< Luke 8 >

1 And it came to pass that he traveled through, by city and village in succession, announcing and preaching the good news of the kingdom of God, and the twelve men with him,
Gakapiteje genego a Yeshu bhashinkupita mwilambo na ijiji bhalipita lunguya Ngani ja Mmbone ja Upalume gwa Nnungu. Bhaajiganywa likumi limo na bhabhili bhala gubhalongenenabhonji.
2 and certain women who were healed from evil spirits and infirmities: Mary who was called Magdalene, from whom seven demons had gone out,
Na kabhili bhanabhakongwe bhana bhashoshiywenje maoka na bhalamywenje ilwele na a Yeshu bhatendagalongana nabhonji. Bhene bhanganyabho pubhalinginji, a Malia Magidalena, bhashoshiywe maoka shabha,
3 and Joanna the wife of Chuza, Herod's steward, and Susanna, and many other women who served them from the things they possessed.
a Yowana akongobhabho a Kusha bhatumishi bhakulu bha nnyumba ja a Elode na a Shushana na bhananji bhowepe, bhene bhanabhakongwebho bhatendaga kwajangutilanga a Yeshu kwa mali gabhonji ashaayene.
4 And when a large multitude gathered together, and those coming to him from each city, he spoke by a parable.
Likundi likulungwa lya bhandunji lyashinkwaajiila a Yeshu kukoposhela ilambo na ilambo. Nabhalabho gubhaatanjilenje aluno lutango luno.
5 The man who sows went forth to sow his seed. And during his sowing, some fell by the way, and it was trampled, and the birds of the sky devoured it.
“Nkupanda ashinkwenda miya mmbeju yakwe. Pamiyaga pala mmbeju ina ikugwilaga mumpanda, bhapita mpanda gwaalibhetenje na ijuni gwiilile.
6 And another fell on the rock, and having grown, it withered away because of not having moisture.
Ina gwiigwilile nnindandawe, ikameleje gwiiwile pabha pakakweteje mashi.
7 And another fell amidst the thorns, and having grown together, the thorns choked it.
Ina gwiigwilile mmibha. Mibha ila ikakuleje guitenjele.
8 And another fell on the good ground, and having grown it produced fruit a hundredfold. As he said these things, he called out, He who has ears to hear, let him hear.
Na ina guigwilile palitaka lya mmbone, guimelile niogoya yaigwinji.” Bhakabheleketeje genego, gubhautiye lilobhe bhalinkuti, “Akwete makutujo apilikane!”
9 And his disciples questioned him, saying, What is this parable?
Bhaajiganywa bhabho a Yeshu gubhaabhushiyenje malombolelo ga lwene lutangolo.
10 And he said, To you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God, but to the others in parables, so that seeing they would not see, and hearing they would not understand.
11 Now the parable is this. The seed is the word of God.
Bhai gegano malombolelo ga lutangolu. Mmbeju lilobhe lya a Nnungu.
12 And those by the way are those who hear, then the devil comes, and takes away the word from their heart, lest having believed, they would be saved.
Nneyo peyo shikoposhele kwa mmbeju igwilile mumpanda shinalandana na bhandunji bhakulipilikananga lilobhe lila, kungai gwaishe ibhilishi gwalishoshiye mmitima jabhonji, bhanakulupalilanga nitapulwa.
13 And those on the rock are those who, when they hear, receive the word with joy. And these have no root, who believe for a time, and withdraw in time of trial.
Nneyo peyo shikoposhele kwa mmbeju igwilile pa lindandawe, shinalandana na bhandunji, bhakupilikananga lilobhe lila bhanakuliposhelanga nikwiinonyela. Ikabheje, namalinga mmbeju ila, bhene bhandunjibho pabha bhangalinji nnjiga, bhanakulupalilanga kashokope na bhalingwangaga bhakaakabhanga kuwa ntima.
14 And that which fell in the thorns, these are those who heard, and as they go they are choked by cares and wealth and pleasures of life, and do not bring to maturity.
15 But those in the good ground, these are those who in an good and right heart, having heard the word, hold it firm, and bring forth fruit in perseverance.
Nneyo peyo shikoposhele kwa mmbeju igwilile pa litaka lya mmbone, shinalandana na bhandunji bhakulipilikananga lilobhe lila kwa ntima gwa mmbone nikunda. Bhanganyabho bhanakwiikakatimilanga mpaka niogoya iepo.
16 And no man, having lit a lamp, covers it with a container, or places it under a bed, but places it on a lampstand, so that those who enter in may see the light.
Bhandu bhakakoleyanga kandili nikujiunishila eu kujibhika nng'ungu. Ikabheje pabhikwa panani, nkupinga bhandu bhajinjilanga bhashibhonanje shilangaya.
17 For there is no secret that will not become visible, nor hid, that will not be known and come to be visible.
“Pabha shoshowe shishiiywe, shipinga undukulwa na yowe ili ya nng'iyo ipinga manyika kulugwinjili.
18 Notice therefore how ye hear. For whoever has, to him will be given, and whoever has not, even what he seems to have will be taken from him.
“Kwa nneyo mwiiteiganje na inkupilikanangayo, pabha akwete shindu shajenjesheywe, ikabheje jwangali shindu, nkali shishoko shaaganishiya akwete shila, apinga pokonyolwa.”
19 And his mother and brothers came to him, and they could not come near him because of the crowd.
Penepo anyinabhabho na ashaapwabho a Yeshu gubhaikengenenje kukwaalola, ikabheje bhangakombolanga kwaabhandishila kwa ligongo lya lugwinjili lwa bhandu.
20 And it was reported to him, saying, Thy mother and thy brothers stand outside, desiring to see thee.
A Yeshu gubhabhalanjilwe kuti, anyinabhenu na ashaapwenu pubhalinginji palanga, bhanapinganga kummona.
21 But having answered, he said to them, My mother and my brothers are these who hear the word of God and do it.
Ikabheje a Yeshu gubhaabhalanjilenje bhandu bhowe, “Bhakulipilikanishiyanga na kulikamulila lilobhe lya a Nnungu bhanganyabho ni a mama na ashapwanga nne.”
22 Now it came to pass on one of those days, that he entered into a boat, also his disciples. And he said to them, Let us pass through to the other side of the lake. And they launched forth,
Lyubha limo a Yeshu na Bhaajiganywa bhabho bhashinkukwelanga mmashua, gubhaabhalanjilenje, “Tujomboshe litanda tuishe kung'ambu.” Bhai, mwanja niguutandwibhe.
23 but as they sailed he began to asleep. And a storm of wind came down on the lake, and they were filling up, and were in peril.
Bhalinginji mmashua, a Yeshu gubhagonile lugono. Mbungo na mabhimbili gamakulumakulu gugatabhile, mashi nigugatandwibhe kupakushila mmashua, nigubhajogopenje kaje, nibha atali.
24 And having approached, they awoke him, saying, Master, master, we are perishing. And having risen, he rebuked the wind and the raging of the water, and they ceased, and it became calm.
Bhaajiganywa bhala gubhapite kukwaajumuyanga a Yeshu, bhalinkutinji, “Mmakulungwa, Mmakulungwa, tunawa!” A Yeshu nigubhajumwishe, nigubhajikalipile mbungo na mabhimbili gala, niguitondwebhe, kwa jii.
25 And he said to them, Where is your faith? And having feared, they wondered, saying to each other, Who then is this man, that he commands even the winds and the water, and they obey him?
Penepo nigubhaabhushiyenje, “Jili kwei ngulupai jenunji?” Gubhakanganigwenje na jogopa, akuno bhalibhuyananga, “Igala bhenebha bhandu bhashi, nkali mbungo na mabhimbili bhanakwiamulisha nikwaapilikana?”
26 And they sailed toward the country of the Gadarenes, which is opposite Galilee.
Gubhaikengenenje kushilambo sha Bhagelashi, shilolana na ku Galilaya kung'ambu ja litanda.
27 And when he came forth upon the land, a certain man met him out of the city, who had demons of a considerable time. And he wore no clothing, and did not dwell in a house, but in the sepulchers.
A Yeshu pubhaulukaga kumbwani, mundu jumo nshilambo jwa shene shilambo shila, akwete maoka, gwabhaishile. Kwa mobha gamagwinji jwene mundujo akawalaga nngubho wala akatamaga nnyumba, ikabhe ndamo jakwe pujaaliji mmashembo ga shishila bhandu.
28 And when he saw Jesus, having cried out, he fell down before him. And in a great voice he said, What is with me and with thee, Jesus, thou Son of the Most High God? I beseech thee, do not torment me.
Akaabhoneje a Yeshu, gwajobhele gwaigwishiye pai mmujo jabho akuno alibheleketa kwa utiya, “Mmwe a Yeshu bhanabhabho a Nnungu bhakulu, mmwe nndi na nne? Shonde, ngunajuga nnamboteshe!”
29 For he commanded the unclean spirit to come out from the man, for many times it had seized him. And he was bound with chains and shackles, and guarded. And breaking the bonds apart, he was driven by the demon into the desolate regions.
Ashinkubheleketa nneyo pabha a Yeshu bhammalanjile lioka jula kuti anshoshe mundu jula. Jwene lioka jwangali jwa mmbone jula akakabhaga kunkamula mundu jula, nkali bhandu bhanng'ugalilanje nnyumba nikuntabha mindondolo ja itale na pingu mmakono na mmakongono, akakabhaga kukutulanya yoweyo, na lioka jula atendaga kumminganjila kuanga.
30 And Jesus demanded him, saying, What is thy name? And he said, Legion, because many demons were entered into him.
Bhai a Yeshu gubhammushiye, “Lina lyako gani?” Gwajangwile, “Lina lyangu, ‘Manjola’” Pabha gashinkunjinjila maoka gamagwinji.
31 And they entreated him that he would not command them to go out into the abyss. (Abyssos g12)
Ashimaoka bhala gubhaashondelesheyenje a Yeshu bhanaabhinganjilanje ku Jeanamu. (Abyssos g12)
32 Now a herd of considerable swine was there feeding on the mountain, and they implored him that he would allow them to enter into those. And he allowed them.
Penepo lyashinkupagwa likundi lya ngulubhe lilipitalya nshitumbi. Bhai ashimaoka bhala gubhaashondelesheyenje a Yeshu bhaaleshelelanje bhakaajinjilanje ashingulubhe bhala. Na bhalabho a Yeshu gubhaaleshelelenje.
33 And the demons having come out from the man, they entered into the swine. And the herd stampeded down the slope into the lake, and were drowned.
Kwa nneyo ashimaoka bhala bhakunshokanganaga mundu jula, gubhaajinjilenje ashingulubhe, gubhaelelenje nnikote shibhutuka, nititimila nnitanda.
34 And when those who tended them saw what happened, they fled and reported it in the city and in the fields.
Bhalinda bha ngulubhe bhakagabhonanjeje gowe gakoposhele gala, gubhabhutukenje pita shumya nshilambo mula na mmigunda.
35 And they came out to see what happened. And they came to Jesus, and found the man, from whom the demons had gone out, sitting near the feet of Jesus, clothed and in his right mind. And they were afraid.
Bhandunji gubhaikengenenje kulola gakoposhele. Gubhaajendelenje a Yeshu, gubhammweninji mundu ashoshilwe na maoka jula, atemi pa makongono ga a Yeshu, awete nngubho, ali na lunda lwakwe lwa mmbone, gubhajogopenje.
36 And also those who saw it informed them how the man who was demon-possessed was saved.
Bhandu bhagawenenje pugatendekaga, gubhaatalashiyenje bhananji, shaashite lamywa mundu akwete maoka jula.
37 And the whole multitude of the region around the Gadarenes besought him to depart from them, because they were gripped by great fear. And he, having embarked into the boat, returned.
Bhashilambo bha Kugelashi gwaajogopenje kwa kaje. Kwa nneyo gubhaajujilenje a Yeshu bhashoshe. Bhai a Yeshu gubhakwelile ntumbwi gubhaijabhulile.
38 But the man from whom the demons had gone out begged him to be with him. But Jesus sent him away, saying,
Mundu ashoshiywe maoka jula, akwaashondelesheyag a Yeshu alonganenabho. Ikabheje a Yeshu gubhannajile bhalinkuti,
39 Return to thy house, and relate everything God did for thee. And he departed, proclaiming throughout the whole city how many things Jesus did for him.
“Ubhuje kumui ukatalashiye yowe ibhakutendele a Nnungu.” Bhai mundu jula gwajabhwile pita lunguya ibhantendele a Yeshu, mmbali yowe ya shilambo shila.
40 And it came to pass during Jesus returning, the multitude welcomed him, for they were all waiting for him.
A Yeshu bhakabhujeje, gubhaposhelwe na likundi likulungwa lya bhandu, pabha bhatendaga kwaalindililanga.
41 And behold, there came a man whose name was Jairus, and he was a ruler of the synagogue. And having fallen down near Jesus' feet, he besought him to come into his house,
Penepo gubhaishe bhandu bhamo bhashemwaga a Yailo bhakulungwa bha shinagogi, gubhaatindibhalile a Yeshu, gubhaajujile bhajende kunngwabho,
42 because there was with him an only begotten daughter, about twelve years old, and she was dying. But during his going the multitudes thronged him.
pabha nabhiti jwabho jwa yaka likumi limo na ibhili, numbe jwa jikape, paliji nnwele tome nawa. A Yeshu bhali nkwenda, bhandunji bhatendaga nokolananga nkwaabhandishila.
43 And a woman being with an issue of blood for twelve years, who, although she spent her entire living on physicians, was unable to be healed by any,
Bhai nnikundi lya bhandu mula bhashinkupagwa bhakongwe bhamo bhalwalaga nsholosholo yaka likumi limo na ibhili, bhashinkumaliya indu yabho yowe ku bhamitela, ikabheje jwakwapi akombwele kwaalamya.
44 having come from behind, she touched the border of his garment. And immediately the issue of her blood stayed.
Bhakongwe bhala gubhaakagwile a Yeshu pa nnyuma, gubhaakwashiye libhiniko lya nngubho jabho. Popo pepo gubhalamile shilwele shila.
45 And Jesus said, Who is he who touched me? But when they all denied, Peter and those with him, said, Master, the multitudes come together and crowd thee, and thou say, Who is he who touched me?
A Yeshu gubhabhushiye, “Gani angwashiye?” Bhowe gwaajangulenje kuti jwakwapi ankwashiye. Na a Petili gubhashite, “Mmaajiganya, lugwinjili lwa bhandu lushikunngumbalila nikuntimbilila ndendende!”
46 But Jesus said, Who touched me? For I perceived power having gone forth from me.
Ikabheje a Yeshu gubhashite, “Apali mundu angwashiye, pabha njikwiipilikana mashili galinjoka.”
47 And when the woman saw that she was not hid, she came trembling. And having fallen down before him, she declared to him in the presence of all the people for what reason she touched him, and how she was healed immediately.
Bhakongwe bhala bhakabhoneje kuti ikakomboleka kwiiya, gubhailangwiye bhalitetemela kwa jogopa, gubhaatindibhalile a Yeshu. Penepo gubhatalashiye pa bhandu bhowe shiumilo sha kwaakwaya a Yeshu na shibhashite lamywa gwanakamope.
48 And he said to her, Cheer up, Daughter. Thy faith has healed thee. Go in peace.
A Yeshu gubhaabhalanjile. “Mwanangu ngulupai jako jikulamiye. Ujende kwa ulele.”
49 While he still spoke, some man comes from the synagogue ruler, saying to him, Thy daughter has died. Do not trouble the teacher.
A Yeshu bhakanabhe maliya kubheleketa a Yailo gubhapeleshelwe ntenga kukopoka kungwabho, “Mwali jwenu awile, igala gabhuli kupunda kwaabhuya bhaajiganya?”
50 But having heard it, Jesus answered him, saying, Fear not, only believe and she will be saved.
A Yeshu bhakapilikaneje genego, gubhaabhalanjile a Yailo, “Mmwe nnajogope nkulupalilepe, shalame.”
51 And when he came to the house, he did not allow any man to enter in except Peter and John and James, and the father of the girl and the mother.
Bhakaisheje kumui bhangapinga kujinjila naka mundu juna ikabhe na a Petili na a Yowana na a Yakobho pamo na bhankwetenje mwana jula.
52 And all were weeping and bewailing her. But he said, Weep not. She did not die, but sleeps.
Bhandu bhowe pubhalinginji nkunngutila ililo. A Yeshu gubhaabhalanjilenje, “Mpumulanje kuguta, pabha mwana jwangawa ashigonape!”
53 And they ridiculed him, knowing that she died.
Bhalabhonji gubhaeshilenje, pabha bhamumanyinji kuti mwana awile.
54 But having sent them all away outside, having taken her by the hand, he called out, saying, Girl, awake.
Ikabheje a Yeshu gubhankamwile nkono, nikunshema, “Mwanangu jumuka!”
55 And her spirit returned, and she rose up immediately. And he commanded to give her to eat.
Gumi gwakwe ukummujilaga, shangupe gwajumwishe. A Yeshu gubhaalugulilenje bhampanganje shalya.
56 And her parents were amazed, but he ordered them to tell no man that which happened.
Bhankwetenje gubhakanganigwenje kwa kaje, ikabheje a Yeshu gubhaamulishenje bhanannugulilanje mundu jojowe gene gatendeshe gala.
