< Numbers 30 >

1 And Moses spoke to the heads of the tribes of the children of Israel, saying, This [is] the thing which the Lord has commanded.
Nagsao ni Moises kadagiti panguloen dagiti tribu dagiti tattao ti Israel. Kinunana, “Daytoy ti imbilin ni Yahweh.
2 Whatsoever man shall vow a vow to the Lord, or swear an oath, or bind himself with an obligation upon his soul, he shall not break his word; all that shall come out of his mouth he shall do.
No agsapata ti siasinoman kenni Yahweh, wenno agkari nga aramidenna ti maysa a banag, masapul a saanna a labsingen ti saona. Masapul a salimetmetanna ti karina nga aramidenna amin a rummuar iti ngiwatna.
3 And if a woman shall vow a vow to the Lord, or bind herself with an obligation in her youth in her father's house; and her father should hear her vows and her obligations, wherewith she has bound her soul, and her father should hold his peace at her, then all her vows shall stand,
No agsapata ti maysa a balasang nga agnanaed iti balay ti amana ken agkari kenni Yahweh ken ikarina nga aramidenna ti maysa a banag,
4 and all the obligations with which she has bound her soul, shall remain to her.
no mangngeg ti amana ti insapata ken ti inkarina, ken no saan a waswasen ti amana ti insapatana, ket ingkapilitan nga aramidenna dagiti amin nga insapatana. Ingkapilitan nga aramidenna ti tunggal inkarina.
5 But if her father straitly forbid [her] in the day in which he shall hear all her vows and her obligations, which she has contracted upon her soul, they shall not stand; and the Lord shall hold her guiltless, because her father forbade her.
Ngem no mangngeg ti amana ti maipanggep iti insapata ken inkarina, ken no awan ti imbagana iti anakna, ingkapilitan ngarud nga aramidenna dagiti insapata ken inkarina.
6 But if she should be indeed married, and her vows be upon her according to the utterance of her lips, [the obligations] which she has contracted upon her soul;
Nupay kasta, no mangngeg ti amana dagiti amin nga insapata ken dagiti napasnek a karina, ket no waswasenna dagiti insapatana iti dayta met laeng nga aldaw, ket saan nga ingkapilitan nga aramiden ti balasang dagitoy. Pakawanen ni Yahweh isuna gapu ta linapdan isuna ti amana.
7 and her husband should hear, and hold his peace at her in the day in which he should hear, then thus shall all her vows be binding, and her obligations, which she has contracted upon her soul shall stand.
No makiasawa isuna iti maysa a lalaki bayat a sikakari pay laeng isuna, wenno no agkari isuna a saanna nga inamiris ti maipapan iti daytoy, ingkapilitan nga aramidenna dagitoy a pagrebbenganna.
8 But if her husband should straitly forbid [her] in the day in which he should hear her, none of her vows or obligations which she has contracted upon her soul shall stand, because her husband has disallowed her, and the Lord shall hold her guiltless.
Ngem no lapdan isuna ti asawana iti aldaw a mangngeganna ti maipapan iti daytoy, ket waswasenna ti insapatana, ti inkarina a saanna nga inamiris ti maipanggep iti daytoy. Wayawayaan isuna ni Yahweh.
9 And the vow of a widow and of her that is put away, whatever she shall bind upon her soul, shall stand to her.
Ngem no maipapan met iti babai a balo wenno babai a nakisina iti asawana, ingkapilitan a tungpalenna amin ti inkarina.
10 And if her vow [be made] in the house of her husband, or the obligation upon her soul with an oath,
Ken no agsapata ti maysa a babai iti pamilia ti asawana—no agkari isuna nga addaan iti panagsapata,
11 and her husband should hear, and hold his peace at her, and not disallow her, then all her vows shall stand, and all the obligations which she contracted against her soul, shall stand against her.
ket mangngeg ti asawana ti maipanggep iti daytoy ngem awan ti ibagana kenkuana—no saan a waswasen ti lalaki ti insapatana, ingkapilitan ngarud a tungpalenna dagiti amin a karina. Ingkapilitan a tungpalenna ti tunggal karina.
12 But if her husband should utterly cancel the vow in the day in which he shall hear it, none of the things which shall proceed out of her lips in her vows, and in the obligations [contracted] upon her soul, shall stand to her; her husband has cancelled them, and the Lord shall hold her guiltless.
Ngem no waswasen ti asawana dagitoy iti aldaw a mangngeganna ti maipanggep kadagitoy, ket aniaman a rimmuar iti ngiwatna maipanggep kadagiti sapatana wenno karina ket saanen nga ingkapilitan a tungpalenna. Winaswas dagitoy ti asawana. Wayawayaan isuna ni Yahweh.
13 Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict her soul, her husband shall confirm it to her, or her husband shall cancel it.
Tunggal isapata wenno ikari ti maysa a babai ket mabalin a pasingkedan wenno waswasen ti asawana.
14 But if he be wholly silent at her from day to day, then shall he bind upon her all her vows; and he shall confirm to her the obligations [which she has bound] upon herself, because he held his peace at her in the day in which he heard her.
Ngem no awan ti ibaga ti lalaki kenkuana iti inaldaw, pasingkedanna ngarud dagiti amin nga insapatana wenno inkarina. Pinasingkedanna dagitoy gapu ta awan pulos ti imbagana kenkuana iti tiempo a nangngeganna dagitoy.
15 And if her husband should in any wise cancel [them] after the day in which he heard [them], then he shall bear his iniquity.
Ket no padasen ti lalaki a waswasen dagiti insapata ti asawana iti nabayagen a tiempo kalpasan a nangngeganna daytoy, ket isuna ti agsagaba kadagiti basol ti asawana.”
16 These [are] the ordinances which the Lord commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, and between a father and daughter in [her] youth in the house of [her] father.
Dagitoy dagiti alagaden nga imbilin ni Yahweh kenni Moises nga iwaragawagna—dagiti alagaden para iti nagbaetan ti lalaki ken ti asawana ken ti nagbaetan ti ama ken ti anakna a babai no adda isuna iti kinaagtutubona iti pamilia ti amana.
