Revelation 15
1 And I saw another sign in heaven, great and wondrous: seven Angels, holding the seven last afflictions. For with them, the wrath of God is completed.
E, então, vi outro admirável e importante sinal no céu: sete anjos com as últimas sete pragas, que completavam o julgamento de Deus.
2 And I saw something like a sea of glass mixed with fire. And those who had overcome the beast and his image and the number of his name, were standing upon the sea of glass, holding the harps of God,
Vi o que parecia um mar de vidro misturado com fogo. Paradas, ao lado do mar de vidro, estavam as pessoas que tinham derrotado o monstro, a sua imagem e o número do seu nome. Elas tinham harpas que haviam sido dadas por Deus
3 and singing the canticle of Moses, the servant of God, and the canticle of the Lamb, saying: “Great and wondrous are your works, Lord God Almighty. Just and true are your ways, King of all ages.
e cantavam a canção de Moisés, o servo de Deus, e a canção do Cordeiro: “O que você fez, Senhor Deus, Todo-Poderoso, é imenso e maravilhoso. Os seus caminhos são justos e verdadeiros, ó Rei das nações.
4 Who shall not fear you, O Lord, and magnify your name? For you alone are blessed. For all nations shall approach and adore in your sight, because your judgments are manifest.”
Quem não ficaria admirado com o Senhor? Quem não iria glorificar o seu nome? Pois, apenas o Senhor é santo. Todas as nações virão e o adorarão, porque as suas obras justas são vistas por todos!”
5 And after these things, I saw, and behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened.
Depois disso, olhei e o Templo da “Tenda da Presença de Deus” estava aberto.
6 And the seven Angels went forth from the temple, holding the seven afflictions, clothed with clean white linen, and girded around the chest with wide golden belts.
Os sete anjos, que tinham as sete pragas, saíram do Templo. Eles vestiam roupas de linho branco brilhante, com faixas de ouro em volta do peito.
7 And one of the four living creatures gave to the seven Angels seven golden bowls, filled with the wrath of God, of the One who lives forever and ever. (aiōn g165)
Um dos quatro seres viventes deu para os sete anjos sete taças de ouro cheias do julgamento de Deus, Aquele que vive para todo o sempre. (aiōn g165)
8 And the temple was filled with smoke from the majesty of God and from his power. And no one was able to enter into the temple, until the seven afflictions of the seven Angels were completed.
O Templo foi preenchido pela fumaça que vinha da glória e do poder de Deus. E ninguém foi capaz de entrar no Templo até que as sete pragas, trazidas pelos sete anjos, chegassem ao fim.
