1 Corinthians 3

1 And so, brothers, I was not able to speak to you as if to those who are spiritual, but rather as if to those who are carnal. For you are like infants in Christ.

൧എന്നാൽ, സഹോദരന്മാരേ, നിങ്ങളോട് എനിക്ക് ആത്മികരോട് എന്നപോലെ അല്ല, ജഡികരോട് എന്നപോലെ, ക്രിസ്തുവിൽ ശിശുക്കളോട് എന്നപോലെ, അത്രേ സംസാരിക്കുവാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞത്.

2 I gave you milk to drink, not solid food. For you were not yet able. And indeed, even now, you are not able; for you are still carnal.

൨കട്ടിയായ ആഹാരമല്ല, പാൽ അത്രേ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് തന്നത്; എന്തെന്നാൽ, ഭക്ഷിക്കുവാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് കഴിവില്ലായിരുന്നു; ഇപ്പോഴും കഴിവായിട്ടില്ല; ഇന്നും നിങ്ങൾ ജഡികരല്ലോ.

3 And since there is still envy and contention among you, are you not carnal, and are you not walking according to man?

൩നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ അസൂയയും പിണക്കവും ഇരിക്കെ, നിങ്ങൾ ജഡികരും ശേഷം മനുഷ്യരേപ്പോലെ നടക്കുന്നവരുമല്ലയോ?

4 For if one says, “Certainly, I am of Paul,” while another says, “I am of Apollo,” are you not men? But what is Apollo, and what is Paul?

൪എന്തെന്നാൽ, ഒരാൾ: ഞാൻ പൗലൊസിന്റെ പക്ഷക്കാരൻ എന്നും മറ്റൊരാൾ: ഞാൻ അപ്പൊല്ലോസിന്റെ പക്ഷക്കാരൻ എന്നും പറയുമ്പോൾ നിങ്ങൾ സാധാരണമനുഷ്യരല്ലയോ?

5 We are only the ministers of him in whom you have believed, just as the Lord has granted to each of you.

൫അപ്പൊല്ലോസ് ആർ? പൗലൊസ് ആർ? കർത്താവ് അവർക്ക് നൽകിയതുപോലെ, നിങ്ങൾ വിശ്വസിക്കുവാൻ കാരണമായിത്തീർന്ന, ശുശ്രൂഷകരത്രേ.

6 I planted, Apollo watered, but God provided the growth.

൬ഞാൻ നട്ടു, അപ്പൊല്ലോസ് നനച്ചു, ദൈവമത്രേ വളരുമാറാക്കിയത്.

7 And so, neither he who plants, nor he who waters, is anything, but only God, who provides the growth.

൭ആകയാൽ വളരുമാറാക്കുന്ന ദൈവത്തിനാണ് പ്രാധാന്യം; നടുന്നവനോ നനക്കുന്നവനോ ഏതുമില്ല.

8 Now he who plants, and he who waters, are one. But each shall receive his proper reward, according to his labors.

൮നടുന്നവനും നനയ്ക്കുന്നവനും ഒരുപോലെ; ഓരോരുത്തർക്കും അവരുടെ അദ്ധ്വാനത്തിനുള്ള കൂലി കിട്ടും.

9 For we are God’s assistants. You are God’s cultivation; you are God’s construction.

൯എന്തെന്നാൽ, ഞങ്ങൾ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ കൂട്ടുവേലക്കാർ; നിങ്ങൾ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ കൃഷിത്തോട്ടം, ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ഗൃഹനിർമ്മാണം.

10 According to the grace of God, which has been given to me, I have laid the foundation like a wise architect. But another builds upon it. So then, let each one be careful how he builds upon it.

൧൦ദൈവം എനിക്ക് നൽകിയ കൃപയ്ക്ക് ഒത്തവണ്ണം ഞാൻ വിദഗ്ദ്ധനായ ഒരു പ്രധാനശില്പിയായി അടിസ്ഥാനം ഇട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; മറ്റൊരാൾ അതിന് മീതെ പണിയുന്നു; എന്നാൽ, താൻ എങ്ങനെ പണിയുന്നു എന്ന് ഓരോരുത്തനും നോക്കിക്കൊള്ളട്ടെ.

11 For no one is able to lay any other foundation, in place of that which has been laid, which is Christ Jesus.

൧൧എന്തെന്നാൽ, യേശുക്രിസ്തു എന്ന അടിസ്ഥാനമല്ലാതെ മറ്റൊരു അടിസ്ഥാനം ഇടുവാൻ ആർക്കും കഴിയുകയില്ല.

12 But if anyone builds upon this foundation, whether gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, or stubble,

൧൨ആ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിന്മേൽ ആരെങ്കിലും പൊന്ന്, വെള്ളി, വിലയേറിയ രത്നങ്ങൾ, മരം, പുല്ല്, വൈക്കോൽ എന്നിവകൊണ്ട് പണിയുന്നു എങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ പ്രവൃത്തി വെളിപ്പെട്ടുവരും;

13 each one’s work shall be made manifest. For the day of the Lord shall declare it, because it will be revealed by fire. And this fire will test each one’s work, as to what kind it is.

൧൩ആ ദിവസം അതിനെ തെളിവാക്കും; അത് തീയാൽ വെളിപ്പെട്ടുവരും; ഓരോരുത്തരുടെയും പ്രവൃത്തി ഏതു വിധത്തിലുള്ളതെന്ന് തീ തന്നെ ശോധന ചെയ്യും.

14 If anyone’s work, which he has built upon it, remains, then he will receive a reward.

൧൪ഒരുവൻ പണിത പ്രവൃത്തി നിലനില്ക്കും എങ്കിൽ അവന് പ്രതിഫലം കിട്ടും.

15 If anyone’s work is burned up, he will suffer its loss, but he himself will still be saved, but only as through fire.

൧൫ഒരുവന്റെ പ്രവൃത്തി വെന്തുപോയെങ്കിൽ അവൻ നഷ്ടം അനുഭവിക്കും; താനോ രക്ഷിയ്ക്കപ്പെടും; എന്നാൽ തീയിൽകൂടി എന്നപോലെ അത്രേ.

16 Do you not know that you are the Temple of God, and that the Spirit of God lives within you?

൧൬നിങ്ങൾ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ മന്ദിരം ആണെന്നും ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ആത്മാവ് നിങ്ങളിൽ വസിക്കുന്നു എന്നും അറിയുന്നില്ലയോ?

17 But if anyone violates the Temple of God, God will destroy him. For the Temple of God is holy, and you are that Temple.

൧൭ദൈവത്തിന്റെ മന്ദിരം നശിപ്പിക്കുന്നവനെ ദൈവം നശിപ്പിക്കും; എന്തെന്നാൽ, ദൈവത്തിന്റെ മന്ദിരം വിശുദ്ധമല്ലോ; നിങ്ങളാകുന്നുവല്ലോ ആ ആലയം.

18 Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you seems to be wise in this age, let him become foolish, so that he may be truly wise. (aiōn g165)

൧൮ആരും സ്വയം വഞ്ചിക്കരുത്; നിങ്ങളിൽ ആരെങ്കിലും ഈ കാലഘട്ടത്തിൽ ജ്ഞാനി എന്ന് കരുതുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ അവൻ ജ്ഞാനിയാകേണ്ടതിന് ഭോഷനായിത്തീരട്ടെ. (aiōn g165)

19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. And so it has been written: “I will catch the wise in their own astuteness.”

൧൯എന്തെന്നാൽ ഈ ലോകത്തിന്റെ ജ്ഞാനം ദൈവസന്നിധിയിൽ ഭോഷത്തമത്രേ. “അവൻ ജ്ഞാനികളെ അവരുടെ കൗശലത്തിൽ കുടുക്കുന്നു” എന്നും

20 And again: “The Lord knows the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain.”

൨൦“കർത്താവ് ജ്ഞാനികളുടെ ചിന്തകൾ വ്യർത്ഥം എന്നറിയുന്നു” എന്നും എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ.

21 And so, let no one glory in men.

൨൧ആകയാൽ ആരും മനുഷ്യരെക്കുറിച്ച് പ്രശംസിക്കരുത്; സകലവും നിങ്ങൾക്കുള്ളതല്ലോ.

22 For all is yours: whether Paul, or Apollo, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or the present, or the future. Yes, all is yours.

൨൨പൗലൊസോ, അപ്പൊല്ലോസോ, കേഫാവോ, ലോകമോ, ജീവനോ, മരണമോ, ഇപ്പോഴുള്ളതോ, വരുവാനുള്ളതോ സകലവും നിങ്ങൾക്കുള്ളത്.

23 But you are Christ’s, and Christ is God’s.

൨൩നിങ്ങളോ ക്രിസ്തുവിനുള്ളവർ; ക്രിസ്തു ദൈവത്തിനുള്ളവൻ.
