Psalmen 100

1 Een psalm bij het dankoffer. Juicht Jahweh ter eer, heel de aarde,

A Psalm of thanksgiving. Shout for joy to the LORD, all you lands!

2 Dient Jahweh met vreugde, Treedt jubelend voor zijn aangezicht.

Serve the LORD with gladness. Come before his presence with singing.

3 Erkent het: Jahweh is God; Hij heeft ons gemaakt, Hem behoren wij toe, Als zijn volk en de kudde zijner weide.

Know that the LORD, he is God. It is he who has made us, and we are his. We are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

4 Treedt zijn poorten met dankzegging binnen, Zijn voorhoven met jubelzang, Brengt Hem glorie, en zegent zijn Naam.

Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him, and bless his name.

5 Want Jahweh is goed, Zijn genade duurt eeuwig, Zijn trouw van geslacht tot geslacht!

For the LORD is good. His loving kindness endures forever, his faithfulness to all generations.
