Psalms 146

1 Praise the LORD! Praise the LORD, my soul.

၁အိုငါ့ဝိညာဉ်၊ ထာဝရဘုရားကိုချီးမွမ်းလော့။

2 While I live, I will praise the LORD. I will sing praises to my God as long as I exist.

၂ငါသည် အသက်ရှင်စဉ်အခါ၊ ထာဝရဘုရားကို ချီးမွမ်း မည်။ ငါဖြစ်စဉ်ကာလပတ်လုံး၊ ငါ၏ဘုရားသခင်ကို ထောမနာသီချင်းဆိုမည်။

3 Do not put your trust in princes, in a son of man in whom there is no help.

၃မင်းများမှစ၍ မကယ်တင်နိုင်သော လူသားကို မကိုးစားကြနှင့်။

4 His spirit departs, and he returns to the earth. In that very day, his thoughts perish.

၄သူသည်အသက်ထွက်၍ မြေသို့ပြန်သွားတတ် ၏။ ထိုနေ့ခြင်းတွင်၊ သူ၏အကြံအစည်တို့သည် ပျက်စီး ကြ၏။

5 Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD, his God,

၅ယာကုပ်အမျိုး၏ ဘုရားသခင်မစတော်မူသော သူ၊ မိမိဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရားကို မြော်လင့်သော သူသည် မင်္ဂလာရှိ၏။

6 who made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them; who keeps truth forever;

၆ထိုဘုရားသခင်သည် ကောင်းကင်၊ မြေကြီး၊ သမုဒ္ဒရာနှင့်တကွ အရပ်ရပ်၌ ရှိသမျှတို့ကို ဖန်ဆင်း တော်မူ၏။ သစ္စာတော်ကို အစဉ်အမြဲစောင့်တော်မူ၏။

7 who executes justice for the oppressed; who gives food to the hungry. The LORD frees the prisoners.

၇ညှဉ်းဆဲခြင်းကိုခံရသော သူတို့အား တရားပြု တော်မူ၏။ ငတ်မွတ်သော သူတို့ကိုကျွေးမွေးတော်မူ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ချုပ်ထားခြင်းကို ခံရသောသူတို့ကို လွှတ်တော်မူ၏။

8 The LORD opens the eyes of the blind. The LORD raises up those who are bowed down. The LORD loves the righteous.

၈ထာဝရဘုရားသည် မျက်စိကန်းသောသူတို့ကို မြင်စေတော်မူ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် နှိမ့်ချသောသူတို့ ကို ကြွပင့်တော်မူ၏။ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ဖြောင့်မတ် သော သူတို့ကို ချစ်တော်မူ၏။

9 The LORD preserves the foreigners. He upholds the fatherless and widow, but he turns the way of the wicked upside down.

၉ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ဧည့်သည်တို့ကို စောင့်မ တော်မူ၍၊ မုတ်ဆိုးမနှင့်မိဘမရှိသော သူတို့ကို ထောက်မ တော်မူ၏။ မတရားသောသူတို့၏ လမ်းကိုကား၊ ကွေ့ ကောက်စေတော်မူ၏။

10 The LORD will reign forever; your God, O Zion, to all generations. Praise the LORD!
