< Psalms 8 >

1 For the Chief Musician; on an instrument of Gath. A Psalm by David. LORD, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! You have set your glory above the heavens!
MAING at Kaun, mar omui meid lingan nan sap karos! Irail kin kapinga komui nanlang!
2 From the lips of babes and infants you have established strength, because of your adversaries, that you might silence the enemy and the avenger.
Sang nan au en seri pwelel, o ir me kin kangkang didi, re kotin wia kidar manaman eu ong omui imwintiti kan, pwe komui en kamela me imwintiti o, o me aktuau o.
3 When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have ordained,
Ma i kilekilang lang, dodok en lim omui, saunipong o usu kan, me re kotin wiadar:
4 what is man, that you think of him? What is the son of man, that you care for him?
Dakot aramas o, pwe komui kin kotin kupkupura i, de nain aramas, pwe komui kin kotin apapwali i?
5 For you have made him a little lower than the angels, and crowned him with glory and honor.
Re kotin kasapwilidier i ansau kis pan tounlang kan, a re kalinganadar i, o kawauialar i.
6 You make him ruler over the works of your hands. You have put all things under his feet:
Re kasapwiladanger i wiawia en lim omui kan. Kom kotin kaloedier karos pan nä a kan:
7 All sheep and cattle, yes, and the animals of the field,
Sip o kau kan, o pil man en sap akan,
8 the birds of the sky, the fish of the sea, and whatever passes through the paths of the seas.
O manpir en pan lang, o mam en nan sed, karos me kin memaureki nan madau.
9 LORD, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth!
Ieowa at Kaun, mar omui meid lingan nan sap karos!
