Psalms 69
1 For the Chief Musician. To the tune of “Lilies.” By David. Save me, God, for the waters have come up to my neck!
၁အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ကယ်ယူတော်မူပါဘုရား။ ရေသည် အကျွန်ုပ်အသက်ဝိညာဉ်တိုင်အောင် ရောက်ပါပြီ။
2 I sink in deep mire, where there is no foothold. I have come into deep waters, where the floods overflow me.
၂ခြေနင်းရာမရှိ။ နက်လှသော ရွှံ့ထဲမှာ ကျွံပါပြီ။ လှိုင်းတံပိုးလွှမ်းမိုးရာ နက်သော ရေထဲသို့ ရောက်ပါပြီ။
3 I am weary with my crying. My throat is dry. My eyes fail looking for my God.
၃အော်ဟစ်၍ ပင်ပန်းပါပြီ။ လည်ချောင်းခြောက်ပါပြီ။ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ဘုရားသခင်ကို အကျွန်ုပ်မျှော်ကြည့် ၍ မျက်စိပျက်ပါပြီ။
4 Those who hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of my head. Those who want to cut me off, being my enemies wrongfully, are mighty. I have to restore what I did not take away.
၄အကြောင်းမရှိဘဲ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မုန်းသောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်၏ဆံပင်ထက်များကြပါ၏။ မဟုတ်မမှန် ဘဲ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ရန်ဘက်ပြု၍ ဖျက်ဆီးသော သူတို့သည် ခွန်အားကြီးကြပါ၏။ ထိုအခါ အကျွန်ုပ်သည် မယူသော ဥစ္စာကိုပင် ပြန်ပေးရပါ၏။
5 God, you know my foolishness. My sins are not hidden from you.
၅အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်မိုက်ခြင်းအမှုကို ကိုယ်တော်သိတော်မူ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်၏အပြစ်တို့ကို ရှေ့တော်၌ ဝှက်၍ မထားရပါ။
6 Do not let those who wait for you be shamed through me, Lord GOD of Armies. Do not let those who seek you be brought to dishonor through me, God of Israel.
၆ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေသခင်အရှင်ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို မြော်လင့်သောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် အကြောင်းကြောင့် စိတ်မပျက်ကြပါစေနှင့်။ ဣသရေလအမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင်၊ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ရှာသော သူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်အကြောင်းကြောင့် ရှက်ကြောက်ခြင်းသို့ မရောက်ကြပါစေနှင့်။
7 Because for your sake, I have borne reproach. Shame has covered my face.
၇ကိုယ်တော်အတွက် အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ကဲ့ရဲ့ခြင်းကို ခံရပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်မျက်နှာသည် ရှက်ခြင်းနှင့် ပြည့်စုံပါ၏။
8 I have become a stranger to my brothers, an alien to my mother’s children.
၈ကိုယ်ညီအစ်ကိုတို့တွင်၊ လူစိမ်းဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါပြီ။ တမိတည်းသော ပေါက်ဘော်တို့တွင်၊ တကျွန်းတနိုင်ငံသား ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါပြီ။
9 For the zeal of your house consumes me. The reproaches of those who reproach you have fallen on me.
၉ကိုယ်တော်၏အိမ်တော်၌ စွဲလမ်းပူပန်ခြင်းစိတ်သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို စားပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ကဲ့ရဲ့သော သူတို့၏စကားသည် အကျွန်ုပ်အပေါ်သို့ ရောက်ပါ၏။
10 When I wept and I fasted, that was to my reproach.
၁၀အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ငိုကြွေး၍ စိတ်နှလုံးပါလျက်၊ အစာရှောင်သော အကျင့်ကြောင့်ပင် ကဲ့ရဲ့ခြင်းကို ခံရပါ၏။
11 When I made sackcloth my clothing, I became a byword to them.
၁၁လျှော်တေအဝတ်ကို ဝတ်သောအခါ၊ သူတို့သည် သရော်တတ်ကြပါ၏။
12 Those who sit in the gate talk about me. I am the song of the drunkards.
၁၂ရုံး၌ ထိုင်သောသူတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်တဘက်မှာ ပြောဆို၍၊ သေသောက်ကြူးတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို အကြောင်းပြုလျက် တေးဘွဲ့၍ ဆိုတတ်ကြပါ၏။
13 But as for me, my prayer is to you, LORD, in an acceptable time. God, in the abundance of your loving kindness, answer me in the truth of your salvation.
၁၃အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ အကျွန်ုပ်မူကား၊ မင်္ဂလာအချိန်ကာလ၌ ကိုယ်တော်ကို ဆုတောင်းပါ၏။ အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ ကရုဏာတော် ကြွယ်ဝသည်နှင့်အညီ၊ ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်း သစ္စာအတိုင်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ် စကားကို နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။
14 Deliver me out of the mire, and do not let me sink. Let me be delivered from those who hate me, and out of the deep waters.
၁၄အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ရွှံ့ထဲက ကယ်နှုတ်တော်မူပါ။ နစ်စေတော်မမူပါနှင့်။ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မုန်းသောသူတို့ လက်မှ၎င်း၊ နက်သော ရေထဲက၎င်း လွှတ်ပါစေသော။
15 Do not let the flood waters overwhelm me, neither let the deep swallow me up. Do not let the pit shut its mouth on me.
၁၅ရေထ၍ မလွှမ်းပါစေနှင့်။ နက်နဲရာ၌ မမြုပ်ပါစေနှင့်။ အကျွန်ုပ်အပေါ်မှာ တွင်းဝမပိတ်ပါစေနှင့်။
16 Answer me, LORD, for your loving kindness is good. According to the multitude of your tender mercies, turn to me.
၁၆အိုထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကျေးဇူးပြုချင်သော စေတနာတော်သည် ကောင်းမွန်သောကြောင့်၊ အကျွန်ုပ်စကား ကို နားထောင်တော်မူပါ။ စုံမက်တော်မူခြင်း ကရုဏာများပြားသည်နှင့်အညီ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်ကို မျက်နှာ ပြတော်မူပါ။
17 Do not hide your face from your servant, for I am in distress. Answer me speedily!
၁၇ကိုယ်တော်၏ ကျွန်မှ မျက်နှာတော်ကို လွှဲတော်မမူပါနှင့်။ ဘေးရောက်ပါပြီ။ အလျင်အမြန် နားထောင် တော်မူပါ။
18 Draw near to my soul and redeem it. Ransom me because of my enemies.
၁၈အကျွန်ုပ်၏အသက်ဝိညာဉ်သို့ ချဉ်းကပ်၍ ရွေးတော်မူပါ။ ရန်သူများရှိကြောင်းကို ထောက်၍ ချမ်းသာပေးတော်မူပါ။
19 You know my reproach, my shame, and my dishonor. My adversaries are all before you.
၁၉အကျွန်ုပ်ခံရသော ကဲ့ရဲ့ခြင်း၊ အရှက်ကွဲခြင်း၊ အသရေပျက်ခြင်းတို့ကို ကိုယ်တော်သည် သိတော်မူ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ်၏ ရန်သူအပေါင်းတို့သည် ရှေ့တော်၌ ထင်ရှားလျက် ရှိကြပါ၏။
20 Reproach has broken my heart, and I am full of heaviness. I looked for some to take pity, but there was none; for comforters, but I found none.
၂၀ကဲ့ရဲ့ခြင်းအားဖြင့် အကျွန်ုပ်သည် စိတ်ပျက်၍ အလွန်ပူဆွေးခြင်း ရှိပါ၏။ သနားသောသူကို ကြည့်၍ မမြင်။ သက်သာစေသောသူကို ရှာ၍ မတွေ့ရပါ။
21 They also gave me poison for my food. In my thirst, they gave me vinegar to drink.
၂၁အကျွန်ုပ်စားစရာဘို့ ဆေးခါးကို ကျွေးကြပါ၏။ ရေငတ်သောအခါ ပုံးရည်ကို တိုက်ကြပါ၏။
22 Let their table before them become a snare. May it become a retribution and a trap.
၂၂သူတို့စားပွဲသည် သူတို့ရှေ့မှာ ကျော့ကွင်းသော်၎င်း၊ ခံထိုက်သောအပြစ်သော်၎င်း၊ ထောင်ချောက်သော် ၎င်း ဖြစ်ပါစေ။
23 Let their eyes be darkened, so that they cannot see. Let their backs be continually bent.
၂၃သူတို့သည် မမြင်နိုင်အောင် မျက်စိကွယ်ပါစေ။ သူတို့ခါးသည်လည်း အစဉ်တုန်ပါစေ။
24 Pour out your indignation on them. Let the fierceness of your anger overtake them.
၂၄သူတို့အပေါ်မှာ အမျက်တော်ကို သွန်းလောင်းတော်မူ၍၊ အမျက်တော်အရှိန်သည် သူတို့ကို မှီပါစေ။
25 Let their habitation be desolate. Let no one dwell in their tents.
၂၅သူတို့နေရာအရပ်သည် လူဆိတ်ညံရာအရပ် ဖြစ်ပါစေ။ သူတို့အိမ်၌နေသောသူ မရှိပါစေနှင့်။
26 For they persecute him whom you have wounded. They tell of the sorrow of those whom you have hurt.
၂၆အကြောင်းမူကား၊ သူတို့သည် ဒဏ်ခတ်တော်မူသော သူကို ညှဉ်းဆဲကြပါ၏။ နာစေတော်မူသောသူတို့ကို ထပ်၍ နာစေကြပါ၏။
27 Charge them with crime upon crime. Do not let them come into your righteousness.
၂၇သူတို့အပြစ်၌ အပြစ်ကိုထပ်၍ ပေးတော်မူပါ။ ကုသိုလ်တော်နှင့် မဆိုင်ကြပါစေနှင့်။
28 Let them be blotted out of the book of life, and not be written with the righteous.
၂၈အသက်ရှင်သောသူတို့စာရင်း၌ သူတို့နာမည်များကို ချေ၍၊ ဖြောင့်မတ်သောသူတို့နှင့် အတူမရေး မမှတ်ပါစေနှင့်။
29 But I am in pain and distress. Let your salvation, God, protect me.
၂၉အကျွန်ုပ်မူကား၊ ဆင်းရဲငြိုငြင်ပါ၏။ အိုဘုရားသခင်၊ ကယ်တင်တော်မူခြင်း ကျေးဇူးသည် အကျွန်ုပ်ကို ချီးမြှင့်ပါစေသော။
30 I will praise the name of God with a song, and will magnify him with thanksgiving.
၃၀ငါသည် ဘုရားသခင်၏ နာမတော်ကို ထောမနာသီချင်းဆိုမည်။ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ပြ၍ ဘုရားသခင်ကို ချီးမွမ်းမည်။
31 It will please the LORD better than an ox, or a bull that has horns and hoofs.
၃၁ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ချိုနှင့်၎င်း၊ ခွါနှင့်၎င်း ပြည့်စုံသော နွားလားကို နှစ်သက်သည်ထက်၊ ထိုအကျင့်ကို သာ၍ နှစ်သက်တော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
32 The humble have seen it, and are glad. You who seek after God, let your heart live.
၃၂နှိမ့်ချသော သူတို့သည် မြင်၍ ဝမ်းမြောက်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ ဘုရားသခင်ကို ရှာသော သူတို့၏ စိတ်နှလုံး သည် အားပြည့်လိမ့်မည်။
33 For the LORD hears the needy, and does not despise his captive people.
၃၃ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ဆင်းရဲသောသူတို့၏စကားကို နားထောင်တော်မူ၏။ အချုပ်ခံရသော မိမိလူတို့ကို မထီမဲ့မြင် ပြုတော်မမူတတ်။
34 Let heaven and earth praise him; the seas, and everything that moves therein!
၃၄ကောင်းကင်၊ မြေကြီး၊ သမုဒ္ဒရာတို့နှင့်တကွ အရပ်ရပ်၌ ကျင်လည်သော သတ္တဝါအပေါင်းတို့သည် ဘုရားသခင်ကို ချီးမွမ်းကြပါစေသော။
35 For God will save Zion, and build the cities of Judah. They shall settle there, and own it.
၃၅ဘုရားသခင်သည် ဇိအုန်မြို့ကို စောင့်၍၊ ယုဒမြို့တို့ကို ပြုစုတော်မူသဖြင့်၊ ထိုသူတို့တို့သည် နေ၍ ပိုင်ရကြလိမ့်မည်။
36 The children also of his servants shall inherit it. Those who love his name shall dwell therein.
၃၆ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏သားမြေးတို့သည် ထိုမြို့ကို အမွေခံရ၍၊ နာမတော်ကို ချစ်သောသူတို့သည် နေရာ ကျရကြလိမ့်မည်။
