1 O Pakai hung kisunem’in lang kataona neingai peh’in, neidonbut in ajeh chu napanpi ngaicha jing kahi.
A prayer of David. Incline thine eare, O Lord, and heare me: for I am poore and needy.
2 Pakai nanga dinga kiphaldoh jing kahi neihuhdoh’in ajeh chu nangma hi ka Pathen nahin keima hi nakinbol kahin chuleh nangma hi katansan jingin ahi.
Preserue thou my soule, for I am mercifull: my God, saue thou thy seruant, that trusteth in thee.
3 O Pakai name khotona neimusah jingin ajeh chu keiman Nangmahi kakoujing nahi.
Be mercifull vnto me, O Lord: for I crie vpon thee continually.
4 O Pakai kipana neimusah jingin ajeh chu keimahi Nangkoma kiphaldoh jing kahi.
Reioyce the soule of thy seruant: for vnto thee, O Lord, doe I lift vp my soule.
5 O Pakai nangma hi naphatna jal'a eingaidam jing nahi, nakomma panpi ngaichaho dinga longlou ngailutna dimsah nahi.
For thou, Lord, art good and mercifull, and of great kindenes vnto all them, that call vpon thee.
6 O Pakai kataonahi khotonan neingaipeh’in gangtah a kap kahi neingaipehin.
Giue eare, Lord, vnto my prayer, and hearken to the voyce of my supplication.
7 Kahahsat channa nangma kakouding ahin nangin neidonbut jingding ahi.
In the day of my trouble I will call vpon thee: for thou hearest me.
8 O Pathen! semthu pathen ho nang tobang khatcha aumpoi, nabolthei ho bolthei jong aumpoi.
Among the gods there is none like thee, O Lord, and there is none that can doe like thy workes.
9 Naemsa chitin namtin ho jong na ang a hungdiu chibai naboh cheh diu ahi Pakai; amahon na mintheng avahchoi diu ahi.
All nations, whome thou hast made, shall come and worship before thee, O Lord, and shall glorifie thy Name.
10 Ajeh chu nangma bou Pathen nahin naloupin nangin bou thil loupiho naboldoh jin ahi.
For thou art great and doest wonderous things: thou art God alone.
11 O Pakai, na lampiho neihil in, nathudih dung jui a hinkho kaman theina dingin, nangma loupina kadopsang jingna dingin lungtheng neipen.
Teach me thy way, O Lord, and I will walke in thy trueth: knit mine heart vnto thee, that I may feare thy Name.
12 O ka Pakai ka Pathen kalungthim pumpin nangma nathangvah ingkate, phattin’in naloupina domsang jing tange.
I wil prayse thee, O Lord my God, with all mine heart: yea, I wil glorifie thy Name for euer.
For great is thy mercie toward me, and thou hast deliuered my soule from the lowest graue. (Sheol h7585)
14 O Pakai mijumso hatho keima dounan ahung ding doh un; misunoh phah a pang hon thading eigouve. Amahon nangma hi imachan nagel pouve.
O God, the proude are risen against me, and the assemblies of violent men haue sought my soule, and haue not set thee before them.
15 Ahinlah Pakai Nangma hi khoto naleh ngailutna nei Pathen nahin lunghang vahlou chuleh kitahna leh tang theilou lungsetna dim a nahi.
But thou, O Lord, art a pitifull God and mercifull, slowe to anger and great in kindenes and trueth.
16 Nami lungsetna chun noilang hinven lang nasoh hi tha neipen, nasohpa chapa kahi neihuhdoh’in.
Turne vnto me, and haue mercy vpon me: giue thy strength vnto thy seruant, and saue the sonne of thine handmayd.
17 Nei hepina melchih na chu hin tahlang’in chutileh eivetda hohin jumna amudiu ahi. O Pakai neipanpin nei lungmonsah jingin.
Shew a token of thy goodnes towarde me, that they which hate me, may see it, and be ashamed, because thou, O Lord, hast holpen me and comforted me.
