诗篇 42

1 可拉后裔的训诲诗，交与伶长。 神啊，我的心切慕你， 如鹿切慕溪水。

“BOOK II. For the leader of the music. A song of the sons of Korah.” As the hart panteth for the water-brooks, So panteth my soul for thee, O God!

2 我的心渴想 神，就是永生 神； 我几时得朝见 神呢？

My soul thirsteth for God, the living God: When shall I come, and appear before God?

3 我昼夜以眼泪当饮食； 人不住地对我说：你的 神在哪里呢？

My tears have been my food day and night, While they say to me continually, “Where is thy God?”

4 我从前与众人同往， 用欢呼称赞的声音 领他们到 神的殿里，大家守节。 我追想这些事， 我的心极其悲伤。

When I think of it, I pour out my soul in grief; How I once walked with the multitude, Walked slowly with them to the house of God, Amid sounds of joy and praise with the festive multitude!

5 我的心哪，你为何忧闷？ 为何在我里面烦躁？ 应当仰望 神，因他笑脸帮助我； 我还要称赞他。

Why art thou cast down, O my soul? And why art thou disquieted within me? Hope thou in God; for I shall yet praise him, Him, my deliverer and my God!

6 我的 神啊，我的心在我里面忧闷， 所以我从约旦地， 从黑门岭，从米萨山记念你。

My soul is cast down within me, While I remember thee from the land of Jordan and Hermon, From the mountain Mizar.

7 你的瀑布发声，深渊就与深渊响应； 你的波浪洪涛漫过我身。

Deep calleth for deep at the noise of thy waterfalls; All thy waves and billows have gone over me!

8 白昼，耶和华必向我施慈爱； 黑夜，我要歌颂祷告赐我生命的 神。

Once the LORD commanded his kindness by day, And by night his praise was with me, -Thanksgiving to the God of my life.

9 我要对 神—我的磐石说： 你为何忘记我呢？ 我为何因仇敌的欺压时常哀痛呢？

Now I say to God, my rock, Why hast thou forgotten me? Why go I mourning on account of the oppression of the enemy?

10 我的敌人辱骂我， 好像打碎我的骨头， 不住地对我说： 你的 神在哪里呢？

Like the crushing of my bones are the reproaches of the enemy, While they say to me continually, “Where is thy God?”

11 我的心哪，你为何忧闷？ 为何在我里面烦躁？ 应当仰望 神，因我还要称赞他。 他是我脸上的光荣，是我的 神。

Why art thou cast down, O my soul? And why art thou disquieted within me? Hope thou in God; for I shall yet praise him, Him, my deliverer and my God!
