Ezra 2

1 And these [are] the people of the land that went up, of the number of prisoners who were removed, whom Nabuchodonosor king of Babylon carried away to Babylon, and they returned to Juda and Jerusalem, every man to his city;

൧ബാബേൽരാജാവായ നെബൂഖദ്നേസർ ബാബേലിലേക്ക് കൊണ്ടുപോയിരുന്ന പ്രവാസികളിൽ നിന്ന് യെരൂശലേമിലേക്കും യെഹൂദയിലേക്കും താന്താങ്ങളുടെ പട്ടണങ്ങളിലേക്ക് മടങ്ങിവന്ന സംസ്ഥാനവാസികൾ ഇവരാണ്:

2 who came with Zorobabel: Jesus, Neemias, Saraias, Reelias, Mardochaeus, Balasan, Masphar, Baguai, Reum, Baana. The number of the people of Israel:

൨സെരുബ്ബാബേലിനോടുകൂടെ വന്നവർ: യേശുവ, നെഹെമ്യാവ്, സെരായാവ്, രെയേലയാവ്, മൊർദെഖായി, ബിൽശാൻ, മിസ്പാർ, ബിഗ്വായി, രെഹൂം, ബാനാ എന്നിവർ. യിസ്രായേൽജനത്തിലെ പുരുഷന്മാരുടെ സംഖ്യ ഇപ്രകാരമാണ്:

3 the children of Phares, two thousand and one hundred and seventy-two.

൩പരോശിന്റെ മക്കൾ രണ്ടായിരത്തി ഒരുനൂറ്റി എഴുപത്തിരണ്ട്.

4 The children of Saphatia, three hundred and seventy-two.

൪ശെഫത്യാവിന്റെ മക്കൾ മുന്നൂറ്റെഴുപത്തിരണ്ട്,

5 The children of Ares, seven hundred and seventy-five.

൫ആരഹിന്റെ മക്കൾ എഴുനൂറ്റെഴുപത്തഞ്ച്

6 The children of Phaath Moab, belonging to the sons of Jesue [and] Joab, two thousand and eight hundred and twelve.

൬യേശുവയുടെയും യോവാബിന്റെയും മക്കളിൽ പഹത്-മോവാബിന്റെ മക്കൾ രണ്ടായിരത്തെണ്ണൂറ്റി പന്ത്രണ്ട്.

7 The children of Aelam, a thousand and two hundred and fifty-four.

൭ഏലാമിന്റെ മക്കൾ ആയിരത്തി ഇരുനൂറ്റി അൻപത്തി നാല്.

8 The children of Zatthua, nine hundred and forty-five.

൮സഥൂവിന്റെ മക്കൾ തൊള്ളായിരത്തി നാല്പത്തഞ്ച്.

9 The children of Zacchu, seven hundred and sixty.

൯സക്കായിയുടെ മക്കൾ എഴുനൂറ്ററുപത്.

25 The children of Cariathiarim, Chaphira, and Beroth, seven hundred and forty-three.

൨൫കിര്യത്ത്-യെയാരീം, കെഫീരാ, ബെരോയോത്ത് എന്നിവയിലെ നിവാസികൾ എഴുനൂറ്റിനാല്പത്തിമൂന്ന്.

26 The children of Rama and Gabaa, six hundred and twenty-one.

27 The men of Machmas, a hundred and twenty-two.

൩൩ലോദ്, ഹാദീദ്, ഓനോ എന്നിവയിലെ നിവാസികൾ എഴുനൂറ്റിരുപത്തഞ്ച്.

34 The children of Jericho, three hundred and forty-five.

൩൪യെരിഹോനിവാസികൾ മുന്നൂറ്റിനാല്പത്തഞ്ച്.

35 The children of Senaa, three thousand and six hundred and thirty.

൩൫സേനായാനിവാസികൾ മൂവായിരത്തറുനൂറ്റിമുപ്പത്.

36 And the priests, the sons of Jedua, [belonging to] the house of Jesus, [were] nine hundred and seventy-three.

൩൬പുരോഹിതന്മാർ: യേശുവയുടെ ഗൃഹത്തിലെ യെദയ്യാവിന്റെ മക്കൾ തൊള്ളായിരത്തെഴുപത്തിമൂന്ന്.

37 The children of Emmer, a thousand [and] fifty-two.

൩൭ഇമ്മേരിന്റെ മക്കൾ ആയിരത്തമ്പത്തിരണ്ട്.

38 The children of Phassur, a thousand and two hundred [and] forty-seven.

൩൮പശ്ഹൂരിന്റെ മക്കൾ ആയിരത്തിരുനൂറ്റിനാല്പത്തേഴ്.

39 The children of Erem, a thousand [and] seven.

൩൯ഹാരീമിന്റെ മക്കൾ ആയിരത്തി പതിനേഴ്.

40 And the Levites, the sons of Jesus and Cadmiel, belonging to the sons of Oduia, seventy-four.

൪൦ലേവ്യർ: ഹോദവ്യാവിന്റെ മക്കളിൽ യേശുവയുടെയും കദ്മീയേലിന്റെയും മക്കൾ എഴുപത്തിനാല്.

41 The sons of Asaph, singers, a hundred [and] twenty-eight.

൪൧സംഗീതക്കാർ: ആസാഫ്യർ നൂറ്റിരുപത്തെട്ട്.

42 The children of the porters, the children of Sellum, the children of Ater, the children of Telmon, the children of Acub, the children of Atita, the children of Sobai, [in] all a hundred [and] thirty-nine.

൪൨വാതിൽകാവല്ക്കാരുടെ മക്കൾ: ശല്ലൂമിന്റെ മക്കൾ, ആതേരിന്റെ മക്കൾ, തല്മോന്റെ മക്കൾ, അക്കൂബിന്റെ മക്കൾ, ഹതീതയുടെ മക്കൾ, ശോബായിയുടെ മക്കൾ ഇങ്ങനെ ആകെ നൂറ്റി മുപ്പത്തൊമ്പത്.

43 The Nathinim: the children of Suthia, the children of Asupha, the children of Tabaoth,

൪൩ദൈവാലയദാസന്മാർ: സീഹയുടെ മക്കൾ, ഹസൂഫയുടെ മക്കൾ, തബ്ബായോത്തിന്റെ മക്കൾ,

44 the sons of Cades, the children of Siaa, the children of Phadon,

൪൪കേരോസിന്റെ മക്കൾ, സീയാഹയുടെ മക്കൾ, പാദോന്റെ മക്കൾ,

45 the children of Labano, the children of Agaba, the sons of Acub,

൪൫ലെബാനയുടെ മക്കൾ, ഹഗാബയുടെ മക്കൾ, അക്കൂബിന്റെ മക്കൾ,

46 the children of Agab, the children of Selami, the children of Anan,

൪൬ഹാഗാബിന്റെ മക്കൾ, ശൽമായിയുടെ മക്കൾ,

47 the children of Geddel, the children of Gaar, the children of Raia,

൪൭ഹാനാന്റെ മക്കൾ, ഗിദ്ദേലിന്റെ മക്കൾ, ഗാഹരിന്‍റെ മക്കൾ,

48 the children of Rason, the children of Necoda, the children of Gazem,

൪൮രെയായാവിന്റെ മക്കൾ, രെസീന്റെ മക്കൾ, നെക്കോദയുടെ മക്കൾ, ഗസ്സാമിന്റെ മക്കൾ,

49 the children of Azo, the children of Phase, the children of Basi,

൪൯ഉസ്സയുടെ മക്കൾ, പാസേഹയുടെ മക്കൾ,

50 the children of Asena, the children of Mounim, the children of Nephusim,

൫൦ബേസായിയുടെ മക്കൾ, അസ്നയുടെ മക്കൾ,

51 the children of Bacbuc, the children of Acupha, the children of Arur,

൫൧മെയൂന്യർ, നെഫീസ്യർ, ബക്ക്ബൂക്കിന്റെ മക്കൾ, ഹക്കൂഫയുടെ മക്കൾ, ഹർഹൂരിന്റെ മക്കൾ,

52 the children of Basaloth, the children of Mauda, the children of Arsa,

൫൨ബസ്ലുത്തിന്റെ മക്കൾ, മെഹീദയുടെ മക്കൾ, ഹർശയുടെ മക്കൾ, ബർക്കോസിന്റെ മക്കൾ,

53 the children of Barcos, the children of Sisara, the children of Thema,

൫൩സീസെരയുടെ മക്കൾ, തേമഹിന്റെ മക്കൾ,

54 the children of Nasthie, the children of Atupha.

൫൪നെസീഹയുടെ മക്കൾ, ഹതീഫയുടെ മക്കൾ.

55 The children of the servants of Solomon: the children of Sotai, the children of Sephera, the children of Phadura,

൫൫ശലോമോന്റെ ദാസന്മാരുടെ മക്കൾ: സോതായിയുടെ മക്കൾ ഹസോഫേരെത്തിന്റെ മക്കൾ, പെരൂദയുടെ മക്കൾ,

56 the children of Jeela, the children of Darcon, the children of Gedel,

൫൬യാലയുടെ മക്കൾ, ദർക്കോന്റെ മക്കൾ

57 the children of Saphatia, the children of Atil, the children of Phacherath, the children of Aseboim, the children of Emei.

൫൭ഗിദ്ദേലിന്റെ മക്കൾ, ശെഫത്യാവിന്റെ മക്കൾ; ഹത്തീലിന്റെ മക്കൾ, പോക്കേരെത്ത്-ഹസ്സെബയീമിന്റെ മക്കൾ, ആമിയുടെ മക്കൾ.

58 All the Nathanim, and the sons of Abdeselma [were] three hundred and ninety-two.

൫൮ദൈവാലയദാസന്മാരും ശലോമോന്റെ ദാസന്മാരുടെ മക്കളും ആകെ മുന്നൂറ്റിത്തൊണ്ണൂറ്റിരണ്ട്.

59 And these [are] they that went up from Thelmelech, Thelaresa, Cherub, Hedan, Emmer: and they were not able to tell the house of their fathers, and their seed, whether they were of Israel:

൫൯തേൽമേലഹ്, തേൽ-ഹർശ, കെരൂബ്, അദ്ദാൻ, ഇമ്മേർ എന്നീ സ്ഥലങ്ങളിൽനിന്ന് പുറപ്പെട്ടുവന്നവർ ഇവർ തന്നേ; എങ്കിലും തങ്ങൾ യിസ്രായേല്യർ തന്നെയോ എന്ന് തിരിച്ചറിയുവാൻ, തങ്ങളുടെ പിതൃഭവനവും വംശാവലിയും പറവാൻ അവർക്ക് കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല.

60 the children of Dalaea, the children of Bua, the children of Tobias, the children of Necoda, six hundred [and] fifty-two.

൬൦ദെലായാവിന്റെ മക്കൾ, തോബീയാവിന്റെ മക്കൾ, നെക്കോദയുടെ മക്കൾ ആകെ അറുനൂറ്റമ്പത്തിരണ്ട്.

61 And of the children of the priests, the children of Labeia, the children of Akkus, the children of Berzellai, who took a wife of the daughter of Berzellai the Galaadite, and was called by their name.

൬൧പുരോഹിതന്മാരുടെ മക്കളിൽ ഹബയ്യാവിന്റെ മക്കൾ, ഹക്കോസിന്റെ മക്കൾ ഗിലെയാദ്യനായ ബർസില്ലായിയുടെ പുത്രിമാരിൽ ഒരുത്തിയെ വിവാഹംകഴിച്ച് അവരുടെ പേരിനാൽ വിളിക്കപ്പെട്ട ബർസില്ലായിയുടെ മക്കൾ.

62 These sought their genealogy [as though] they had been reckoned, but they were not found; and they were removed, [as polluted], from the priesthood.

൬൨ഇവർ തങ്ങളുടെ വംശാവലിരേഖ അന്വേഷിച്ചു; അത് കണ്ടുകിട്ടിയില്ലതാനും; അതുകൊണ്ട് അവരെ അശുദ്ധരെന്ന് എണ്ണി പൌരോഹിത്യത്തിൽനിന്ന് നീക്കിക്കളഞ്ഞു.

63 And the Athersastha told them that they should not eat of the most holy things, until a priest should arise with Lights and Perfections.

൬൩ഊറീമും തുമ്മീമും ഉള്ള പുരോഹിതൻ എഴുന്നേല്ക്കുംവരെ അതിപരിശുദ്ധമായത് തിന്നരുത് എന്ന് ദേശാധിപതി അവരോട് കല്പിച്ചു.

64 And all the congregation together [were] about forty-two thousand and three hundred and sixty;

൬൪സഭ ആകെ നാല്പത്തീരായിരത്തി മുന്നൂറ്ററുപത് പേർ ആയിരുന്നു.

65 besides their menservants and maidservants, [and] these were seven thousand and three hundred [and] thirty-seven: and [amongst] these were two hundred singing men and singing women.

൬൫അവരുടെ ദാസീദാസന്മാരായ ഏഴായിരത്തി മുന്നൂറ്റി മുപ്പത്തേഴ് പേരെ കൂടാതെ അവർക്ക് പുരുഷന്മാരും സ്ത്രീകളുമായ ഇരുനൂറ് സംഗീതക്കാർ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

66 Their horses [were] seven hundred [and] thirty-six, their mules, two hundred [and] forty-five.

൬൬എഴുനൂറ്റി മുപ്പത്താറു കുതിരകളും ഇരുനൂറ്റി നാല്പത്തഞ്ചു കോവർകഴുതകളും

67 Their camels, four hundred [and] thirty-five; their asses, six thousand and seven hundred [and] twenty.

൬൭നാനൂറ്റി മുപ്പത്തി അഞ്ച് ഒട്ടകങ്ങളും ആറായിരത്തി എഴുനൂറ്റി ഇരുപത് കഴുതകളും അവർക്കുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

68 And [some] of the chiefs of families, when they went into the house of the Lord that was in Jerusalem, offered willingly for the house of God, to establish it on its prepared place.

൬൮എന്നാൽ ചില പിതൃഭവനത്തലവന്മാർ യെരൂശലേമിലെ യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിൽ എത്തിയപ്പോൾ, ദൈവാലയം അതിന്റെ സ്ഥാനത്ത് പണിയേണ്ടതിന് അവർ ഔദാര്യദാനങ്ങൾ കൊടുത്തു.

69 According to their power they gave into the treasury of the work pure gold sixty-one thousand pieces, and five thousand pounds of silver, and one hundred priests' garments.

൬൯അവർ തങ്ങളുടെ പ്രാപ്തിപോലെ ഭണ്ഡാരത്തിലേക്ക് 61,000 സ്വർണ്ണനാണയങ്ങളും അയ്യായിരം മാനെ വെള്ളിയും നൂറ് പുരോഹിതവസ്ത്രവും കൊടുത്തു.

70 So the priests, and the Levites, and some of the people, and the singers, and the porters, and the Nathinim, lived in their cities, and all Israel in their cities.

൭൦പുരോഹിതന്മാരും ലേവ്യരും ജനത്തിൽ ചിലരും സംഗീതക്കാരും വാതിൽകാവല്ക്കാരും ദൈവാലയദാസന്മാരും, യിസ്രായേല്യർ എല്ലാവരും താന്താങ്ങളുടെ പട്ടണങ്ങളിൽ പാർത്തു.
