Job 21
1 Then Job made answer and said,
၁ယောဘပြန်၍ မြွက်ဆိုသည်ကား၊
2 Give attention with care to my words; and let this be your comfort.
၂ငါ့စကားကိုစေ့စေ့နားထောင်၍ ငါ့အားနှစ်သိမ့် ခြင်းကို ပြုကြလော့။
3 Let me say what is in my mind, and after that, go on making sport of me.
၃ငါပြောရသောအခွင့်ရှိစေခြင်းငှါ သည်းခံကြ လော့။ ငါပြောပြီးမှ ပြက်ယယ်ပြုချင်လျှင် ပြုကြလော့။
4 As for me, is my outcry against man? is it then to be wondered at if my spirit is troubled?
၄ငါမြည်တမ်းသောအရာနှင့် လူဆိုင်သလော။ အဘယ်ကြောင့် စိတ်မတိုသင့်သနည်း။
5 Take note of me and be full of wonder, put your hand on your mouth.
၅ငါ့ကိုကြည့်ရှုလျက် မိန်းမောတွေဝေ၍၊ သင်တို့ပစပ်ကို သင်တို့ လက်နှင့် ဖုံးအုပ် ကြလော။
6 At the very thought of it my flesh is shaking with fear.
၆ငါသည်အောက်မေ့သောအခါ။ မိန်းမောတွေဝေ၍၊ ကိုယ်အသားသည် တုန်လှုပ်လျက်ရှိ၏။
7 Why is life given to the evil-doers? why do they become old and strong in power?
၇လူဆိုးတို့သည် အသက်ရှင်ရုံမျှမက၊ အဘယ်ကြောင့် အသက်ကြီး၍ ဘုန်းစည်းစိမ်နှင့် ပြည့်စုံကြ သနည်း။
8 Their children are ever with them, and their offspring before their eyes.
၈သူတို့သားသမီးတို့သည် သူတို့ပတ်ဝန်းကျင် အရပ်၌၎င်း၊ သူတို့အမျိုးအနွယ်သည် သူတို့ရှေ့မှောက် ၌၎င်း နေရာကျကြ၏။
9 Their houses are free from fear, and the rod of God does not come on them.
၉သူတို့အိမ်များသည်လည်း ဘေးနှင့်လွတ်၍ ငြိမ်ဝပ်ကြ၏။ ဘုရားသခင်ဒဏ်ခတ်တော်မူခြင်းနှင့် ကင်းလွတ်ကြ၏။
10 Their ox is ready at all times to give seed; their cow gives birth, without dropping her young.
၁၀သူတို့နွားလားသည် မချွတ်မလွှဲ အရွယ်လိုက်တတ်၏။ နွားမသည်လည်း ဝမ်းပိုးမပျက်ဘွားတတ်၏။
11 They send out their young ones like a flock, and their children have pleasure in the dance,
၁၁သူတို့သူငယ်များကို သိုးစုကဲ့သို့လွှတ်၍၊ သားသမီးတို့သည် ကခုန်တတ်ကြ၏။
12 They make songs to the instruments of music, and are glad at the sound of the pipe.
၁၂သူတို့သည် ပတ်တာနှင့်စောင်းကို တီးလျက်၊ သီချင်းဆို၍ နှဲခရာမှုတ်သံနှင့် ဝမ်းမြောက်တတ်ကြ၏။
13 Their days come to an end without trouble, and suddenly they go down to the underworld. (Sheol h7585)
၁၃ပျော်မွေ့လျက် အသက်ကာလကို လွန်စေ၍၊ ချက်ခြင်းသေမင်းနိုင်ငံသို့ ဆင်းသက်တတ်ကြ၏။ (Sheol h7585)
14 Though they said to God, Go away from us, for we have no desire for the knowledge of your ways.
၁၄ဘုရားသခင်အားလည်း၊ ငါ့တို့ထံမှ ထွက်သွားလော့။ ကိုယ်တော်၏တရားကို ငါတို့မသိလိုဟူ၍၎င်း၊
15 What is the Ruler of all, that we may give him worship? and what profit is it to us to make prayer to him?
၁၅အနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင်သည် အဘယ်သို့သောသူဖြစ်၍ ငါတို့သည် ဝတ်ပြုရမည်နည်း။သူ့ကိုဆုတောင်းလျှင် အဘယ်ကျေးဇူးရှိလိမ့်မည်နည်းဟူ၍၎င်း ဆိုတတ်ကြ၏။
16 Truly, is not their well-being in their power? (The purpose of the evil-doers is far from me.)
၁၆သို့သော်လည်း သူတို့သည် ကိုယ်စည်းစိမ်ကို ကိုယ်မပိုင်ကြ။ မတရားသောသူတို့၏ အကြံအစည်ကို ငါသည် ဝန်မခံ။
17 How frequently is the light of the evil-doers put out, or does trouble come on them? how frequently does his wrath take them with cords?
၁၇မတရားသောသူတို့၏ မီးခွက်သည် သေ၍၊ သူတို့ကို ဖျက်ဆီးခြင်းငှါ ဘုရားသခင်သည် အမျက်တော် ထွက်သဖြင့်၊ ဘယ်နှစ်ကြိမ်ဘေးဥပဒ်တို့ကို စီရင်တော်မူ ဘူးသည်ကို၎င်း၊
18 How frequently are they as dry stems before the wind, or as grass taken away by the storm-wind?
၁၈သူတို့သည် လေရှေ့မှာအမှိုက်နှင့် မုန်တိုင်းတိုက် သွားသော ဖွဲကဲ့သို့ ဘယ်နှစ်ကြိမ်ဖြစ်ဘူးသည်ကို၎င်း၊
19 You say, God keeps punishment stored up for his children. Let him send it on the man himself, so that he may have the punishment of it!
၁၉ဘုရားသခင်သည် သူ၏အပြစ်ကို သူ၏သားသမီးတို့အဘို့ ဘယ်နှစ်ကြိမ် သိုထားတော်မူဘူးသည်ကို ၎င်း၊ သူသည်ကိုယ်တိုင်သိ၍၊
20 Let his eyes see his trouble, and let him be full of the wrath of the Ruler of all!
၂၀ကိုယ်ပျက်စီးခြင်းကိုကိုယ် မျက်စိနှင့် မြင်လျက်၊ အနန္တတန်ခိုးရှင်၏အမျက်တော်ကို သောက်စိမ့်သောငှါ၊ သူ၏အပြစ်ကို ဘယ်နှစ်ကြိမ်ဆပ်ပေးတော်မူဘူးသည်ကို ၎င်းသိမှတ်ကြလော့။
21 For what interest has he in his house after him, when the number of his months is ended?
၂၁သူနေရသောနှစ်လစေ့သောအခါ၊ သူ့သားသမီးတို့၌ ရောက်သောအမှုနှင့် သူသည် အဘယ်သို့ ဆိုင်သနည်း။
22 Is anyone able to give teaching to God? for he is the judge of those who are on high.
၂၂မြင့်သောအရပ်၌နေသောသူတို့ကို အစိုးရတော်မူသော ဘုရားသခင်ကိုအဘယ်သူ သွန်သင်လိမ့်မည် နည်း။
23 One comes to his end in complete well-being, full of peace and quiet:
၂၃တယောက်သောသူကား ခွန်အားနှင့် ပြည့်စုံ လျက်၊ ငြိမ်ဝပ်ချမ်းသာစွာ သေတတ်၏။
24 His buckets are full of milk, and there is no loss of strength in his bones.
၂၄သူ၏နံဖေးတို့သည် ဆူဖြိုး၍၊ အရိုးတို့လည်း ခြင်ဆီနှင့် စိုစွတ်ကြ၏။
25 And another comes to his end with a bitter soul, without ever tasting good.
၂၅တယောက်သောသူကား တခါမျှမပျော်မွေ့၊ စိတ်ညှိုးငယ်လျက် သေတတ်၏။
26 Together they go down to the dust, and are covered by the worm.
၂၆နှစ်ယောက်လုံးတို့သည် မခြားမနာ၊ မြေမှုန့်၌ အိပ်၍ တီကောင်များ ဖုံးလွှမ်းခြင်းကို ခံရကြ၏။
27 See, I am conscious of your thoughts, and of your violent purposes against me;
၂၇သင်တို့သည် အောက်မေ့သောအရာ၊ ငါ့ကို မနာလိုသော စိတ်နှင့်ဆင်ခြင်သောအရာတို့ကို ငါသိ၏။
28 For you say, Where is the house of the ruler, and where is the tent of the evil-doer?
၂၈အာဏာထားတတ်သော သူ၏အိမ်သည် အဘယ်မှာရှိသနည်း။ မတရားသောသူတို့၏ ဘုံဗိမာန်တို့ သည် အဘယ်မှာရှိသနည်းဟု သင်တို့သည် ဆိုကြလိမ့် မည်။
29 Have you not put the question to the travellers, and do you not take note of their experience?
၂၉ခရီးသွားသောသူတို့ကို မမေးကြဘူးသလော။
30 How the evil man goes free in the day of trouble, and has salvation in the day of wrath?
၃၀ဖျက်ဆီးရာနေ့ရက်ကာလဘို့ မတရားသော သူတို့သည် ယခုဘေးလွတ်လိမ့်မည်အကြောင်း၊ ဒေါသ အမျက်ခံရာနေ့ရက်ကာလဘို့ယခုထွက်မြောက်လိမ့်မည် အကြောင်းတည်းဟူသောသူတို့လက္ခဏာသက်သေများကို မသိကြသလော။
31 Who will make his way clear to his face? and if he has done a thing, who gives him punishment for it?
၃၁သူပြုသောအမှုကို သူ့ရှေ့မှာ အဘယ်သူဘော်ပြလိမ့်မည်နည်း။ သူ၏အပြစ်နှင့်အလျောက် အဘယ်သူ ဆပ်ပေးလိမ့်မည်နည်း။
32 He is taken to his last resting-place, and keeps watch over it.
၃၂သူသည် သင်္ဂြိုဟ်ခြင်းသို့ရောက်၍၊ သူ၏သင်္ချိုင်းပုံကို အစောင့်ထားကြလိမ့်မည်။
33 The earth of the valley covering his bones is sweet to him, and all men come after him, as there were unnumbered before him.
၃၃သူသည် ချိုင့်မြေစိုင်တို့ကို ချိုနိုးထင်လိမ့်မည်။ မရေတွက်နိုင်အောင်များစွာသောသူတို့သည် သူ့ရှေ့၌ သွားနှင့်သကဲ့သို့၊ သူသည် လူခပ်သိမ်းတို့ကို မိမိနောက်၌ သွေးဆောင်လိမ့်မည်။
34 Why then do you give me comfort with words in which there is no profit, when you see that there is nothing in your answers but deceit?
၃၄သို့ဖြစ်၍ သင်တို့ပြန်ပြောသော စကား၌ မုသာပါသောကြောင့်၊ အဘယ်သို့ငါ့ကို အချည်းနှီးနှစ်သိမ့်စေ ကြလိမ့်မည်နည်းဟု မြွက်ဆို၏။
