1 Chronicles 27
1 Now the children of Israel after their number, the heads of fathers’ households and the captains of thousands and of hundreds, and their officers who served the king in any matter of the divisions which came in and went out month by month throughout all the months of the year—of every division were twenty-four thousand.
Und die Kinder Israel, nach ihrer Zahl, die Häupter der Väter und die Obersten über tausend und über hundert, und ihre Vorsteher, die dem König dienten in allen Angelegenheiten der Abteilungen, der antretenden und der abtretenden, Monat für Monat, für alle Monate des Jahres; eine jede Abteilung zählte vierundzwanzigtausend Mann.
2 Over the first division for the first month was Jashobeam the son of Zabdiel. In his division were twenty-four thousand.
Über die erste Abteilung für den ersten Monat war Jaschobam, der Sohn Sabdiels; und in seiner Abteilung waren vierundzwanzigtausend.
3 He was of the children of Perez, the chief of all the captains of the army for the first month.
Er war von den Söhnen des Perez, das Haupt aller Heerobersten für den ersten Monat.
4 Over the division of the second month was Dodai the Ahohite and his division, and Mikloth the ruler; and in his division were twenty-four thousand.
Und über die Abteilung des zweiten Monats war Dodai, der Achochiter; und von seiner Abteilung war Mikloth Oberaufseher; und in seiner Abteilung waren vierundzwanzigtausend.
5 The third captain of the army for the third month was Benaiah, the son of Jehoiada the chief priest. In his division were twenty-four thousand.
Der Oberste des dritten Heeres für den dritten Monat war Benaja, der Sohn Jojadas, des Krondieners, als Haupt; und in seiner Abteilung waren vierundzwanzigtausend.
6 This is that Benaiah who was the mighty man of the thirty and over the thirty. Of his division was Ammizabad his son.
Dieser Benaja war ein Held unter den Dreißig und über die Dreißig; und von seiner Abteilung war Ammisabad, sein Sohn, Oberaufseher.
7 The fourth captain for the fourth month was Asahel the brother of Joab, and Zebadiah his son after him. In his division were twenty-four thousand.
Der vierte für den vierten Monat war Asael, der Bruder Joabs, und Sebadja, sein Sohn, nach ihm; und in seiner Abteilung waren vierundzwanzigtausend.
8 The fifth captain for the fifth month was Shamhuth the Izrahite. In his division were twenty-four thousand.
der fünfte für den fünften Monat war der Oberste Schamhuth, der Jisrachiter; und in seiner Abteilung waren vierundzwanzigtausend.
9 The sixth captain for the sixth month was Ira the son of Ikkesh the Tekoite. In his division were twenty-four thousand.
Der sechste für den sechsten Monat war Ira, der Sohn Ikkesch', der Tekoiter; und in seiner Abteilung waren vierundzwanzigtausend.
10 The seventh captain for the seventh month was Helez the Pelonite, of the children of Ephraim. In his division were twenty-four thousand.
Der siebte für den siebten Monat war Helez, der Peloniter, von den Kindern Ephraim; und in seiner Abteilung waren vierundzwanzigtausend.
11 The eighth captain for the eighth month was Sibbecai the Hushathite, of the Zerahites. In his division were twenty-four thousand.
Der achte für den achten Monat war Sibbekai, der Huschathiter, von den Sarchitern; und in seiner Abteilung waren vierundzwanzigtausend.
12 The ninth captain for the ninth month was Abiezer the Anathothite, of the Benjamites. In his division were twenty-four thousand.
Der neunte für den neunten Monat war Abieser, der Anathothiter, von den Benjaminitern; und in seiner Abteilung waren vierundzwanzigtausend.
13 The tenth captain for the tenth month was Maharai the Netophathite, of the Zerahites. In his division were twenty-four thousand.
Der zehnte für den zehnten Monat war Maharai, der Netophathiter, von den Sarchitern; und in seiner Abteilung waren vierundzwanzigtausend.
14 The eleventh captain for the eleventh month was Benaiah the Pirathonite, of the children of Ephraim. In his division were twenty-four thousand.
Der elfte für den elften Monat war Benaja, der Pirhathoniter, von den Kindern Ephraim; und in seiner Abteilung waren vierundzwanzigtausend.
15 The twelfth captain for the twelfth month was Heldai the Netophathite, of Othniel. In his division were twenty-four thousand.

16 Furthermore over the tribes of Israel: of the Reubenites, Eliezer the son of Zichri was the ruler; of the Simeonites, Shephatiah the son of Maacah;
Und über die Stämme Israels: Der Fürst der Rubeniter war Elieser, der Sohn Sikris; der Simeoniter, Schephatja, der Sohn Maakas;
17 of Levi, Hashabiah the son of Kemuel; of Aaron, Zadok;

18 of Judah, Elihu, one of the brothers of David; of Issachar, Omri the son of Michael;

19 of Zebulun, Ishmaiah the son of Obadiah; of Naphtali, Jeremoth the son of Azriel;

20 of the children of Ephraim, Hoshea the son of Azaziah; of the half-tribe of Manasseh, Joel the son of Pedaiah;

21 of the half-tribe of Manasseh in Gilead, Iddo the son of Zechariah; of Benjamin, Jaasiel the son of Abner;

22 of Dan, Azarel the son of Jeroham. These were the captains of the tribes of Israel.
von Dan, Asarel, der Sohn Jerochams. Das sind die Obersten der Stämme Israels.
23 But David did not take the number of them from twenty years old and under, because the LORD had said he would increase Israel like the stars of the sky.
Und David nahm ihre Zahl von zwanzig Jahren an und darunter nicht auf; denn Jehova hatte gesagt, daß er Israel mehren würde wie die Sterne des Himmels.
24 Joab the son of Zeruiah began to take a census, but did not finish; and wrath came on Israel for this. The number was not put into the account in the chronicles of King David.
Joab, der Sohn der Zeruja, hatte zu zählen begonnen, aber nicht vollendet; und es kam deshalb ein Zorn über Israel; und so wurde die Zahl in die Aufzählung der Jahrbücher des Königs David nicht aufgenommen.
25 Over the king’s treasures was Azmaveth the son of Adiel. Over the treasures in the fields, in the cities, in the villages, and in the towers was Jonathan the son of Uzziah;
Und über die Schätze des Königs war Asmaweth, der Sohn Adiels. Und über die Vorräte auf dem Felde, in den Städten und in den Dörfern und in den Türmen, war Jonathan, der Sohn Ussijas.
26 Over those who did the work of the field for tillage of the ground was Ezri the son of Chelub.
Und über die Feldarbeiter beim Landbau: Esri, der Sohn Kelubs.
27 Over the vineyards was Shimei the Ramathite. Over the increase of the vineyards for the wine cellars was Zabdi the Shiphmite.
Und über die Weinberge: Simei, der Ramathiter; und über den Ertrag der Weinberge, über die Weinvorräte: Sabdi, der Schiphmiter.
28 Over the olive trees and the sycamore trees that were in the lowland was Baal Hanan the Gederite. Over the cellars of oil was Joash.
Und über die Olivenbäume und die Sykomoren, welche in der Niederung waren: Baal-Hanan, der Gederiter; und über die Ölvorräte: Joas.
29 Over the herds that fed in Sharon was Shitrai the Sharonite. Over the herds that were in the valleys was Shaphat the son of Adlai.
Und über die Rinder, die in Saron weideten: Schitrai, der Saroniter; und über die Rinder in den Niederungen: Schaphat, der Sohn Adlais;
30 Over the camels was Obil the Ishmaelite. Over the donkeys was Jehdeiah the Meronothite. Over the flocks was Jaziz the Hagrite.
und über die Kamele: Obil, der Ismaeliter; und über die Eselinnen: Jechdeja, der Meronothiter;
31 All these were the rulers of the property which was King David’s.
und über das Kleinvieh: Jasis, der Hageriter. Alle diese waren Aufseher über die Habe des Königs David.
32 Also Jonathan, David’s uncle, was a counselor, a man of understanding, and a scribe. Jehiel the son of Hachmoni was with the king’s sons.
Und Jonathan, der Oheim Davids, war Rat; er war ein einsichtiger Mann und ein Schriftgelehrter. Und Jechiel, der Sohn Hakmonis, war bei den Söhnen des Königs.
33 Ahithophel was the king’s counselor. Hushai the Archite was the king’s friend.
Und Ahitophel war Rat des Königs; und Husai, der Arkiter, war Freund des Königs;
34 After Ahithophel was Jehoiada the son of Benaiah, and Abiathar. Joab was the captain of the king’s army.
und nach Ahitophel war Jojada, der Sohn Benajas, und Abjathar. Und Joab war Heeroberster des Königs.
