Ezekiel 25

1 I dođe mi riječ Jahvina:

And it came [the] word of Yahweh to me saying.

2 “Sine čovječji, okreni lice k sinovima Amonovim te prorokuj protiv njih!

O son of humankind set face your to [the] people of Ammon and prophesy on them.

3 Reci sinovima Amonovim: 'Poslušajte riječ Jahve Gospoda! Ovako govori Jahve Gospod: Zato što vi klicaste 'ha, ha!' nad mojim Svetištem kad ono bijaše oskvrnuto, i nad zemljom Izraelovom kad ona bijaše opustošena, i nad domom Judinim kad odlažaše u izgnanstvo,

And you will say to [the] people of Ammon hear [the] word of [the] Lord Yahweh thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh because said you aha! concerning sanctuary my for it was profaned and concerning [the] land of Israel for it was made desolate and concerning [the] house of Judah for they went in exile.

4 predat ću vas, evo, u posjed sinovima Istoka da usred vas razapnu svoje šatore, udare svoja prebivališta. Oni neka jedu tvoje plodove i piju mlijeko tvoje!

Therefore here I [am] about to give you to [the] people of [the] east to a possession and they will set up encampments their among you and they will make among you dwellings their they they will eat fruit your and they they will drink milk your.

5 Od Rabe ću pašnjake za deve načiniti, a u zemlji Amonovih sinova torove ću za ovce podići. I znat ćete da sam ja Jahve!'

And I will make Rabbah into a pasture of camels and [the] people of Ammon into a resting place of flock[s] and you will know that I [am] Yahweh.

6 Jer ovako govori Jahve Gospod: 'Zato što si pljeskao rukama i udarao nogama i svom se dušom radovao nad zemljom Izraelovom,

For thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh because clapping you a hand and stamping you with a foot and you rejoiced with all scorn your in [the] self concerning [the] land of Israel.

7 ja ću, evo, ruku na te podići i kao plijen te predati narodima! Istrijebit ću te iz narodÄa, iskorijeniti iz zemalja! Zatrijet ću te! I znat ćeš da sam ja Jahve!

Therefore here I I have stretched out hand my on you and I will give you (as spoil *QK) to the nations and I will cut off you from the peoples and I will destroy you from the lands I will destroy you and you will know that I [am] Yahweh.

8 Ovako govori Jahve Gospod: 'Zato što Moab i Seir govorahu: 'Gle, dom je Judin poput svih naroda',

Thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh because said Moab and Seir there! [is] like all the nations [the] house of Judah.

9 otkrit ću, evo, obronke moapske, da s kraja na kraj ostane bez gradova što bijahu ukras zemlje: Bet Haješimot, Baal Meon i Kirjatajim.

Therefore here I [am] about to open [the] shoulder of Moab from the cities from cities its from border its [the] beauty of [the] land Beth Jeshimoth Baal Meon (and Kiriathaim. *QK)

10 Dat ću ih u posjed sinovima Istoka, neprijateljima Amonaca, da se sinovi Amonovi među narodima više ne spominju!

To [the] people of [the] east with [the] people of Ammon and I will give it to a possession so that not it will be remembered [the] people of Ammon among the nations.

11 Tako ću izvršiti sud nad Moabom. I znat će da sam ja Jahve!'

And on Moab I will bring about judgments and they will know that I [am] Yahweh.

12 Ovako govori Jahve Gospod: 'Zato što se Edom osveti domu Judinu i tom se osvetom teško ogriješi,

Thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh because acted Edom by avenging itself vengeance to [the] house of Judah and they have become guilty continually and they have avenged themselves on them.

13 ovako govori Jahve Gospod: Podići ću ruku na Edom, istrijebit ću iz njega ljude i životinje! Pretvorit ću ga u pustinju: od Temana do Dedana svi će od mača izginuti.

Therefore thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh and I will stretch out hand my on Edom and I will cut off from it humankind and animal[s] and I will make it a desolation from Teman and Dedan towards by the sword they will fall.

14 Tako ću se osvetiti Edomu rukom svojega naroda izraelskog. Oni će postupiti s Edomom prema mojem gnjevu i mojoj srdžbi. I spoznat će moju osvetu!' - riječ je Jahve Gospoda.

And I will put vengeance my on Edom by [the] hand of people my Israel and they will do with Edom according to anger my and according to rage my and they will know vengeance my [the] utterance of [the] Lord Yahweh.

15 Ovako govori Jahve Gospod: 'Zato što Filistejci izvršiše odmazdu, krvavo se osvećujući s mržnjom u srcu, razarajući sve zbog svojeg neprijateljstva,

Thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh because acted [the] Philistines in vengeance and they avenged themselves vengeance with scorn in [the] self to destruction enmity of antiquity.

16 ovako govori Jahve Gospod: Evo, podižem ruku na Filistejce, istrijebit ću Kerećane, uništit ću sve što preostane na morskoj obali!

Therefore thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh here I [am] about to stretch out hand my on [the] Philistines and I will cut off [the] Kerethites and I will destroy [the] remnant of [the] coast of the sea.

17 Tako ću im se strašno osvetiti kaznama jarosnim. I kad im se osvetim, znat će da sam ja Jahve.'”

And I will do on them vengeance great with rebukes of rage and they will know that I [am] Yahweh when have put I vengeance my on them.
