Mark 13
1 And as he went forth out of the temple, one of his disciples saith unto him, Teacher, behold, what manner of stones and what manner of buildings!
| و چون او از هیکل بیرون می‌رفت، یکی از شاگردانش بدو گفت: «ای استادملاحظه فرما چه نوع سنگها و چه عمارت ها است!» | ۱ |
2 And Jesus said unto him, Seest thou these great buildings? there shall not be left here one stone upon another, which shall not be thrown down.
| عیسی در جواب وی گفت: «آیا این عمارت های عظیمه را می‌نگری؟ بدان که سنگی بر سنگی گذارده نخواهد شد، مگر آنکه به زیرافکنده شود!» | ۲ |
3 And as he sat on the mount of Olives over against the temple, Peter and James and John and Andrew asked him privately,
| و چون او بر کوه زیتون، مقابل هیکل نشسته بود، پطرس و یعقوب و یوحنا و اندریاس سر ازوی پرسیدند: | ۳ |
4 Tell us, when shall these things be? and what [shall be] the sign when these things are all about to be accomplished?
| «ما را خبر بده که این امور کی واقع می‌شود و علامت نزدیک شدن این امورچیست؟» | ۴ |
5 And Jesus began to say unto them, Take heed that no man lead you astray.
| آنگاه عیسی در جواب ایشان سخن آغازکرد که «زنهار کسی شما را گمراه نکند! | ۵ |
6 Many shall come in my name, saying, I am [he]; and shall lead many astray.
| زیرا که بسیاری به نام من آمده، خواهند گفت که من هستم و بسیاری را گمراه خواهند نمود. | ۶ |
7 And when ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars, be not troubled: [these things] must needs come to pass; but the end is not yet.
| اما چون جنگها و اخبار جنگها را بشنوید، مضطرب مشوید زیرا که وقوع این حوادث ضروری است لیکن انتها هنوز نیست. | ۷ |
8 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; there shall be earthquakes in divers places; there shall be famines: these things are the beginning of travail.
| زیرا که امتی بر امتی ومملکتی بر مملکتی خواهند برخاست و زلزله هادر جایها حادث خواهد شد و قحطی‌ها واغتشاش‌ها پدید می‌آید؛ و اینها ابتدای دردهای زه می‌باشد. | ۸ |
9 But take ye heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in synagogues shall ye be beaten; and before governors and kings shall ye stand for my sake, for a testimony unto them.
| «لیکن شما از برای خود احتیاط کنید زیرا که شما را به شوراها خواهند سپرد و در کنایس تازیانه‌ها خواهند زد و شما را پیش حکام وپادشاهان بخاطر من حاضر خواهند کرد تا برایشان شهادتی شود. | ۹ |
10 And the gospel must first be preached unto all the nations.
| و لازم است که انجیل اول بر تمامی امتها موعظه شود. | ۱۰ |
11 And when they lead you [to judgment], and deliver you up, be not anxious beforehand what ye shall speak: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye; for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Spirit.
| و چون شما راگرفته، تسلیم کنند، میندیشید که چه بگویید ومتفکر مباشید بلکه آنچه در آن ساعت به شما عطاشود، آن را گویید زیرا گوینده شما نیستید بلکه روح‌القدس است. | ۱۱ |
12 And brother shall deliver up brother to death, and the father his child; and children shall rise up against parents, and cause them to be put to death.
| آنگاه برادر، برادر را و پدر، فرزند را به هلاکت خواهند سپرد و فرزندان بروالدین خود برخاسته، ایشان را به قتل خواهندرسانید. | ۱۲ |
13 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that endureth to the end, the same shall be saved.
| و تمام خلق بجهت اسم من شما رادشمن خواهند داشت. اما هر‌که تا به آخر صبرکند، همان نجات یابد. | ۱۳ |
14 But when ye see the abomination of desolation standing where he ought not (let him that readeth understand), then let them that are in Judæa flee unto the mountains:
| «پس چون مکروه ویرانی را که به زبان دانیال نبی گفته شده است، در جایی که نمی بایدبرپا بینید - آنکه می‌خواند بفهمد - آنگاه آنانی که در یهودیه می‌باشند، به کوهستان فرار کنند، | ۱۴ |
15 and let him that is on the housetop not go down, nor enter in, to take anything out of his house:
| و هر‌که بر بام باشد، به زیر نیاید و به خانه داخل نشود تا چیزی از آن ببرد، | ۱۵ |
16 and let him that is in the field not return back to take his cloak.
| و آنکه در مزرعه است، برنگردد تا رخت خود را بردارد. | ۱۶ |
17 But woe unto them that are with child and to them that give suck in those days!
| اما وای بر آبستنان و شیر دهندگان در آن ایام. | ۱۷ |
18 And pray ye that it be not in the winter.
| و دعاکنید که فرار شما در زمستان نشود، | ۱۸ |
19 For those days shall be tribulation, such as there hath not been the like from the beginning of the creation which God created until now, and never shall be.
| زیرا که درآن ایام، چنان مصیبتی خواهد شد که از ابتدای خلقتی که خدا آفرید تاکنون نشده و نخواهد شد. | ۱۹ |
20 And except the Lord had shortened the days, no flesh would have been saved; but for the elect’s sake, whom he chose, he shortened the days.
| و اگر خداوند آن روزها را کوتاه نکردی، هیچ بشری نجات نیافتی. لیکن بجهت برگزیدگانی که انتخاب نموده است، آن ایام را کوتاه ساخت. | ۲۰ |
21 And then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is the Christ; or, Lo, there; believe [it] not:
| «پس هرگاه کسی به شما گوید اینک مسیح در اینجاست یا اینک در آنجا، باور مکنید. | ۲۱ |
22 for there shall arise false Christs and false prophets, and shall show signs and wonders, that they may lead astray, if possible, the elect.
| زانرو که مسیحان دروغ و انبیای کذبه ظاهرشده، آیات و معجزات از ایشان صادر خواهدشد، بقسمی که اگر ممکن بودی، برگزیدگان را هم گمراه نمودندی. | ۲۲ |
23 But take ye heed: behold, I have told you all things beforehand.
| لیکن شما برحذر باشید! | ۲۳ |
24 But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,
| و درآن روزهای بعد از آن مصیبت خورشید تاریک گردد و ماه نور خود را بازگیرد، | ۲۴ |
25 and the stars shall be falling from heaven, and the powers that are in the heavens shall be shaken.
| و ستارگان ازآسمان فرو ریزند و قوای افلاک متزلزل خواهدگشت. | ۲۵ |
26 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in clouds with great power and glory.
| آنگاه پسر انسان را بینند که با قوت وجلال عظیم بر ابرها می‌آید. | ۲۶ |
27 And then shall he send forth the angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.
| در آن وقت، فرشتگان خود را از جهات اربعه از انتهای زمین تابه اقصای فلک فراهم خواهد آورد. | ۲۷ |
28 Now from the fig tree learn her parable: when her branch is now become tender, and putteth forth its leaves, ye know that the summer is nigh;
| «الحال از درخت انجیر مثلش را فراگیریدکه چون شاخه‌اش نازک شده، برگ می‌آوردمی دانید که تابستان نزدیک است. | ۲۸ |
29 even so ye also, when ye see these things coming to pass, know ye that he is nigh, [even] at the doors.
| همچنین شما نیز چون این چیزها را واقع بینید، بدانید که نزدیک بلکه بر در است. | ۲۹ |
30 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, until all these things be accomplished.
| هرآینه به شمامی گویم تا جمیع این حوادث واقع نشود، این فرقه نخواهند گذشت. | ۳۰ |
31 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.
| آسمان و زمین زایل می‌شود، لیکن کلمات من هرگز زایل نشود. | ۳۱ |
32 But of that day or that hour knoweth no one, not even the angels in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.
| ولی از آن روز و ساعت غیر از پدرهیچ‌کس اطلاع ندارد، نه فرشتگان در آسمان و نه پسر هم. | ۳۲ |
33 Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.
| «پس برحذر و بیدار شده، دعا کنیدزیرا نمی دانید که آن وقت کی می‌شود. | ۳۳ |
34 [It is] as [when] a man, sojourning in another country, having left his house, and given authority to his servants, to each one his work, commanded also the porter to watch.
| مثل کسی‌که عازم سفر شده، خانه خود را واگذارد وخادمان خود را قدرت داده، هر یکی را به شغلی خاص مقرر نماید و دربان را امر فرماید که بیداربماند. | ۳۴ |
35 Watch therefore: for ye know not when the lord of the house cometh, whether at even, or at midnight, or at cockcrowing, or in the morning;
| پس بیدار باشید زیرا نمی دانید که در چه وقت صاحب‌خانه می‌آید، در شام یا نصف شب یا بانگ خروس یا صبح. | ۳۵ |
36 lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping.
| مبادا ناگهان آمده شما را خفته یابد. | ۳۶ |
37 And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.
| اما آنچه به شما می‌گویم، به همه می‌گویم: بیدار باشید!» | ۳۷ |
