< Isaiah 66 >

1 The LORD says: “Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. What kind of house will you build to me? Where will I rest?
Ale Yehowa gblɔe nye esi, “Dziƒoe nye nye fiazikpui, eye anyigbae nye nye afɔɖodzinu. Afi ka xɔ si miatu nam la le? Afi ka nye gbɔɖemeƒe anɔ.
2 For my hand has made all these things, and so all these things came to be,” says the LORD: “but I will look to this man, even to he who is poor and of a contrite spirit, and who trembles at my word.
Menye nye asie wɔ esiawo katã, eye wova dzɔ oa?” Yehowae gblɔe. “Esiae nye ame si mebuna; ame si bɔbɔ eɖokui, da ahe le gbɔgbɔ me, eye ne ese nye nya la, wòdzona nyanyanya.
3 He who kills an ox is as he who kills a man; he who sacrifices a lamb, as he who breaks a dog’s neck; he who offers an offering, as he who offers pig’s blood; he who burns frankincense, as he who blesses an idol. Yes, they have chosen their own ways, and their soul delights in their abominations.

Ame si sa nuɖuvɔ la, sɔ kple ame si tsɔ ha ƒe ʋu sa vɔe, eye ame si do ŋkuɖodzi ƒe dzudzɔ ʋeʋĩ la, sɔ kple ame si subɔ legba. Wotia woawo ŋutɔ ƒe mɔwo, eye woƒe luʋɔ dzɔa dzi le woƒe ŋunyɔnuawo ŋu,
4 I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears on them, because when I called, no one answered; when I spoke, they did not listen, but they did that which was evil in my eyes, and chose that in which I did not delight.”

5 Hear the LORD’s word, you who tremble at his word: “Your brothers who hate you, who cast you out for my name’s sake, have said, ‘Let the LORD be glorified, that we may see your joy;’ but it is those who shall be disappointed.
Mi ame siwo vɔ̃a Yehowa ƒe nya la, mise Yehowa ƒe nya. “Mia nɔviŋutsu siwo lé fu mi, eye woɖe mi ɖe aga le nye ŋkɔ ta la, gblɔ be, ‘Wonetsɔ ŋutikɔkɔe na Yehowa be miakpɔ miaƒe dzidzɔ’, gake ŋukpe alé wo.
6 A voice of tumult from the city, a voice from the temple, a voice of the LORD that repays his enemies what they deserve.
Se hoowɔwɔ ma si tso dua me kple ɣli si le ɖiɖim tso gbedoxɔ me la ɖa. Gbeɖiɖi la nye Yehowa ƒe gbe. Ele fetu si dze na eƒe futɔwo la xem na wo.
7 “Before she travailed, she gave birth. Before her pain came, she delivered a son.
“Edzi vi hafi lé ku. Edzi ŋutsuvi hafi fu ɖui.
8 Who has heard of such a thing? Who has seen such things? Shall a land be born in one day? Shall a nation be born at once? For as soon as Zion travailed, she gave birth to her children.
Ame kae se esia tɔgbi kpɔ? Ame kae kpɔ esiawo kpɔ? Ɖe woate ŋu adzi dukɔ aɖe le ŋkeke ɖeka me, alo woadzi anyigba aɖe zi ɖeka kpoyia? Ke Zion ya léa ku hedzia viawo zi ɖeka kpoyi.
9 Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to be delivered?” says the LORD. “Shall I who cause to give birth shut the womb?” says your God.
Ɖe mana be vidziɣi naɖo, gake magbe vixexea?” Yehowae gblɔe. “Ɖe nye ame si ɖe mɔ be woadzi vi la, natu vidzidɔa?” Wò Mawu lae gblɔe.
10 “Rejoice with Jerusalem, and be glad for her, all you who love her. Rejoice for joy with her, all you who mourn over her;
“Mitso aseye ɖe Yerusalem ŋu, eye mikpɔ dzidzɔ kplii, mi ame siwo katã lɔ̃e. Mitso dzidzɔ ƒe aseye kplii, mi ame siwo katã fa konyi ɖe eta,
11 that you may nurse and be satisfied at the comforting breasts; that you may drink deeply, and be delighted with the abundance of her glory.”
elabena miano eƒe akɔfafa ƒe no, eye miaɖi kɔ. Mianoe fũu, eye ale si notsi la le dodom bababa la, ana miaƒe dziwo nadze eme.”
12 For the LORD says, “Behold, I will extend peace to her like a river, and the glory of the nations like an overflowing stream, and you will nurse. You will be carried on her side, and will be dandled on her knees.
Elabena ale Yehowa gblɔe nye esi, “Matsɔ ŋutifafa nɛ wòasi abe tɔsisi ene, eye dukɔwo ƒe kesinɔnuwo ava nɛ abe tɔʋu si ɖɔ gbã go la ene. Àno eƒe no, akɔ wò ɖe eƒe abɔwo me, eye àfe le eƒe atata.
13 As one whom his mother comforts, so I will comfort you. You will be comforted in Jerusalem.”
Abe ale si vi dada faa akɔe na via ene la, nenema mafa akɔ na mi, eye woafa akɔ na mi le Yerusalem ta.”
14 You will see it, and your heart shall rejoice, and your bones will flourish like the tender grass. The LORD’s hand will be known among his servants; and he will have indignation against his enemies.
Ne miekpɔ esia la, miaƒe dziwo akpɔ dzidzɔ, eye miatsi abe gbe ene. Woaɖe Yehowa ƒe asi ɖe go afia eƒe dɔlawo. Ke woaɖe eƒe dɔmedzoe helĩhelĩ la, afia eƒe futɔwo.
15 For, behold, the LORD will come with fire, and his chariots will be like the whirlwind; to render his anger with fierceness, and his rebuke with flames of fire.
Kpɔ ɖa, Yehowa gbɔna kple dzo bibi, eye eƒe tasiaɖamwo le abe ahomya ene. Aɖe eƒe dziku ɖe go le dɔmedzoe helĩhelĩ me, eye wòaɖe eƒe mokaname afia le dzo ƒe aɖewo me,
16 For the LORD will execute judgment by fire and by his sword on all flesh; and those slain by the LORD will be many.
elabena Yehowa atsɔ dzo kple eƒe yi ahe ʋɔnudɔdrɔ̃ ava amewo katã dzi. Ame geɖewoe nye ame siwo Yehowa awu.
17 “Those who sanctify themselves and purify themselves to go to the gardens, following one in the middle, eating pig’s meat, abominable things, and the mouse, they shall come to an end together,” says the LORD.
Yehowa be, “Ame siwo wɔ wo ɖokuiwo kɔkɔe hekɔ wo ɖokuiwo ŋu nyuie be woayi ɖe abɔwo me, eye wokplɔ ame si le titina na halã, alegeli kple ŋunyɔnu bubuwo ɖulawo ɖo la, wo katã woatsrɔ̃ ɖekae.
18 “For I know their works and their thoughts. The time comes that I will gather all nations and languages, and they will come, and will see my glory.
“Ke nye la, le woƒe nuwɔnawo kple tameɖoɖo ta la, esusɔ vie mava ƒo dukɔwo kple gbegbɔgblɔwo katã nu ƒu be woakpɔ nye ŋutikɔkɔe.
19 “I will set a sign among them, and I will send those who escape of them to the nations, to Tarshish, Pul, and Lud, who draw the bow, to Tubal and Javan, to far-away islands, who have not heard my fame, nor have seen my glory; and they shall declare my glory among the nations.
“Maɖo dzesi anyi ɖe wo dome, eye maɖo ame siwo tsi agbe la ƒe ɖewo ɖe dukɔwo dome, ɖe Tarsis, Libia kple Lidiatɔwo dome, ame siwo xɔ ŋkɔ le aŋutrɔdada me. Maɖo ɖewo ɖe Tubal, Griknyigba dzi kple didiƒeƒukpowo dzi, afi si womese nye gãnyenye alo kpɔ nye ŋutikɔkɔe le kpɔ o. Woaɖe gbeƒã nye ŋutikɔkɔe le dukɔwo dome.
20 They shall bring all your brothers out of all the nations for an offering to the LORD, on horses, in chariots, in litters, on mules, and on camels, to my holy mountain Jerusalem, says the LORD, as the children of Israel bring their offering in a clean vessel into the LORD’s house.
Woakplɔ nɔviwò ŋutsuwo katã ɖe asi vɛ, woanɔ sɔwo dzi, woanɔ tasiaɖamwo me, woanɔ kekewo, tedzisɔwo kple kposɔwo dzi, tso dukɔwo katã dome ava nye to kɔkɔe, Yerusalem dzi abe vɔsa ene na Yehowa. Woatsɔ wo vɛ abe ale si Israelviwo tsɔa nuɖuvɔsa vaa Yehowa ƒe gbedoxɔ me ɖe agba gbadzɛwo me ene,
21 Of them I will also select priests and Levites,” says the LORD.
eye matia wo dometɔ aɖewo be woanye nunɔlawo kple Leviviwo.” Yehowae gblɔe.
22 “For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me,” says the LORD, “so your offspring and your name shall remain.
Yehowa be, “Abe ale si dziƒo kple anyigba yeye siwo mewɔ la anɔ anyi tegbee le nye ŋkume ene la, nenema ke wò ŋkɔ kple wò dzidzimeviwo anɔ anyi tegbee.
23 It shall happen that from one new moon to another, and from one Sabbath to another, all flesh will come to worship before me,” says the LORD.
Tso Dzinu Yeye yi Dzinu Yeye, tso Dzudzɔgbe ɖeka yi Dzudzɔgbe bubu, amegbetɔwo katã ava ade ta agu ɖe nye ŋkume.
24 “They will go out, and look at the dead bodies of the men who have transgressed against me; for their worm will not die, nor will their fire be quenched, and they will be loathsome to all mankind.”
Woado go aɖakpɔ ame siwo dze aglã ɖe ŋunye la ƒe kukuawo, elabena woƒe nyewo maku o, woƒe dzowo matsi o, eye woanye ŋunyɔ na amegbetɔƒomea katã.”
