< Psalms 72 >

1 By Solomon. God, give the king your justice; your righteousness to the royal son.
Ha na Solomo. O! Mawu, tsɔ wò afia nyui tsotso do na fia la, kple wò dzɔdzɔenyenye na fiavi la.
2 He will judge your people with righteousness, and your poor with justice.
Adrɔ̃ ʋɔnu na wò dukɔ la le dzɔdzɔenyenye me, eye wòatso afia nyui na ame siwo ƒe dzi gbã la.
3 The mountains shall bring prosperity to the people. The hills bring the fruit of righteousness.
Towo atsɔ kesinɔnuwo vɛ na wò dukɔ, eye togbɛwo atsɔ dzɔdzɔenyenye ƒe kutsetse vɛ na wo.
4 He will judge the poor of the people. He will save the children of the needy, and will break the oppressor in pieces.
Aʋli ame siwo ƒe dzi gbã la ta, axɔ na hiãtɔwo ƒe viwo, eye wòagbã ameteɖetola la nyanyanya.
5 They shall fear you while the sun endures; and as long as the moon, throughout all generations.
Zi ale si ɣe kple ɣleti li la, anɔ te le dzidzimewo katã me.
6 He will come down like rain on the mown grass, as showers that water the earth.
Anɔ abe tsidzadza ɖe anyigba si dzi woƒo gbe le kple agbafie si dza ɖe anyigba hede tsii ene.
7 In his days, the righteous shall flourish, and abundance of peace, until the moon is no more.
Ame dzɔdzɔewo ayi ŋgɔ le eƒe ɣeyiɣiwo me, eye kesinɔnuwo ado agbogbo va se ɖe esime ɣleti magaɖi o.
8 He shall have dominion also from sea to sea, from the River to the ends of the earth.
Aɖu fia tso atsiaƒu ƒe go sia dzi ayi go kemɛ dzi, tso tɔsisi to ase ɖe anyigba la ƒe mlɔenuwo ke.
9 Those who dwell in the wilderness shall bow before him. His enemies shall lick the dust.
Dukɔ siwo le gbegbe la ade ta agu nɛ, eye eƒe futɔwo aɖuɖɔ ʋuʋudedi.
10 The kings of Tarshish and of the islands will bring tribute. The kings of Sheba and Seba shall offer gifts.
Tarsis fia kple didiƒe ƒutatɔwo ahe adzɔ vɛ nɛ, eye Sieba kple Seba fiawo atsɔ nunanawo vɛ nɛ.
11 Yes, all kings shall fall down before him. All nations shall serve him.
Fiawo katã ade ta agu nɛ, eye dukɔwo katã asubɔe,
12 For he will deliver the needy when he cries; the poor, who has no helper.
elabena aɖe hiãtɔ si le avi fam kple wɔmenɔ si xɔnametɔ aɖeke meli na o.
13 He will have pity on the poor and needy. He will save the souls of the needy.
Akpɔ nublanui na ame gblɔewo kple hiãtɔwo, eye wòaɖe ame dahewo tso ku me.
14 He will redeem their soul from oppression and violence. Their blood will be precious in his sight.
Aɖe wo le teteɖeanyi kple ŋutasesẽ me, elabena woƒe ʋu xɔ asi le eŋkume.
15 He will live; and Sheba’s gold will be given to him. Men will pray for him continually. They will bless him all day long.
Fia la nenɔ agbe tegbee! Wonetsɔ Seba sika nɛ. Amewo nedo gbe ɖa ɖe eta ɖaa, eye wòayra ŋkeke blibo la.
16 Abundance of grain shall be throughout the land. Its fruit sways like Lebanon. Let it flourish, thriving like the grass of the field.
Bli nedo agbogbo ɖe anyigba la katã dzi; eye neʋã ɖe togbɛwo katã dzi. Blitiawo netri abe Lebanontɔwo ene, eye woanɔ abe gbe le gbedzi ene.
17 His name endures forever. His name continues as long as the sun. Men shall be blessed by him. All nations will call him blessed.
Eƒe ŋkɔ nenɔ anyi ɖaa, eye nenɔ anyi zi ale si ɣe le keklẽm. Woayra dukɔwo katã to eya amea dzi, eye woayɔe be yayratɔ.
18 Praise be to the LORD God, the God of Israel, who alone does marvelous deeds.
Woakafu Yehowa Mawu, Israel ƒe Mawu la, eya ame si ko wɔa nu dzɔatsuwo.
19 Blessed be his glorious name forever! Let the whole earth be filled with his glory! Amen and amen.
Woakafu eƒe ŋkɔ si ŋu ŋutikɔkɔe le la tso mavɔ me yi ɖe mavɔ me; eƒe ŋutikɔkɔe neyɔ anyigba blibo la dzi.
20 This ends the prayers by David, the son of Jesse.
