Psalms 6
1 For the Chief Musician; on stringed instruments, upon the eight-stringed lyre. A Psalm by David. LORD, do not rebuke me in your anger, neither discipline me in your wrath.
၁အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားအမျက်တော်ထွက်၍ ဆုံးမတော်မမူပါနှင့်။ အမျက်တော်ထွက်၍အပြစ်ဒဏ်ပေးတော် မမူပါနှင့်။
2 Have mercy on me, LORD, for I am faint. LORD, heal me, for my bones are troubled.
၂ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်မောပန်းနွမ်းနယ်လျက်ရှိ သည်ဖြစ်၍ ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားသနားတော်မူပါ။ လုံးဝအင်အားကုန်ခန်းလျက်ရှိသဖြင့် ပြန်လည်အင်အားပြည့်စေတော်မူပါ။
3 My soul is also in great anguish. But you, LORD—how long?
၃ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ကိုယ်စိတ်နှစ်ပါးပြင်းပြစွာ ဝေဒနာခံစားလျက်ရှိပါ၏။ အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ အဘယ်ကာလကြာမှကျွန်တော်မျိုးအား ကူမတော်မူပါမည်နည်း။
4 Return, LORD. Deliver my soul, and save me for your loving kindness’ sake.
၄အို ထာဝရဘုရား၊ ကြွလာတော်မူ၍ကျွန်တော်မျိုးအားကယ်တော် မူပါ။ ကိုယ်တော်၏ကရုဏာတော်နှင့်အညီကျွန်တော် မျိုးအား သေဘေးမှကယ်ဆယ်တော်မူပါ။
၅မရဏာနိုင်ငံတွင်ကိုယ်တော်အား အောက်မေ့သတိရသူမရှိပါ။ ထိုအရပ်တွင်အဘယ်သူမျှကိုယ်တော်အား ထောမနာပြုနိုင်မည်မဟုတ်ပါ။ (Sheol h7585)
6 I am weary with my groaning. Every night I flood my bed. I drench my couch with my tears.
၆ကျွန်တော်မျိုးသည်ဝမ်းနည်းကြေကွဲမှုဖြင့် မောပန်းနွမ်းနယ်လျက်ရှိပါ၏။ ညတိုင်းပင်လျှင်ငိုယိုရသဖြင့်အိပ်ရာသည် စိုစွတ်လျက်ရှိပါ၏။ ကျွန်တော်မျိုး၏ခေါင်းအုံးသည်မျက်ရည် စိုရွှဲလျက်ရှိပါ၏။
7 My eye wastes away because of grief. It grows old because of all my adversaries.
၇ရန်သူများကြောင့်ငိုယိုရသဖြင့်ကျွန်တော် မျိုး၏ မျက်စိများသည်ရောင်လျက်ရှိပါ၏။ ကြည့်၍ပင်မမြင်နိုင်ပါ။
8 Depart from me, all you workers of iniquity, for the LORD has heard the voice of my weeping.
၈အကျင့်ဆိုးယုတ်သူတို့၊ငါ့ထံမှထွက်သွား ကြလော့။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည်ငါ၏ငိုကြွေးသံကို ကြားတော်မူ၏။
9 The LORD has heard my supplication. The LORD accepts my prayer.
၉ကူမတော်မူရန်ငါတောင်းလျှောက်သံကိုကြား တော်မူ၏။ ငါ၏ဆုတောင်းပတ္ထနာကိုနားညောင်းတော်မူမည်။
10 May all my enemies be ashamed and dismayed. They shall turn back, they shall be disgraced suddenly.
၁၀ငါ၏ရန်သူတို့သည်အရှက်တကွဲ အရေးနိမ့်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ သူတို့သည်တစ်ခဏချင်းတွင်ကစဥ့်ကရဲဖြစ်လျက် ပြေးရကြလိမ့်မည်။
