Ephesians 4
1 I therefore, the prisoner in the Lord, beg you to walk worthily of the calling with which you were called,
১এতেকে প্ৰভুত বন্দীয়াৰ যি মই; মই আপোনালোকক এই মিনতি কৰোঁ যে, ঈশ্বৰে যি আমন্ত্রণেৰে আপোনালোকক আমন্ত্রিত কৰিলে; সেই আমন্ত্ৰণৰ যোগ্য আচৰণ কৰি জীৱন-যাপন কৰক।
2 with all lowliness and humility, with patience, bearing with one another in love,
২আপোনালোকে সকলো সময়তে অতি নম্ৰভাৱে, মৃদুতাৰে আৰু সহিষ্ণুতাৰে প্ৰেমত থাকি পৰস্পৰক গ্ৰহণ কৰক।
3 being eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
৩শান্তিৰ বন্ধনত থাকি আত্মাৰ ঐক্য ৰাখিবলৈ যত্নৱান হওক।
4 There is one body and one Spirit, even as you also were called in one hope of your calling,
৪শৰীৰ এক আৰু আত্মাও এক; ঠিক সেইদৰে আপোনালোক সকলো এক আমন্ত্রণৰ আশাৰ কাৰণে আমন্ত্ৰিত হ’ল৷
5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism,
৫এজনেই প্ৰভু, এক বিশ্বাস, এক বাপ্তিস্ম আৰু
6 one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in us all.
৬এজনেই ঈশ্বৰ, যি জন সকলোৰে পিতৃ; তেওঁ সকলোৰে ওপৰত, সকলোতে ব্যাপ্ত আৰু সকলোৰে অন্তৰত আছে।
7 But to each one of us, the grace was given according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
৭খ্ৰীষ্টই যি পৰিমাণৰ বৰ দান আমাৰ কাৰণে ৰাখিছে, সেই পৰিমাণ অনুসাৰে আমাক প্ৰতিজনকে দান কৰিছে।
8 Therefore he says, “When he ascended on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts to people.”
৮শাস্ত্রত লিখাৰ দৰে, তেওঁ ওপৰলৈ উঠিল, বন্দীয়াৰ সকলক বন্দী কৰি নিলে, আৰু লোক সকলক নানা বৰ দান দিলে।
9 Now this, “He ascended”, what is it but that he also first descended into the lower parts of the earth?
৯যেতিয়া কোৱা হৈছে, “তেওঁ ওপৰলৈ উঠিল” ইয়াৰ অর্থ কি? এই কথাত এইটোৱে বুজা নাযায় নে, যে তেওঁ পৃথিৱীৰ তল ভাগলৈও নামিছিল?
10 He who descended is the one who also ascended far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things.
১০যি জন নামিছিল, তেওঁ সেই একেই ব্যক্তি; যি জনে সকলো পূর্ণ কৰিবৰ কাৰণে আকাশতকৈ বহুত ওপৰলৈ উঠিল।
11 He gave some to be apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, shepherds and teachers;
১১সেই খ্ৰীষ্টই লোক সকলক এইৰূপে বৰ দান দিলে; কিছুমানক পাঁচনি, কিছুমানক ভাৱবাদী, কিছুমানক শুভবার্তা প্ৰচাৰক, কিছুমানক পালক আৰু শিক্ষক হবলৈ ক্ষমতা দিলে।
12 for the perfecting of the saints, to the work of serving, to the building up of the body of Christ,
১২ঈশ্বৰৰ পবিত্ৰ লোক সকলক প্রস্তুত কৰিবৰ বাবে পৰিচর্যাৰ কার্য কৰিবলৈ আৰু খ্ৰীষ্টৰ শৰীৰ বৃদ্ধি কৰিবলৈ তেওঁ এই সকলো বৰ দান দিলে।
13 until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a full grown man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ,
১৩যেতিয়ালৈকে আমি সকলোৱে ঈশ্বৰৰ পুত্ৰ বিষয়ক বিশ্বাসৰ আৰু জ্ঞানৰ ঐক্যতাত এক নহও আৰু সম্পূর্ণ সিদ্ধতা অর্থাৎ খ্ৰীষ্টৰ নিচিনাকৈ সম্পূর্ণ সিদ্ধ নহওঁ, তেতিয়ালৈকে আমি কার্য কৰি বৃদ্ধি পাই থাকিম।
14 that we may no longer be children, tossed back and forth and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in craftiness, after the wiles of error;
১৪তেতিয়া পুণৰ আমি শিশুৰ নিচিনা হৈ নাথাকো। ভ্রান্তিজনক প্রৱঞ্চনাৰ ধূর্ততাত মানুহৰ ছলনাৰ দ্বাৰা ভুল শিক্ষা পাই বতাহত ঢলং-পলং হৈ ইফালে সিফালে নিয়া নহওঁ।
15 but speaking truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him who is the head, Christ,
১৫কিন্তু প্ৰেমৰ সৈতে সত্য কথা কম আৰু সকলোভাৱে যি খ্ৰীষ্ট মূৰ স্বৰূপ, তেওঁৰ উদ্দেশ্যে সকলো বিষয়ত আমি বৃদ্ধি পাম।
16 from whom all the body, being fitted and knit together through that which every joint supplies, according to the working in measure of each individual part, makes the body increase to the building up of itself in love.
১৬মানুহৰ শৰীৰৰ অঙ্গবোৰ যেনেদৰে একেলগে যুক্ত হৈ থাকে আৰু সেইবোৰে কৰণীয় কার্য সাধন কৰি গোটেই শৰীৰৰ বৃদ্ধি কৰে, সেইদৰে খ্ৰীষ্টৰ পৰা উৎপন্ন হোৱা সকলো বিশ্বাসী, খ্ৰীষ্টৰ শৰীৰত সংযুক্ত আৰু সংলগ্ন হৈ পৰস্পৰৰ সৈতে প্ৰেমত একত্ৰিত হৈ বৃদ্ধি সাধন কৰে। কিয়নো শৰীৰৰ অঙ্গ-প্রত্যঙ্গ পৰস্পৰৰ ওপৰত নির্ভৰশীল।
17 This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles also walk, in the futility of their mind,
১৭এতেকে প্ৰভু যীচুৰ হৈ মই দৃঢ়ভাৱে কওঁ যে, বিশ্বাস নকৰা অনা-ইহুদী লোক সকলৰ দৰে আপোনালোকে জীৱন-যাপন নকৰিব। কিয়নো তেওঁলোকৰ মনৰ চিন্তা অসাৰ।
18 being darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardening of their hearts.
১৮কিয়নো ভাল-বেয়া বিষয়ত তেওঁলোকৰ হৃদয় অন্ধকাৰময় আছিল। তেওঁলোকে হৃদয়েৰে কঠিনতাৰ কাৰণে তেওঁৰ বার্তা শুনিবলৈ নিবিচাৰে আৰু সেই বাবেই যীচুৱে আমাক দিয়া অনন্ত জীৱনৰ পৰা তেওঁলোক বঞ্চিত হৈ থাকে।
19 They, having become callous, gave themselves up to lust, to work all uncleanness with greediness.
১৯তেওঁলোকৰ বিবেক অসাৰ হৈছে; তেওঁলোক সকলো প্রকাৰৰ লোভত পৰি অশুচি কর্মবোৰত লিপ্ত হৈ কামনাৰ হাতত নিজক শোধাই দিছে।
20 But you did not learn Christ that way,
২০কিন্তু আপোনালোক হলে খ্ৰীষ্টৰ বিষয়ে এইবোৰ শিক্ষা পোৱা নাই;
21 if indeed you heard him and were taught in him, even as truth is in Jesus:
২১আপোনালোকে তেওঁৰ বিষয়ে শুনিছে আৰু যীচুত থকা সত্যতাৰ বিষয়েও শিক্ষা পালে,
22 that you put away, as concerning your former way of life, the old man that grows corrupt after the lusts of deceit,
২২আপোনালোকে প্ৰৱঞ্চনাপূর্ণ অভিলাষত নষ্ট হোৱা পুৰাতন পুৰুষ অৰ্থাৎ পূর্বকালৰ জীৱন-যাপনৰ বন্ধন সোলোকাই থবলৈ শিক্ষা পালে।
23 and that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind,
২৩সেই শিক্ষা অনুসাৰে আপোনালোক যেন নিজৰ নিজৰ মনৰ আত্মাত পুনৰায় নতুন হৈ উঠি,
24 and put on the new man, who in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of truth.
২৪সত্যতাৰ ধাৰ্মিকতা আৰু পবিত্ৰতাত ঈশ্বৰৰ প্ৰতিমূৰ্তিৰ দৰে সৃষ্ট হোৱা নতুন পুৰুষক যেন পিন্ধিব পাৰে।
25 Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor, for we are members of one another.
২৫সেয়ে, আপোনালোকে মিছা এৰি, প্ৰতিজনে নিজ নিজ ওচৰ চুবুৰীয়াই সৈতে সত্য আলাপ কৰক; কিয়নো আমি ইজনে সিজনৰ অঙ্গ- প্ৰত্যঙ্গ হৈ আছোঁ।
26 “Be angry, and do not sin.” Do not let the sun go down on your wrath,
২৬ক্ৰুদ্ধ হৈ তাৰ প্ৰভাৱত পাপ নকৰিব; বেলি মাৰ নৌ যাওঁতেই আপোনালোকৰ কোপ শান্ত হওক;
27 and do not give place to the devil.
২৭আপোনালোকে চয়তানক সুযোগ নিদিব।
28 Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, producing with his hands something that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need.
২৮যি জনে চুৰ কৰে, তেওঁ পুনৰ চুৰ নকৰক; কিন্তু অভাৱত পৰা লোকক দান কৰিবলৈ সমৰ্থ হবৰ কাৰণে, নিজ হাতেৰে সৎ ব্যৱসায়ত পৰিশ্ৰম কৰক।
29 Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear.
২৯আপোনালোকৰ মুখৰ পৰা কোনো বেয়া কথা নোলাওক, কিন্তু শুনা সকলক অনুগ্ৰহ দান কৰিবলৈ ভাল কথা কওক।
30 Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, in whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.
৩০মুক্তি দিনৰ অর্থে ঈশ্বৰৰ যি পবিত্ৰ আত্মাত আপোনালোকক মোহৰ মৰা হল, তেওঁক অসন্তুষ্ট নকৰিব।
31 Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice.
৩১সকলো কটুবাক্য, খং, ক্ৰোধ, দ্বন্দ-কাজিয়া, নিন্দা আটাই হিংসাৰে সৈতে এই সকলো আপোনালোকৰ পৰা দূৰ হওক।
32 And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.
৩২পৰস্পৰৰ প্ৰতি স্নেহশীল হওক আৰু কোমল চিত্তৰ লোক হওক; ঈশ্বৰে আপোনালোকক যেনেকৈ খ্ৰীষ্টত ক্ষমা কৰিলে, তেনেকৈ আপোনালোকেও পৰস্পৰে ক্ষমা কৰক।
