< Hosea 3 >

1 And the Lord said to me: “Go yet again, and love a woman, beloved by a friend, yet an adulteress, for so does the Lord love the sons of Israel, yet they look to strange gods, and love the seeds of grapes.”
Kinuna ni Yahweh kaniak, “Mapanka manen, ayatem ti maysa a babai, nga inayat ti asawana, ngem maysa a mannakikammalala. Ayatem isuna kas iti panagayatko, siak a ni Yahweh, kadagiti tattao ti Israel, uray no nagkamangda kadagiti dadduma a dios ken pagay-ayatda dagiti kankanen a naaramid iti pasas.”
2 And I contracted her to me for fifteen silver coins, and for a basket of barley, and half a basket of barley.
Isu a ginatangko isuna a maipaay kaniak iti sangapulo ket lima a pidaso a pirak ken maysa ket kagudua nga omer ti sebada.
3 And I said to her, “You will wait for me for many days. You will not commit fornication, and you will not be with a man. But I also will wait for you.”
Kinunak kekuana, “Masapul a makipagbiagka kaniak iti adu nga aldaw. Saankanto a balangkantis wenno kukua ti siasinoman a lalaki. Kastaakto met, addaakto kenka.”
4 For the sons of Israel will sit for many days without a king, and without a leader, and without sacrifice, and without altar, and without priestly vestments, and without religious symbols.
Ta agbiagto dagiti tattao ti Israel iti adu nga aldaw nga awanan iti ari, prinsipe, sakrifisio, adigi a bato, efod wenno didiosen dagiti bumalay.
5 And after this, the sons of Israel will return, and they will seek the Lord their God and David their king, and they will be terrified by the Lord and by his goodness, in the last days.
Kalpasanna, agsublinto dagiti tattao ti Israel ket birokendanto ni Yahweh a Diosda ken ni David nga arida. Ket kadagiti kamaudianan nga al-aldaw, umaydanto a sibubuteng iti sangoanan ni Yahweh ken iti kinaimbagna.
