2 When a man vows a vow to the LORD, or swears an oath to bind his soul with a bond, he shall not break his word. He shall do according to all that proceeds out of his mouth.

12 But if her husband made them null and void in the day that he heard them, then whatever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand. Her husband has made them void. The LORD will forgive her.
Toe sava mah to lok to thaih na niah a lok to aek pae nahaeloe, pahni hoiah thuih ih lokkamhaih hoiah sak han thuih ih lok to cak mak ai; a sava mah phraek boeh pongah, Angraeng mah doeh anih to tahmen tih.

Toe a sava mah to hmuen kawng pongah, nito pacoeng nito tidoeh thui ai ah omtaak duem nahaeloe, to nongpata mah lokkamhaih hoiah sak han thuih ih loknawk boih loe cak tih; a sava mah thaih, toe anih to kawbangah doeh naa ai pongah, a thuih ih lok to cak tih.
