利未记 27
1 耶和华对摩西说：
YHWH spoke to Moses, saying,
2 “你晓谕以色列人说：人还特许的愿，被许的人要按你所估的价值归给耶和华。
"Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them, 'When a man makes a vow, the persons shall be for YHWH by your valuation.
3 你估定的，从二十岁到六十岁的男人，要按圣所的平，估定价银五十舍客勒。
Your valuation shall be of a male from twenty years old even to sixty years old, even your valuation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.
4 若是女人，你要估定三十舍客勒。
If it is a female, then your valuation shall be thirty shekels.
5 若是从五岁到二十岁，男子你要估定二十舍客勒，女子估定十舍客勒。
If the person is from five years old even to twenty years old, then your valuation shall be for a male twenty shekels, and for a female ten shekels.
6 若是从一月到五岁，男子你要估定五舍客勒，女子估定三舍客勒。
If the person is from a month old even to five years old, then your valuation shall be for a male five shekels of silver, and for a female your valuation shall be three shekels of silver.
7 若是从六十岁以上，男人你要估定十五舍客勒，女人估定十舍客勒。
If the person is from sixty years old and upward; if it is a male, then your valuation shall be fifteen shekels, and for a female ten shekels.
8 他若贫穷，不能照你所估定的价，就要把他带到祭司面前，祭司要按许愿人的力量估定他的价。
But if he is poorer than your valuation, then he shall be set before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to the ability of him who vowed shall the priest value him.
9 “所许的若是牲畜，就是人献给耶和华为供物的，凡这一类献给耶和华的，都要成为圣。
"'If it is an animal, of which men offer an offering to YHWH, all that any man gives of such to YHWH becomes holy.
10 人不可改换，也不可更换，或是好的换坏的，或是坏的换好的。若以牲畜更换牲畜，所许的与所换的都要成为圣。
He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change animal for animal, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy.
11 若牲畜不洁净，是不可献给耶和华为供物的，就要把牲畜安置在祭司面前。
If it is any unclean animal, of which they do not offer as an offering to YHWH, then he shall set the animal before the priest;
12 祭司就要估定价值；牲畜是好是坏，祭司怎样估定，就要以怎样为是。
and the priest shall value it, whether it is good or bad. As you the priest values it, so shall it be.
13 他若一定要赎回，就要在你所估定的价值以外加上五分之一。
But if he will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of it to its valuation.
14 “人将房屋分别为圣，归给耶和华，祭司就要估定价值。房屋是好是坏，祭司怎样估定，就要以怎样为定。
"'When a man dedicates his house to be holy to YHWH, then the priest shall evaluate it, whether it is good or bad: as the priest shall evaluate it, so shall it stand.
15 将房屋分别为圣的人，若要赎回房屋，就必在你所估定的价值以外加上五分之一，房屋仍旧归他。
If he who dedicates it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall be his.
16 “人若将承受为业的几分地分别为圣，归给耶和华，你要按这地撒种多少估定价值，若撒大麦一贺梅珥，要估价五十舍客勒。
"'If a man dedicates to YHWH part of the field of his possession, then your valuation shall be according to the seed for it: the sowing of a homer of barley shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.
17 他若从禧年将地分别为圣，就要以你所估定的价为定。
If he dedicates his field from the Year of Jubilee, according to your valuation it shall stand.
18 倘若他在禧年以后将地分别为圣，祭司就要按着未到禧年所剩的年数推算价值，也要从你所估的减去价值。
But if he dedicates his field after the Jubilee, then the priest shall reckon to him the money according to the years that remain to the Year of Jubilee; and an abatement shall be made from your valuation.
19 将地分别为圣的人若定要把地赎回，他便要在你所估的价值以外加上五分之一，地就准定归他。
If he who dedicated the field will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall remain his.
20 他若不赎回那地，或是将地卖给别人，就再不能赎了。
If he will not redeem the field, or if he has sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more;
21 但到了禧年，那地从买主手下出来的时候，就要归耶和华为圣，和永献的地一样，要归祭司为业。
but the field, when it goes out in the Jubilee, shall be holy to YHWH, as a field devoted; it shall be owned by the priests.
22 他若将所买的一块地，不是承受为业的，分别为圣归给耶和华，
"'If he dedicates to YHWH a field which he has bought, which is not of the field of his possession,
23 祭司就要将你所估的价值给他推算到禧年。当日，他要以你所估的价银为圣，归给耶和华。
then the priest shall reckon to him the worth of your valuation up to the Year of Jubilee; and he shall give your valuation on that day, as a holy thing to YHWH.
24 到了禧年，那地要归卖主，就是那承受为业的原主。
In the Year of Jubilee the field shall return to him from whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land belongs.
25 凡你所估定的价银都要按着圣所的平：二十季拉为一舍客勒。
All your valuations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs to the shekel.
26 “惟独牲畜中头生的，无论是牛是羊，既归耶和华，谁也不可再分别为圣，因为这是耶和华的。
"'Only the firstborn among animals, which is made a firstborn to YHWH, no man may dedicate it; whether an ox or sheep, it is YHWH's.
27 若是不洁净的牲畜生的，就要按你所估定的价值加上五分之一赎回；若不赎回，就要按你所估定的价值卖了。
If it is an unclean animal, then he shall buy it back according to your valuation, and shall add to it the fifth part of it: or if it isn't redeemed, then it shall be sold according to your valuation.
28 “但一切永献的，就是人从他所有永献给耶和华的，无论是人，是牲畜，是他承受为业的地，都不可卖，也不可赎。凡永献的是归给耶和华为至圣。
"'Notwithstanding, no devoted thing, that a man shall devote to YHWH of all that he has, whether of man or animal, or of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy to YHWH.
29 凡从人中当灭的都不可赎，必被治死。”
"'No one devoted, who shall be devoted from among men, shall be ransomed; he shall surely be put to death.
30 “地上所有的，无论是地上的种子是树上的果子，十分之一是耶和华的，是归给耶和华为圣的。
"'All the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the trees, is YHWH's. It is holy to YHWH.
31 人若要赎这十分之一的什么物，就要加上五分之一。
If a man redeems anything of his tithe, he shall add a fifth part to it.
32 凡牛群羊群中，一切从杖下经过的，每第十只要归给耶和华为圣。
All the tithe of the herds or the flocks, whatever passes under the rod, the tenth shall be holy to YHWH.
33 不可问是好是坏，也不可更换；若定要更换，所更换的与本来的牲畜都要成为圣，不可赎回。”
He shall not search whether it is good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he changes it at all, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy. It shall not be redeemed.'"
34 这就是耶和华在西奈山为以色列人所吩咐摩西的命令。
These are the commandments which YHWH commanded Moses for the children of Israel on Mount Sinai.
