Trust in Adonai, and do good. Dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture.

Also delight yourself in Adonai, and he will give you the desires of your heart.

Rest in Adonai, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen.

Cease from anger, and forsake wrath. Don’t fret, it leads only to evildoing.

For evildoers shall be cut off, but those who wait for Adonai shall inherit the land.

Their sword shall enter into their own heart. Their bows shall be broken.

They shall not be disappointed in the time of evil. In the days of famine they shall be satisfied.

But the wicked shall perish. The enemies of Adonai shall be like the beauty of the fields. They will vanish— vanish like smoke.
21 Migilouten asumpa lah u anungsah ngaipouvin, Pathen mite vang hongphal tah peh jeng ahiuve.
The wicked borrow, and don’t pay back, but the upright give generously.
22 Pakai phatthei changhon gamsung alodiu ahin, aman asapset ho vang mangthah diu ahi.
For such as are blessed by him shall inherit the land. Those who are cursed by him shall be cut off.
23 Pathen mite Pakai inkalsondan avetpeh in, ahinkho mandan jouse aman akipapin ahi.
A man’s goings are established by Adonai. He delights in his way.
24 Amaho chu kipal jongleu lhulham loudiu, ajeh chu Pakai in akhutnin atuh jing ui.
Though he stumble, he shall not fall, for Adonai holds him up with his hand.
25 Pahat khat chun khangdong kahin tun kateh tai, ahin Pathen mite paidoh a aumlam kahepon, achateo jong khutdon apangkhapouve.
I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the upright forsaken, nor his children begging for bread.
26 Pathen miten khotona neitah in sumpa ahomjiuvin, chuleh achateojong phatthei aching jiuve.
All day long he deals graciously, and lends. His offspring is blessed.
27 Thilse akonin kiheidoh in thilpha bol in, chutileh tonsot'a gamsunga nachen ding ahi.
Depart from evil, and do good. Live securely forever.
28 Ajeh chu Pakai in thudih bou adei in, Pathen chate jong donlou a akoi louhel ding ahi. Aman ahoibit jing ding, Gitlou bol chate vang mangthah diu ahi.
For Adonai 'ahav ·affectionately loves· mishpat ·justice·, and does not forsake his saints. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked shall be cut off.
29 Pathen chaten gamsung alodiu ahin, tonsotna cheng jingdiu ahi.
The upright shall inherit the land, and live in it forever.
30 Pathen mite kamsung'a thudih apotjin adihle adihlou ahilthem jiuve.
The mouth of the upright talks of wisdom. His tongue speaks mishpat ·justice·.
31 Pathen daan chu amaho changval din akisan un, hijeh a chuAma lampi a konna vah lonle loudiu ahi.
The Torah ·Teaching· of his God is in his heart. None of his steps shall slide.
32 Migilou ten Pathen mite achanglhi leuvin, suhmang nading lampi ahol jiuve.
The wicked watches the upright, and seeks to kill him.
33 Hinlah Pakai in migiloute alolhin sah louhel ding Pathen mitejong patepna a aum tengu le themmo achan louhel ding ahi.
Adonai will not leave him in his hand, nor condemn him when he is judged.
34 Pakai ah kinem jingin. Alamlhong achun ching thei tah in lamjot in. Aman nadopsang a agam leiset nalosah ding ahi. Migilou te manthahvang namu ding ahi.
Wait for Adonai, and keep his way, and he will exalt you to inherit the land. When the wicked are cut off, you shall see it.
35 Keiman migilou le khotonabei te Lebanon gam'a Ceder thingphung phatah banga akhantouvu kamui.
I have seen the wicked in great power, spreading himself like a green tree in its native soil.
36 Ahin kanungvet kitle, ana beisoh taove! Ken kahol le vang'in kamudoh joutapoi!
But he passed away, and behold, he was not. Yes, I sought him, but he could not be found.
37 Milungtheng holeh miphaho khu veovin, chamna adei hochu amakhouva thilphatah in angah jing ui.
Mark the perfect man, and see the upright, for there is a future for the man of peace.
38 Hinla thilse bolte suhmanga umdiu ahi; amahon khonung hinkho aneipouve.
As for transgressors, they shall be destroyed together. The future of the wicked shall be cut off.
39 Pakai in Pathen mite chu ahuhdoh ji; boina nikho hoa jong amahi akulpiu ahi.
But the salvation of the upright is from Adonai. He is their stronghold in the time of trouble.
40 Aman amaho chu akithopin, migiloutea kon in ahuhdohjin ahi. Aman amahochu ahuhdoh in, amahon ama a lungmon na anei un ahi.
Adonai helps them, and rescues them. He rescues them from the wicked, and saves them, Because they have taken refuge in him.
