Proverbs 2

1 My son, if you will take my words to your heart, storing up my laws in your mind;

၁ငါ့ သား ၊ သင်သည်ပညာ စကားကို နားထောင် ၍၊

2 So that your ear gives attention to wisdom, and your heart is turned to knowledge;

၂စေတနာစိတ် နှင့်ဉာဏ် ကို ရှာဖွေ သည်တိုင်အောင်၊ ငါ့ စကား ကို နာခံ ၍ ၊ ငါ့ ပညတ် တို့ကို ကိုယ် အထဲ ၌ သွင်း မိလျှင် ၎င်း၊

3 Truly, if you are crying out for good sense, and your request is for knowledge;

၃သိပ္ပံ အတတ်ကို ခေါ် ၍ ၊ ဉာဏ် နောက်သို့ အသံ ကိုလွှင့် လျှင် ၎င်း၊

4 If you are looking for her as for silver, and searching for her as for stored-up wealth;

၄ငွေ ကိုရှာတတ်သကဲ့သို့ ပညာ ကိုရှာ ၍ ၊ ဝှက်ထားသောဘဏ္ဍာ ကို စူးစမ်း တတ်သကဲ့သို့ ၊ ဉာဏ်ကို စူးစမ်းလျှင်၎င်း၊

5 Then the fear of the Lord will be clear to you, and knowledge of God will be yours.

၅ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကြောက် သောသဘော ၌ ကျင်လည်၍ ၊ ဘုရား သခင်ကိုသိသော ဉာဏ် နှင့် ပြည့်စုံ လိမ့်မည်။

6 For the Lord gives wisdom; out of his mouth come knowledge and reason:

၆အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည်ပညာ ကို ပေး တော်မူတတ်၏။ နားလည် နိုင်သော ဉာဏ် သည် နှုတ်ကပတ် တော်အားဖြင့် သာဖြစ်တတ်၏။

7 He has salvation stored up for the upright, he is a breastplate to those in whom there is no evil;

၇ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူတို့အဘို့ ပညာ ရတနာကိုသိုထား တော်မူ၏။ တရား သဖြင့်ကျင့် သောသူတို့ကို ကွယ်ကာ တော်မူ၏။

8 He keeps watch on the ways which are right, and takes care of those who have the fear of him.

၈မိမိ သန့်ရှင်း သူတို့သည်တရားလမ်း ကို စောင့်ရှောက် မည်အကြောင်း ၊ သူ တို့၏လမ်းခရီး ကို လုံခြုံ စေတော်မူ၏။

9 Then you will have knowledge of righteousness and right acting, and upright behaviour, even of every good way.

၉ကျေးဇူးတော်ကြောင့် သင်သည် ဖြောင့်မတ် စွာကျင့် ခြင်း၊ တရား သဖြင့်စီရင်ခြင်း၊ လျစ်လျူ စွာ ဆုံးဖြတ်ခြင်းမှစ၍ ၊ ကောင်း သောလမ်း ရှိသမျှ တို့ကို သိ နားလည်လိမ့်မည်။

10 For wisdom will come into your heart, and knowledge will be pleasing to your soul;

၁၀ပညာ သည်သင် ၏နှလုံး ထဲသို့ ဝင် ၍ ၊ သင် သည် သိကြား ခြင်း၌ မွေ့လျော် သောအခါ၊

11 Wise purposes will be watching over you, and knowledge will keep you;

၁၁သမ္မာ သတိသည် သင့် ကို ထိန်းသိမ်း ၍၊ ဉာဏ် သည်လည်း စောင့်ရှောက် သဖြင့်၊

12 Giving you salvation from the evil man, from those whose words are false;

၁၂ဆိုး သောလမ်း မှ ကယ်တင် လိမ့်မည်။ ကောက် သောစကားကို ပြော တတ်သောသူ၊

13 Who give up the way of righteousness, to go by dark roads;

၁၃ဖြောင့်မတ် သောလမ်း ကိုစွန့် ၍၊ မိုက်မဲ သော လမ်း သို့ လိုက် သောသူ၊

14 Who take pleasure in wrongdoing, and have joy in the evil designs of the sinner;

၁၄ဒုစရိုက် ၌ မွေ့လျော် ၍ အဓမ္မ လူ၏ ကောက်လိမ် ခြင်းကို အားရ နှစ်သက်သောသူ၊

15 Whose ways are not straight, and whose footsteps are turned to evil:

၁၅ဖြောင့် သောလမ်းသို့မလိုက်၊ ကောက် သော လမ်း သို့သာ လိုက်သောသူ တို့၏လက်မှ၎င်း၊

16 To take you out of the power of the strange woman, who says smooth words with her tongue;

၁၆အမျိုး ပျက်သောမိန်းမ ၊ နှုတ် နှင့်ချော့မော့ တတ် သော ပြည်တန်ဆာ မိန်းမ၊

17 Who is false to the husband of her early years, and does not keep the agreement of her God in mind:

၁၇အသက် ငယ်စဉ်ပဲ့ပြင်သော ကျေးဇူးရှင် ကိုစွန့် ၍ ၊ မိမိ ဘုရား သခင်၏ ပဋိညာဉ် တရားကို မေ့လျော့ သော မိန်းမလက်မှ ၎င်း၊ သင့် ကို ကယ်တင် လိမ့်မည်။

18 For her house is on the way down to death; her footsteps go down to the shades:

၁၈ထိုမိန်းမ ၏အိမ် သည် သေ ခြင်းနှင့်၎င်း၊ သူ လိုက်သော လမ်း တို့သည် သင်္ချိုင်း သားနေရာနှင့် ၎င်း စပ်ဆိုင်သဖြင့်၊

19 Those who go to her do not come back again; their feet do not keep in the ways of life:

၁၉သူ ၏အိမ်သို့ဝင် သောသူ တစုံ တယောက်မျှ မ ပြန် ရ။ အသက် လမ်း ကို မ မှီ ရ။

20 So that you may go in the way of good men, and keep in the footsteps of the upright.

၂၀သင်သည် သူတော်ကောင်း တို့၏ လမ်း သို့ ရှောက် ၍ ၊ ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူတို့ ၏ လမ်းခရီး ထဲက မ ထွက်ဘဲ အစဉ်တစိုက်လိုက်ရမည်အကြောင်းတည်း။

21 For the upright will be living in the land, and the good will have it for their heritage.

၂၁ဖြောင့်မတ် သောသူတို့သည်ပြည် တော်၌နေ ၍ ၊ စုံလင် သောသူတို့ သည် နေရာ ကျကြလိမ့်မည်။

22 But sinners will be cut off from the land, and those whose acts are false will be uprooted.

၂၂အဓမ္မ လူတို့မူကား ၊ ပြည် တော်မှ ပယ်ရှင်း ခြင်း၊ လွန်ကျူး သောသူတို့ သည် နှုတ်ပစ် ခြင်းကိုခံရကြ လိမ့်မည်။
