Psalms 29

1 A Psalm of David, at the completion of the tabernacle. Bring to the Lord, O sons of God, bring to the Lord the sons of rams.

Kilalanin na si Yahweh— kayo na mga anak ng makapangyarihan— kilalanin na si Yahweh ay may kaluwalhatian at kapangyarihan!

2 Bring to the Lord, glory and honor. Bring to the Lord, glory for his name. Adore the Lord in his holy court.

Ibigay kay Yahweh ang karangalan na nararapat sa kaniyang pangalan; sambahin si Yahweh sa pananamit na naaangkop para sa kaniyang kabanalan.

3 The voice of the Lord is over the waters. The God of majesty has thundered. The Lord is over many waters.

Ang tinig ni Yahweh ay naririnig sa ibabaw ng mga katubigan; dumadagundong ang Diyos ng kaluwalhatian, dumadagundong si Yahweh sa ibabaw ng katubigan.

4 The voice of the Lord is in virtue. The voice of the Lord is in magnificence.

Ang tinig ni Yahweh ay makapangyarihan; ang tinig ni Yahweh ay kamangha-mangha. Ang tinig ni Yahweh ay nakawawasak ng mga sedar;

5 The voice of the Lord shatters the cedars. And the Lord will shatter the cedars of Lebanon.

Ang tinig ni Yahweh ay napagpipira-piraso ang mga sedar ng Lebanon.

6 And it will break them into pieces, like a calf of Lebanon, and in the same way as the beloved son of the single-horned beast.

Pinalulukso niya ang Lebanon tulad ng isang guya at ang Sirion tulad ng isang batang baka.

7 The voice of the Lord cuts through the flame of fire.

Bumubuga ng lumalagablab na apoy ang tinig ni Yahweh.

8 The voice of the Lord shakes the desert. And the Lord will quake the desert of Kadesh.

Ang tinig ni Yahweh ang yumayanig sa ilang; si Yahweh ang yumayanig sa ilang ng Kades.

9 The voice of the Lord is preparing the stags, and he will reveal the dense woods. And in his temple, all will speak his glory.

Ang tinig ni Yahweh ang nagdudulot na manganak ang babaeng usa; kinakalbo nito ang mga gubat; pero sa kaniyang templo ang lahat ay nagsasabing, “Kaluwalhatian!”

10 The Lord causes the great flood to dwell. And the Lord will sit as King in eternity.

Si Yahweh ay umuupo bilang hari sa ibabaw ng baha; si Yahweh ay umuupo bilang hari magpakailanman.

11 The Lord will give virtue to his people. The Lord will bless his people in peace.

Si Yahweh ang nagbibigay-lakas sa kaniyang bayan; Pinagpapala ni Yahweh ng kapayapaan ang kaniyang bayan.
