Matthew 15
1 Then Pharisees and scribes came to Jesus from Jerusalem, saying,
| آنگاه کاتبان و فریسیان اورشلیم نزدعیسی آمده، گفتند: | ۱ |
2 “Why do your disciples disobey the tradition of the elders? For they do not wash their hands when they eat bread.”
| «چون است که شاگردان تو از تقلید مشایخ تجاوز می‌نمایند، زیرا هرگاه نان می‌خورند دست خود رانمی شویند؟» | ۲ |
3 He answered them, “Why do you also disobey the commandment of God because of your tradition?
| او در جواب ایشان گفت: «شمانیز به تقلید خویش، از حکم خدا چرا تجاوزمی کنید؟ | ۳ |
4 For God commanded, ‘Honor your father and your mother,’ and, ‘He who speaks evil of father or mother, let him be put to death.’
| زیرا خدا حکم داده است که مادر وپدر خود را حرمت دار و هرکه پدر یا مادر رادشنام دهد البته هلاک گردد. | ۴ |
5 But you say, ‘Whoever may tell his father or his mother, “Whatever help you might otherwise have gotten from me is a gift devoted to God,”
| لیکن شمامی گویید هرکه پدر یا مادر خود را گوید آنچه ازمن به تو نفع رسد هدیه‌ای است، | ۵ |
6 he shall not honor his father or mother.’ You have made the commandment of God void because of your tradition.
| و پدر یا مادرخود را بعد از آن احترام نمی نماید. پس به تقلیدخود، حکم خدا را باطل نموده‌اید. | ۶ |
7 You hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy of you, saying,
| ای ریاکاران، اشعیاء در باره شما نیکو نبوت نموده است که گفت: | ۷ |
8 ‘These people draw near to me with their mouth, and honor me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.
| این قوم به زبانهای خود به من تقرب می‌جویند و به لبهای خویش مرا تمجیدمی نمایند، لیکن دلشان از من دور است. | ۸ |
9 And they worship me in vain, teaching as doctrine rules made by men.’”
| پس عبادت مرا عبث می‌کنند زیرا که احکام مردم رابمنزله فرایض تعلیم می‌دهند.» | ۹ |
10 He summoned the multitude, and said to them, “Hear, and understand.
| و آن جماعت را خوانده، بدیشان گفت: «گوش داده، بفهمید؛ | ۱۰ |
11 That which enters into the mouth does not defile the man; but that which proceeds out of the mouth, this defiles the man.”
| نه آنچه به دهان فرومی رود انسان را نجس می‌سازد بلکه آنچه از دهان بیرون می‌آید انسان را نجس می‌گرداند.» | ۱۱ |
12 Then the disciples came and said to him, “Do you know that the Pharisees were offended when they heard this saying?”
| آنگاه شاگردان وی آمده، گفتند: «آیا می‌دانی که فریسیان چون این سخن را شنیدند، مکروهش داشتند؟» | ۱۲ |
13 But he answered, “Every plant which my heavenly Father did not plant will be uprooted.
| او در جواب گفت: «هر نهالی که پدرآسمانی من نکاشته باشد، کنده شود. | ۱۳ |
14 Leave them alone. They are blind guides of the blind. If the blind guide the blind, both will fall into a pit.”
| ایشان راواگذارید، کوران راهنمایان کورانند و هرگاه کور، کور را راهنما شود، هر دو در چاه افتند. | ۱۴ |
15 Peter answered him, “Explain the parable to us.”
| پطرس در جواب او گفت: «این مثل را برای ما شرح فرما.» | ۱۵ |
16 So Jesus said, “Do you also still not understand?
| عیسی گفت: «آیا شما نیز تا به حال بی‌ادراک هستید؟ | ۱۶ |
17 Do not you understand that whatever goes into the mouth passes into the belly and then out of the body?
| یا هنوز نیافته‌اید که آنچه از دهان فرو می‌رود، داخل شکم می‌گردد ودر مبرز افکنده می‌شود؟ | ۱۷ |
18 But the things which proceed out of the mouth come out of the heart, and they defile the man.
| لیکن آنچه از دهان برآید، از دل صادر می‌گردد و این چیزها است که انسان را نجس می‌سازد. | ۱۸ |
19 For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, sexual sins, thefts, false testimony, and blasphemies.
| زیرا که از دل برمی آید، خیالات بد و قتلها و زناها و فسقها ودزدیها و شهادات دروغ و کفرها. | ۱۹ |
20 These are the things which defile the man; but to eat with unwashed hands does not defile the man.”
| اینها است که انسان را نجس می‌سازد، لیکن خوردن به‌دستهای ناشسته، انسان را نجس نمی گرداند.» | ۲۰ |
21 Jesus went out from there and withdrew into the region of Tyre and Sidon.
| پس عیسی از آنجا بیرون شده، به دیارصور و صیدون رفت. | ۲۱ |
22 Behold, a Canaanite woman came out from those borders and cried, saying, “Have mercy on me, Lord, you son of David! My daughter is severely possessed by a demon!”
| ناگاه زن کنعانیه‌ای از آن حدود بیرون آمده، فریاد‌کنان وی را گفت: «خداوندا، پسر داودا، بر من رحم کن زیرا دختر من سخت دیوانه است.» | ۲۲ |
23 But he answered her not a word. His disciples came and begged him, saying, “Send her away; for she cries after us.”
| لیکن هیچ جوابش نداد تا شاگردان او پیش آمده، خواهش نمودند که «او را مرخص فرمای زیرا در عقب ما شورش می‌کند.» | ۲۳ |
24 But he answered, “I was not sent to anyone but the lost sheep of the house of Israel.”
| او در جواب گفت: «فرستاده نشده‌ام مگر بجهت گوسفندان گم شده خاندان اسرائیل.» | ۲۴ |
25 But she came and worshiped him, saying, “Lord, help me.”
| پس آن زن آمده، او را پرستش کرده، گفت: «خداوندا مرا یاری کن.» | ۲۵ |
26 But he answered, “It is not appropriate to take the children’s bread and throw it to the dogs.”
| در جواب گفت که «نان فرزندان را گرفتن و نزد سگان انداختن جایزنیست.» | ۲۶ |
27 But she said, “Yes, Lord, but even the dogs eat the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table.”
| عرض کرد: «بلی خداوندا، زیرا سگان نیز از پاره های افتاده سفره آقایان خویش می‌خورند.» | ۲۷ |
28 Then Jesus answered her, “Woman, great is your faith! Be it done to you even as you desire.” And her daughter was healed from that hour.
| آنگاه عیسی در جواب او گفت: «ای زن! ایمان تو عظیم است! تو را برحسب خواهش تو بشود.» که در همان ساعت، دخترش شفا یافت. | ۲۸ |
29 Jesus departed from there and came near to the sea of Galilee; and he went up on the mountain and sat there.
| عیسی از آنجا حرکت کرده، به کناره دریای جلیل آمد و برفراز کوه برآمده، آنجا بنشست. | ۲۹ |
30 Great multitudes came to him, having with them the lame, blind, mute, maimed, and many others, and they put them down at his feet. He healed them,
| و گروهی بسیار، لنگان و کوران و گنگان وشلان و جمعی از دیگران را با خود برداشته، نزداو آمدند و ایشان را بر پایهای عیسی افکندند وایشان را شفا داد، | ۳۰ |
31 so that the multitude wondered when they saw the mute speaking, the injured healed, the lame walking, and the blind seeing—and they glorified the God of Israel.
| بقسمی که آن جماعت، چون گنگان را گویا و شلان را تندرست و لنگان راخرامان و کوران را بینا دیدند، متعجب شده، خدای اسرائیل را تمجید کردند. | ۳۱ |
32 Jesus summoned his disciples and said, “I have compassion on the multitude, because they have continued with me now three days and have nothing to eat. I do not want to send them away fasting, or they might faint on the way.”
| عیسی شاگردان خود را پیش طلبیده، گفت: «مرا بر این جماعت دل بسوخت زیرا که الحال سه روز است که با من می‌باشند و هیچ‌چیز برای خوراک ندارند و نمی خواهم ایشان را گرسنه برگردانم مبادا در راه ضعف کنند.» | ۳۲ |
33 The disciples said to him, “Where could we get so many loaves in a deserted place as to satisfy so great a multitude?”
| شاگردانش به او گفتند: «از کجا در بیابان ما را آنقدر نان باشدکه چنین انبوه را سیر کند؟» | ۳۳ |
34 Jesus said to them, “How many loaves do you have?” They said, “Seven, and a few small fish.”
| عیسی ایشان راگفت: «چند نان دارید؟» گفتند: «هفت نان و قدری از ماهیان کوچک.» | ۳۴ |
35 He commanded the multitude to sit down on the ground;
| پس مردم را فرمود تا برزمین بنشینند. | ۳۵ |
36 and he took the seven loaves and the fish. He gave thanks and broke them, and gave to the disciples, and the disciples to the multitudes.
| و آن هفت نان و ماهیان را گرفته، شکر نمود و پاره کرده، به شاگردان خود داد وشاگردان به آن جماعت. | ۳۶ |
37 They all ate and were filled. They took up seven baskets full of the broken pieces that were left over.
| و همه خورده، سیرشدند و از خرده های باقی‌مانده هفت زنبیل پربرداشتند. | ۳۷ |
38 Those who ate were four thousand men, in addition to women and children.
| و خورندگان، سوای زنان و اطفال چهار هزار مرد بودند. | ۳۸ |
39 Then he sent away the multitudes, got into the boat, and came into the borders of Magdala.
| پس آن گروه را رخصت داد و به کشتی سوار شده، به حدود مجدل آمد. | ۳۹ |
