< Galatians 1 >

1 Paul, an apostle—not from men, nor through man, but through Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead—
PAULUJ wanporon amen kaidin jan ren aramaj akan, pil kaidin pan aramaj akan, a pan Iejuj Krijtuj o Kot Jam, me kotin kaiajadar i jan ren me melar akan,
2 and all the brothers who are with me, to the assemblies of Galatia:
O ri atail akan karoj, me mi re i, at ranamau on momodijou en Kalejia kan:
3 Grace to you and peace from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ,
Mak o popol jan ren Kot Jam o atail Kaun Iejuj Krijtuj en mi re omail;
4 who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us out of this present evil age (aiōn g165), according to the will of our God and Father—
Me kotin jokonpaude ki pein i ki dip atail, pwen dore kitail jan ni me jued akan mi jappa, duen kupur en Kot o Jam atail. (aiōn g165)
5 to whom be the glory for the ages (aiōn g165) of the ages (aiōn g165). Amen.
Linan en ko on i kokolata! Amen. (aiōn g165)
6 I marvel that you are so quickly deserting him who called you in the grace of Christ to a different “good news”,
I puriamuiki omail madan wuki jan i, me molipe komail pan mak en Krijtuj, ap wuki on eu ronamau;
7 but there is not another “good news.” Only there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the Good News of Christ.
A jota eu mia. Ari jo, akai mia, me kin kapinada komail, o irail men kalikame ronamau en Krijtuj.
8 But even though we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you any “good news” other than that which we preached to you, let him be cursed.
A ma kit de tounlan amen jan nanlan pan padaki on komail eu ronmau, me toror jan ronamau, me je padaki on komail er, i en riala.
9 As we have said before, so I now say again: if any man preaches to you any “good news” other than that which you received, let him be cursed.
Duen me je indada maj o, iduen je pil puron inda: Ma amen pan padaki on komail eu ronamau, me toror jan me komail aleer, i en riala.
10 For am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? For if I were still pleasing men, I would not be a servant of Christ.
Iaduen, i kin men kaperenda aramaj akan de Kot? De i kin rapaki konekon ren aramaj akan? Ma i men konekon ren aramaj akan, i ap jota ladun Krijtuj.
11 But I make known to you, brothers, concerning the Good News which was preached by me, that it is not according to man.
I katitiki on komail ri ai kan, ronamau me i padakier, a jota tapi jan ren aramaj.
12 For I did not receive it from man, nor was I taught it, but it came to me through revelation of Jesus Christ.
Pwe i jota ale jan ren aramaj amen, o jota me padaki on ia, a a koki don ia kajale pan Iejuj Krijtuj.
13 For you have heard of my way of living in time past in the Jews’ religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the assembly of God and ravaged it.
Pwe komail roner duen ai wiawia en maj nan pun en men Juj akan, duen i kin morouo on momodijou en Kot lapalapia o kawe ir ala.
14 I advanced in the Jews’ religion beyond many of my own age among my countrymen, being more exceedingly zealous for the traditions of my fathers.
O i kakairida nin lamalam en Juj akan madan jan me toto, me kit ti ta ieu o toun jap ta ieu, o i nantion kapwaiada padok en jam at akan.
15 But when it was the good pleasure of God, who separated me from my mother’s womb and called me through his grace,
A Kot lao kupureda, me kotin kilele ia di jan ni kaped en in ai, o me kotin molipe ia ki a mak,
16 to reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the Gentiles, I did not immediately confer with flesh and blood,
En kajale on ia japwilim a Ol, pwe i en padaki on men liki kan duen i, i ap pitipit wiada o jota kalelapok ren uduk o nta.
17 nor did I go up to Jerusalem to those who were apostles before me, but I went away into Arabia. Then I returned to Damascus.
O i pil jo pwar lan Ierujalem ren irail, me wanporon akan mo i, a i kolan Arapien ap pil pure don Damajkuj.
18 Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to visit Peter, and stayed with him fifteen days.
Ari, murin par jilu i ap kodalan Ierujalem, pwen kilan Kepaj. I ap mimieta re a ran eijoklimau.
19 But of the other apostles I saw no one except James, the Lord’s brother.
A jota amen ren wanporon akan, me i kilan, Iakopuj ta, ri en Kaun o.
20 Now about the things which I write to you, behold, before God, I am not lying.
A me i intin won komail, Kot me kotin mani, me i jota likam.
21 Then I came to the regions of Syria and Cilicia.
Muri i ap kola nan wein Jirien o Jilijia.
22 I was still unknown by face to the assemblies of Judea which were in Christ,
A momodijou en Iudaa kan me mi pan kupta en Krijtuj jaja ia.
23 but they only heard, “He who once persecuted us now preaches the faith that he once tried to destroy.”
A i eta, irail roner, me i me kin morouo on kit maj o, i me kin padaki pojon anjau wet, me a kin kaokaoe maj o.
24 So they glorified God in me.
Irail ap kalinanda Kot pweki nai.
