Yadah ·Extend hands in thankful praise· to Adonai, for he is good, for his cheshed ·loving-kindness· endures forever.
2 Pakai in nalhatdoh hitam? Achutileh phongdoh’in! Aman namelma holah’a kon a nahoidohsahhi miho seipeh’in.
Let the redeemed by Adonai say so, whom he has redeemed from the hand of the adversary,
3 Ajeh chu Aman gam tamtah'a kon in solamle lhumlam’a kon in, sahlam le lhanglam a kon in sohchangho ahin puikhom’in ahi.
And gathered out of the lands, from the east and from the west, from the north and from the south.
4 Miloi khathi gamthip gammah avahmang’un in le lou beijin avahmang’un,
They wandered in the wilderness in a desert way. They found no city to live in.

Hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted in them.

He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and broke away their chains.

16 ajeh chu Aman sum-eng songkul kotpi avohlhahpeh’in chuleh akihennao thihkhao avohtan pehtan ahi.
For he has broken the gates of bronze, and cut through bars of iron.

Fools are afflicted because of their disobedience, and because of their iniquities.

Their soul abhors all kinds of food. They draw near to the gates of death.
19 “Pakai neikithopin” tin ahahsat tenguleh Pakai akoujiuvin Aman athohgim nauva kon in ahuhdohjin ahi.’
Then they cry to Adonai in their trouble, he saves them out of their distresses.
20 Aman thu changkhat agahseijin aboldamjin, thina kotbul a kon in aloidohtan ahi.
He sends his word, and heals them, and delivers them from their graves.
21 Ami lungsetna thupitah jehleh amaho dinga thil kidang tamtah anabolpeh jeh’in Pakai chu thangvahna peuhen.
Let them yadah ·extend hands in thankful praise· to Adonai for his cheshed ·loving-kindness·, for his wonderful deeds to the children of men!
22 Kilhaina gantha pummin thangvahna peuhen, chuleh athilbol kidangtah ho jeh’in thangvahna peuhen.
Let them offer the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and declare his deeds with singing.
23 Mi phabep chu kong innei mangchan twikhanglen’ah vannoi leiset kiveina lampi ajotnun akitollun ahi.
Those who go down to the sea in ships, who do business in great waters;
24 Amaho jonghin twikhanglen athuhlang tah’a Pakai thuneitah’a anatoh naleh thil thupi tahtah abolna ho amu’vin ahi.
These see Adonai’s deeds, and his wonders in the deep.
25 Aman thu aseijin hui ahungnung doh’in twikhanglen ahin kinongsah’in ahi.
For at his word the stormy wind arose, lifting up its towering waves.
26 Kong innei hochu vanlanga anuh touvin chule twi thuhlah’a ahung kilehlut kitjin kongtol hochu kichatnan akileh leleuvin ahi.
They mount up to the sky; they go down again to the depths. Their soul melts away because of trouble.
27 Amaho jukhamho bangin a-onle leuvin kichat tijatjnin adim’un ahi.
They reel back and forth, and stagger like a drunken man, and are at their wits’ end.
28 “Pakai neihuh’un” tin ahahsat phatnun Pakai akouvun, Amanjong agimnauva kon in ahuhdohjin ahi.
Then they cry to Adonai in their trouble, and he brings them out of their distress.
29 A-o neochakhat’in hui le guo kithochu athipsah’in chuleh twi kinong jong asutang’in ahi.
He makes the storm a calm, so that its waves are still.
30 Hiche athip theina chu ichan gei a pha a phatthei bohna hitam? Kongchu kong mun’ah bitkeichan apuilut in ahi.
Then they are glad because it is calm, so he brings them to their desired haven.
31 Pakai chu angailutna thupitah jehleh thilkidang tamtah abolpehjeh’un thangvahna peuhen.
Let them yadah ·extend hands in thankful praise· to Adonai for his cheshed ·loving-kindness·, for his wonderful deeds for the children of men!
32 Nam lamkaiho masangleh, mipi kikhomho masangah japi hetthei doltah’in thangvahna peuhen.
Let them exalt him also in the assembly of the people, and praise him in the seat of the elders.
33 Aman vadung jong neldigam asosahjin, twisam putna munho jong gamgo leh adangchahna asosahjin ahi.
He turns rivers into a desert, water springs into a thirsty ground,
34 Aman ga phatah sona gamphatah jong ima sodoh louna chitwi-al gamgo asosah thei in ahi, agamsunga cheng mipite phatmo jeh’a hitia chu abolji ahi.
and a fruitful land into a salt waste, for the wickedness of those who dwell in it.
35 Ahinlah Aman neldigam chu twikul asosah’in, chuleh gamgo jong twiputna mun asosahjin ahi.
He turns a desert into a pool of water, and a dry land into water springs.
36 Aman gilkel dangchah techu khopi semdoh dinga hiche mun a chu achensah ding ahi.
There he makes the hungry live, that they may prepare a city to live in,
37 Amahon aloulai uva muchi kitheuvin tin lengpigui tu uvintin ga lhingsetna akilodiu ahi.
sow fields, plant vineyards, and reap the fruits of increase.
38 Aman ichan gei a phatthei aboh hitam? Amahon insungmi tamtah atungdoh’un chuleh aganchahou ninglhingset ding ahi.
He blesses them also, so that they are multiplied greatly. He does not allow their livestock to decrease.
39 Ijemtia bolgentheina jal le, boina le hahsatna jal'a umho mihem a akemsuh uva avaichat phatnuleh,
Again, they are diminished and bowed down through oppression, trouble, and sorrow.
40 Pakai in alengteu hinpaidoh intin amaho gamgo laiya pannabei in umsah leleu vintin,
He pours contempt on princes, and causes them to wander in a trackless waste.
41 hinla Pakai in mivaichaho ahahsat nauva kon in kelngoihon phatah bangin ainsunga hinpunsah intin,
Yet he lifts the needy out of their affliction, and increases their families like a flock.
42 Miphahon hiche thilsoh hohi hinveu vintin kipahdiu ahinla miphalou hochu suhthipma umdiu ahi.
The upright will see it, and be glad. All the wicked will shut their mouths.
43 Michingho jousen hitia thilsoh hohi lunggiltah’in hinheu vintin, amahon hitobang ikhankhouva kon a hi Pakai mingailutna dihtah chu ahin mudohdiu ahi.
Whoever is wise will pay attention to these things. They will consider the cheshed ·loving-kindnesses· of Adonai.
