Psalms 119
1 ALEPH Happy are they who are without sin in their ways, walking in the law of the Lord.
၁ထာဝရဘုရား၏တရားတော်ကိုလိုက်လှောက် လက် အပြစ်ဆိုဖွယ်မရှိအောင်သက်ရှင်လှုပ်ရှား သူတို့သည်မင်္ဂလာရှိကြ၏။
2 Happy are they who keep his unchanging word, searching after him with all their heart.
၂သွန်သင်တော်မူခက်တို့ကိုလိုက်နာ၍ ကိုယ်တော်၏စကားတော်ကိုစိတ်နှလုံး အကြွင်းမဲ့ ခံယူသူတို့သည်မင်္ဂလာရှိကြ၏။
3 They do no evil; they go in his ways.
၃ထိုသူတို့သည်ဒုစရိုက်ကိုမပြုမကင့်ဘဲ ထာဝရဘုရား၏တရားလမ်းအတိုင်း လိုက်လှောက်တတ်ကြ၏။
4 You have put your orders into our hearts, so that we might keep them with care.
၄အို ထာဝရဘုရား" ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်မိမိ၏ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို ကွန်တော်မျိုးတို့အားပေးအပ်တော်မူလက် ယင်းတို့ကိုတစ်သဝေမတိမ်းလိုက်နာကြ ရန် မှာကြားတော်မူပါပြီ။
5 If only my ways were ordered so that I might keep your rules!
၅ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ ည"န်ကြားခက်တို့ကိုတစ်သဝေမတိမ်း လိုက်နာရန် ဆန္ဒပြင်းပြပါ၏။
6 Then I would not be put to shame, as long as I have respect for all your teaching.
၆ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အမိန့်တော် ရှိသမှကိုအလေးဂရုပြုပါလှင် အရှက်တကွဲအကျိုးနည်းရလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်ပါ။
7 I will give you praise with an upright heart in learning your right decisions.
၇ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ဖြောင့်မှန် သည့် စီရင်တော်မူခက်မားကိုခံယူမှတ်သားကာ ဖြူစင်သည့်စိတ်နှလုံးဖြင့်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အား ထောမနာပြုပါမည်။
8 I will keep your rules: O give me not up completely.
၈ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ပညတ် တော်မား အတိုင်းလိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ပါမည်။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားအဘယ်အခါ၌မှ စွန့်ပစ်တော်မမူပါနှင့်။
9 BETH How may a young man make his way clean? by guiding it after your word.
၉လူငယ်လူရွယ်သည်အဘယ်သို့အားဖြင့် ဖြောင့်မတ်စွာကင့်ကြံပြုမူနိုင်ပါသနည်း။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို စောင့်ထိန်းခြင်းအားဖြင့်ဖြောင့်မတ်စွာ ကင့်ကြံပြုမူနိုင်ပါ၏။
10 I have made search for you with all my heart: O let me not go wandering far from your teaching.
၁၀ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်စိတ်နှလုံးအကြွင်းမဲ့ ကိုယ်တော်၏ အစေကိုခံနိုင်ရန်ကြိုးစားပါမည်။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ ပညတ်တော်တို့မှသွေဖည်၍မသွားပါစေနှင့်။
11 I have kept your sayings secretly in my heart, so that I might do no sin against you.
၁၁ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အားမပြစ်မှားစေရန် ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်မိမိ၏စိတ်နှလုံးထဲတွင် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏တရားတော်ကိုသိုထားပါ၏။
12 Praise be to you, O Lord: give me knowledge of your rules.
၁၂အို ထာဝရဘုရား" ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အား ထောမနာပြုပါ၏။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ နည်းလမ်းတော်မားကိုသွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။
13 With my lips have I made clear all the decisions of your mouth.
၁၃ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ပေးအပ်တော် မူသော ပညတ်တော်အပေါင်းကိုအသံကယ်စွာ ရွတ်ဆိုပါမည်။
14 I have taken as much delight in the way of your unchanging word, as in all wealth.
၁၄ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်စည်းစိမ်ဥစ္စာမားထက် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ဆုံးမသွန်သင်တော်မူခက်တို့ကို ပို၍နှစ်သက်ပါ၏။
15 I will give thought to your orders, and have respect for your ways.
၁၅ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ဥပဒေသတော်တို့ကို ဆင်ခြင်လက် နည်းလမ်းတော်တို့ကိုအစဉ်အာရုံစိုက်ပါ၏။
16 I will have delight in your rules; I will not let your word go out of my mind.
၁၆ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို နှစ်သက်ပါ၏။ အမိန့်တော်တို့ကိုမေ့လော့မည်မဟုတ်ပါ။
17 GIMEL Give me, your servant, the reward of life, so that I may keep your word;
၁၇ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အစေခံဖြစ်သူကွန်တော်မျိုးအား ကေးဇူးပြုတော်မူပါ။ သို့မှသာလှင်ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်အသက်ရှင်လက် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏သွန်သင်ခက်တို့ကို လိုက်နာနိုင်ပါမည်။
18 Let my eyes be open to see the wonders of your law.
၁၈ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏တရားတော်မှအံ့သြဖွယ်ရာမားကို တေ"မြင်နိုင်ရန်ကွန်တော်မျိုး၏မက်စိတို့ကို ဖွင့်တော်မူပါ။
19 I am living in a strange land: do not let your teachings be kept secret from me.
၁၉ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ဤကမ္ဘာမြေပေ"တွင် ခေတ္တခဏမှသာနေရပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို ကွန်တော်မျိုးထံမှဝှက်ထားတော်မမူပါ နှင့်။
20 My soul is broken with desire for your decisions at all times.
၂၀ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ စီရင်ဆုံးဖြတ်ခက်တို့ကိုအခါခပ်သိမ်း စိတ်စွဲလမ်းတောင့်တလက်ရှိပါ၏။
21 Your hand has been against the men of pride, a curse is on those who go wandering out of your way.
၂၁ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်မာန်မာနကြီးသူတို့ကို ကြပ်တည်းစွာဆိုဆုံးမတော်မူပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ပညတ်တော်မားမှ သွေဖည်သွားကြသူတို့သည်အမင်္ဂလာရှိကြ၏။
22 Take away from me shame and bitter words; for I have kept your unchanging word in my heart.
၂၂ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ပညတ်တော် တို့ကို စောင့်ထိန်းသည်ဖြစ်၍ ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားထိုသူတို့၏စော်ကားမှုနှင့် မထီမဲ့မြင်ပြုမှုတို့မှကင်းလွတ်စေတော်မူပါ။
23 Rulers make evil designs against me; but your servant gives thought to your rules.
၂၃အာဏာပိုင်တို့သည်ကွန်တော်မျိုးအား ဆန့်ကင်ဘက်ပြု၍တိုင်ပင်ကြံစည်လက် နေကြ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အစေခံဖြစ်သူကွန်တော်မျိုး မူကား ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို ဆင်ခြင်လေ့လာပါမည်။
24 Your unchanging word is my delight, and the guide of my footsteps.
၂၄ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ဆုံးမသွန်သင်တော်မူခက် တို့သည် ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားစိတ်ရ"င်လန်းစေပါ၏။ ယင်းတို့သည်ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားလမ်းည"န် ကြပါ၏။
25 DALETH My soul is joined to the dust: O give me life, in keeping with your word.
၂၅အရေးရှုံးနိမ့်၍ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည် မြေမှုန့်၌လဲလက်ရှိသဖြင့် ကတိတော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်းအသက်ရှင်စေတော် မူပါ။
26 I put the record of my ways before you, and you gave me an answer: O give me knowledge of your rules.
၂၆ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်မိမိပြုမိသမှသော အပြစ်တို့ကိုဖော်ပြဝန်ခံသည်ဖြစ်၍ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကွန်တော်မျိုး၏ပန်ကြား ခက်ကို နားညောင်းတော်မူပါ၏။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ နည်းလမ်းတော်တို့ကိုသွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။
27 Make the way of your orders clear to me; then my thoughts will be ever on your wonders.
၂၇ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ပညတ်တော်တို့ကိုနားလည် နိုင်ရန် ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားကူမတော်မူပါ။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ အံ့သြဖွယ်ကောင်းသည့်သွန်သင်ခက် တို့ကို ဆင်ခြင်ပါမည်။
28 My soul is wasted with sorrow; give me strength again in keeping with your word
၂၈ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ဝမ်းနည်းကြေကွဲမှု ခံစားလက်ရှိပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကတိတော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားခွန်အားပေးတော်မူပါ။
29 Take from me every false way; and in mercy give me your law.
၂၉ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်လမ်းလွဲ၍မသွားစေရန် ကူမတော်မူပါ။ ကရုဏာတော်ကိုထောက်၍ကွန်တော်မျိုးအား တရားတော်ကိုသွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။
30 I have taken the way of faith: I have kept your decisions before me.
၃၀ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏စကား တော်ကို နားထောင်ရန်ရွေးခယ်ပါပြီ။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏စီရင်ဆုံးဖြတ်ခက်တို့ကို အာရုံစိုက်ပါပြီ။
31 I have been true to your unchanging word; O Lord, do not put me to shame.
၃၁အို ထာဝရဘုရား" ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ သြဝါဒမားကိုလိုက်နာပါပြီ။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားအရှက်ကွဲစေတော်မမူပါနှင့်။
32 I will go quickly in the way of your teaching, because you have given me a free heart.
၃၂ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားအသိဉာဏ် ပိုမိုပွင့်လင်းစေတော်မူမည်ဖြစ်၍ ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်အမိန့်တော်တို့ကို စိတ်အားထက်သန်စွာလိုက်နာပါမည်။
33 HE O Lord, let me see the way of your rules, and I will keep it to the end.
၃၃အို ထာဝရဘုရား" ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားအထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့၏ အနက်အဋ္ဌိပ္ပါယ်ကိုသွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ယင်းတို့ကိုအမြဲတစေ လိုက်လှောက်ပါမည်။
34 Give me wisdom, so that I may keep your law; going after it with all my heart.
၃၄ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏တရားတော်ကိုရှင်းလင်း ဖော်ပြတော်မူပါ။ ယင်းကိုကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်လိုက်နာပါမည်။ စိတ်နှလုံးအကြွင်းမဲ့စောင့်ထိန်းပါမည်။
35 Make me go in the way of your teachings; for they are my delight.
၃၅ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ ပညတ်တော်မားကိုနှစ်သက်သည်ဖြစ်၍ ပညတ်တော်မားကိုစောင့်ထိန်းနိုင်ရန် ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားကူမတော်မူပါ။
36 Let my heart be turned to your unchanging word, and not to evil desire.
၃၆စည်းစိမ်ဥစ္စာခမ်းသာကြွယ်ဝလိုစိတ်အစား ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ဆုံးမသွန်သင်ခက်တို့ကို လိုက်နာစိတ်ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားပေးတော်မူပါ။
37 Let my eyes be turned away from what is false; give me life in your ways.
၃၇အကျိုးမရှိသည့်အရာမားကိုအာရုံပြုမှုနှင့် ကင်းဝေးစေတော်မူ၍ ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ ကတိတော်အတိုင်းကေးဇူးပြုတော်မူပါ။
38 Give effect to your word to your servant, in whose heart is the fear of you.
၃၈ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကိုကြောက်ရွံ့ရိုသေသောသူတို့အား ထားတော်မူသည့်ကတိတော်ကိုကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ အစေခံကွန်တော်မျိုးအားခံစားစေတော်မူပါ။
39 Take away the shame which is my fear; for your decisions are good.
၃၉ကွန်တော်မျိုးကြောက်လန့်သည့်စော်ကားမှုမားမှ ကယ်တော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏စီရင်ဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူခက်တို့သည် အံ့သြဖွယ်ကောင်းလှပါသည်တကား။
40 See how great is my desire for your orders: give me life in your righteousness.
၄၀ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ပညတ် တော်တို့ကို အလွန်စောင့်ထိန်းလိုပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်တရားမှတတော်မူသည် ဖြစ်၍ ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားအသက်ရှင်စေတော်မူပါ။
41 VAU Let your mercies come to me, O Lord, even your salvation, as you have said.
၄၁အို ထာဝရဘုရား" ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အဘယ်မှ ခစ်တော်မူကြောင်းကိုပြတော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ကတိတော်အတိုင်း ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားကယ်တော်မူပါ။
42 So that I may have an answer for the man who would put me to shame; for I have faith in your word.
၄၂ထိုအခါကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်မိမိအားစော်ကား သူတို့ကိုပြန်လည်ခေပနိုင်ပါလိမ့်မည်။ အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော်ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည် နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကိုကိုးစားသောကြောင့် ဖြစ်ပါ၏။
43 Take not your true word quite out of my mouth; for I have put my hope in your decisions.
၄၃ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ စီရင်ဆုံးဖြတ်ခက်တို့ကိုစောင့်မှော်သည်ဖြစ်၍ အခါခပ်သိမ်းသစ္စာစကားကိုပြောဆိုနိုင်ရန် ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားကူမတော်မူပါ။
44 So that I may keep your law for ever and ever;
၄၄ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏တရား တော်ကို အစဉ်အမြဲလိုက်နာပါမည်။ ကာလအစဉ်အဆက်လိုက်နာပါမည်။
45 So that my way may be in a wide place: because my search has been for your orders.
၄၅ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏သြဝါဒ မားကို ကြိုးစား၍လိုက်နာသဖြင့် လွတ်လပ်မှုအပြည့်အဝဖြင့်သွားလာနေထိုင် ရပါလိမ့်မည်။
46 So that I may give knowledge of your unchanging word before kings, and not be put to shame.
၄၆ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ ဆုံးမသွန်သင်ခက်မားကိုဘုရင်တို့ရှေ့တွင် ဖော်ပြကြေညာပါမည်။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်အရှက်တကွဲဖြစ်ရလိမ့်မည် မဟုတ်ပါ။
47 And so that I may take delight in your teachings, to which I have given my love.
၄၇ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ပညတ်တော် တို့ကို နှစ်သက်မြတ်နိုးသည်ဖြစ်၍ယင်းတို့ကိုလိုက်နာ စောင့်ထိန်းရာတွင်ရ"င်လန်းအားရမှုရှိပါ၏။
48 And so that my hands may be stretched out to you; and I will give thought to your rules.
၄၈ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ ပညတ်တော်တို့ကိုလေးစားမြတ်နိုးပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို ဆင်ခြင်ပါမည်။
49 ZAIN Keep in mind your word to your servant, for on it has my hope been fixed.
၄၉ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အစေခံဖြစ်သူကွန်တော် မျိုးအား ထားတော်မူသောကတိတော်ကိုသတိရတော်မူပါ။ ယင်းကတိတော်သည်ကွန်တော်မျိုးအား မှော်လင့်ခက်ကိုပေးပါပြီ။
50 This is my comfort in my trouble; that your sayings have given me life.
၅၀ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ကတိတော်သည်ကွန်တော်မျိုးအား အသက်ရှင်စေတော်မူသည်ဖြစ်၍ ဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခရောက်စဉ်အခါ၌ပင်လှင် ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်စိတ်သက်သာမှုကိုရရှိပါ၏။
51 The men of pride have made great sport of me; but I have not been turned from your law.
၅၁မာန်မာနကြီးသူတို့သည်ကွန်တော်မျိုးကို အစဉ်ပင် ကဲ့ရဲ့ကြသော်လည်း ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏တရားတော်မှ သွေဖည်၍မသွားပါ။
52 I have kept the memory of your decisions from times past, O Lord; and they have been my comfort.
၅၂အတိတ်ကာလကကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ပေးတော်မူ ခဲ့သော စီရင်ဆုံးဖြတ်ခက်မားကိုသတိရပါ၏။ အို ထာဝရဘုရား" ယင်းတို့သည်ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားစိတ်သက်သာစေပါ၏။
53 I am burning with wrath, because of the sinners who have given up your law.
၅၃ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏တရားတော်ကိုသူယုတ်မာတို့ စွန့်ပယ်ကြသည်ကိုမြင်သောအခါ ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်အမက်ထွက်ပါ၏။
54 Your rules have been melodies to me, while I have been living in strange lands.
၅၄ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ဤလောက၌ခေတ္တမှ အသက်ရှင်နေရခိန်၌ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်မားအကြောင်းကို သီခင်းစပ်၍ဆိုပါ၏။
55 I have given thought to your name in the night, O Lord, and have kept your law.
၅၅အို ထာဝရဘုရား" ညဥ့်အခါ၌ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကို သတိရလက် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏တရားတော်ကိုဆင်ခြင်စဉ်းစား ပါ၏။
56 This has been true of me, that I have kept your orders in my heart.
၅၆ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို စောင့်ထိန်းရခြင်းသည်ကွန်တော်မျိုးအား ဝမ်းမြောက်စေပါ၏။
57 CHETH The Lord is my heritage: I have said that I would be ruled by your words.
၅၇အို ထာဝရဘုရား" ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကိုသာလှင် တောင့်တပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို လိုက်နာရန်ကတိပြုပါ၏။
58 I have given my mind to do your pleasure with all my heart; have mercy on me, as you have said.
၅၈ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကတိရှိတော်မူသည်အတိုင်း ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားသနားတော်မူပါရန် စိတ်ရောကိုယ်ပါတောင်းလှောက်ပါ၏။
59 I gave thought to my steps, and my feet were turned into the way of your unchanging word.
၅၉ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်မိမိ၏နေထိုင်ပုံကို ပြန်လည်ဆင်ခြင်သုံးသပ်ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ပေးတော်မူသော ဆုံးမသွန်သင်ခက်မားအတိုင်းလိုက်နာရန် ကတိပြုပါ၏။
60 I was quick to do your orders, and let no time be wasted.
၆၀ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ပညတ်တော် တို့ကို မဆိုင်းမတွဘဲလိုက်နာစောင့်ထိန်းပါမည်။
61 The cords of evil-doers are round me; but I have kept in mind your law.
၆၁သူယုတ်မာတို့သည်ကွန်တော်မျိုးအတွက် ကော့ကွင်းကိုထောင်ထားကြသော်လည်း ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏တရားတော် ကို မမေ့မလော့ပါ။
62 In the middle of the night I will get up to give you praise, because of all your right decisions.
၆၂ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်သန်းခေါင်ယံတွင်နိုးထလက် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ဖြောင့်မှန်တော်မူသည့် စီရင်ဆုံးဖြတ်ခက်မားအတွက်ကိုယ်တော် ရှင်အား ထောမနာပြုပါ၏။
63 I keep company with all your worshippers, and those who have your orders in their memory.
၆၃ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အစေကို ခံသူအပေါင်းနှင့် ဥပဒေသတော်တို့ကိုကင့်သုံးစောင့်ထိန်းသူ အပေါင်းတို့၏မိတ်ဆွေဖြစ်ပါ၏။
64 The earth, O Lord, is full of your mercy: give me knowledge of your rules.
၆၄အို ထာဝရဘုရား" ကမ္ဘာမြေကြီးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ခိုင်မြဲသော မေတ္တာတော်နှင့်ပြည့်ဝပါ၏။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ ပညတ်တော်တို့ကိုသွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။
65 TETH You have done good to your servant, O Lord, in keeping with your word.
၆၅အို ထာဝရဘုရား" ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကတိတည်တော်မူ၍ ကိုယ်တော်၏အစေခံဖြစ်သူကွန်တော်မျိုးအား ကေးဇူးပြုတော်မူပါ၏။
66 Give me knowledge and good sense; for I have put my faith in your teachings.
၆၆ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ပညတ်တော် တို့ကို ကိုးစားသည်ဖြစ်၍ ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားဉာဏ်ပညာနှင့်အသိပညာကို ပေးတော်မူပါ။
67 Before I was in trouble I went out of the way; but now I keep your word.
၆၇ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ဒဏ်ခတ်တော်မမူမီအခါက ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်လမ်းလွဲသော်လည်း ယခုမှာမူနှုတ်ကပတ်တော်အတိုင်းပြုကင့်ပါ၏။
68 You are good, and your works are good; give me knowledge of your rules.
၆၈ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်လွန်စွာကောင်းမြတ်၍ သနားကြင်နာတော်မူပါ၏။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားအထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို သွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။
69 The men of pride have said false things about me; but I will keep your orders in my heart.
၆၉မာန်မာနကြီးသူတို့သည်ကွန်တော်မျိုး၏ အကြောင်းကိုလိမ်လည်၍ပြောဆိုကြပါ၏။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးမူကားဥပဒေသတို့ကို အစွမ်းကုန် လိုက်နာပါ၏။
70 Their hearts are shut up with fat; but my delight is in your law.
၇၀ထိုသူတို့သည်အသိဉာဏ်ရှိသူမားမဟုတ်ပါ။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးမူကားကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏တရားတော်ကို နှစ်သက်ပါ၏။
71 It is good for me to have been through trouble; so that I might come to the knowledge of your rules.
၇၁ဒဏ်ခတ်တော်မူခြင်းကိုခံရသည်မှာကွန်တော် မျိုး အတွက်ကောင်းပါ၏။ အဘယ်ကြောင့်ဆိုသော်ယင်းသို့ခံရခြင်းအားဖြင့် ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကိုသိရှိနားလည်၍ လာသောကြောင့်ဖြစ်ပါ၏။
72 The law of your mouth is better to me than thousands of gold and silver.
၇၂ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ပေးတော်မူသောတရားတော်သည် ကွန်တော်မျိုးအတွက်လောကရေ"ငွေ ရှိသမှထက်ပို၍အဖိုးထိုက်ပါ၏။
73 JOD Your hands have made me, and given me form: give me wisdom, so that I may have knowledge of your teaching.
၇၃ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကွန်တော်မျိုးကိုဖန်ဆင်းတော်မူ၍ ဘေးမဲ့လုံခြုံစွာထားတော်မူပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ပညတ်တော်တို့ကိုသိရှိ နားလည်နိုင်ရန် ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားအသိဉာဏ်ကိုပေးတော်မူပါ။
74 Your worshippers will see me and be glad; because my hope has been in your word.
၇၄ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ကတိတော်ကို အားကိုးသည်ဖြစ်၍ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အားကြောက်ရွံ့ရိုသေသူတို့သည် ကွန်တော်မျိုးကိုမြင်၍ဝမ်းမြောက်ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။
75 I have seen, O Lord, that your decisions are right, and that in unchanging faith you have sent trouble on me.
၇၅အို ထာဝရဘုရား" ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏စီရင်ဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူခက် တို့သည် တရားမှတတော်မူကြောင်းကိုလည်းကောင်း" သစ္စာတော်နှင့်အညီကွန်တော်မျိုးအား ဒဏ်ခတ်တော်မူကြောင်းကိုလည်းကောင်း ကွန်တော်မျိုးသိပါ၏။
76 Let your mercy now be my comfort, as you have said to your servant.
၇၆ကတိတော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်းကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ ခိုင်မြဲသောမေတ္တာတော်သည် ကိုယ်တော့်အစေခံဖြစ်သူကွန်တော်မျိုးအား စိတ်သက်သာမှုကိုပေးတော်မူပါစေသော။
77 Let your gentle mercies come to me, so that I may have life; for your law is my delight.
၇၇ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏တရား တော်ကို နှစ်သက်မြတ်နိုးသည်ဖြစ်၍ ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားသနားတော်မူပါ။ သို့ပြုလှင်ကွန်တော်မျိုးအသက်ရှင်ရပါ လိမ့်မည်။
78 Let the men of pride be shamed; because they have falsely given decision against me; but I will give thought to your orders.
၇၈မာန်မာနကြီးသူတို့သည်ကွန်တော်မျိုးအား လိမ်လည် စွပ်စွဲကြသည့်အတွက်အရှက်ရကြပါစေသော။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးအဖို့မှာမူကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ ဥပဒေသတော်တို့ကိုဆင်ခြင်ပါမည်။
79 Let your worshippers be turned to me, and those who have knowledge of your words.
၇၉ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကိုကြောက်ရွံ့ရိုသေသောသူ" ကိုယ်တော်၏ဆုံးမသွန်သင်တော်မူခက်တို့ကို သိသောသူတို့သည် ကွန်တော်မျိုး၏ထံသို့လာကြပါစေသော။
80 Let all my heart be given to your orders, so that I may not be put to shame.
၈၀ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ပညတ်တော် တို့ကို တစ်သဝေမတိမ်းလိုက်လှောက်သဖြင့် အရေးရှုံးနိမ့်၍အရှက်ကွဲမှုနှင့် ကင်းလွတ်ပါစေသော။
81 CAPH My soul is wasted with desire for your salvation: but I have hope in your word.
၈၁အို ထာဝရဘုရား" ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကယ်တော် မူမည်ကို စောင့်ဆိုင်းရ၍အားအင်ကုန်ခန်းလက်ရှိပါ၏။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို ကိုးစားပါ၏။
82 My eyes are full of weariness with searching for your word, saying, When will you give me comfort?
၈၂``ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားအဘယ်သောအခါ၌ ကူမတော်မူပါမည်နည်း'' ဟုမေးလှောက်ကာ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကတိထားတော်မူသည်ကို စောင့်မှော်နေရသည်မှာကွန်တော်မျိုး၏ မက်စိမားသည်ညောင်းညာလက်နေပါ၏။
83 For I have become like a wine-skin black with smoke; but I still keep the memory of your rules.
၈၃ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်စွန့်ပစ်ထားသည့်သားရေ ဘူးကဲ့သို့ အသုံးမဝင်တော့ပါ။ သို့သော်လည်းအထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို မမေ့မလော့ပါ။
84 How short is the life of your servant! when will you give your decision against those who are attacking me?
၈၄ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်အဘယ်မှကြာအောင် ဆိုင်းငံ့ရပါဦးမည်နည်း။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားညှဉ်းဆဲနှိပ်စက်သူတို့ကို အဘယ်အခါမှဒဏ်ခတ်တော်မူပါမည်နည်း။
85 The men of pride, who are turned away from your law, have put nets for me.
၈၅ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏တရားတော်ကိုမလိုက်နာကြသော မာန်မာနကြီးသူတို့သည်ကွန်တော်မျိုးအား ထောင်ဖမ်းရန်တွင်းမားကိုတူးကြပါပြီ။
86 All your teachings are certain; they go after me with evil design; give me your help.
၈၆ပညတ်တော်ရှိသမှတို့သည်စိတ်ခယုံကြည်ရပါ၏။ လူတို့သည်မုသားပြောဆိုလက်ကွန်တော်မျိုးအား နှိပ်စက်ညှဉ်းဆဲကြပါ၏။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားကူမတော်မူပါ။
87 They had almost put an end to me on earth; but I did not give up your orders.
၈၇သူတို့သည်ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားသတ်ရန်ကြိုးစားရာတွင် အောင်မြင်လုနီးသော်လည်း ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ ဥပဒေသတော်တို့ကိုလစ်လူမရှုပါ။
88 Give me life in your mercy; so that I may be ruled by the unchanging word of your mouth.
၈၈ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို လိုက်နာနိုင်ရန် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ခိုင်မြဲသောမေတ္တာတော်ကြောင့် ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားကေးဇူးပြုတော်မူပါ။
89 LAMED For ever, O Lord, your word is fixed in heaven.
၈၉အို ထာဝရဘုရား" နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်သည်ကောင်းကင်ဘုံ၌ ထာဝစဉ်တည်ရှိပါ၏။
90 Your faith is unchanging from generation to generation: you have put the earth in its place, and it is not moved.
၉၀သစ္စာတော်သည်ကာလအစဉ်အဆက်တည်ပါ၏။ ကမ္ဘာမြေကြီးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်နေရာခထား တော်မူသည့်အတိုင်းတည်လက်ရှိပါ၏။
91 They are ruled this day by your decisions; for all things are your servants.
၉၁ခပ်သိမ်းသောအရာတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ အစေခံမားဖြစ်သဖြင့် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အမိန့်တော်အရယနေ့တိုင်အောင် တည်လက်ရှိကြပါ၏။
92 If your law had not been my delight, my troubles would have put an end to me.
၉၂အကယ်၍ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏တရားတော်သည် ကွန်တော်မျိုးအတွက်ရ"င်လန်းအားရဖွယ် မဖြစ်ပါမူ ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်မိမိခံရသည့် ဆင်းရဲဒုက္ခကြောင့်ပင်လှင်သေမည်ဖြစ်ပါ၏။
93 I will ever keep your orders in mind; for in them I have life.
၉၃ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ဥပဒေသတော်မားအားဖြင့် ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားအသက်ရှင်စေတော်မူသည် ဖြစ်၍ ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ယင်းတို့ကိုအဘယ်အခါ ၌မှ လစ်လူရှုလိမ့်မည်မဟုတ်ပါ။
94 I am yours, O be my saviour; for my desire has been for your rules.
၉၄ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကွန်တော်မျိုးကိုပိုင်တော် မူပါ၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ကယ်တော်မူပါ။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ဥပဒေသ တော် တို့ကိုကြိုးစား၍စောင့်ထိန်းပါ၏။
95 The sinners have been waiting for me to give me up to destruction; but I will give all my mind to your unchanging ward.
၉၅သူယုတ်မာတို့သည်ကွန်တော်မျိုးကိုသတ်ရန် စောင့်လက်နေကြသော်လည်း ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို အောက်မေ့ဆင်ခြင်ပါမည်။
96 I have seen that nothing on earth is complete; but your teaching is very wide.
၉၆ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ပညတ်တော်မှတစ်ပါး အဘယ်အရာမှပြီးပြည့်စုံလင်ခြင်း မရှိကြောင်းကိုကွန်တော်မျိုးသိမြင်လာ ပါ၏။
97 MEM O what love I have for your law! I give thought to it all the day.
၉၇ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏တရား တော်ကို အလွန်နှစ်သက်မြတ်နိုးပါ၏။ ထိုတရားတော်အကြောင်းကိုကွန်တော်မျိုးသည် တစ်နေ့လုံးအောက်မေ့ဆင်ခြင်လက်နေပါ၏။
98 Your teaching has made me wiser than my haters: for it is mine for ever.
၉၈ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ပညတ်တော်သည် ကွန်တော်မျိုးနှင့်အတူအစဉ်ရှိတော်မူပါ၏။ ပညတ်တော်အားဖြင့်ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည် ရန်သူမားထက်ပညာသာပါ၏။
99 I have more knowledge than all my teachers, because I give thought to your unchanging word.
၉၉ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ပေးတော် မူသော ဆုံးမသွန်သင်ခက်မားကိုအောက်မေ့ ဆင်ခြင်သည်ဖြစ်၍ ကွန်တော်မျိုး၏ဆရာအပေါင်းတို့ထက်ပိုမို သိရှိနားလည်ပါ၏။
100 I have more wisdom than the old, because I have kept your orders.
၁၀၀ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ဥပဒေသတော်တို့ကို လိုက်နာသည်ဖြစ်၍အသက်ကြီးသူမားထက် ပို၍ပညာဉာဏ်ရှိပါ၏။
101 I have kept back my feet from all evil ways, so that I might be true to your word.
၁၀၁ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်အတိုင်း လိုက်နာလိုသည်ဖြစ်၍အကင့်ဆိုးဟူသမှကို ရှောင်ပါ၏။
102 My heart has not been turned away from your decisions; for you have been my teacher.
၁၀၂ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားသွန်သင်တော်မူသူမှာ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ဖြစ်တော်မူသဖြင့် ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင် ခမှတ်တော်မူသည့်စီရင်ဆုံးဖြတ်ခက်မားမှ သွေဖည်၍မသွားပါ။
103 How sweet are your sayings to my taste! truly, they are sweeter than honey in my mouth!
၁၀၃ဆုံးမသွန်သင်တော်မူခက်တို့သည်ကွန်တော်မျိုး၏ ခံတွင်း၌လွန်စွာချိုပါ၏။ ပားရည်ထက်ပင်ချိုပါ၏။
104 Through your orders I get wisdom; for this reason I am a hater of every false way.
၁၀၄ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ပညတ်တော်မားမှ ဉာဏ်ပညာကိုရရှိသဖြင့်အကင့်ဆိုး ဟူသမှကိုမုန်းပါ၏။
105 NUN Your word is a light for my feet, ever shining on my way.
၁၀၅နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်သည်မီးခွက်ဖြစ်၍ကွန်တော်မျိုး သွားရာလမ်းကိုလင်းစေပါ၏။
106 I have made an oath and kept it, to be guided by your upright decisions.
၁၀၆ဖြောင့်မှန်စွာစီရင်ဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူခက်တို့ကို လိုက်နာပါမည်ဟုကွန်တော်မျိုး ကိန်ဆိုခဲ့သည့်အတိုင်းပြုပါမည်။
107 I am greatly troubled, O Lord, give me life in keeping with your word.
၁၀၇အို ထာဝရဘုရား" ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်အလွန်ပင်ဒုက္ခဝေဒနာ ခံစားနေရပါ၏။ ကတိတော်အတိုင်းကွန်တော်မျိုးအား အသက်ရှင်စေတော်မူပါ။
108 Take, O Lord, the free offerings of my mouth, and give me knowledge of your decisions.
၁၀၈အို ထာဝရဘုရား" ကွန်တော်မျိုးကေးဇူးတော်ခီးမွမ်းသည့် ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာကိုလက်ခံတော်မူ၍ စီရင်တော်မူခက်တို့ကိုကွန်တော်မျိုးအား သွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။
109 My soul is ever in danger; but I still keep the memory of your law.
၁၀၉ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်နေ့စဉ်နှင့်အမှ အသက်အန္တရာယ်နှင့်တေ"ကြုံနေရပါ၏။ သို့ရာတွင်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏တရားတော်ကို မမေ့မလော့ပါ။
110 Sinners have put a net to take me; but I was true to your orders.
၁၁၀သူယုတ်မာတို့သည်ကွန်တော်မျိုးအတွက် ကော့ကွင်းကိုထောင်ကြပါ၏။ သို့သော်လည်းကွန်တော်မျိုးသည် အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့မှသွေဖည်၍မသွား ပါ။
111 I have taken your unchanging word as an eternal heritage; for it is the joy of my heart.
၁၁၁ပညတ်တော်တို့သည်ကွန်တော်မျိုး၏ ထာဝရပိုင်ဆိုင်ရာဖြစ်၍ကွန်တော်မျိုးအား ရ"င်လန်းဝမ်းမြောက်စေပါ၏။
112 My heart is ever ready to keep your rules, even to the end.
၁၁၂ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်သေသည့်တိုင်အောင် ပညတ်တော်တို့ကိုစောင့်ထိန်းရန်သန္နိဋ္ဌာန် ပြုပါပြီ။
113 SAMECH I am a hater of men of doubting mind; but I am a lover of your law.
၁၁၃ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အပေ"၌ ဒွိဟသဘောရှိသူတို့ကိုမုန်းပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏တရားတော်ကိုမူကား နှစ်သက်မြတ်နိုးပါ၏။
114 You are my secret place and my breastplate against danger; my hope is in your word.
၁၁၄ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကွန်တော်မျိုး၏ကွယ်ကာရာနှင့် ခိုလှုံရာဖြစ်တော်မူပါ၏။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ကတိတော်ကို စောင့်မှော်လက်နေပါ၏။
115 Go far from me, you evil-doers; so that I may keep the teachings of my God.
၁၁၅အခင်းအပြစ်ကူးသူတို့"ငါ့ထံမှသွား ကြလော့။ ငါ၏ဘုရားသခင်ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို ငါစောင့်ထိန်းမည်။
116 Be my support as you have said, and give me life; let not my hope be turned to shame.
၁၁၆ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကတိတော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း ကွန်တော်မျိုးကိုခွန်အားပေးတော်မူပါ။ သို့ပြုလှင်ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်အသက်ရှင် ရပါလိမ့်မည်။ ကွန်တော်မျိုး၏မှော်လင့်ခက်ကိုပက်ပြယ် စေတော်မမူပါနှင့်။
117 Let me not be moved, and I will be safe, and ever take delight in your rules.
၁၁၇ဘေးမဲ့လုံခြုံမှုရရှိစေရန်ကွန်တော်မျိုးအား ထူပင့်တော်မူပါ။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို အစဉ်အမြဲဂရုစိုက်ပါမည်။
118 You have overcome all those who are wandering from your rules; for all their thoughts are false.
၁၁၈ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ပညတ်တော်တို့ကိုချိုးဖောက်သူ အပေါင်းတို့အားပစ်ပယ်တော်မူပါ၏။ ထိုသူတို့၏လိမ်လည်လှည့်စားသည့်အကြံအစည် မားသည်အခည်းနှီးဖြစ်ပါ၏။
119 All the sinners of the earth are like waste metal in your eyes; and for this cause I give my love to your unchanging word.
၁၁၉ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ရှေ့တော်တွင် သူယုတ်မာအပေါင်းတို့သည်အမှိုက်သရိုက် ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်ပါ၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင် ပေးတော်မူသောဆုံးမသွန်သင်ခက်တို့ကို နှစ်သက်မြတ်နိုးပါ၏။
120 My flesh is moved for fear of you; I give honour to your decisions.
၁၂၀ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကိုကြောက်ရွံ့သဖြင့်ကွန်တော် မျိုးသည် ကြက်သီးမွေးညင်းထပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏စီရင်တော်မူခက်တို့ကြောင့် ကွန်တော်မျိုးကြောက်ပါ၏။
121 AIN I have done what is good and right: you will not give me into the hands of those who are working against me.
၁၂၁ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကောင်းရာမှန်ရာကိုပြုပါပြီ။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားရန်သူမား၏လက်တွင် စွန့်ပစ်၍ထားတော်မမူပါနှင့်။
122 Take your servant's interests into your keeping; let me not be crushed by the men of pride.
၁၂၂ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အစေခံအား ကူမတော်မူမည်ဟူသောကတိတော်ကို ပေးတော်မူပါ။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးကိုဖိနှိပ်ရန်မာန်မာနကြီး သူတို့အား ခွင့်ပြုတော်မမူပါနှင့်။
123 My eyes are wasted with desire for your salvation, and for the word of your righteousness.
၁၂၃ကိုယ်တော်၏ကူမတော်မူခြင်း"ကတိထားတော် မူသော ကယ်နုတ်ခြင်းကိုစောင့်မှော်ရသည်မှာ ကွန်တော်မျိုး၏မက်စိညောင်းညာလက်နေပါ၏။
124 Be good to your servant in your mercy, and give me teaching in your rules.
၁၂၄ခိုင်မြဲသောမေတ္တာတော်ရှိသည့်အတိုင်း ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားကေးဇူးပြုတော်မူ၍ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကိုသွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။
125 I am your servant; give me wisdom, so that I may have knowledge of your unchanging word.
၁၂၅ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏အစေခံ ဖြစ်သဖြင့် သွန်သင်တော်မူခက်တို့ကို နားလည်နိုင်ရန်ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားအသိဉာဏ် ပေးတော်မူပါ။
126 It is time, O Lord, for you to let your work be seen; for they have made your law without effect.
၁၂၆အို ထာဝရဘုရား" လူတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏တရားတော်ကို ချိုးဖောက်ကြသည်ဖြစ်၍ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အရေးယူတော်မူရန်အခိန်သည် ယခုကရောက်ပါပြီ။
127 For this reason I have greater love far your teachings than for gold, even for shining gold.
၁၂၇ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ ပညတ်တော်တို့ကိုရေ"ထက်မကရေ"စင်ထက် ပို၍နှစ်သက်မြတ်နိုးပါ၏။
128 Because of it I keep straight in all things by your orders; and I am a hater of every false way.
၁၂၈သို့ဖြစ်၍ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ဥပဒေသတော် ရှိသမှတို့ကိုစောင့်ထိန်း၍ လမ်းမှားရှိသမှတို့ကိုမုန်းပါ၏။
129 PE Your unchanging word is full of wonder; for this reason my soul keeps it.
၁၂၉ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ဆုံးမသွန်သင်ခက်တို့သည် အံ့သြဖွယ်ကောင်းပါ၏။ ယင်းတို့ကိုကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်အစွမ်းရှိသမှနှင့် လိုက်နာပါ၏။
130 The opening of your words gives light; it gives good sense to the simple.
၁၃၀ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏နှုတ်ကပတ်တော်ကို ရှင်းလင်းဖော်ပြမှုသည်အလင်းကိုပေး၍ ပညာမဲ့သူတို့ကိုပညာရရှိစေပါ၏။
131 My mouth was open wide, waiting with great desire for your teachings.
၁၃၁ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ ပညတ်တော်တို့ကိုခုံမင်တောင့်တလှသည် ဖြစ်၍ မောဟိုက်နေပါ၏။
132 Let your eyes be turned to me, and have mercy on me, as it is right for you to do to those who are lovers of your name.
၁၃၂ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အားခစ်သောသူတို့ကို သနားတော်မူသည့်နည်းတူ ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားရှုကြည့်၍သနားတော် မူပါ။
133 Let my steps be guided by your word; and let not sin have control over me.
၁၃၃ကတိတော်ရှိသည့်အတိုင်းကွန်တော်မျိုး မလဲစိမ့်သောငှာစောင့်ထိန်းတော်မူပါ။ အပြစ်ဒုစရိုက်သည်ကွန်တော်မျိုးအား အစိုးမရပါစေနှင့်။
134 Make me free from the cruel rule of man; then I will keep your orders.
၁၃၄ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ဥပဒေသတော်တို့ကို စောင့်ထိန်းနိုင်ရန် ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားဖိစီးနှိပ်စက်သူတို့၏ လက်မှ ကယ်တော်မူပါ။
135 Let your servant see the shining of your face; give me knowledge of your rules.
၁၃၅မက်နှာတော်၏အလင်းကွန်တော်မျိုးအပေ" ထွန်းလင်းစေ၍ ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားပညတ်တော်တို့ကို သွန်သင်တော်မူပါ။
136 Rivers of water are flowing from my eyes, because men do not keep your law.
၁၃၆လူတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏တရားတော်ကို မလိုက်နာကြသဖြင့် ကွန်တော်မျိုး၏မက်ရည်မားသည်မြစ်ရေ ကဲ့သို့ စီးဆင်းလက်ရှိပါ၏။
137 TZADE O Lord, great is your righteousness, and upright are your decisions.
၁၃၇အို ထာဝရဘုရား" ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်တရားမှတတော်မူပါ၏။ ပညတ်တော်တို့သည်လည်းတရားမှတပါ၏။
138 You have given your unchanging word in righteousness, and it is for ever.
၁၃၈ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ပေးတော်မူသော နည်းဥပဒေသတော်တို့သည်လုံးဝ တရားမှတ၍မှန်ကန်ပါ၏။
139 My passion has overcome me; because my haters are turned away from your words.
၁၃၉ကွန်တော်မျိုး၏ရန်သူမားသည်နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်ကို ပမာဏမပြုကြသဖြင့် ကွန်တော်မျိုး၏အမက်ဒေါသသည်မီးလှံသဖွယ် တောက်လောင်လက်ရှိပါ၏။
140 Your word is of tested value; and it is dear to your servant.
၁၄၀ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ကတိတော်သည်လွန်စွာ စိတ်ခရပါ၏။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကတိတော်ကိုလွန်စွာ နှစ်သက်မြတ်နိုးပါ၏။
141 I am small and of no account; but I keep your orders in mind.
၁၄၁ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်သိမ်ငယ်၍မထီလေးစား ပြုခြင်းကိုခံရသူဖြစ်ပါ၏။ သို့သော်လည်းဥပဒေသတော်တို့ကို မမေ့မလော့ပါ။
142 Your righteousness is an unchanging righteousness, and your law is certain.
၁၄၂ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းတရားသည် ထာဝစဉ်တည်ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏တရားတော်သည်အစဉ် မှန်ကန်ပါ၏။
143 Pain and trouble have overcome me: but your teachings are my delight.
၁၄၃ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ပူပင်သောကရောက်လက် ရှိပါ၏။ သို့ရာတွင်ပညတ်တော်မားကကွန်တော် မျိုးအား စိတ်ရ"င်လန်းမှုကိုပေးပါ၏။
144 The righteousness of your unchanging word is eternal; give me wisdom so that I may have life.
၁၄၄ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ပေးတော်မူသော ဆုံးမသွန်သင်ခက်တို့သည် အစဉ်အမြဲဖြောင့်မှန်ပါ၏။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးအား အသိပညာကိုပေးတော်မူပါ။ သို့ပြုတော်မူလှင် ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည် အသက်ရှင်ရပါလိမ့်မည်။
145 KOPH I have made my prayer with all my heart; give answer to me, O Lord: I will keep your rules.
၁၄၅ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်စိတ်ရောကိုယ်ပါပတ္ထနာပြုပါ၏။ အို ထာဝရဘုရား" ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားထူးတော်မူပါ။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ အထုံးအဖွဲ့တော်တို့ကို လိုက်နာပါမည်။
146 My cry has gone up to you; take me out of trouble, and I will be guided by your unchanging word.
၁၄၆ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကိုဟစ်ခေ"ပါ၏။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားကယ်တော်မူပါ။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ ပညတ်တော်တို့ကိုစောင့်ထိန်းပါမည်။
147 Before the sun is up, my cry for help comes to your ear; my hope is in your words.
၁၄၇ကူမတော်မူရန်ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်နေမထွက်မီ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကိုဟစ်ခေ"ပါ၏။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ ကတိတော်တို့ကိုမှော်ကိုးပါ၏။
148 In the night watches I am awake, so that I may give thought to your saying.
၁၄၈ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ ဆုံးမသွန်သင်ခက်တို့ကိုအောက်မေ့ဆင်ခြင်ရန် တစ်ညဥ့်လုံးမအိပ်ဘဲလဲလောင်းလက်နေပါ၏။
149 Let my voice come to you, in your mercy; O Lord, by your decisions give me life.
၁၄၉အို ထာဝရဘုရား" ကိုယ်တော်၏မေတ္တာတော်ခိုင်မြဲသည်ဖြစ်၍ ကွန်တော်မျိုး၏ပတ္ထနာကိုနားညောင်းတော်မူပါ။ ကရုဏာထားတော်မူ၍ ကွန်တော်မျိုးအား အသက်ရှင်စေတော်မူပါ။
150 Those who have evil designs against me come near; they are far from your law.
၁၅၀ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားရက်စက်စွာ ညဉ်းပန်းနှိပ်စက်သူမားသည်အနီးသို့ ခဉ်းကပ်၍လာနေကြပါ၏။ သူတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏တရားတော်ကို မလိုက်မလှောက်ကြသူမားဖြစ်ပါ၏။
151 You are near, O Lord; and all your teachings are true.
၁၅၁သို့ရာတွင် အို ထာဝရဘုရား" ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကွန်တော်မျိုး၏အနီးတွင် ရှိတော်မူပါ၏။ ပညတ်တော်ရှိသမှတို့သည်မှန်ကန်ပါ၏။
152 I have long had knowledge that your unchanging word is for ever.
၁၅၂ငယ်စဉ်အခါကပင်လှင်ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ဆုံးမသွန်သင်ခက်မားကို သိခဲ့ပါ၏။ ယင်းတို့ကိုကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ထာဝစဉ် တည်မြဲစေပါ၏။
153 RESH O see my trouble, and be my saviour; for I keep your law in my mind,
၁၅၃ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏တရားတော်ကို မမေ့မလော့ပါ။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ကွန်တော်မျိုး၏ဒုက္ခကိုရှုမှတ်လက် ကယ်တော်မူပါ။
154 Undertake my cause, and come to my help, give me life, as you have said.
၁၅၄ကွန်တော်မျိုး၏အမှုတွင်ကွန်တော်မျိုး၏ဘက်မှ ခေပတော်မူ၍ ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားလွတ်ငြိမ်းခမ်းသာခွင့် ရစေတော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကတိတော်ရှိသည်အတိုင်း ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားကယ်တော်မူပါ။
155 Salvation is far from evil-doers; for they have made no search for your rules.
၁၅၅သူယုတ်မာတို့သည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ ပညတ်တော်တို့ကိုမလိုက်နာကြသဖြင့် ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်သူတို့အားကယ်တော်မူလိမ့်မည် မဟုတ်ပါ။
156 Great is the number of your mercies, O Lord; give me life in keeping with your decisions.
၁၅၆သို့ရာတွင် အို ထာဝရဘုရား" ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ကရုဏာတော်သည် ကြီးမားတော်မူသည်ဖြစ်ရာ ကရုဏာထားတော်မူ၍ကွန်တော်မျိုးအား ကယ်တော်မူပါ။
157 Great is the number of those who are against me; but I have not been turned away from your unchanging word.
၁၅၇ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားရန်ဘက်ပြုသူနှင့်ဖိနှိပ်ညှဉ်းဆဲသူ အမားပင်ရှိပါ၏။ သို့ရာတွင်ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ပညတ်တော်တို့ကို လိုက်နာရန်မပက်ကွက်ပါ။
158 I saw with hate those who were untrue to you; for they did not keep your saying.
၁၅၈သူတို့သည်ဥပဒေသတော်တို့ကို မစောင့်ထိန်းကြပါ။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ထိုသစ္စာဖောက်တို့ကိုမြင်သောအခါ ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်နှလုံးနာပါ၏။
159 See how great is my love for your orders: give me life, O Lord, in keeping with your mercy.
၁၅၉အို ထာဝရဘုရား" ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ ပညတ်တော်တို့ကိုအဘယ်မှနှစ်သက်မြတ်နိုးသည်ကို သိမှတ်တော်မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်၏မေတ္တာတော်မပြောင်းလဲသောကြောင့် ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားကယ်တော်မူပါ။
160 Your word is true from the first; and your upright decision is unchanging for ever.
၁၆၀ကိုယ်တော်ရှင့်တရားတော်၏အခက်အခာမှာ သစ္စာတရားပင်ဖြစ်ပါ၏။ ဖြောင့်မှန်သောစီရင်တော်မူခက်အပေါင်းတို့သည် ထာဝစဉ်တည်ပါ၏။
161 SHIN Rulers have been cruel to me without cause; but I have the fear of your word in my heart.
၁၆၁တန်ခိုးအာဏာရှိသူတို့သည်ကွန်တော်မျိုးအား မတရားနှိပ်စက်ညှဉ်းဆဲကြပါ၏။ သို့ရာတွင်ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ တရားတော်ကိုရိုသေလေးစားပါ၏။
162 I am delighted by your saying, like a man who makes discovery of great wealth.
၁၆၂ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ကတိတော်မားကြောင့် ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်လွန်စွာပော်ပါ၏။ မားစွာသောလက်ရပစ္စည်းတို့ကို တေ"ရှိရသူကဲ့သို့ပော်ပါ၏။
163 I am full of hate and disgust for false words; but I am a lover of your law.
၁၆၃ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်မုသားမှန်သမှကို မုန်းတီးစက်ဆုပ်ပါ၏။ သို့ရာတွင်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏တရားတော်ကို နှစ်သက်မြတ်နိုးပါ၏။
164 Seven times a day do I give you praise, because of your upright decisions.
၁၆၄ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ဖြောင့်မှန်သော တရားစီရင်တော်မူခက်မားအတွက်နေ့စဉ် ခုနစ်ကြိမ်ကေးဇူးတော်ကိုခီးမွမ်းပါ၏။
165 Great peace have lovers of your law; they have no cause for falling.
၁၆၅ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏တရားတော်ကိုနှစ်သက် မြတ်နိုးသူမားသည် ကြီးစွာသောစိတ်ခမ်းသာမှုကိုရရှိကြပါ၏။ အဘယ်အရာမှသူတို့အားပြိုလဲစေနိုင်လိမ့်မည် မဟုတ်ပါ။
166 Lord, my hope has been in your salvation; and I have kept your teachings.
၁၆၆အို ထာဝရဘုရား" ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင် ကယ်တော်မူမည်ကိုစောင့်မှော်ကာကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ ပညတ်တော်မားကိုစောင့်ထိန်းပါ၏။
167 My soul has kept your unchanging word; great is my love for it.
၁၆၇ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ပေးတော်မူသည့် ဆုံးမသွန်သင်ခက်တို့ကိုလိုက်နာပါ၏။ ယင်းတို့ကိုကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်အလွန် နှစ်သက်မြတ်နိုးပါ၏။
168 I have been ruled by your orders; for all my ways are before you.
၁၆၈ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ ဥပဒေသတော်မားနှင့်ပညတ်တော်မားကို လိုက်နာပါ၏။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးပြုသမှသောအမှုတို့ကို ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်မြင်တော်မူပါ၏။
169 TAU Let my cry come before you, O Lord; give me wisdom in keeping with your word.
၁၆၉အို ထာဝရဘုရား" ကူမတော်မူရန် ကွန်တော်မျိုး၏အော်ဟစ်တောင်းလှောက်သံသည် နားတော်သို့ရောက်ပါစေသော။ ကတိတော်ရှိသည့်အတိုင်းကွန်တော်မျိုးအား အသိဉာဏ်ကိုပေးတော်မူပါ။
170 Let my prayer come before you; take me out of trouble, as you have said.
၁၇၀ကွန်တော်မျိုး၏ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာကို ကြားတော်မူ၍ ကတိတော်အတိုင်းကွန်တော်မျိုးအား ကယ်တော်မူပါ။
171 Let my lips be flowing with praise, because you have given me knowledge of your rules.
၁၇၁ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်သည်ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားပညတ်တော်ကို သွန်သင်တော်မူသဖြင့် ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်အားအစဉ်အမြဲ ထောမနာပြုပါမည်။
172 Let my tongue make songs in praise of your word; for all your teachings are righteousness.
၁၇၂ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ပေးတော်မူသောဆုံးမ သွန်သင်ခက်မားသည်တရားမှတသည်ဖြစ်၍ ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ တရားတော်အကြောင်းကို သီခင်းဆိုပါမည်။
173 Let your hand be near for my help; for I have given my heart to your orders.
၁၇၃ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ဥပဒေသတော်တို့ကို စောင့်ထိန်းသည်ဖြစ်၍ ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားကူမရန် အစဉ်အသင့်ရှိတော်မူပါ။
174 All my desire has been for your salvation, O Lord; and your law is my delight.
၁၇၄အို ထာဝရဘုရား" ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်းကေးဇူးကို တောင့်တပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏တရားတော်သည် ကွန်တော်မျိုးအားပော်ရ"င်စေပါ၏။
175 Give life to my soul so that it may give you praise; and let your decisions be my support.
၁၇၅ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်ကိုထောမနာပြုနိုင်ရန် ကွန်တော်မျိုးအား အသက်ရှင်စေတော်မူပါ။ စီရင်ဆုံးဖြတ်တော်မူခက်မားသည် ကွန်တော်မျိုးအား ကူမတော်မူပါစေသော။
176 I have gone out of the way like a wandering sheep; make search for your servant; for I keep your teachings ever in mind.
၁၇၆ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ပောက်သွားသောသိုးကဲ့သို့ လမ်းမှားလက်ရှိပါ၏။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ကြွတော်မူလက်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ အစေခံကွန်တော်မျိုးအား ရှာတော်မူပါ။ ကွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်တော်ရှင်၏ ပညတ်တော်တို့ကိုမမေ့မလော့ပါ။
