Exodus 40
1 And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying:
ഇതിനുശേഷം യഹോവ മോശയോട് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു:
2 “In the first month, on the first day of the month, you shall raise the tabernacle of the testimony,
“ഒന്നാംമാസം ഒന്നാംതീയതി, സമാഗമത്തിനുള്ള കൂടാരം നീ സ്ഥാപിക്കണം.
3 and you shall place the ark in it, and you shall release the veil before it.
ഉടമ്പടിയുടെ പേടകം അതിനുള്ളിൽ വെക്കുകയും തിരശ്ശീലകൊണ്ടു മറയ്ക്കുകയും വേണം.
4 And having brought in the table, you shall place the things which were solemnly commanded upon it. The lampstand shall stand with its lamps,
മേശ കൊണ്ടുവന്ന്, അതിന്റെമേൽ വെക്കേണ്ട സാധനങ്ങൾ ക്രമീകരിക്കണം. പിന്നീട്, നിലവിളക്കുകൊണ്ടുവന്ന് അതിന്റെ ദീപങ്ങൾ കത്തിക്കണം.
5 and the altar of gold, in which the incense is burned, shall stand before the ark of the testimony. You shall place the tent at the entrance of the tabernacle,
ഉടമ്പടിയുടെ പേടകത്തിനുമുമ്പിൽ തങ്കംകൊണ്ടുള്ള ധൂപപീഠം വെക്കുകയും സമാഗമകൂടാരത്തിന്റെ കവാടത്തിൽ മറശ്ശീല തൂക്കുകയും വേണം.
6 and before it, the altar of holocaust.
“സമാഗമത്തിനുള്ള കൂടാരത്തിന്റെ കവാടത്തിനു മുമ്പിൽ ഹോമയാഗപീഠം വെക്കണം.
7 The washtub shall stand between the altar and the tabernacle, and you shall fill it with water.
സമാഗമകൂടാരത്തിനും യാഗപീഠത്തിനും മധ്യത്തിൽ തൊട്ടിവെച്ച് അതിൽ വെള്ളം ഒഴിക്കണം.
8 And you shall encompass the atrium and its entrance with hangings.
അതിനുചുറ്റും സമാഗമകൂടാരാങ്കണം ക്രമീകരിച്ച് അങ്കണകവാടത്തിൽ മറശ്ശീല തൂക്കണം.
9 And, having taken up the oil of unction, you shall anoint the tabernacle along with its articles, so that they may be sanctified.
“അഭിഷേകതൈലം എടുത്തു സമാഗമകൂടാരവും അതിലുള്ള സകലതും അഭിഷേകംചെയ്ത് അതിന്റെ സകല ഉപകരണങ്ങളെയും ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കണം; അവ വിശുദ്ധമായിത്തീരും.
10 The altar of holocaust and all its vessels,
ഹോമയാഗപീഠവും അതിന്റെ സകല ഉപകരണങ്ങളും അഭിഷേകംചെയ്ത് യാഗപീഠത്തെ ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കണം. യാഗപീഠം അതിവിശുദ്ധമായിരിക്കണം.
11 the washtub with its base, and all things, you shall consecrate with the oil of unction, so that they may be the Holy of holies.
തൊട്ടിയും അതിന്റെ കാലും അഭിഷേകംചെയ്തു ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കണം.
12 And you shall bring forward Aaron and his sons to the entrance of the tabernacle of the testimony, and, having washed them with water,
“അഹരോനെയും അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരെയും സമാഗമകൂടാരവാതിൽക്കൽ കൊണ്ടുവന്ന് അവരെ വെള്ളംകൊണ്ടു കഴുകണം.
പിന്നീട് അഹരോനെ വിശുദ്ധവസ്ത്രങ്ങൾ ധരിപ്പിച്ച്, എനിക്ക് പൗരോഹിത്യശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന് അവനെ അഭിഷേകംചെയ്തു ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കണം.
അവന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരെ വരുത്തി അങ്കി ധരിപ്പിക്കണം.
15 you shall clothe them in the holy vestments, so that they may minister to me, and so that their unction may accomplish an everlasting priesthood.”
അവരുടെ പിതാവിനെ അഭിഷേകം ചെയ്തതുപോലെ, അവർ എനിക്കു പൗരോഹിത്യശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന് അവരെയും അഭിഷേകംചെയ്യണം. അവരുടെ അഭിഷേകം തലമുറതലമുറയായി പൗരോഹിത്യത്തിനുള്ള അഭിഷേകം ആയിരിക്കണം.”
16 And Moses did all that the Lord had instructed.
യഹോവ കൽപ്പിച്ചതുപോലെ സകലതും മോശ ചെയ്തു.
17 Therefore, in the first month of the second year, on the first day of the month, the tabernacle was put in place.
ഇങ്ങനെ, രണ്ടാംവർഷത്തിന്റെ ഒന്നാംമാസം ഒന്നാംതീയതി സമാഗമകൂടാരം സ്ഥാപിക്കപ്പെട്ടു.
18 And Moses raised it up, and he positioned the panels as well as the bases and the bars, and he set up the columns,
മോശ സമാഗമകൂടാരം സ്ഥാപിച്ചു, ചുവടുകൾ ഉറപ്പിച്ചു, പലകകൾ നിർത്തി, സാക്ഷകൾ ഉറപ്പിച്ചു, തൂണുകൾ നാട്ടി.
19 and he stretched out the roof over the tabernacle, imposing a cover above it, just as the Lord had decreed.
ഇതിനുശേഷം യഹോവ തന്നോടു കൽപ്പിച്ചതുപോലെ അദ്ദേഹം മൂടുവിരി സമാഗമകൂടാരത്തിന്മേൽ വിരിച്ചു, അതിന്മീതേ പുറമൂടിയും വിരിച്ചു.
20 And he placed the testimony in the ark, applying the bars beneath, and the oracle above.
അദ്ദേഹം ഉടമ്പടിയുടെ പലക എടുത്തു പേടകത്തിൽവെച്ചു. പേടകത്തിനു തണ്ടുറപ്പിച്ചു, പേടകത്തിനുമീതേ പാപനിവാരണസ്ഥാനം വെച്ചു.
21 And when he had brought the ark into the tabernacle, he drew the veil before it, in order to fulfill the commandment of the Lord.
പിന്നീട് അദ്ദേഹം പേടകം സമാഗമകൂടാരത്തിൽ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു; യഹോവ തന്നോടു കൽപ്പിച്ചതുപോലെ മറയ്ക്കാനുള്ള തിരശ്ശീലതൂക്കി ഉടമ്പടിയുടെ പേടകം മറച്ചു.
22 And he placed the table in the tabernacle of the testimony, at the north side, beyond the veil,
മോശ, സമാഗമത്തിനുള്ള കൂടാരത്തിന്റെ വടക്കുവശത്തു തിരശ്ശീലയ്ക്കു പുറത്തു മേശ വെച്ചു.
23 arranging before it the bread of the presence, just as the Lord had instructed Moses.
യഹോവ തന്നോടു കൽപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നതുപോലെ, മേശയുടെമേൽ യഹോവയുടെമുമ്പാകെ അപ്പം അടുക്കിവെച്ചു.
24 And he placed the lampstand in the tabernacle of the testimony, away from the table, on the south side,
സമാഗമത്തിനുള്ള കൂടാരത്തിന്റെ തെക്കുഭാഗത്തായി മേശയ്ക്കുനേരേ അദ്ദേഹം നിലവിളക്കു വെച്ചു.
25 setting the lamps in order, according to the precept of the Lord.
യഹോവ തന്നോടു കൽപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നതുപോലെ അദ്ദേഹം യഹോവയുടെമുമ്പിൽ ദീപങ്ങൾ കത്തിച്ചു.
26 He also positioned the altar of gold under the roof of the testimony, opposite the veil,
മോശ സമാഗമകൂടാരത്തിൽ തിരശ്ശീലയുടെ മുൻഭാഗത്തു തങ്കംകൊണ്ടുള്ള ധൂപപീഠം വെക്കുകയും
27 and he heaped upon it the incense of aromatics, just as the Lord had commanded Moses.
യഹോവ കൽപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നതുപോലെ, അതിന്മേൽ സുഗന്ധധൂപവർഗം പുകയ്ക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.
28 And he positioned the tent at the entrance of the tabernacle of the testimony,
പിന്നീട് അദ്ദേഹം, സമാഗമകൂടാരത്തിന്റെ കവാടത്തിനുള്ള മറശ്ശീല തൂക്കി;
29 and the altar of holocaust in the vestibule of the testimony, offering the holocaust and the sacrifices upon it, just as the Lord had decreed.
സമാഗമത്തിനുള്ള കൂടാരവാതിലിനു മുൻവശത്തു ഹോമയാഗപീഠം വെച്ചു. യഹോവ കൽപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നതുപോലെ അതിന്മേൽ ഹോമയാഗങ്ങളും ഭോജനയാഗങ്ങളും അർപ്പിച്ചു.
30 Likewise, he stationed the washtub between the tabernacle of the testimony and the altar, filling it with water.
അദ്ദേഹം സമാഗമകൂടാരത്തിനും യാഗപീഠത്തിനും മധ്യത്തിൽ തൊട്ടിവെക്കുകയും കഴുകേണ്ടതിന് അതിൽ വെള്ളമൊഴിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.
31 And Moses and Aaron, along with his sons, washed their hands and feet,
മോശയും അഹരോനും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരും അതിൽ തങ്ങളുടെ കൈകാലുകൾ കഴുകി.
32 whenever they would enter the covering of the covenant, and when they approached to the altar, just as the Lord had instructed Moses.
യഹോവ മോശയോടു കൽപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നതുപോലെ, അവർ സമാഗമകൂടാരത്തിൽ പ്രവേശിക്കുമ്പോഴും യാഗപീഠത്തിലേക്കു ചെല്ലുമ്പോഴും കൈകാലുകൾ കഴുകിയിരുന്നു.
33 And he raised up the atrium around the tabernacle and the altar, drawing the hanging at its entrance. After all these things were perfected,
പിന്നീടു മോശ സമാഗമകൂടാരത്തിനും യാഗപീഠത്തിനുംചുറ്റും കൂടാരാങ്കണം ക്രമീകരിച്ചു; അങ്കണകവാടത്തിന്റെ മറശ്ശീല തൂക്കി; ഇങ്ങനെ മോശ ആ വേല പൂർത്തിയാക്കി.
34 the cloud covered the tabernacle of the testimony, and the glory of the Lord filled it.
അപ്പോൾ മേഘം സമാഗമകൂടാരത്തെ മൂടി, യഹോവയുടെ തേജസ്സു സമാഗമത്തിനുള്ള കൂടാരത്തിൽ നിറഞ്ഞു.
35 Neither could Moses enter the covering of the covenant: the cloud was covering all things, and the majesty of the Lord was flashing. For the cloud had covered everything.
മേഘം സമാഗമകൂടാരത്തിന്മേൽ വസിക്കയും യഹോവയുടെ തേജസ്സു സമാഗമത്തിനുള്ള കൂടാരത്തിൽ നിറയുകയും ചെയ്തതുകൊണ്ട്, മോശയ്ക്കു സമാഗമകൂടാരത്തിനകത്തു പ്രവേശിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല.
36 Whenever the cloud departed from the tabernacle, the sons of Israel set out by their companies.
തങ്ങളുടെ സകലപ്രയാണങ്ങളിലും സമാഗമകൂടാരത്തിനു മുകളിൽനിന്ന് മേഘം ഉയരുമ്പോഴൊക്കെയും ഇസ്രായേല്യർ യാത്രപുറപ്പെടും.
37 But if it remained hanging over it, they remained in the same place.
എന്നാൽ, മേഘം ഉയരാത്തപക്ഷം അതുയരുന്ന ദിവസംവരെ അവർ യാത്രപുറപ്പെടാതിരിക്കും.
38 Certainly, the cloud of the Lord lay over the tabernacle by day, and the fire by night, being seen by all the people of Israel throughout all their resting places.
ഇസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ സകലപ്രയാണങ്ങളിലും എല്ലാ ഇസ്രായേല്യരും കാൺകെ, പകൽസമയത്തു സമാഗമകൂടാരത്തിന്മേൽ യഹോവയുടെ മേഘവും രാത്രിസമയത്ത് അഗ്നിയും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
