வாத³ஸ²ப்ரேரிதாநாம்’ த்³வாத³ஸ² நாமாநி லிகி²தாநி|
15 And he who was speaking with me was holding a golden measuring reed, in order to measure the City, and its gates and wall.
அநரம்’ நக³ர்ய்யாஸ்ததீ³யகோ³புராணாம்’ தத்ப்ராசீரஸ்ய ச மாபநார்த²ம்’ மயா ஸம்பா⁴ஷமாணஸ்ய தூ³தஸ்ய கரே ஸ்வர்ணமய ஏக: பரிமாணத³ண்ட³ ஆஸீத்|
16 And the city is laid out as a square, and so its length is as great as the width. And he measured the city with the golden reed for twelve thousand stadia, and its length and height and breadth were equal.
நக³ர்ய்யா ஆக்ரு’திஸ்²சதுரஸ்ரா தஸ்யா தை³ர்க்⁴யப்ரஸ்தே² ஸமே| தத: பரம்’ ஸ தேக³ பரிமாணத³ண்டே³ந தாம்’ நக³ரீம்’ பரிமிதவாந் தஸ்யா: பரிமாணம்’ த்³வாத³ஸ²ஸஹஸ்ரநல்வா: | தஸ்யா தை³ர்க்⁴யம்’ ப்ரஸ்த²ம் உச்சத்வஞ்ச ஸமாநாநி|
17 And he measured its wall as one hundred and forty-four cubits, the measure of a man, which is of an Angel.
அபரம்’ ஸ தஸ்யா: ப்ராசீரம்’ பரிமிதவாந் தஸ்ய மாநவாஸ்யார்த²தோ தூ³தஸ்ய பரிமாணாநுஸாரதஸ்தத் சதுஸ்²சத்வாரிம்’ஸ²த³தி⁴காஸ²தஹஸ்தபரிமிதம்’ |
18 And the structure of its wall was of jasper stone. Yet truly, the city itself was of pure gold, similar to pure glass.
தஸ்ய ப்ராசீரஸ்ய நிர்ம்மிதி: ஸூர்ய்யகாந்தமணிபி⁴ ர்நக³ரீ ச நிர்ம்மலகாசதுல்யேந ஸு²த்³த⁴ஸுவர்ணேந நிர்ம்மிதா|
19 And the foundations of the wall of the city were adorned with every kind of precious stone. The first foundation was of jasper, the second was of sapphire, the third was of chalcedony, the fourth was of emerald,
நக³ர்ய்யா: ப்ராசீரஸ்ய மூலாநி ச ஸர்வ்வவித⁴மஹார்க⁴மணிபி⁴ ர்பூ⁴ஷிதாநி| தேஷாம்’ ப்ரத²மம்’ பி⁴த்திமூலம்’ ஸூர்ய்யகாந்தஸ்ய, த்³விதீயம்’ நீலஸ்ய, த்ரு’தீயம்’ தாம்ரமணே: , சதுர்த²ம்’ மரகதஸ்ய,
20 the fifth was of sardonyx, the sixth was of sardius, the seventh was of chrysolite, the eighth was of beryl, the ninth was of topaz, the tenth was of chrysoprasus, the eleventh was of jacinth, the twelfth was of amethyst.
பஞ்சமம்’ வைதூ³ர்ய்யஸ்ய, ஷஷ்ட²ம்’ ஸோ²ணரத்நஸ்ய, ஸப்தமம்’ சந்த்³ரகாந்தஸ்ய, அஷ்டமம்’ கோ³மேத³ஸ்ய, நவமம்’ பத்³மராக³ஸ்ய, த³ஸ²மம்’ லஸூ²நீயஸ்ய, ஏகாத³ஸ²ம்’ ஷேரோஜஸ்ய, த்³வாத³ஸ²ம்’ மர்டீஷ்மணேஸ்²சாஸ்தி|
21 And the twelve gates are twelve pearls, one for each, so that each gate was made from a single pearl. And the main street of the city was of pure gold, similar to transparent glass.
த்³வாத³ஸ²கோ³புராணி த்³வாத³ஸ²முக்தாபி⁴ ர்நிர்ம்மிதாநி, ஏகைகம்’ கோ³புரம் ஏகைகயா முக்தயா க்ரு’தம்’ நக³ர்ய்யா மஹாமார்க³ஸ்²சாச்ச²காசவத் நிர்ம்மலஸுவர்ணேந நிர்ம்மிதம்’|
22 And I saw no temple in it. For the Lord God Almighty is its temple, and the Lamb.
தஸ்யா அந்தர ஏகமபி மந்தி³ரம்’ மயா ந த்³ரு’ஷ்டம்’ ஸத: ஸர்வ்வஸ²க்திமாந் ப்ரபு⁴: பரமேஸ்²வரோ மேஷஸா²வகஸ்²ச ஸ்வயம்’ தஸ்ய மந்தி³ரம்’|
23 And the city has no need of sun or moon to shine in it. For the glory of God has illuminated it, and the Lamb is its lamp.
தஸ்யை நக³ர்ய்யை தீ³ப்திதா³நார்த²ம்’ ஸூர்ய்யாசந்த்³ரமஸோ: ப்ரயோஜநம்’ நாஸ்தி யத ஈஸ்²வரஸ்ய ப்ரதாபஸ்தாம்’ தீ³பயதி மேஷஸா²வகஸ்²ச தஸ்யா ஜ்யோதிரஸ்தி|
24 And the nations shall walk by its light. And the kings of the earth shall bring their glory and honor into it.
பரித்ராணப்ராப்தலோகநிவஹாஸ்²ச தஸ்யா ஆலோகே க³மநாக³மநே குர்வ்வந்தி ப்ரு’தி²வ்யா ராஜாநஸ்²ச ஸ்வகீயம்’ ப்ரதாபம்’ கௌ³ரவஞ்ச தந்மத்⁴யம் ஆநயந்தி|
25 And its gates shall not be closed throughout the day, for there shall be no night in that place.
தஸ்யா த்³வாராணி தி³வா கதா³பி ந ரோத்ஸ்யந்தே நிஸா²பி தத்ர ந ப⁴விஷ்யதி|
26 And they shall bring the glory and honor of the nations into it.
ஸர்வ்வஜாதீநாம்’ கௌ³ரவப்ரதாபௌ தந்மத்⁴யம் ஆநேஷ்யேதே|
27 There shall not enter into it anything defiled, nor anything causing an abomination, nor anything false, but only those who have been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb.
பரந்த்வபவித்ரம்’ க்⁴ரு’ண்யக்ரு’த்³ அந்ரு’தக்ரு’த்³ வா கிமபி தந்மத்⁴யம்’ ந ப்ரவேக்ஷ்யதி மேஷஸா²வகஸ்ய ஜீவநபுஸ்தகே யேஷாம்’ நாமாநி லிகி²தாநி கேவலம்’ த ஏவ ப்ரவேக்ஷ்யந்தி|
